Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a passenger conveyor such as an escalator formed by connecting a plurality of steps in an endless manner, and more particularly to the configuration of the steps.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional passenger conveyor steps such as escalators are made up of endlessly connected pieces of the same structure, and in many cases, the tread and riser surfaces of each step are finished with black paint or unpainted metal The color remains. Accordingly, the tread surface and the riser surface of all steps have the same color, and are configured by connecting a plurality of the same structure and the same color in an endless manner. In addition, as a normal black-based paint, a paint having a high frictional resistance is used so that passengers do not slip and take their feet.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional passenger conveyors, such as escalators, are connected endlessly using a plurality of steps having the same structure and the same color as described above. It is difficult to determine at a glance whether the vehicle is moving or descending. This can be compensated for by indications, etc., especially when the visually impaired or the elderly come to the landing to use the escalator, because the steps of the same color move continuously at the entrance. , It is difficult to identify the tread surface of the step you are trying to get in, and there is a risk of falling because it is difficult to take the timing to get in. In addition, this difficulty in timing sometimes leads to a situation where the tip of the shoe gets into contact with the riser surface, and there is a risk that the foot tip may be caught between the tread surface and the riser surface connected thereto. Furthermore, dirt such as dust is likely to adhere to the riser surface that is not in contact with the shoe sole, and there is also a problem that it is difficult to remove the dirt because of the uneven surface, resulting in poor appearance.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a passenger conveyor that is easy for people who are blind or elderly and can easily get into the steps and that is excellent in safety and beauty.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As described above, a passenger conveyor such as an escalator of the present invention has a plurality of steps that are connected endlessly by a step chain, and this step is a passenger conveyor composed of a tread surface and a riser surface. , and has a connecting portion at least adjacent portions tread color different two or more steps, at least the convex portion of the riser face, and applied over a material of good sliding properties than coating was applied to the tread, and, said at least two steps different colors tread of the adjacent portions, the color of the riser face of the step located in front in the torque-increasing operation, the tread of the two or more steps and a color Characterized by different colors .
[0006]
As described above, the passenger conveyor such as the escalator of the present invention is configured to have a connecting portion of two or more steps having different colors at least in the adjacent portion, so that the user tries to get in by changing the color of the connecting portion. It is possible to easily identify the tread surface of a certain step, and it is possible to get on more safely than the conventional one. Also, since the riser surface is coated with a paint having a good sliding property, the foot is not drawn between the tread surface and the riser surface adjacent thereto, and is not pinched. Furthermore, the riser surface that is slippery is difficult to get dirty, and even if it adheres, it can be easily wiped off and can contribute to the maintenance and improvement of aesthetics. Since the tread is coated with a paint having a large frictional resistance similar to the conventional one, slipping on the tread is suppressed and safety is maintained.
