この発明は、遊技用の電気制御装置に係り、更に詳しくは、例えばパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技機にあって、同機の所定部位に着脱可能に装備されて電気的な制御処理を司る電気制御装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えばパチンコ遊技機の代表例の一つであるパチンコ機やアレンジボール機では、機内にセットされる遊技盤に、遊技部品としての各種の入賞器具や入球器具が配置される一方、電子制御部品としての図柄表示装置や電動式入賞装置、その他に検出スイッチ,電磁ソレノイド,ランプ類等が配置され、該遊技盤内で展開されるパチンコゲームに合わせた効果音や装飾光を含む電子制御ゲームを現出し得るようになっている。そしてこれら各電気的部品類は、夫々の電子制御ゲームに適した純正な制御基板を保護ケース内に収容した電子制御装置(一般にメイン基盤または遊技用基盤ともいう)に集約的に結線されて、主としてゲーム中に発生および成立される設定条件時や特別遊技状態時等において、夫々の可動条件に従って作動制御されるようになっている。

前記電気制御装置では、前記保護ケースが互いに分離される皿状部材およびカバー状部材から構成され、これら皿状部材とカバー状部材内に前記回路基板が内蔵セットされて単一で取扱い得る箱型単位のユニット状に構成され、遊技機の各種構成部品とは区分けされている。そして実施にあたっては、遊技機の製造ラインの最終工程部で装着される場合や、遊技機と予め分離状態で移送されて遊技店内での遊技機の設置後、または交換後に装着される場合の前提において、前枠裏側における機構セット盤の所定部位に設置されて各種の電気部分と結線されるようになっている。また電気制御装置では、前記保護ケースが合成樹脂製の成形部材であることにより、前記回路基板に対する電磁波遮蔽対策等を図る必要があることから、ブリキ素材またはトタン素材等の導電性材により成形されたシールド板が併用されて、前記保護ケースの内部に組付けられた型式のものが実施されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、パチンコ遊技機に使用される電気制御装置にあっては、適正な制御内容(ソフトプログラム内容)で正常に使用することを前提とした不正改造・変更防止対策のため、前記皿状部材およびカバー状部材を透明樹脂で成形して、保護ケース内に内蔵された前記回路基板における表面側の電子部品や裏面側の回路パターンを外部から容易に透視可能とすることが義務付けられ、回路基板の脱着交換,電子部品の不正改造交換等を発見し得るようになっている。しかるに前記シールド板は不透明素材で形成され、しかも前記保護ケース内において前記皿状部材と回路基板との間で該回路基板の裏面に接近して位置するようになっている。従って、これら回路基板および遮蔽防護部材を内蔵した電気制御装置においては、前記保護ケース全体を透明部材で形成したとしても、回路基板の裏面の回路パターンを視認することが不可能であった。すなわち、保護ケースに内蔵された回路基板の回路パターン検査を行なう場合には、皿状部材からカバー状部材を取外して該保護ケースを開放せざるを得ず、この際には該皿状部材とカバー状部材との組付け整合部分に貼付された封印証紙を剥がさなければならない弊害があった。また、前記封印証紙を剥がして保護ケースを開放したとしても、回路基板を皿状部材に固定するためのビス等を取外さなければならず、該回路基板の回路パターンの検査作業は極めて面倒かつ煩雑で時間が掛かるものとなっていた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく新規に提案されたものであって、例えばパチンコ遊技機の裏側所定部位に対して着脱可能に装備される電気的な回路基板のための透明な保護ケースの裏側に、電磁波遮断用のシールド板を指先き操作で手早く簡単に着脱できるようにした遊技用の電気制御装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決し、初期の目的を達成するため本発明は、対象とする遊技機裏側の所定位置に対して着脱可能に装備されてゲームを展開し得る電気的な遊技部品を制御する電気制御装置にあって、
前記電気制御装置は、
透明樹脂成形されて遊技機裏側に対して装着セットされ、遊技機に対向する裏面が全面的に凹設された皿状部材と、
透明樹脂成形されて皿状部材に着脱可能に組合わせセットされるカバー状部材と
前記皿状部材およびカバー状部材の間に組付けられ、表裏面を皿状部材とカバー状部材から透視可能で、前記遊技部品の制御に必要な回路および部品を設けた回路基板
前記皿状部材の裏面側に対して開閉可能に取着されて前記回路基板への電磁波を遮断し、閉成時には皿状部材の裏面の凹所に臨んで外方に突出しないシールド板
前記皿状部材およびシールド板の夫々の一側部に形成され、該皿状部材およびシールド板を互いに着脱および回動可能に連結する支持部と、
前記皿状部材に後方へ突出するよう形成されて弾性変形可能な係合フックと、
前記シールド板に形成されて前記係合フックと係脱可能で、該シールド板の閉成時に前記係合フックと係合する係合片と、
前記係合片に形成され、指先き操作により前記係合フックと係合片との係合を解除してシールド板を開閉させる指先掛止部と、
前記皿状部材に形成され、前記シールド板の閉成時に、前記指先掛止部との干渉を回避すると共に、該指先掛止部を皿状部材の外方に臨ませる凹部とを備えることを特徴とする。

【作用】
回路基板は、透明樹脂成形された皿状部材と透明樹脂成形されたカバー状部材との間に収容状態で組付け保持され、該回路基板への電磁波を遮断するためのシールド板が、前記皿状部材の裏面側に取付けられる。このシールド板は、該シールド板と前記皿状部材に形成された支持部および係合部とを利用して着脱および回動可能に取着する形態や、また凹孔支持部と係合部を利用して係脱可能に取着する形態等があり、何れの形態においても工具を必要とするビス等を一切使用せずに指先き操作により簡単かつ容易に着脱し得る。これにより、回路基板の表面側の電子部品は、前記カバー状部材を介して容易に透視されると共に、該回路基板の裏面側の回路パターンは、前記シールド板を皿状部材から指先き操作で取外せば、該皿状部材を介して容易に透視することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技用の電気制御装置について、好適な実施例を挙げて、添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。

先ず電子制御装置の説明に先立ち、図1をもとにして、実施例のパチンコ遊技機につき要約説明する。すなわち実施例のパチンコ遊技機Pは、基本的な主要構成として、外枠Aに対して開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられた前枠Bと、この前枠Bの裏側に固定された収容保持枠Cに対して開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられた機構セット盤Dと、前枠Bの前側から収容保持枠C内に着脱交換可能に収容セットされる遊技盤(図示しない)等を備えており、これら主要構成体の各部に各種の装置,器具並びに部材等が装着されている。なお図示しないが、前枠Bの前面側には、ガラス扉および上球受け皿が開閉可能に取着されると共に、下球受け皿および発射装置等が設置されており、また上端部に装飾を兼ねた照明具等が配設されている。

前記機構セット盤Dは、機種別(ゲーム内容別)やサイズ別に区分される全てのパチンコ遊技機Pに共用し得るように形成され、その基本的な構成として、図示しない前記遊技盤の裏側部位に形成した窓口に保護カバー1が開閉可能にセットされ、該遊技盤で遊技に供された後に区分通出されるアウト球とセーフ球の排出路およびセーフ球処理装置2、遊技盤での遊技結果に基いて払い出される賞球に係る貯留容器3,賞球排出装置4および賞球排出路5等が、所要位置に成形または組付けセットされている。また、前記窓口の下部領域は各種電気的部品用の搭載部とされて、該窓口の下方に収容室6,7が形成されている。なお右上隅部には、ターミナル基盤8がセットされている。

前述したパチンコ遊技機Pに実施される本実施例の電気制御装置Eは、前記遊技盤側における各種電気的部品・手段に係る入出力制御等を図る電子的な回路基板10を、図2および図5に示すような保護ケース11に収容保護してケース単位で取扱い得るようになっている。この保護ケース11は、前記機構セット盤Dに対して装着セットされる皿状部材12と、この皿状部材12に対して着脱可能に組付けられるカバー状部材13とから構成され、両者共に透明な合成樹脂材により一体成形されて、前記回路基板10を皿状部材12内に敷設状態で収容すると共に前記カバー状部材13で覆蓋保護するようになっている。なお、前記皿状部材12の四隅近傍にはボス14が一体的に立設されると共に一側端部には鉤状のフック15が形成され、また回路基板10の四隅近傍には前記ボス14に整合する透孔10aが穿設してある。これにより回路基板10は、その一側端部を前記フック15に係止させると共に各透孔10aを前記ボス14に嵌合させて皿状部材12にセットし、この状態で前記カバー状部材13を該皿状部材12に整合させることにより、該カバー状部材13の押付片16が回路基板10の他側端部を保持するようになり、該回路基板10はカダ付きのない状態で保護ケース11内に収容保持される。

また本実施例の電気制御装置Eでは、前記回路基板10の不正改造や交換,変更等の不正行為の防止策として、保護ケース11の不正な開放を阻止すると共に開放の履歴を残し得る不正開放防止部材20が装備されている。この不正開放防止部材20は、図1,図5および図9に示すように、カバー状部材13の下端縁部13aに一体的に成形配置した上部半体22と、皿状部材12の下端縁部12aに一体的に成形配置した下部半体23とからなる合計4個の結合ボス部21と、これら上部半体22と下部半体23との間にねじ込んで皿状部材12とカバー状部材13とを固定する締付け専用のビス24とから構成されている。すなわち、皿状部材12にカバー状部材13を組付けセットすると、各上部半体22と各下部半体23とが好適に整合当接すると共に、何れか1個の結合ボス部21に前記ビス24をねじ込めば該皿状部材12とカバー状部材13とが結合され、また一般工具を使用しても皿状部材12とカバー状部材13との分離が不可能となる。これにより、前記保護ケース11を開放して収容保護された前記回路基板10を露出させるには、前記ビス24で連結された結合ボス部21をカバー状部材13および皿状部材12から切断しなければ、皿状部材12からカバー状部材13を開放することはできない。しかるに、結合ボス部21を切断すればカバー状部材13を開放することは可能ではあるが、不正開放の形跡がはっきり残って不正の有無を容易に確認し得るものである。なお、結合ボス部21が4個形成されているので、合計3回までの開放の履歴を残し得る。

前述した保護ケース11は、図1および図2に示すように、前記収容室6,7を覆蓋する蓋部材25,26の外面に形成される設置部27に装着され、機構セット盤Dの下部に搭載セットされる。すなわち前記設置部27に対する電気制御装置Eの取着手段としては、図1および図2に示すように、前記皿状部材12の左右両側端部に一体成形されたフランジ17に配設した出没式の係止具28と、前記第1蓋部材25および第2蓋部材26の表面に成形した係止筒部(図示せず)を利用するようになっている。具体的には、第1蓋部材25の所定位置に成形した1つの係止筒部に、皿状部材12の左側端部のフランジ17に配設した係止具28を係着すると共に、第2蓋部材26の所要位置に成形した2つの係止筒部に、該皿状部材12の右側端部のフランジ17,17に配設した係止具28,28を夫々係着することで、電気制御装置Eが設置部27に着脱可能に取着される。

ところで、本実施例の電気制御装置Eでは、保護ケース11内に収容保護した前記回路基板10に対する電磁波の遮蔽対策として、金属表面をもつ材料または導電材を配合した樹脂材料により形成されるシールド板30を、該保護ケース11の裏面31に対して指先き操作により着脱または開閉が可能に取着するようになっている。そこで、回路基板10に対する電磁波遮蔽対策例につき、各実施形態毎に説明する。

【第1実施形態例】
図2〜図7は、本実施例の電気制御装置Eに採用される電磁波遮蔽対策の第1実施形態例を示しており、前記回路基板10の主要面域に適応する形状,サイズに形成された前記シールド板30を、皿状部材12の裏面31に対して着脱または開閉が可能な形態となっている。すなわち、皿状部材12およびシールド板30の夫々の一側部には、互いに着脱および回動が可能に連結し得る支持部(係合支持手段)32が形成され、該皿状部材12およびシールド板30の夫々の他側部には、互いに係脱可能に係合し得る係合部(係合支持手段)33が形成されている。前記支持部32は、図2および図6等に示すように、皿状部材12の一側部の上方および下方において水平に延出した支持片34,34に立設された支持軸35,35と、シールド板30の一側部の上方および下方において該支持軸35,35に対応した位置で突出片36を巻回成形して形成された支持孔37,37とから構成される。また前記係合部33は、図2および図7等に示すように、皿状部材12の他側部の上下略中央部において後方へ突出して弾性変形可能な係合フック38と、シールド板30の他側部の上下略中央部において側方に延出した係合片39とから構成されている。

前述のように構成された第1実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策では、皿状部材12の支持軸35,35に対してシールド板30の各支持孔37,37を上方から整合させると共にスライド係合させることにより(図6(a)参照)、該シールド板30は皿状部材12に対して回動可能に連結される(図6(b)参照)。また、シールド板30を回動させて皿状部材12の裏面31へ閉成させると(図7(a)参照)、前記係合フック38の弾性変形下に該係合フック38と前記係合片39とが係合され(図7(b)参照)、該シールド板30は皿状部材12に閉成された状態で保持される。このシールド板30が皿状部材12に閉成された状態では、図4に示すように、保護ケース11に収容保護された回路基板10の裏面と所要間隔で位置するようになり、該回路基板10に対する電磁波の遮蔽が好適に図られる。なお、前記係合フック38を側方へ適宜弾性変形させて係合片39との係合を解除させれば、シールド板30を回動させて皿状部材12から開放し得ると共に、更にシールド板30を上方へ引き上げれば支持軸35,35と支持孔37,37との係合が解除され、該シールド板30を皿状部材12から取外すことができる。

また、シールド板30の前記係合片39には、回動操作を容易に行ない得るように指先掛止部40が形成されており、また皿状部材12の対応位置には、該指先掛止部40との干渉を回避するための凹部41が形成されている。なお、皿状部材12の裏面31は全面的に凹設されており、前記シールド板30が該裏面31に閉成された際には、皿状部材12から外方へ突出しないようになっている(図4参照)。

前述した第1実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策を採用した電気制御装置Eでは、前記回路基板10を保護ケース11に収容保護すると共に不正開放防止部材20を利用して皿状部材12とカバー状部材13との不正開放防止を図った後に、前記シールド板30を皿状部材12に取着することで、ケース毎の単一部材として構成される。そして前述したように、皿状部材12の各フランジ17に係着した係止具28を利用して機構セット盤Dの設置部27に取着した後に、遊技盤等に配設された各電気的部品類からの電線コードが集約的に結線されて実施に供される。なお、当該パチンコ遊技機Pが遊技に供されている際に発生する外部からの電磁波に対しては、前記シールド板30が回路基板10の裏面を全面的に遮蔽するため、該回路基板10は電磁波から遮蔽されて好適に保護される。

また、ホール内に設置された遊技機Pに対する官憲の立合い検査等において、保護ケース11内に収容保護された回路基板10の裏面側の回路パターンを確認する必要があるときには、電気制御装置Eを設置部27から取外した後、前記シールド板30を皿状部材12から開放するだけで該回路基板10の裏面側を容易に透視し得る。しかも、第1実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策を施した電気制御装置Eでは、保護ケース11の開放や回路基板10の取外し等の面倒かつ煩雑な作業が全く必要ないうえに、前記シールド板30の開閉,着脱操作も工具等を使用することなく簡単に行ない得るから、簡単,容易でかつ短時間で所定の検査を行なうことが可能となる。

【第2実施形態例】
図8〜図11は、本実施例の電気制御装置Eに採用される電磁波遮蔽対策の第2実施形態例を示しており、前記回路基板10の主要面域に適応する形状,サイズに形成された前記シールド板30を、皿状部材12の裏面31に対して上下の向きに係脱可能な形態となっている。すなわち、皿状部材12の左右両側部における上方および下方に凹孔支持部(係合支持手段)45が形成され、またシールド板30の左右両側部における上方および下方には、各凹孔支持部45に係合し得るL字形の係合部(係合支持手段)46が形成されている。前記凹孔支持部45は、図10に示すように、前記係合部46が通過可能な挿通部47と、該挿通部47の奥側下方に延在する凹孔48とから形成されている。また前記係合部46は、シールド板30の側端部から裏面側へ曲折成形されると共に、更に下方へ延出して前記凹孔支持部45の凹孔48に係合する係合片49を有している。

前述のように構成された第2実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策では、皿状部材12における各凹孔支持部45の凹孔48に対してシールド板30における各係合部46の係合片49を、後方から整合させて(図10(a)参照)、下方へスライドさせて係合することにより(図10(b)参照)、該シールド板30は皿状部材12に対して略密着的に取着される。このシールド板30が皿状部材12に取着された状態では、保護ケース11に収容保護された回路基板10の裏面と所要間隔で位置するようになり、該回路基板10に対する電磁波の遮蔽が好適に図られる。

また、シールド板30の前記上縁部略中央には、図11に示すように、該シールド板30の上方への引き上げ操作を容易に行ない得るように指先掛止部50が形成されており、また皿状部材12の対応位置には、該指先掛止部50との干渉を回避するための凹部51が形成されている。すなわち、皿状部材12の各凹孔支持部45の凹孔48にシールド板30における各係合部46の係合片49が係合している状態で、指先掛止部50に手指を引掛けて引き上げれば、凹孔48と係合片49との係合が解除されてシールド板30を皿状部材12から容易に取外し得る。前記指先掛止部50は、シールド板30を皿状部材12の裏面31に整合させた状態では該皿状部材12の上方に突出しているが(図11(a)参照)、前記凹孔48に対して係合片49が完全に係合した際には、前記皿状部材12内へ退避する(図11(b)参照)。なお、皿状部材12の裏面31は全面的に凹設されており、前記シールド板30が該裏面31に閉成された際には、皿状部材12から外方へ突出しない。

前述した第2実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策を採用した電気制御装置Eでは、前記回路基板10を保護ケース11に収容保護すると共に不正開放防止部材20を利用して皿状部材12とカバー状部材13との不正開放防止を図った後に、前記シールド板30を皿状部材12に取着することで、ケース毎の単一部材として構成される。そして前述したように、皿状部材12の各フランジ17に係着した係止具28を利用して機構セット盤Dの設置部27に取着した後に、遊技盤等に配設された各電気的部品類からの電線コードが集約的に結線されて実施に供される。なお、当該パチンコ遊技機Pの遊技に供されている際に発生する外部からの電磁波に対しては、前記シールド板30が回路基板10の裏面を全面的に遮蔽するため、該回路基板10は電磁波から遮蔽されて好適に保護される。

また、ホール内に設置された遊技機Pに対する官憲の立合い検査等において、保護ケース11内に収容保護された回路基板10の裏面側の回路パターンを確認する必要があるときには、電気制御装置Eを設置部27から取外した後、前記シールド板30を皿状部材12から取外すだけで該回路基板10の裏面側を容易に透視し得る。しかも、第2実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策を施した電気制御装置Eでは、保護ケース11の開放や回路基板10の取外し等の面倒かつ煩雑な作業が全く必要がないうえに、前記シールド板30の開閉,着脱操作も工具等を使用せずに簡単に行ない得るから、簡単,容易でかつ短時間で所定の検査を行なうことが可能となる。

前述した第1実施形態例では、皿状部材に対してシールド板を一側部に設けた支持部を中心として開閉可能な形態としたが、皿状部材およびシールド板の上端または下端に支持部を設け、皿状部材に対してシールド板を上端または下端部の支持部を中心として開閉可能とする構成を採用し得る。また第2実施形態例では、皿状部材に対してシールド板を上下の向きに係脱可能な形態としたが、皿状部材に対してシールド板を左右の向きに係合可能な構成とすることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上に説明した如く、本発明に係る遊技用の電気制御装置によれば、皿状部材とカバー状部材との間に収容した回路基板への電磁波を遮断するシールド板を、該皿状部材と該シールド板の双方に形成された係合支持手段を利用することで、皿状部材の裏面側に対して指先き操作で着脱または開放可能に取着し得るようにした。従って、皿状部材とカバー状部材が透明樹脂材で成形されることを前提として、これら皿状部材とカバー状部材の内部に組付け保持された前記回路基板の表面側の電子部品を外部から容易に透視し得ることは勿論、該回路基板の裏側面の回路パターンも、前記シールド板を指先き操作で取外すだけで容易に透視することが可能となる。すなわちシールド板は、皿状部材の裏面側に取着されるので該皿状部材とカバー状部材を開放することなく、しかもシールド材の取付け,取外し作業に一切の工具も必要とせずに脱着し得るから、回路基板の回路パターンの検査作業等が極めて簡単,容易でかつ短時間に行ない得る等の利点がある。
