従来、型枠板を位置決めするセパレーターを鉄筋に結合させる場合、所要長さのセパレーターの一端を現場で鉄筋に直接溶接していたので、現場に溶接機を持ち込まなければならず、溶接技術者も必要であり、しかも最大の問題点は、一旦溶接したセパレーターの向きが不適合で、セパレーターの向きを調整しなければならなくなったとき、セパレーターを曲げる等の作業が必要になり、非常に手間取るだけでなく、セパレーターの位置や向きを精度良く決定することが困難であった。

【発明の効果】
本発明の鉄筋とセパレーターとの連結金具は以上のように実施し且つ使用することができるものであって、係る本発明の連結金具によれば、本体を、そのV字形鉄筋受け部とボルトとを利用して鉄筋の長さ方向任意の位置に固定し、当該本体に支持されている回転軸のセパレーター連結用ネジ孔に所要長さのセパレーターの一端螺軸部を螺合連結することにより、当該セパレーターを鉄筋に連結することが出来る。しかも、当該セパレーターの位置や向きは、鉄筋長さ方向の本体固定位置の調整、鉄筋軸心周りの本体固定向きの調整、及び本体に対する回転軸の回転等を組み合わせて自由に変更決定することが出来る。従って、取り付け後のセパレーターの位置や向きの変更を含めて、鉄筋に対するセパレーターの取付作業を、極めて簡単容易且つ能率的に、しかも非常に精度良く行える。更に本発明の構成によれば、本体を比較的薄い金属板で成形しても必要な強度を得ることが出来るだけでなく、回転軸の外側への抜け止め用フランジ部を本体内側に突出させないように構成して、当該本体内への鉄筋の嵌合を容易に行えるようにすることが出来る。
