本発明は、空気調和機のプレフィルタに係わり、とくに、フィルタ効率のよいプリーフ式とし、しかも着脱が容易なものに関する。

【従来の技術】
図5に示すように、従来の空気調和機のプレフィルタ1は、合成樹脂で形成したネット状のフィルタ1aを合成樹脂で形成した枠体2に熱融着等により一体化してなり、図1に示すように、室内ユニット3の吸込口3aに備えるフィルタ挿入ガイド3bに着脱自在に装着するようにしていた。
しかし、空気調和機のプレフィルタは、埃を取り除くため、2週間に1度程度の掃除が必要であり、このネット状のフィルタ1aは掃除をし易くするため面状に形成されており、吸込口3aの面積が限られているため、フィルタの面積を広くできず、フィルタ効果を高めることができなかった。
そこで、フィルタ効果を高める、交互に折り曲げて鋸歯状に形成したフィルタを所定の枠体内に収納してプリーフ式にしたものが考えられているが、掃除がし難いという問題があった。

本発明は以上述べた問題点を解決し、プリーフを形成してフィルタ効果を高めると共に、掃除し易い構造にした空気調和機のプレフィルタを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上述の課題を解決するために、合成樹脂で形成したネット状のフィルタを合成樹脂で形成した枠対に熱溶着し、室内ユニットの吸込口に備えるフィルタ挿入ガイドに挿脱自在に装着するようにしてなる空気調和機のプレフィルタにおいて、前記枠体の挿入方向に直交して肉薄部を複数設けてなり、前記フィルタ挿入ガイドへの装着時に、前記肉薄部が交互に折曲してプリーツ状に形成され、前記フィルタ挿入ガイドから外した状態では、前記肉薄部が伸びて略平面状に形成されるようにしている。

以上のように、本発明の空気調和機のプレフィルタにおいては、枠体の挿入方向に直交して肉薄部を表裏交互に設けてなり、フィルタ挿入ガイドへの装着時に同肉薄部が交互に折曲してフリーツを形成するようにしたので、室内ユニットの吸込口に備えるフィルタ挿入ガイドに挿着することにより、同肉薄部が交互に折曲してフリーツを形成し、装着時のフィルタ効果を高め、外した状態では肉薄部を伸ばして略平面状にし、清掃を容易にした。

以下、図面に基づいて本発明による空気調和機のプレフィルタを詳細に説明する。
図1は空気調和機のプレフィルタの実装状態を示す、要部断面図である。
図1に示すように、プレフィルタ1は、室内ユニット3の吸込口3aに備えるフィルタ挿入ガイド3bに着脱自在に装着している。

図において、1は前記プレフィルタで、ネット状のフィルタ1aを複数の肉薄部2aを挿入方向に直交して表裏交互に有する枠体2に熱融着している。

図2で説明したように、このプレフィルタ1は外した状態では、図2−(B)に示すように伸びており、この伸びたプレフィルタ1を、前記フィルタ挿入ガイド3bの下から挿入することにより、図2−(A)に示すように、肉薄部2aが交互に折れ曲がり、プリーツを形成してフィルタ挿入ガイド3b内に収納されるのでフィルタ効率を高めることができる。
また、逆にフィルタ挿入ガイド3bの下からプレフィルタ1を引き出すと、肉薄部2aが伸びて平面状になるので、容易に掃除機等で埃を吸い取ったり、洗浄したりすることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明による空気調和機のプレフィルタによれば、枠体の挿入方向に直交して肉薄部を表裏交互に設けてなり、フィルタ挿入ガイドへの装着時に同肉薄部が交互に折曲してフリーツを形成するようにしたので、室内ユニットの吸込口に備えるフィルタ挿入ガイドに挿着することにより、同肉薄部が交互に折曲してフリーツを形成するので、装着時のフィルタ効果を高めることができ、外した状態では肉薄部を伸ばしてフィルタが略平面状になるので、清掃を容易に行うことができる。
