Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an attachment structure for attaching a winning ball collective cover to a game board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of mounting structure, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-45258 is known. In this case, mounting members are arranged at the four corners of the back of the game board, and the winning ball collective cover is mounted by the locking pieces provided on each mounting member. Correspondingly, fitting recesses are cut out at the four corners of the winning ball collective cover. Therefore, in order to attach the winning ball collective cover to the back surface of the game board, the winning ball collective cover is overlapped on the back surface of the game board while fitting each mounting member into the fitting recess, and further the locking piece of the mounting member is attached. It only has to be operated and locked to the winning ball collecting cover.
[0003]
A rail-shaped guide member is arranged on the back side of the game board corresponding to each winning ball receiving device provided in the gaming area, and the winning ball collective cover covers each of the winning balls by covering these guiding members. The winning balls that have won the receiving device are guided by the guide member and collected in the winning ball collecting basket.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above mounting structure, the guide member and the mounting member must be mounted before mounting the winning ball collective cover, but these are set as separate parts, so individual mounting work is performed, Each positioning must be done individually. In particular, since the mounting members must be correctly positioned at four locations, the work becomes complicated and the workability is further reduced. Furthermore, a structure that requires an attachment member and a guide member separately is disadvantageous from the viewpoint of component management.
[0005]
Further, since the locking piece is not provided with a release restricting means for the direction in which the winning ball collecting cover and the game board are detached, there is a possibility that the engagement is released after the locking operation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to easily attach the winning ball collective cover to the back surface of the game board and to attach the winning ball collective cover that does not come off carelessly. It is in providing structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the winning ball collective cover mounting structure according to the invention of claim 1 includes an engagement receiving member in which at least two engagement receiving portions are integrally formed on the back surface of the game board. A guide path forming member provided with a guide path for guiding the winning ball to the winning ball assembly cage is attached, and the engagement receiving member is attached to the guide path forming member in a state where the winning ball assembly cover is overlapped. It is attached by engaging a correspondingly arranged engaging member with the engaging receiving member, and the engaging member is in a non-engaged state with respect to the engaging receiving member Between the position and the lock position engaged with the engagement receiving member.slideIt is possible to displaceAn operation portion and an elastic projection piece, and when the engagement member is in the locked position, the elastic projection piece engages with a contact portion provided on the winning ball collective cover to restrict the return to the release position. When the engaging member is in the release position, the elastic protruding piece engages with a locking claw recess provided in the winning ball collecting cover. It is characterized by that.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is the one according to claim 1,The engaging member is further formed with a holding recess, and when the engaging member is in the locked position, the holding protrusion provided on the winning ball collecting cover and the holding recess engage. It is characterized by that.
[0008]
Operation and effect of the invention
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the engagement receiving member and the guide path forming member are mounted on the back surface of the game board. Then, the winning ball collective cover is overlaid on the guide path forming member, and each engagement member at the release position is displaced to the lock position and engaged with the corresponding engagement receiving member, respectively. Installation of the ball assembly cover is completed.By engaging the engagement member with the abutting portion of the winning ball collecting cover at the lock position, the return to the release position is restricted and accidental release of the engagement is prevented. Further, when the engaging member is in the release position, the elastic protruding piece is held in that position by engaging with the engaging claw recess of the winning ball collecting cover.
[0009]
In this case, when the engagement receiving member is provided integrally with the guide path forming member, if only the guide path forming member is positioned on the game board, the engagement receiving member is automatically positioned. The Accordingly, in the present invention, unlike the conventional case, it is freed from the trouble of individually positioning and attaching them, and the number of parts can be reduced, so that the cost can be reduced and the parts management can be facilitated.
On the other hand, when the engagement receiving member and the guide path forming member are formed separately, even when a new game board is newly developed, it is sufficient that only the guide path forming member corresponds to the new game board. . For this reason, there is little formation of a metal mold | die.
[0010]
According to the invention of claim 2, when the engaging member is in the locked position, the holding recess and the holding projection of the winning ball collective cover are engaged, and the disengagement is restricted at two places. Therefore, accidental disengagement can be prevented more reliably.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
<First Embodiment>
Next, a first embodiment embodying the winning ball collective cover mounting structure of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0012]
FIG. 14 shows a front view of the pachinko machine. A metal frame 12 is fitted into the front frame 11 of the pachinko machine formed in a frame shape, and the lower opening portion of the opening of the metal frame 12 is closed by the front plate 13. The front plate 13 is provided with an upper tray 14 that stores the hit ball and supplies the hit ball to a hit ball launching device (not shown). Further, a window frame 15 is fitted into the upper opening portion of the opening of the metal frame 12, and a transparent plate glass 16 is fitted therein. Further, a lower tray 17 for storing a prize ball and a handle 18 for operating the ball striking device are provided below the front plate 13 of the front frame 11. A game board mounting frame (not shown) is provided on the back side of the front frame 11, and a game board 19 shown in FIG. In this way, the game board 19 is arranged in the window frame 15. In addition, a game area is formed on the front surface of the game board 19, and various winning ball receiving devices, variable display devices, decorative lamps, and the like are arranged there.
[0013]
Next, as shown in FIG. 1, after the guide path forming member 20 is attached to the back surface of the game board 19, a winning ball collective cover 21 is attached so as to cover the guide path forming member 20. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail in order.
The gaming board 19 has an opening 19A formed substantially at the center, and a rear end portion of a variable display device or the like attached to the gaming area projects through the opening 19A to the back side. ing. A total of four recesses 19B are formed at predetermined positions surrounding the opening 19A. The recess 19B is formed by router processing, and has a substantially rectangular shape. Further, an out-ball outlet 19C for discharging the out-ball is provided at the central portion of the lower end of the game board 19, and the other is not shown corresponding to each winning ball receiving device arranged at a plurality of locations in the game area. A winning ball outlet is formed.
[0014]
The guide path forming member 20 is a resin plate having a substantially square shape, and an opening portion 20A having a slightly larger square shape is formed at a position corresponding to the opening portion 19A of the game board 19 at the center thereof. Is formed. In addition, a relay board mounting base 37 is formed on the upper part, and a relay board 38 is attached thereto as shown in FIG. The relay board 38 is provided with a connection terminal 39 projecting to the back side of the mechanism plate (not shown), a relay connector 40 for temporarily relaying wiring to various decorative lamps, variable display devices, etc. arranged in the game area. It is installed. Further, the guide path forming member 20 has a plurality of guide paths 28 on the back side (the side opposite to the side aligned with the back side of the game board 19) corresponding to each winning ball receiving device arranged in the game area. It is formed to bulge. Each guide path 28 is formed in a bowl shape that opens to the side facing the game board 19 and can be aligned with a winning ball outlet that is not shown, and guides the winning ball that has won the winning ball receiving device. It is possible to guide downward along the path 28. In addition, the lower end of the guide path 28 opens downward, and the prize balls that have passed through the guide path 28 can be dropped from there, and can further be dropped into a prize ball collecting cage (not shown) to be assembled. ing. The winning balls collected in the winning ball set are processed by one in the winning ball processing mechanism, and a predetermined number of prize balls are paid out to the player.
[0015]
Further, the guide path forming member 20 is integrally formed with engagement receiving members 22 at the four corners thereof, that is, at positions corresponding to the recesses 19B of the game board 19. As shown in FIG. 5, each of the engagement receiving members 22 is formed at a right angle from the back surface of the guide path forming member 20, and inside thereof, the surfaces facing each other (the engagements positioned above and below). A locking piece coupling chamber 23 having an opening is formed on the surface on the side where the receiving members 22 face each other. A holding projection 24 is formed at the back of the ceiling surface in the engagement piece coupling chamber 23. Further, the base end portion 22A of the engagement receiving member 22 protrudes into a frame shape corresponding to the shape of the concave portion 19B and slightly protrudes to the front surface side (a surface that matches the back surface of the game board 19). When the guide path forming member 20 is attached to the back surface of the game board 19, the guide path forming member 20 is positioned by fitting each base end portion 22 </ b> A into the recess 19 </ b> B of the game board 19. ing. Mounting holes 25 through which screws 26 for fastening the game board 19 and the guide path forming member 20 are formed are formed on both upper and lower sides of each engagement receiving member 22.
[0016]
The winning ball collective cover 21 is formed of resin so as to have a slightly larger square shape than the guide path forming member 20, and the guide path forming member 20 can be covered from the back side. Similarly to the opening 20 </ b> A of the guide path forming member 20, the winning ball collective cover 21 has an opening 21 </ b> A at a position corresponding to the opening 19 </ b> A of the game board 19. The opening 21A is formed to be approximately the same size as the opening 20A of the guide path forming member 20, and the opening 20A and the opening 21A are aligned when the winning ball collecting cover 21 is attached to the guide path forming member 20. It is like that. Further, the left and right edge portions and a part of the upper edge portion (in FIG. 6, the left and right edge portions and a part of the upper edge portion) of the winning ball collective cover 21 are slightly formed on the surface side. When the collective cover 21 is attached to the game board 19, a space capable of covering the guide path forming member 20 is formed with the game board 19. The lower edge portion of the winning ball collective cover 21 is formed so that both left and right end portions are connected to the left and right edge portions, but the other portions are not formed as such. For this reason, when the winning ball collective cover 21 is attached to the game board 19, the winning ball which forms an opening between the game board 19 on the lower surface and falls from the guide path 28 passes through this opening. It can be collected in the cage.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, lock mechanisms 29 are formed at the four corners of the winning ball collective cover 21, that is, at positions corresponding to the respective engagement receiving members 22 provided on the guide path forming member 20. ing. The lock mechanism 29 is provided in the locking piece accommodating recess 30, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the lock mechanism 29 is formed in a long and narrow recess from the surface side to the side surface of the winning ball collective cover 21. An insertion hole 30A is formed in one end of the locking piece receiving recess 30 (the upper end portion in the upper locking piece receiving recess and the lower end portion in the lower locking piece receiving recess). When the cover 21 is assembled to the back surface of the game board 19, the engagement receiving member 22 of the guide path forming member 20 protrudes from here into the locking piece housing recess 30.
[0018]
Further, a fitting portion 31 that is formed in a step shape and opens at one end side (side from which the engagement receiving member 22 protrudes) is formed at the end portion of the locking piece housing recess 30 opposite to the above-described insertion hole 30A. Is provided. Further, a guide groove 32 is formed on the bottom surface of the locking piece housing recess 30 from the opening edge of the fitting portion 31 to the insertion hole 30A. Then, a locking piece 33 described later is engaged with the guide groove 32 in a state where the elastic protruding piece 41 is fitted into the fitting portion 31. As a result, the locking piece 33 can be slid in the vertical direction along the guide groove 32, and when the locking piece 33 is slid to the back side, the portion of the locking piece 33 provided with the triangular groove 42 extends from the insertion hole 30A. The protruding engagement receiving member 22 is inserted into the locking piece coupling chamber 23.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, the locking piece 33 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material and slides up and down in the guide groove 32 to engage with the engagement receiving member 22 of the guide path forming member 20. (The position shown in FIGS. 11 and 13) and the release position (in FIGS. 9, 10 and 12) which is accommodated in the fitting portion 31 of the winning ball collective cover 21 and is not engaged with the engagement receiving member 22. (Position shown) can be displaced.
In the following description, unless otherwise noted, the description will be made with reference to the positions shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 (corresponding to the lower left when the winning ball collecting cover 21 is viewed from the rear side).
[0020]
An operation piece 36 projects at a position slightly below the center of the locking piece 33. This is for the sliding operation of the locking piece 33, and each is assembled in a state of facing outward. Further, a triangular groove 42 is cut out from one end of the locking piece 33, and holding recesses 33 </ b> B are recessed in the side surfaces of the pair of leg portions formed by the triangular groove 42. Is formed. Since the triangular groove 42 is formed, the holding recess 33 </ b> B can be elastically engaged with the holding protrusion 24 in the locking piece coupling chamber 23.
[0021]
On the other hand, on the side opposite to the triangular groove 42 with the operation piece 36 as a boundary, an elastic protrusion 41 (corresponding to the release restricting portion of the present invention) protruding to the same side as the operation piece 36 protrudes in a deformable manner. It is installed. A locking claw 41 </ b> A projects from the tip of the locking claw 41 </ b> A and can be engaged with the locking claw recess 43 in the fitting portion 31. Thereby, the locking piece 33 is held at the release position. Further, the tip portion of the elastic protrusion 41 is substantially the same as the contact end surface 44 (the tip portion of the wall surface on which the engaging claw recess 43 is formed among the wall surfaces forming the fitting portion 31) at the lock position described later. Located at height.
[0022]
Similarly, a pair of left and right holding recesses 33A are formed in a recessed manner at the end of the locking piece 33 opposite to the holding recess 33B. Both holding recesses 33A are engaged with holding protrusions 31A formed in the fitting portion 31 so as to hold the locking piece 33 in the release position.
In FIG. 6, a guide piece fitting recess 34 formed in a semicircular shape is provided in a portion near the insertion hole 30 </ b> A of the guide groove 32, and a circular guide piece 35 is partly provided here. Can be screwed in a state of projecting into the guide groove 32. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, a part of the locking piece 33 is pressed from behind (upward in FIG. 8), and the locking piece 33 can be smoothly slid without being detached from the guide groove 32.
[0023]
Next, the installation work of the winning ball collective cover 21 will be described. First, the guide path forming member 20 is attached to the back surface of the game board 19. For this purpose, the guide path forming member 20 is superposed on the back surface of the game board 19 and the base end portion 22A of each engagement receiving member 22 is fitted into the recess 19B of the game board 19 so that the guide path forming member 20 is fitted. Position it. Then, screws 26 are inserted into the respective mounting holes 25 of the guide path forming member 20 in this state, and are fastened to the game board 19 to fix the guide path forming member 20 to the back surface of the game board 19 (see FIG. 9). .
[0024]
On the other hand, the elastic protrusion 41 of the locking piece 33 is inserted into the four guide grooves 32 of the winning ball collective cover 21 while being bent, and is kept waiting at the release position. Then, a winning ball collective cover 21 is placed on the back surface of the game board 19 so as to cover the guide path forming member 20. Further, each engagement receiving member 22 on the guide path forming member 20 side is inserted through each insertion hole 30 </ b> A of the winning ball collective cover 21. As a result, the engagement receiving member 22 protrudes into each locking piece housing recess 30 of the winning ball collective cover 21 (see FIGS. 10 and 12). From here, each operation piece 36 is operated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Then, since the locking piece 33 slides to the locked position, one end of the locking piece 33 is inserted into the locking piece coupling chamber 23 of the engagement receiving member 22. At this time, the elastic protrusion 41 is restored and deformed, and is positioned in the vicinity of the contact end face 44 (see FIG. 13). Furthermore, since the holding recess 33B of the locking piece 33 engages with the holding projection 24 in the locking piece coupling chamber 23, the locking piece 33 is held in the locked position. As a result, the locking piece 33 and the engagement receiving member 22 are in a coupled state (the state shown in FIGS. 11 and 13), and the winning ball collective cover 21 is held on the back surface of the game board 19. At this time, since the tip of the elastic protruding piece 41 is located at the same height as the contact end face 44, even if a force that accidentally moves the locking piece 33 to the release position works, The locking position is not released.
[0025]
Next, a case where the winning ball collective cover 21 is removed will be described. In the coupled state, the operation pieces 36 are respectively slid in the direction opposite to the arrow direction shown in FIG. 10 while the elastic protrusions 41 are pressed and bent. Then, the locking piece 33 is extracted from the locking piece coupling chamber 23 of the engagement receiving member 22 and moves to the release position. At this time, the holding recess 33A of the locking piece 33 is held in the fitting portion 31. It is engaged with 31A and held in that state. Thereby, since the coupling state of the locking piece 33 and the engagement receiving member 22 is released, the winning ball collective cover 21 can be removed from the game board 19.
[0026]
As described above, according to this embodiment, in order to attach the winning ball collective cover 21 to the back surface of the game board 19, first, the guide path forming member 20 is attached to the back face of the game board 19, and then the guide path forming member 20 is attached. It is only necessary to couple the locking piece 33 of the winning ball collective cover 21 to the engagement receiving member 22 provided integrally.
That is, in the series of operations for attaching the winning ball collective cover 21, the assembly operation of the engagement receiving member 22 alone is omitted. Therefore, in the present embodiment, since it is not necessary to individually assemble the engagement receiving members 22 as in the prior art, the positioning operation or the like is unnecessary, and the mounting operation of the winning ball collective cover 21 is facilitated.
[0027]
At this time, in addition to the engagement between the holding recess 33 </ b> B and the holding projection 24, there are two release regulating portions in which the elastic projection 41 of the locking piece 33 is in a position where it abuts against the abutting end surface 44. For this reason, accidental movement from the lock position to the release position is prevented. In this embodiment, the engaging force between the elastic protrusion 41 and the contact end surface 44 is set to be stronger than the engaging force between the holding recess 33 </ b> B and the holding protrusion 24.
Furthermore, since the engagement receiving member 22 and the guide path forming member 20 are integrated, the number of parts can be reduced, thereby reducing the economic burden such as mold cost and the administrative burden such as parts management. be able to.
[0028]
In addition, in the present embodiment, the relay board mounting base 37 is also formed integrally with the guide path forming member 20, so that individual positioning and mounting work with respect to the relay board mounting base 37 is not necessary. The burden on the area and economy can be reduced.
In addition, since a plurality of guide paths 28 corresponding to each winning ball receiving device are formed in the guide path forming member 20, when the game board 19 is newly developed, only this guide path forming member 20 is a new game. It is sufficient to correspond to the board 19.
[0029]
Second Embodiment
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the present embodiment and the first embodiment, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a part of the description is omitted.
In the present embodiment, the cover locking member 51, the guide path forming member 50, and the relay board mounting base 52 in which the engagement receiving members 22 are arranged in a pair in the upper and lower directions are formed as separate bodies. Attached to the back side independently. That is, as shown in FIG. 16, a guide path forming member 50, a pair of cover locking members 51 on the left and right sides, and a relay board mounting base 52 are attached to the back surface of the game board 19 so as to cover these members. A winning ball collective cover 53 is attached to the.
[0030]
The guide path forming member 50 is formed of resin, and only the portions along the outside of the left edge and the lower edge of the opening 19A of the game board 19 are formed. The guide path forming member 50 is formed such that a plurality of guide paths 54 bulge to the back side corresponding to each winning ball receiving device arranged in the game area. Each guide path 54 is formed with the same effect as the guide path 28 in the first embodiment.
Further, a mounting hole 50 </ b> A is provided at a peripheral end portion of the guide path forming member 50 with a predetermined interval, and the screw 26 is fitted when the guide path forming member 50 is attached to the game board 19.
[0031]
Next, the same pair of cover locking members 51 are arranged on the left and right sides, and the engagement receiving members 22 are formed corresponding to the recesses 19B and 19B located above and below the game board 19. Further, an engaging convex portion 55 is provided at an intermediate portion of the cover locking member 51. When the winning ball collective cover 53 is assembled, the engaging convex portion 55 is concavo-convexly engaged with the engaging concave portion 56 on the winning ball collective cover 53 side, so that the winning ball collective cover 53 and the cover locking member 51 are fitted. This makes it easy to align the two parts and eliminates rattling after the two members are assembled.
[0032]
The relay board mounting base 52 is formed according to the shape of a relay board (not shown). As described in the first embodiment, a connector or the like for relaying a wiring to a decorative lamp or the like arranged in the game area or the like is arranged on the relay board. A mounting hole 52A is provided at a predetermined position around the relay board mounting base 52, and the screw 26 is fitted therein to fix the relay board mounting base 52 to the game board 19.
[0033]
The winning ball collective cover 53 is formed of a synthetic resin in a square shape so as to cover the guide path forming member 50 and the cover locking member 51 from the back side. The winning ball collective cover 53 is formed with an opening 53A larger than the opening 19A at a position corresponding to the opening 19A of the game board 19, and when the winning ball collective cover 53 is attached, both openings 19A. , 53A are matched.
Further, the left and right edge portions and a part of the upper edge portion (in FIG. 19, a part of both the left and right edge portions and the upper edge portion) of the winning ball collective cover 53 are slightly raised on the surface side. When the collective cover 53 is attached to the game board 19, a space capable of covering the guide path forming member 50 and the cover locking member 51 is formed with the game board 19. On the other hand, the lower edge portion of the winning ball collective cover 53 is formed so that both left and right end portions are connected to the left and right edge portions, but the other portions are not formed as such. For this reason, when the winning ball collective cover 53 is attached to the game board 19, the winning ball that forms an opening with the game board 19 on the lower surface and falls from the guide path 54 passes through this opening. It can be collected in the cage.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIG. 19 or 20, lock mechanisms 57 are respectively provided at the four corners of the winning ball collective cover 53, that is, at positions corresponding to the engagement receiving members 22 provided on the cover locking member 51. It is configured. The lock mechanism 57 is provided in the locking piece housing recess 30 and is formed in a long and narrow recess from the surface side to the side surface of the winning ball collective cover 53. An insertion hole 30 </ b> A is formed at one end of the latching piece receiving recess 30, and when the winning ball collective cover 53 is assembled to the back surface of the game board 19, the engagement receiving member 22 starts from here. It protrudes into the housing recess 30.
In addition, a locking piece holding projection 59 is projected from a portion of the guide groove 32 near the insertion hole 30A. When the locking piece 58 is attached to the guide groove 32, the locking piece holding projection 59 comes into contact with the side surface portion. For this reason, the locking piece 58 can be smoothly slid without being detached from the guide groove 32.
[0035]
An intermediate position between the upper and lower lock mechanisms 57 is an engagement recess 56. The engagement recess 56 can be engaged with the engagement protrusion 55 described above when the winning ball collective cover 53 is assembled to the cover locking member 51.
Further, the lower end portion of the winning ball collective cover 53 is provided with three guide walls 60 protruding from the rear surface at a position corresponding to the outlet 54A of the guide path 54. Inside each guide wall 60 is a passage 63 connected from the front surface to the bottom surface of the winning ball collective cover 53, and the winning ball guided to the outlet 54A at the lower end portion of the guide path 54 is located further below. Induced by the trap. By providing the guide wall 60 according to each guide path 54 in this way, the number of prize balls can be easily changed to, for example, seven or fifteen according to the position of the winning ball receiving device on the front of the play stand. Become.
Of the guide wall 60, a slit 61 is formed vertically and horizontally around a predetermined area around the center of the guide wall 60, so that the predetermined area around the guide wall 60 located at the center can be easily cut off. ing. Thereby, a big opening can be formed in the lower end part center part of the winning ball collective cover 53 as needed. This opening serves as an attacker projecting opening that matches the rear end portion of the attacker (not shown) that protrudes from the back surface of the gaming board 19 when a so-called attacker is installed, depending on the type of gaming board 19. .
[0036]
Note that ribs 62 protrude from the guide walls 60 formed on both sides at positions where the lower end edges are connected to each other. Since the rib 62 and the center guide wall 60 are separated from each other by the separation groove 64, the lower end edges of the guide walls 60 on both sides are connected by the rib 62 even after the center guide wall 60 is cut off. ing. For this reason, the rib 62 serves to reinforce the lower side of the winning ball collective cover 53 and makes it difficult for the lower end portion of the winning ball collective cover 53 to bend and deform.
Next, the locking piece 58 will be described. Unless otherwise specified, the position of FIG. 20 (corresponding to the lower left when the winning ball collecting cover 53 is viewed from the rear side) is referred to. To do.
As shown in FIG. 21, the locking piece 58 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, and slides up and down in the guide groove 32 to engage with the cover locking member 51 (shown in FIG. 23). Position) and a release position (position shown in FIG. 24) which is accommodated in the fitting portion 31 of the winning ball collective cover 53 and is not engaged with the cover locking member 51.
[0037]
The difference in configuration between the locking piece 58 of the present embodiment and the locking piece 33 of the first embodiment is only the presence or absence of the holding recess 33A. That is, in the locking piece 58 of this embodiment, since the holding recess 33A is not provided, when the locking piece 58 is in the release position, it is fitted only by the locking claw 41A at the front end portion of the elastic protrusion 41. Locked in the portion 31.
Next, the mounting work of the winning ball collective cover 53 will be described. First, the guide path forming member 50, the pair of cover locking members 51, and the relay board mounting base 52 are attached to the back surface of the game board 19.
[0038]
The guide path forming member 50 is aligned with a predetermined position on the back surface of the game board 19 and the screw 26 is inserted into the mounting hole 50A. Similarly, the relay board mounting base 52 is fixed with the screw 26 while being aligned with a predetermined position of the game board 19. On the other hand, each cover locking member 51 is positioned so that the base end portion 22A is fitted into the recess 19B of the game board 19 and screws 26 are inserted into the respective mounting holes 25, and these are attached to the game board 19. The cover locking member 51 is fixed to the back surface of the game board 19 by tightening.
[0039]
On the other hand, the elastic protrusions 41 of the locking pieces 58 are inserted into the four guide grooves 32 of the winning ball collective cover 53 while being bent, and kept waiting at the release position. At this time, the locking piece holding projection 59 holds the locking piece 58 so as to press the side surface of the locking piece 58, so that the locking piece 58 is not easily detached from the guide groove 32.
The procedure for assembling the winning ball collective cover 53 to the game board 19 is the same as that in the first embodiment, and is therefore omitted.
[0040]
Thus, according to this embodiment, the cover locking member 51 is formed by connecting the upper and lower two engagement receiving members 22. For this reason, in a series of operations for attaching the winning ball collective cover 53, as compared with the case where the cover locking members 51 are individually assembled as in the prior art, the assembling operation becomes easier and the positioning operation is not required. As a result, the work of attaching the winning ball collective cover 53 is facilitated.
In addition, since the cover locking member 51 and the guide path forming member 50 are separated, even when only the guide path forming member 50 has to be changed due to the development of a new model, the cover locking member 51 remains as it is. Can be used. For this reason, since it is only necessary to create a mold having only the guide path forming member 50, the economic burden can be reduced.
[0041]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented by being modified as follows, for example, and these embodiments also belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
(1) In each of the above embodiments, the locking piece is slidably provided on the winning ball collecting cover side, and this is coupled to the engagement receiving member, but may be modified as follows.
(1) A cylindrical mounting member is erected on the back surface of the guide path forming member or the cover locking member, and a locking piece is rotatably provided at the tip thereof. On the other hand, the winning ball collective cover is provided with a notch at a position corresponding to the mounting member. Then, the winning ball collective cover is overlapped on the back surface of the game board while fitting each mounting member into the notch, and then the locking piece is rotated to be locked to the prize winning ball collective cover.
[0042]
(2) A boss-like engagement receiving member is erected on the back surface of the guide path forming member or the cover locking member. On the other hand, for example, a button-type clip is provided on the winning ball collective cover corresponding to the engagement receiving member. Then, the winning ball collective cover may be attached to the back surface of the game board by engaging the clip with the engagement receiving member. In short, irrespective of the engagement structure between the engagement member and the engagement receiving member, the engagement receiving member may be provided integrally with the guide path forming member or the cover locking member.
[0043]
(2) In the above embodiment, since the rear end portion of the variable display device protrudes from the back surface of the game board, the guide path forming member is positioned in accordance with the opening of the game board so as to avoid interference with this. Had to be able to penetrate. However, when applied to a model that does not have a variable display device or the like, it is not necessary to form openings in the guide path forming member and the winning ball collecting cover.
