【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技用の電気制御装置に係り、更に詳しくは、例えばパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技機にあって、同機の所定部位に着脱可能に装備されて電気的な制御処理を司る電気制御装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば遊技機の代表例の一つであるパチンコ機やアレンジボール機では、機内にセットされる遊技盤に、遊技部品としての各種の入賞器具や入球器具が配置される一方、電子制御部品としての図柄表示装置や電動式入賞装置、その他に検出スイッチ,電磁ソレノイド,ランプ類等が配置され、該遊技盤内で展開されるパチンコゲームに合わせた効果音や装飾光を含む電子制御ゲームを現出し得るようになっている。そしてこれら各電気的部品類は、夫々の電子制御ゲームに適した純正の回路基板を保護用のケース体内に収容した電気制御装置(一般にメイン基盤または遊技用基盤ともいう)に集約的に結線されて、主としてゲーム中に発生および成立される設定条件時や特別遊技状態時等において、夫々の可動条件に従って作動制御されるようになっている。この電気制御装置は、当該のメーカで設計・構成した通りのソフトプログラム内容で、かつ試験機関での厳正な試験に適合した同一内容であることの条件で正常に使用することが義務付けられて、一般に全機種共用の同一形態,サイズに構成されて、ケース体の同一部分に「社名,機種名等」の入った表示シールが貼付されている。

このような電気制御装置は、前記ケース体が互いに分離される皿状部材およびカバー状部材から構成され、これら皿状部材とカバー状部材内に前記回路基板が内蔵セットされて単一で取扱い得る箱型単位のユニット状に構成され、遊技機の各種構成部品とは区分けされている。そして、適正な制御内容(ソフトプログラム)で正常に使用することを前提とした不正改造・変更防止対策の一例として、何れのメーカにおいても、互いにビス着される前記皿状部材とカバー状部材との組付け整合部分に、正規に登録承認された封印証紙を貼付することが義務付けられ、回路基板の脱着交換,電子部品の不正改造交換等を禁止し、また防止するようになっている。しかしこのような封印証紙だけでは、不正を企てる者においては、簡単に入手し得る器具や薬品等を使用して、手早く簡単に同証紙を損することなくきれいに剥がして再びきれいに貼直すことができ、比較的短時間内でカバー状部材を外して回路基板の電子部品が交換されてしまうため、適正かつ好適な不正防止対策とはいえなかった。

そこで最近においては、電子制御装置の前記基板に対する不正改造変更(ロム交換)の防止を図る新たな対策例として、前記ケース体の皿状部材とカバー状部材との整合部分にボス部を夫々一体的に形成し、これらボス部間に不正防止目的で新たに開発されて当該メーカ(専用担当者)のみで管理される特殊なビス(例えば締付け専用のビス)を締付けることにより、前記皿状部材とカバー状部材とを組付けるようにした技術が提案され、既に実用化段階となっている。このような技術によれば、ホール内に設置された遊技機に対する官憲の立合い検査時に、電気制御装置内の回路基板における電子部品の検査確認をするに際しては、前記皿状部材およびカバー状部材からボス部をビスごと切断することで該カバー状部材を組外し、回路基板の検査後には新たな純正のビスおよびボス部を使用してカバー状部材を元状の正規に組付けるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで前記回路基板は、表面に各種の電子部品(CPU,ROM,RAM等)を搭載すると共に裏面に所要の回路パターンが形成されて、全体として厚みサイズが小さい矩形板状に形成されており、この回路基板を挟んで裏面側および表面側から組付けられる前記皿状部材とカバー状部材の組合わせ縁部は、該回路基板の上,下端縁および左,右端縁を囲繞する矩形枠状となっている。従って、回路基板の不正改造等を目的としたケース体の不正開放を確実に防止するには、皿状部材とカバー状部材の各組合わせ縁部において、少なくとも2個所の側縁(例えば上側縁部と下側縁部、または左側縁部と右側縁部等)の所要位置に前記ボスを形成し、整合した各ボス間に前記ビスを締付ける必要があるから、ビス締め作業を含む該皿状部材とカバー状部材との組付けに時間や手間が掛かる問題があった。また前記ビスは、前述したように特殊なものであるから製造コスト(単価)が高く、しかも皿状部材とカバー状部材の組付けに複数個の該ビスを使用しなければならないことから、制御装置自体の製作コストが嵩む欠点も指摘される。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく新規に提案されたものであって、例えばパチンコ遊技機の裏側所定部位に対して着脱可能に装備される電気的な回路基板のためのケース体を構成する皿状部材とカバー状部材とを、係脱可能な係合部とビス締め用の連結部とを利用して簡単,容易かつ迅速に組付け,組外し得るよう構成し、併せて前記連結部にキャップ片を嵌着して当該ビスの弛み外しを不能とすることで不正開放防止を図った遊技用の電気制御装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決し、初期の目的を達成するため本発明は、対象とする遊技機裏側の所定位置に対して着脱可能に装備されてゲームを展開し得る電気的な遊技部品を制御する電気制御装置にあって、

【作用】

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技用の電気制御装置について、好適な実施例を挙げて、添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。

先ず電子制御装置の説明に先立ち、図1をもとにして、実施例のパチンコ遊技機につき要約説明する。すなわち実施例のパチンコ遊技機Pは、基本的な主要構成として、外枠Aに対して開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられた前枠Bと、この前枠Bの裏側に固定された収容保持枠Cに対して開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられた機構セット盤Dと、前枠Bの前側から収容保持枠C内に着脱交換可能に収容セットされる遊技盤(図示しない)等を備えており、これら主要構成体の各部に各種の装置,器具並びに部材等が装着されている。なお図示しないが、前枠Bの前面側には、ガラス扉および上球受け皿が開閉可能に取着されると共に、下球受け皿および発射装置等が設置されており、また上端部に装飾を兼ねた照明具等が配設されている。

前記機構セット盤Dは、機種別(ゲーム内容別)やサイズ別に区分される全てのパチンコ遊技機Pに共用し得るように形成され、その基本的な構成として、図示しない前記遊技盤の裏側部位に形成した窓口に保護カバー1が開閉可能にセットされ、該遊技盤で遊技に供された後に区分通出されるアウト球とセーフ球の排出路およびセーフ球処理装置2、遊技盤での遊技結果に基いて払い出される賞球に係る貯留容器3,賞球排出装置4および賞球排出路5等が、所要位置に成形または組付けセットされている。また、前記窓口の下部領域は各種電気的部品用の搭載部とされて、該窓口の下方に収容室6,7が形成されている。なお右上隅部には、ターミナル基盤8がセットされている。

前述したパチンコ遊技機Pに実施される本実施例の電気制御装置Eは、前記遊技盤側における各種電気的部品・手段に係る入出力制御等を図る電子的な回路基板10を、図2および図3等に示すようなケース体11に収容保護してケース単位で取扱い得るようになっている。このケース体11は、前記機構セット盤Dに対して装着セットされる皿状部材12と、この皿状部材12の開口面側に対して着脱可能に組付けられるカバー状部材13とから構成され、両者共に透明な合成樹脂材により一体成形されて、前記回路基板10を皿状部材12内に敷設状態で収容すると共に前記カバー状部材13で覆蓋保護するようになっている(図13参照)。なお、皿状部材12とカバー状部材13との組付け状態においては、該皿状部材12の上方に開口部が画成され、この開口部に回路基板10のコネクタが整合するようになっている(図2参照)。そして前記皿状部材12の四隅近傍には、ボス14が一体的に立設されると共に上側縁部12bには鉤状のフック15,15が形成され、また回路基板10の四隅近傍には前記ボス14に整合する透孔10aが穿設してある。これにより回路基板10は、上側端部を前記フック15に係止させると共に各透孔10aを前記ボス14に嵌合させて皿状部材12にセットし、この状態で前記カバー状部材13を該皿状部材12に整合させることにより、該カバー状部材13に設けた押付片16が回路基板10の下側端部を保持するようになり、該回路基板10はカダ付きのない状態でケース体11内に収容保持される。

前記ケース体11における皿状部材12とカバー状部材13とは、夫々の開口側縁部に形成した係合手段および連結手段を利用して組付け連結されるようになっている。先ず係合手段については、図2〜図5に示すように、前記皿状部材12の右側縁部12cおよび左側縁部12dの上端近傍に形成された縦長スリット状の係合孔55,55と、カバー状部材13の右側縁部13cおよび左側縁部13dの上端近傍に形成されて後方(皿状部材12側)かつ上方に延出した略L形の係合片60,60とから構成されている。前記各係合孔55には、前記係合片60外側から挿通することを許容する大きさの開口部56が形成され、またこの開口部56の内側に該開口部56上端から更に隅角部側へ延在する内部空間57が形成されている。これにより、皿状部材12に対してカバー状部材13を適宜傾斜状態で近接させ(図5(a)参照)、各開口部56,56に係合片60,60を挿入させた後に(図5(b)参照)、カバー状部材13を傾動して皿状部材12の開口面に整合させれば、各係合片60は対応の内部空間57の奥へ嵌入され(図5(c)参照)、両部材12,13の上側縁部12b,13b側が係合されるに至る。なお、開口部56の上端から適宜奥まった位置に係止凸部58が形成されており、内部空間57に嵌入した係合片60の対応する係止凹部61が該係止凸部58に整合することで、皿状部材12に対するカバー状部材13の上下方向へのずれ動きが規制されるよう構成してある。

また連結手段については、図2および図6〜図9に示すように、前記カバー状部材13の下側縁部13aに一体的に成形配置した第1連結部(連結部)22と、皿状部材12の下側縁部12aに一体的に成形配置した第2連結部(連結部)23とからなる合計4個の結合ボス部21(21A,21B,21C,21D)と、これら第1連結部22と第2連結部23との間にねじ込んで皿状部材12とカバー状部材13とを固定する締付け,弛み外しが可能な普通のビス24とから構成されている。第1連結部22は、図6および図7に示すように、前記ビス24の頭部24aを収容し得る高さおよび内径に設定された挿入孔64を画成した保持筒部63が、カバー状部材13の下側縁部13aから延出した2本の接合片65,65を介して一体的に連設され、該保持筒部63の内部略中央に形成されたフランジ66の中央に前記ビス24のねじ軸部24bがねじ込まれる通孔67が穿設されている。そして、前記保持筒部63におけるフランジ66から外方部分は、長手方向に形成した3本のスリット68により3分割されて3つの筒片69として構成され、これら各筒片69はその外端部側を半径方向外方へ弾性的に拡開し得るようになっている。

前記挿入孔64の入口側に面した各筒片69の内側縁には、該挿入孔64に挿入セットしたビス24の頭部24aに係合すると共に後述のキャップ片75に係合する抜止め突部70が、挿入孔64の中心部を指向した状態で突出成形されている。各抜止め突部70の先端部間の間隔は、図8および図9に示すように、各筒片69が弾性変形しない常態において、ビス24の頭部24aの最大直径部より適宜小さく設定されており、挿入孔64にセットしたビス24が脱抜し得ないようになっている。一方前記通孔67は、フランジ66の外面から内面に向かって適宜先細となるテーパ状に形成されており、外端縁67aの内径はビス24のねじ軸部24bの先端部24cより適宜大きく設定され、内端縁67bの内径は該先端部24cより適宜小さく設定されている。従って、挿入孔64にセットされるビス24は、先端部24cがテーパ状の通孔67に当接した状態で保持され、頭部24aが前記抜止め突部70に係止する状態で保持される(図8参照)。

また前記第2連結部23は、略中央部にフランジ71を有する所要長さのボス72が、皿状部材12の下側縁部12aから延出した接合片73を介して一体的に連設され、前記ビス24がねじ込まれる通孔74が該ボス72の外面中央から穿設されている。そして、皿状部材12にカバー状部材13を組付けセットすると、前述のように構成された各第1連結部22と各第2連結部23とが好適に整合当接すると共に、各第2連結部23の通孔74と各第1連結部22の通孔67とが整合するよう設定されている。このとき、第2連結部23を皿状部材12に連結する接合片73が、第1連結部22をカバー状部材13に連結する接合片65,65の間に嵌合するようになり、皿状部材12に対するカバー状部材13の左右方向へのずれ動きが規制される。すなわちカバー状部材13は、前記係止凸部58と係止凹部61との整合と、接合片73と接合片65,65との嵌合とにより、皿状部材12に対する位置決めが好適になされる。そして、各第1連結部22と第2連結部23とが整合した4個の結合ボス部21(21A,21B,21C,21D)うちの何れか1つの結合ボス部21に対して、第1連結部22の挿入孔64側から前記ビス24をねじ込めば、該皿状部材12とカバー状部材13との下側縁部12a,13a側が分離不能に係着されるに至る。

また本実施例の電気制御装置Eでは、前記回路基板10の不正改造や交換,変更等の不正行為の防止策として、前記係合ボス部21,ビス24および後述するキャップ片75とにより不正開放防止部材20が構成され、ケース体11の不正な開放を阻止すると共に開放の履歴を残し得るようになっている。すなわち実施例の不正開放防止部材20では、各第1連結部22の挿入孔64に整合する形状のキャップ片75を、該挿入孔64に対して取外し不能に嵌着するよう構成されており、ビス24がねじ込まれた結合ボス部21における第1連結部22の挿入孔64に前記キャップ片75を嵌着することにより、工具による当該ビス24の弛み外し操作が全く不可能となる。すなわち前記キャップ片75は、図6および図7に示すように、前記保持筒部63の内径に整合し得る外径に設定された本体部76と、該本体部76の外周面から半径外方へ放射状に延出して、前記保持筒部63の各スリット68に対応的に嵌合するようになる3つの嵌合片77が一体的に形成されている。また、各嵌合片77間における本体部76の外周面には、前記保持筒部63に形成された前記抜止め突部70に対応する係止片78が形成されており、キャップ片75を挿入孔64に嵌着した際には各係止片78と抜止め突部70とが係合して、当該キャップ片75は第1連結部22から取外し不可能となる。なお実施例では、3個のキャップ片75がカバー状部材13下部の枠部79に切取り可能に一体成形され、必要に応じて適宜切断して使用に供される。

前述したように本実施例の電気制御装置Eでは、ビス24をねじ込んだ結合ボス部21における第1連結部22に前記キャップ片75を嵌着するよう構成したことにより、前記ケース体11に収容保護された前記回路基板10を露出させるには、前記ビス24で連結された結合ボス部21を、接合片65,65,73部位で切断してカバー状部材13および皿状部材12から切り離さなければ、皿状部材12からカバー状部材13を取外すことはできない。しかるに、結合ボス部21を切断すればカバー状部材13を開放することは可能ではあるが、不正開放の形跡がはっきり残って不正の有無を容易に確認し得るものである。なお、実施例の電気制御装置Eにおける不正開放防止部材20では、4個の結合ボス部21を形成してあるので、合計3回までのケース体11の開放の履歴を残し得る。

前述のように構成したケース体11は、図1および図2に示すように、前記収容室6,7を覆蓋する蓋部材25,26の外面に形成される設置部27に装着され、機構セット盤Dの下部に搭載セットされる。すなわち、前記設置部27に対する電気制御装置Eの取着手段としては、図1および図2に示すように、前記皿状部材12の左右両側端部に一体成形されたフランジ17に配設した出没式の係止具28と、前記第1蓋部材25および第2蓋部材26の表面に成形した係止筒部(図示せず)を利用するようになっている。具体的には、第1蓋部材25の所定位置に成形した1つの係止筒部に、皿状部材12の左側端部のフランジ17に配設した係止具28を係着すると共に、第2蓋部材26の所要位置に成形した2つの係止筒部に、該皿状部材12の右側端部のフランジ17,17に配設した係止具28,28を夫々係着することで、電気制御装置Eが設置部27に着脱可能に取着される。

そして本実施例の電気制御装置Eでは、ケース体11内に収容保護した前記回路基板10に対する電磁波の遮蔽対策として、金属表面をもつ材料または導電材を配合した樹脂材料により形成されるシールド板30を、該ケース体11の裏面31に対して指先き操作により着脱または開閉が可能に取着するようになっている。そこで、回路基板10に対する電磁波遮蔽対策例につき、各実施形態毎に説明する。

図10〜図15は、本実施例の電気制御装置Eに採用される電磁波遮蔽対策の第1実施形態例を示しており、前記回路基板10の主要面域に適応する形状,サイズに形成された前記シールド板30を、皿状部材12の裏面31に対して着脱または開閉が可能な形態となっている。すなわち、皿状部材12およびシールド板30の夫々の一側部には、互いに着脱および回動が可能に連結し得る支持部32が形成され、該皿状部材12およびシールド板30の夫々の他側部には、互いに係脱可能に係合し得る係合部33が形成されている。前記支持部32は、図10および図14等に示すように、皿状部材12の左側縁部12d裏側の上方および下方において水平に延出した支持片34,34に立設された支持軸35,35と、シールド板30の一側部の上方および下方において該支持軸35,35に対応した位置で突出片36を巻回成形して形成された支持孔37,37とから構成される。また前記係合部33は、図10および図15等に示すように、皿状部材12の右側縁部12c裏側の上下略中央部において後方へ突出して弾性変形可能な係合フック38と、シールド板30の他側部の上下略中央部において側方に延出した係合片39とから構成されている。

前述のように構成された第1実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策では、皿状部材12の支持軸35,35に対してシールド板30の各支持孔37,37を上方から整合させると共にスライド係合させることにより(図14(a)参照)、該シールド板30は皿状部材12に対して回動可能に連結される(図14(b)参照)。また、シールド板30を回動させて皿状部材12の裏面31へ閉成させると(図15(a)参照)、前記係合フック38の弾性変形下に該係合フック38と前記係合片39とが係合され(図15(b)参照)、該シールド板30は皿状部材12に閉成された状態で保持される。このシールド板30が皿状部材12に閉成された状態では、図12に示すように、ケース体11に収容保護された回路基板10の裏面と所要間隔で位置するようになり、該回路基板10に対する電磁波の遮蔽が好適に図られる。なお、前記係合フック38を側方へ適宜弾性変形させて係合片39との係合を解除させれば、シールド板30を回動させて皿状部材12から開放し得ると共に、更にシールド板30を上方へ引き上げれば支持軸35,35と支持孔37,37との係合が解除され、該シールド板30を皿状部材12から取外すことができる。

また、シールド板30の前記係合片39には、回動操作を容易に行ない得るように指先掛止部40が形成されており、また皿状部材12の対応位置には、該指先掛止部40との干渉を回避するための凹部41が形成されている。なお、皿状部材12の裏面31は全面的に凹設されており、前記シールド板30が該裏面31に閉成された際には、皿状部材12から外方へ突出しないようになっている(図12参照)。

【実施例の作用】
次に、前述した第1実施形態例の電磁波遮蔽対策を採用した本実施例に係る遊技用の電気制御装置Eの作用につき説明する。

前記電気制御装置Eは、メーカにおけるパチンコ遊技機Pのメイン組立ラインとは別の組立部署においてその組立てを行なう。先ず、皿状部材12の開口面側から、前記フック15に回路基板10の上側端部を係止させると共に各ボス14に各透孔10を整合させて、該回路基板10を皿状部材12にセットする。次いで、前記皿状部材12に対してカバー状部材13を適宜傾斜状態で近接させ、各開口部56,56に係合片60,60を挿入させた後に、該カバー状部材13を皿状部材12に整合させることにより、各係合片60は対応の内部空間57内に嵌入され、両部材12,13の上側縁部12b,13b側が互いに係合されるに至る(図5参照)。また、皿状部材12とカバー状部材13とが整合することにより、該カバー状部材13の押付片16が回路基板10の下側端部を保持するようになり、該回路基板10はカダ付きのない状態でケース体11内に収容保持される。一方、該皿状部材12の下側縁部12aに形成配置した各第2連結部23と、該カバー状部材13の下側縁部13aに形成配置した各第1連結部22とが夫々整合して、ケース体11の下側縁部に4組の結合ボス部21が形成される。
