【0001】
【0093】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gaming machine having components arranged on a game board, and more particularly, to a gaming machine capable of simplifying the dismantling operation and replacement of components and reducing the work cost required for such operations. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A gaming machine such as a pachinko machine is provided with a game board in which a game area for playing a ball is formed, and a plurality of components such as a winning device and a lamp device are arranged on the game board. For example, the winning device includes a device main body in which a winning opening is formed, and the device main body has an approximately parallel to the game area surface of the game board in order to screw the winning device to the game area surface of the game board. A plate-shaped base plate is provided. In addition, a winning ball sensor for detecting a winning ball is accommodated in the apparatus main body, and a lead wire as a communication line for transmitting a winning ball detection signal is derived from the winning ball sensor. Yes.
[0003]
When the winning device constructed as described above is attached to the game board, first, a mounting hole is formed in the game board, while a winning ball sensor is accommodated in the main body of the game, and then derived from the winning ball sensor. The lead wire is inserted into the mounting hole of the game board, and the lead wire is led out to the back side of the game board. Thereafter, the base plate is screwed to the game area surface of the game board while pressing the base plate of the apparatus main body against the game area surface of the game board.
[0004]
However, since the device main body of the component parts such as the winning device is light, for example, when inserting the lead wire derived from the winning ball sensor into the mounting hole, the lead wire is disposed on the back side of the game board. For example, a winning ball collective cover. When the lead wire hits in this way, the base plate cannot be brought into contact with the game area surface of the game board, and the base board is lifted from the game area surface, so that the screwing failure is caused when the component is attached to the game board. Sometimes occurred.
[0005]
Therefore, the applicant of the present application has proposed that an elastic temporary fixing piece is provided in the apparatus main body, and the apparatus main body of the component part is temporarily fixed to the mounting hole by the elastic temporary fixing piece. This elastic temporary fixing piece is provided with a wedge-shaped engagement protrusion at the tip, and the apparatus main body is temporarily fixed to the attachment hole by hooking this engagement protrusion on the opening edge of the attachment hole on the back side of the game board. The component parts are temporarily fixed to the game board.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the pachinko machine provided with the components having the above-mentioned elastic temporary fixing pieces has a ball driven into the game area at a predetermined location, for example, an out-ball path, a safe ball processing device or a safe ball arranged in the mechanism board. A winning ball collective cover for guiding to the discharge passage is disposed on the back side of the game board, and the back side of the game board is covered by the winning ball collective cover. That is, the mounting hole is covered from the back side of the game board by the winning ball collecting cover.
[0007]
For this reason, in such a pachinko machine, when removing the component parts from the game board, unless the winning ball collecting cover is removed from the back side of the game board, the engagement protrusions of the elastic temporary fixing pieces are arranged on the back side of the game board of the mounting holes. It cannot be removed from the opening edge. Therefore, for example, when removing such a component from the game board in order to reuse the component or discard the pachinko machine, the winning ball collecting cover must be removed from the back side of the game board. For this reason, the dismantling work of the pachinko machine becomes complicated, and it takes time to dismantle the work, resulting in an increase in work cost.
[0008]
In addition, when removing a component from the game board in order to replace the failed component, remove the winning ball assembly cover from the game board, and then disengage the engagement protrusion of the elastic temporary fixing piece. Component must be removed. For this reason, the replacement work of the component parts becomes complicated, and the replacement work takes time, and there is a problem that the maintenance cost of the pachinko machine increases.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a gaming machine that can simplify the dismantling work and replacement work of components and reduce the work cost required for such work. It is an object.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the gaming machine according to claim 1 includes a gaming board having a gaming area formed on the front surface side, and a mounting hole provided penetrating from the front surface side to the back surface side of the gaming board. The components inserted into the mounting hole from the front side of the game board and disposed in the game area, and the ball attached to the back side of the game board and driven into the game area to a predetermined location A ball guiding member for guiding,A base plate that is provided in the component and contacts the opening edge of the mounting hole in the gaming area; From the componentsTotalIssuedInserted through the mounting holeSaidThe back side of the game boardTo reachEngaging member and provided on the engaging memberThe first engagement portion is detachably engaged with the first engagement portion andOpening edge of the mounting hole on the back side of the game boardA second engaging portion provided in thein frontBall guide memberInCommunication with the mounting holeThrough-holePenetrating formedBy thatThrough holeIt is comprised so that the said engaging member exposed through can be operated from the back surface side of the said ball | bowl guide member, and the said component can be removed..
[0011]
According to the gaming machine of the first aspect, the ball that is driven into the game area of the game board falls in the game area and is sent to the ball guiding member via a component such as a winning device, for example. Guided to the location. When the component is inserted into the mounting hole from the surface side of the game board and disposed in the game area of the game board, the mounting holeThe engagement member inserted into the back side of the game boardTo reachProvided on its engaging memberThe first engagement partPlayTechnical boardOpening edge of the mounting hole on the back side2nd engaging part provided inInEngaged. [0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, a so-called first type pachinko machine will be described as an example of a gaming machine. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a winning device as a component of a pachinko machine in the present embodiment. In FIG. 1, the arrow R <b> 1 indicates the bending direction of one engagement member 5 that extends from the rear left edge of the holder member 4, and the other relationship that the arrow R <b> 2 extends from the rear right edge of the holder member 4. The bending direction of the combined member 5 is shown respectively.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, the winning device 1 detects a device main body 2 disposed on the side of a game area 10a (see FIG. 2) of a game board 10, which will be described later, and a ball P accommodated in the device main body 2. A winning ball sensor 3, a holder member 4 that holds the winning ball sensor 3 and is inserted into the mounting hole 10b (see FIG. 2), and a winning ball collective cover 11 (see FIG. 2) that will be described later. And a pair of engaging members 5 and 5 for engaging with each other. The winning device 1 is formed in a hollow casing shape by the device main body 2 and the holder member 4 and is configured so that the winning ball sensor 3 can be accommodated therein.
[0014]
The apparatus main body 2 is formed symmetrically in the front view and is provided with a substantially flat base plate 2a on the rear side. A hollow frame-shaped front cover 2b is attached to the front side of the base plate 2a, and substantially rectangular connecting holes 2c and 2c are formed in the left and right side surfaces of the front cover 2b. Each of the connection holes 2c and 2c is for connecting the apparatus main body 2 and the holder member 4, and connection protrusions 4d and 4d (described later) in connection pieces 4c and 4c of the holder member 4 described later are inserted. It is made possible.
[0015]
On the upper surface of the front cover 2b, there is formed a winning opening 2d through which a ball P can be won. A front portion of the winning ball sensor 3 for detecting the winning of the ball P can be accommodated below the winning hole 2d. A housing space 2e is formed. On the other hand, an insertion hole 2f communicating with the back side of the base plate 2a is formed on the rear side of the accommodation space 2e, and the front portion of the winning ball sensor 3 is inserted into the accommodation space 2e through the insertion hole 2f. Can be accommodated.
[0016]
The winning ball sensor 3 is constituted by a substantially rectangular plate-shaped magnetic sensor, and a substantially circular detection hole 3a penetrating in the vertical direction is formed on the upper surface of the front portion thereof. The detection hole 3a is formed so that a ball P for winning a prize to the winning opening 2d can pass therethrough, and an electromagnetic coil (not shown) is formed around the opening edge by a metal wire (not shown). ing. Therefore, when the ball P passes through the detection hole 3a, the current value supplied to the electromagnetic coil changes, and the change of the current value causes the ball P to pass through the detection hole 3a, that is, the ball P to the winning opening 2d. Can be detected.
[0017]
Further, a lead wire 3b electrically connected to an electromagnetic coil formed in the detection hole 3a is led out at a rear portion of the winning ball sensor 3, and a connector 3c is provided at the rear end of the lead wire 3b. It is attached. The winning ball sensor 3 is configured to be connectable to a main control board (not shown) for controlling the game of the pachinko machine via the lead wire 3b and the connector 3c, and the connector 3c and the lead wire 3b detect the detection hole. The detection signal of the sphere P that has passed 3a can be transmitted to the main control board.
[0018]
The holder member 4 has an accommodation space 4a that is partitioned into a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The accommodation space 4 a is formed so as to accommodate the rear portion of the winning ball sensor 3 and is formed so as to penetrate in the front-rear direction of the holder member 4. Therefore, when the rear portion of the winning ball sensor 3 is accommodated in the accommodation space 4a, the lead wire 3b can be led out behind the holder member 4. A guide passage 4b is provided below the accommodation space 4a.
[0019]
The guide passage 4b is a passage for guiding the ball P that has passed through the detection hole 3a of the winning ball sensor 3 described above to the rear of the winning device 1, and its bottom surface is located behind the holder member 4 from the device main body 2 side. It is tilted downward toward. Therefore, it is possible to guide the ball P that has entered the guide passage 4b by rolling it toward the rear of the winning device 1 (holder member 4). In addition, connecting pieces 4 c and 4 c are extended toward the back side of the apparatus main body 2 on both the left and right sides of the front surface of the accommodation space 4 a of the holder member 4.
[0020]
The connecting pieces 4c and 4c are for connecting the apparatus main body 2 and the holder member 4 described above. The connecting pieces 4c and 4c are connected to the distal end side (the front side in FIG. 1) from the outer surface. Projecting projections 4d and 4d having a substantially wedge shape projecting outward are provided. These connection protrusions 4d and 4d are formed so as to be able to be inserted into the connection holes 2c and 2c of the apparatus main body 2, and are engaged with the front surface of the base plate 2a by being inserted into the connection holes 2c and 2c. It is formed to be. Therefore, the apparatus main body 2 and the holder member 4 can be connected and united by the engagement of the connecting projections 4d and 4d.
[0021]
In addition, a sensor pressing piece 4e extending rearward of the holder member 4 along the inner peripheral upper surface of the receiving space 4a is provided at the upper rear side of the receiving space 4a. It is formed so that it can be elastically bent and deformed outward (upward in FIG. 1). The sensor pressing piece 4e is provided with a pressing projection 4f that protrudes downward (inner circumferential side of the accommodation space 4a) at the tip thereof. When the winning ball sensor 3 is housed in the housing space 4 a of the holder member 4, the pressing protrusion 4 f is formed so as to be hooked and engaged with the rear end of the winning ball sensor 3. Therefore, the winning ball sensor 3 is prevented from falling out of the accommodation space 4a of the holder member 4 by the engagement of the pressing protrusion 4f.
[0022]
A pair of engaging members 5, 5 are provided on both the left and right edges of the rear side of the holder member 4 in order to engage the winning device 1 with a winning ball collecting cover 11 described later. Each of the engaging members 5 and 5 includes a substantially flat arm portion 5a, and one end of each arm portion 5a is connected to the holder member 4 respectively. Each arm portion 5a, 5a extends from the rear left edge and rear right edge of the holder member 4 toward the rear of the holder member 4 (on the opposite side of the apparatus main body 2), and the extension portion Engaging projections 5b and 5b, which are wedge-shaped bodies whose thickness tapers toward the distal end side, are formed in a continuous manner at the distal end portion. Further details of the engaging members 5 and 5 will be described later.
[0023]
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the above-described winning device 1, the gaming board 10 on which the winning device 1 is disposed, and the winning ball collective cover 11 attached to the back side of the gaming board 10. In the figure, the game board 10 is illustrated by a two-dot chain line.
[0024]
The game board 10 is formed of a wooden plywood material in a substantially flat plate shape, and a game area 10a in which a game is played by driving a ball P on the front side thereof (the front side of the game board) is formed. The game board 10 has a mounting hole 10b penetrating from the game area 10a surface side to the back surface 10c side. The mounting hole 10b is formed so that its opening shape matches the outer shape of the holder member 4 of the winning device 1, and the holder member 4 can be inserted.
[0025]
Further, the base plate 2a of the winning device 1 described above has a back surface (a surface facing the game area 10a) larger than the opening of the mounting hole 10b, and the holder member 4 of the winning device 1 is formed in the mounting hole 10b. It is formed so that the attachment hole 10b can be covered when inserted. Therefore, since the inside of the mounting hole 10b is prevented from being exposed by the base plate 2a, the aesthetic appearance of the pachinko machine can be maintained.
[0026]
The winning ball collective cover 11 is a member for discharging the balls P won to the winning opening 2d of the winning device 1 to the outside of the game area 10a, and is attached to the back surface 10c side of the game board 10. The winning ball collective cover 11 includes a pair of flat base plates 11a and 11a that are substantially parallel to the back surface 10c of the game board 10, and the base boards 11a and 11a are not arranged on the opposite end sides of the base board 11a. A pair of flat side wall plates 11b1 and 11b1 are erected toward the installation side (rear).
[0027]
The rear ends of the pair of side wall plates 11b1 and 11b1 are connected to a flat plate-like rear wall plate 11b2. Therefore, the winning ball collecting cover 11 is provided with a discharge bowl 11b having a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional view in which a surface facing the game board 10 is opened by the three side wall plates 11b1 and 11b1 and the rear wall plate 11b2. Is formed. The inside of the discharge basket 11b is formed so that the ball P can pass therethrough, and the ball P can be discharged to the outside of the game area 10a by the discharge basket 11b.
[0028]
On the other hand, the base plates 11a and 11a are provided with through holes 11c and 11c, which are substantially rectangular openings, on the left and right sides of the discharge rod 11b. The through holes 11c and 11c are openings for exposing the engaging members 5 and 5 of the winning device 1 described above to the back side of the winning ball collecting cover 11 and engaging the engaging protrusions 5b and 5b. The base plate 11a is formed so as to penetrate in the thickness direction, and the engagement protrusions 5b and 5b can be inserted. Therefore, when the engagement protrusions 5 b and 5 b are engaged with these through holes 11 c and 11 c, the engagement protrusions 5 b and 5 b can be exposed to the back side of the winning ball collecting cover 11.
[0029]
Thus, the engagement protrusions 5b, 5b are exposed on the back side of the winning ball collection cover 11, so that the engagement protrusions 11 remain attached to the back side 10c of the game board 10 with the winning ball collection cover 11 attached. The engaged state between 5b, 5b and the through holes 11c, 11c can be released from the back side of the winning ball collecting cover 11.
[0030]
FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of the winning device 1 showing a state in which the engaging member 5 is engaged with the winning ball collecting cover 11 attached to the game board 10, and an arrow in the figure indicates a flow path of the ball P Is shown. As shown in FIG. 3, the prize winning device 1 is disposed while the device main body 2 is exposed to the game area 10 a side of the game board 10, while the holder member 4 is inserted into the mounting hole 10 b. . The height from the inner peripheral lower surface to the inner peripheral upper surface of the mounting hole 10 b is substantially equal to the height from the lower end surface to the upper end surface of the holder member 4. Therefore, when the holder member 4 of the winning device 1 is inserted into the mounting hole 10b, the holder member 4 can be prevented from rattling in the vertical direction within the mounting hole 10b.
[0031]
Also, the above-mentioned winning ball collecting cover 11 is attached to the back side of the gaming board 10, that is, the opposite side of the gaming area 10a side, and the inside of the discharge basket 11b of the winning ball collecting cover 11 and the guide of the holder member 4 are installed. The passage 4b communicates. On the other hand, a guide passage 2 g that communicates with the prize winning port 2 d and the detection hole 3 a and communicates with the guide passage 4 b of the holder member 4 is provided below the prize winning port 2 d of the device main body 2 of the winning device 1. Therefore, the ball P that has won the winning opening 2d and passed through the detection hole 3a is guided to the guide passage 4b of the holder member 4 through the guide passage 2g, and is discharged through the guide passage 4b. It is discharged to the bag 11b.
[0032]
4 is a cross-sectional plan view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 3. In FIG. 4, the sphere P is illustrated by a two-dot chain line. In FIG. 4, the arrow R <b> 1 indicates the bending direction of one engaging member 5 that is extended from the rear left edge (upper right side in FIG. 4) of the holder member 4. Further, in FIG. 4, an arrow R <b> 2 indicates a bending direction of the other engaging member 5 that is extended from the rear right edge (lower right side in FIG. 4) of the holder member 4.
[0033]
The arm portions 5a and 5a of the pair of engaging members 5 and 5 are formed to be elastically deflectable and deformable in mutually facing directions (the directions of arrows R1 and R2 in FIG. 4), respectively. In addition, the arm portions 5a and 5a are configured such that the distance between the arm portions 5a and 5a becomes wider from the connecting portion with the holder member 4 toward the engagement protrusions 5b and 5b. That is, the arm portions 5a and 5a are connected to the holder member 4 so that the interval width on the end side of the engaging projections 5b and 5b is larger than the interval width on the end side of the holder member 4.
[0034]
Each engagement protrusion 5b, 5b protrudes outward from the outer surface (non-opposing surface) of the tip portion of the arm portion 5a, 5a. The distance between the base portions B and B of the engaging projections 5b and 5b in the arm portions 5a and 5a is such that the winning device 1 is removed from the game board 10 and the winning ball collecting cover 11 in the through holes 11c and 11c. It is designed to be slightly larger than the interval width between the outer edges. Therefore, when the engagement protrusions 5b and 5b of the engagement members 5 and 5 are engaged with the through holes 11c and 11c, the winning device 1 is rattled in the mounting hole 10b by the elastic restoring force of the arm portions 5a and 5a. It can prevent sticking.
[0035]
Further, the length from the top A of each engagement protrusion 5b to the base plate 2a is made to substantially coincide with the total thickness of the board thickness of the game board 10 and the base board 11a in the winning ball collecting cover 11. ing. Therefore, when the holder member 4 of the winning device 1 is inserted into the mounting hole 10b and the engaging protrusions 5b and 5b are engaged with the opening edges of the through holes 11c and 11c, the winning device 1 is connected to the mounting hole 10b. It is possible to prevent rattling in the penetration direction.
[0036]
The respective engaging projections 5b and 5b are hooked on the opening edges of the base plates 11a and 11a on the back side (the right side in FIG. 2) in the through holes 11c and 11c formed in the winning ball collecting cover 11 correspondingly. Are combined. By this engagement, the winning device 1 can be disposed on the game board 10 in a state where it cannot be removed from the mounting hole 10b. Further, on the outer surface of each engagement protrusion 5b, a tapered surface 5c that is inclined so as to protrude outward from the distal end side (the right side in FIG. 4) of the engagement member 5 toward the top A of the engagement protrusion 5b. Are formed, and can be guided through the tapered surface 5c when the pair of engaging members 5 and 5 are inserted into the mounting hole 10b and the through holes 11c and 11c.
[0037]
Next, a method for assembling the winning device 1 configured as described above will be described. First, in the state shown in FIG. 1, when the holder member 4 is brought close to the back surface side of the apparatus main body 2 and the pair of connecting pieces 4c and 4c are fitted into the connecting holes 2c and 2c of the apparatus main body 2, the connecting pieces 4c, Each of the connecting projections 4d, 4d of 4c is hooked and engaged with the front surface of the base plate 2a. By this engagement, the apparatus main body 2 and the holder member 4 are united and integrated.
