【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a branching device that branches a bus duct.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a technique related to a branching device that branches current from a conductor of a bus duct, there is a technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-39994, for example. This technique has a clip that plugs into a plug-in device and is inserted into and connected to the inner conductor of a bus duct, a U-shaped fixing bracket on both sides of the clip, and a cutout at the base side edge that is longer than the clip. An earth clip that contacts the mounting plate is provided on the lower plate surface of the mounting hole of the bus duct that fixes the metal mounting plate and inserts and locks the mounting plate.
[0003]
In addition, as a technique related to the mounting bracket of the branch device, there is a technique disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-20784. In this technology, stud bolts are fixed to both sides of the mounting plate that is attached to the plug-in device. The stud bolts are fixed outwardly and protruded inward by the spring force of the spring. The hook is engaged, and when the plug-in device is attached to the duct, the fixed hook is pressed against the edge to restrict movement in the direction toward the plug-in device, An inclined sliding surface for guiding the edge until the edge and the locking slope come into contact with each other by moving the fixing hook outward against the elastic force by contacting both sides of the duct when the instrument is brought close Are mounting brackets of the branching device.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-39994, although the mounting plate is engaged with the mounting hole, the mounting operation is facilitated to some extent and the reliability thereof is improved. However, as shown in FIG. Since it is provided in a position hidden in the box, it cannot be visually observed when the mounting operator engages the mounting plate and the mounting hole, and the operation of engaging the mounting plate and the mounting hole by relying on the can In addition, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-20784, there is no mounting plate and mounting hole, and the work for inserting the clip into the plug-in opening is performed in the same manner as above. . Therefore, the mounting operation is still difficult and the reliability thereof is low. In addition, in the latter case, there is a problem that the clip portion collides with the bus duct and the clip portion is damaged.
[0005]
Moreover, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-39994, when the shape of the mounting plate is the shape shown in the figure, there is no problem when the mounting plate is fixed in the direction of being positioned downward as shown in FIG. It is difficult to fix all the branching devices in the direction shown in FIG. 4 because of the structure that forms the electric trunk line of the bus duct. When the mounting plate is fixed upside down in FIG. 4, that is, in a direction in which the mounting plate is positioned upward, the mounting plate is inserted into the mounting hole through a difficult operation. Therefore, the mounting plate easily slides down from the mounting hole. For this reason, it is necessary to perform attachment work in a tensioned state after inserting the attachment plate into the attachment hole, and much labor is required from this point.
[0006]
Furthermore, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-39994, the plug-in device is rotated and attached to facilitate the attachment work to some extent. However, in the attachment and removal work on the side where the attachment plate is not provided, A tool is also used to tighten and unfasten fasteners such as bolts and nuts, and plug-in devices are attached and removed. From this point, too much labor is still spent.
[0007]
Further, when the technique of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-20784 is used for attachment work, as shown in the figure, the bottom side of the fixing hook is higher than or equal to the bottom side of the side plate portion, Since the plug-in device is pressed and fixed by the urging force of the coil spring, the mounting operation is facilitated to some extent. However, it is necessary to tighten the wing nut after the plug-in device is pressed and fixed at the time of installation work, and at the same time to loosen the wing nut at the time of removal work. When installing in another place, it is necessary to tighten and loosen the wing nut, and it is still necessary to spend a great deal of labor.
[0008]
The present invention solves all of the above-mentioned problems, and can easily and reliably perform the attaching operation and the removing operation, and can greatly reduce the labor required for the operation. Is intended to provide.
[0009]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the branching device of the present invention will be described based on the examples in the drawings. 1 to 3 show a branching device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a branching device according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 shows a locking member in the branching device. 3 is a view showing a fixing member in the branching device.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the branching device 1 has a box shape. A side wall 2b, a front wall 2c, and a rear wall 2d, which are peripheral walls, are erected from a bottom surface 2a of the box body 2, and can be opened and closed on the upper surface. A lid 2e is provided. A locking member 3 is provided at a substantially front end of the box bottom surface 2a, a fixing member 4 is provided at a substantially rear end of the box bottom surface 2a, and a middle side from the installation position of the locking member 3 at a substantially front end of the bottom surface 2a. A branching terminal 5 is provided in FIG. In the box 2, a terminal block 6 for fixing the branching terminal 5, a breaker 7, and a flexible conductive wire 8 for electrically connecting the terminal block 6 and the breaker 7 are installed. The power source is branched from the flexible conductor 8 to the outside of the box 2 through the breaker 7.
[0019]
The locking member 3 has a shape shown in FIG. 2 and includes a flat base 31 and locking pieces 32 and 32 formed by bending and extending both end edges of the base 31 at a substantially right angle. The base 31 is fixed to the box bottom surface 2a using a fastener such as a metal fitting, and the locking pieces 32, 32 extend downward in the fixed state. The front side of the locking piece 32 extends downward from the front side 31a of the base 31, and a locking hook portion 32a is formed on the front side of the locking piece so as to bend and protrude forward. As shown in 2 (b) and 2 (d), an inclined side 32b is formed, which is inclined obliquely downward to the right from the tip of the locking hook portion 32a. From the lowermost end of the inclined side 32b on the front side of the locking piece, a bottom side 32c extends rearward in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base 31 in FIGS. 2 (b) and 2 (d). From the rear end of the bottom side 32c, a support side 32d extends upward at a substantially right angle as a locking piece rear side, and from the upper end of the support side 32d, a substantially arcuate guide side 32e bulging rearward extends. From the upper end of the guide side 32e, a box support side 32f extends rearward in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base 31 in FIGS. 2B and 2D, and extends upward from the rear end of the box support side 32f. The shape extends substantially at right angles to the rear side 31b of the base 31.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2C, the locking member 3 has a shape in which a locking hook portion 32 a projects forward from the base portion 31 when viewed from above the base portion 31. And as shown in FIG. 1, it is the structure by which the latching member 3 is fixed to the bottom face 2a of the front side of the box 2 in the position where a part of base 31 protrudes from the box front wall 2c. Therefore, during the mounting operation to the bus duct, which will be described later, the mounting operation can be performed while visually observing the locking holes and the locking pieces 32 of the bus duct, so that one person can easily perform the mounting operation. It has become.
[0021]
The fixing member 4 is fixed to the bottom surface 2a on the rear side of the box 2 and has a substantially U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The base 41 is fixed to the box bottom surface 2a with a fastener or the like. Bolts 43 and 43 are respectively inserted into the leg pieces 42 from the inner side surfaces of the leg pieces 42, and a fixing hook 44 and a spring member 45 are fitted to the shafts located outside the leg pieces 42. The nut 43 is screwed onto the substantially distal end of the bolt 43 while the spring member 45 is in a compressed state. The fixed hook 44 and a predetermined urging force between the outer surface of the leg piece 42 and the nut 46 are in a compressed state. A spring member 45 is interposed.
[0022]
The fixed hook 44 is configured to be able to move slightly outward by applying an outward force from the leg piece 42 by the elasticity of the spring member 45, and when there is no outward force or when it is removed. Since the spring member 45 having a predetermined urging force always applies a force to the fixed hook 44 in the direction of the leg piece 42, the fixed hook 44 abuts on the leg piece 42 or moves in the direction of the leg piece 42. Will come into contact. Note that a sleeve may be inserted into the bolt 43 as a positioning member for tightening the nut 46, and the sleeve can be positioned more easily and the elastic force of the spring member 45 can be adjusted by the positioning.
[0023]
The fixing hook 44 of the fixing member 4 has a shape as shown in FIG. 3, and is a bent portion in which a base surface 441 that contacts the leg piece 42 and both side edges of the base surface 441 are bent and extended inward at substantially right angles. This is a substantially U-shaped member in plan view having a piece 442. In the bent piece 442, an upper fixing piece 442a and a lower fixing piece 442b are formed at a predetermined interval in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base portion 41, and a fixing object described later between the upper fixing piece 442a and the lower fixing piece 442b. The second reinforcing portion of the bus duct is configured to support both upper and lower ends, and an inclined side 442c that is inclined downward and outward is formed from the tip of the lower fixing piece 442b, and the second side is formed by the inclined side 442c. The reinforcing portion is guided between the upper fixed piece 442a and the lower fixed piece 442b.
[0024]
The upper fixed piece 442a is formed to have a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the leg piece 42, and a space portion can be formed between the bottom surface 2a of the branching device 1 and the upper surface of the bus duct by the predetermined width. In addition, for example, a part of a fastener such as a bolt head for fixing the base portions 31 and 41 of the locking member 3 or the fixing member 4 and the bottom surface 2a of the branching device 1 can be interposed, and the upper surface of the bus duct is damaged. This is a configuration that can prevent the above. Similarly, the bottom surface 2a of the branching device 1 is provided with a convex portion 2f made of an elastic body for forming the space portion.
[0025]
Further, the bent piece 442 of the fixed hook 44 is formed longer than the leg piece 42, and the bottom side 442 d that is the lowermost end edge of the fixed hook 44 is positioned lower than the bottom side 42 a that is the lowermost end edge of the leg piece 42. The leg piece 42 is completely hidden by the bent piece 442 of the fixing hook 44 in the side view shown in FIG. With the above configuration, the fixing hook 44 can be easily moved by applying an outward force to the bottom 442d of the fixing hook 44 by hand or the like, and the fixing member 4 can be removed from the bus duct. The ease of the operation | work which removes the branch apparatus 1 from a state can be improved.
[0026]
Next, a case where the branch device 1 is attached to the bus duct will be described. 4 is a side view showing a separation state of the branching device and the bus duct according to the first embodiment, FIG. 5 is a side view showing a locking member insertion state of the branching device, and FIG. 6 is a side view showing a mounting state of the branching device. 7 is a partially sectional front view showing a separation state of the fixing member and the bus duct, FIG. 8 is a partially sectional front view showing a stage before fixing of the fixing member of FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a fixing state of the fixing member of FIG. It is a partial cross section front view which shows.
[0027]
The bus duct 10 of the present example to which the branching device 1 is attached has a configuration in which the bus duct units 11 and 11 to be connected are connected to each other via a separate connection unit 12, and the bus duct unit 11 has a three-phase insulating coating. Insulation-coated conductors 111 are arranged side by side, and substantially square pipe spacers 112 in a plan view are arranged on both sides of the insulation-coated conductor 111 in the width direction. The insulation-coated conductors 111 and the pipe spacers 112 are side plates 113. The bolts 114a, nuts 114b, and the like, which are held together at 113 and inserted into the side plate 113, are fastened and fixed. First and second reinforcing portions 113a extend substantially perpendicular to the upper and lower edges of the side plate 113 outwardly from the sandwiched insulation-coated conductor 111, and face each other at the edges of the first reinforcing portion. The second reinforcing portion 113b extends in a substantially perpendicular direction in the direction to meet, and the strength of the bus duct unit 11 and the bus duct 10 itself is maintained.
[0028]
The connection unit 12 (see FIG. 17) includes a conductive connection member 121 that electrically connects the in-phase conductors 111 and 111 of the bus duct units 11 and 11 to be connected, and a different-phase conductor 111 including the conductive connection member 121. An insulating separator 122 that insulates between the outermost conductor 111 including the conductive connection member 121 and the connection side plate 123, a connection side plate 123 that sandwiches these from the outside, and an outer side of the connection side plate 123 The pressing member 124 is provided, and the bus duct units 11 and 11 are connected to each other by being fastened by a fastening tool 126 formed by inserting them into the insulating sleeve 125. Before the connection, the fastening is performed. It is temporarily fastened by the tool 126.
[0029]
When connecting the bus duct units 11 and 11 with the connecting unit 12 to form the bus duct 10, the ends of the conductors 111 and 111 of the bus ducts 11 and 11 to be connected are inserted between the conductive connecting members 121 and 121 having the same phase. The side plate 113 and the connection side plate 123 are fixed with a fastening tool such as a bolt and nut, and then the fastening tool 126 that is temporarily fastened is fastened. Further, the connection upper and lower plates 127 and 127 are connected to the upper and lower surfaces that are the corresponding open surfaces. Are fixed to the bus ducts 11 and 11 by screws or the like, and the open surface is closed to complete the connection between the bus ducts 11 and 11. As shown in FIG. 6, at least the connection upper and lower plates 127 on the attachment side of the branching device 1 are provided with a locking hole 127 a of the locking piece 32 and an insertion hole 127 b of the branching terminal 5.
[0030]
When taking a branch from the bus duct 10, as shown in FIG. 4, the branch device 1 is arranged in the vicinity of the connection unit 12, and as shown in FIG. 5, provided on the connection upper and lower plates 127 on the attachment side of the branch device 1. The locking piece 32 of the locking member 3 is inserted into the formed locking hole 127a. In the insertion operation, the box 2 itself is inserted in an inclined state, and the locking hook portion 32a protruding from the locking piece 32 is inserted so as to be caught by the edge of the locking hole 127a. As shown in FIG. 6, with the hook portion 32a for hooking being hooked on the edge of the hooking hole 127a, the tilted box body 2 is centered on the edge of the hook portion 32a for locking and the hooking hole 127a. It rotates to the state where it is attached to the bus duct 10, and is fixed by the one-touch by the fixing member 4 in that state. In addition, since the locking hole 127a is formed so that the locking piece 32 inserted in the locking hole 127a is located outside the connection side plate 123, it does not affect the energization of the bus duct 10.
[0031]
In the fixing by the fixing member 4, as shown in FIG. 7, the fixing hook 44 and the leg piece 42 are in contact with each other before the fixing member 4 is fixed. As shown in FIG. 8, as a stage before the fixing member 4 is fixed, the vicinity of the bent portion from the first reinforcing portion 113 a to the second reinforcing portion 113 b of the bus duct unit 11 or the second reinforcing portion 113 b is the fixing hook 44. The inclined side 442c is urged and a force pushing the fixed hook 44 outward is gradually applied, and the fixed hook 44 gradually moves outward. As shown in FIG. 9, when the lower fixing piece 442b of the fixing hook 44 is positioned below the lower end edge of the second reinforcing portion 113b, there is no force to urge the fixing hook outward, and the fixing portion 44 is fixed. The hook 44 moves in the direction of the leg piece 42.
[0032]
By the movement, the second reinforcing portion 113b is located between the upper fixing piece 442a and the lower fixing piece 442b of the fixing hook 44 having a size slightly larger than the height of the second reinforcing portion 113b, and the box body 2 is restrained by the engagement of the second reinforcing portion 113b and the lower fixing piece 442b, and the box 2 of the branching device 1 is fixed to the bus duct 10.
[0033]
In the state where the branch device 1 is fixedly attached to the bus duct 10 as described above, the branch terminal 5 of the branch device 1 is inserted through the insertion hole 127b through which the terminal 5 provided in the connection upper and lower plates 127 is inserted. The connection terminals 121 and 121 having the same phase of the ten connection units 12 are inserted between the branch terminals 5 and the conductors 111 of the bus duct 10 (not shown).
[0034]
With the above configuration, the branch device 1 can be easily attached to the bus duct 10 such that the branch device 1 can be attached with a smaller force by utilizing the principle of leverage. Furthermore, with the configuration in which the fixing member 4 abuts against the second reinforcing portion 113b, the branching device 1 can be reliably fixed with one touch without using a tool, and attachment work can be further facilitated.
[0035]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, since the bottom side 442f of the fixed hook 44 is formed so as to be positioned below the bottom side 42a of the leg piece 42, a hand or the like is put into the fixed hook 44 outward from the bottom side 442f. By applying force, it is possible to move the fixing hook 44 outward, and to separate the lower fixing piece 442b that fixes the branching device 1 from the lower end edge of the second reinforcing portion 113b. It can be carried out. The removal operation can be easily performed without using a tool, and it is not necessary to adjust and change the resilience of the spring member 45 in the removal operation. For example, even when branching is performed by the branching device 1 removed at another location, the adjustment of the elasticity of the spring member 45 is not changed, so that the mounting can be easily performed without adjustment. it can.
[0036]
Further, with respect to the bus duct 10 and the branching device 1 having the above-described configuration, for example, when the branching device 1 is attached to the vertically supported bus duct 10 in the direction in which the locking member 3 is positioned upward, as shown in FIGS. It is possible to prevent the device 1 from slipping down. That is, when the locking piece 32 of the locking member 3 is inserted into the locking hole 127a of the bus duct 10, the branching device 1 itself is inserted in the inclined state as described above. By this insertion, the locking hook portion 32a can be engaged with the upper end edge of the locking hole 127a, and the support side 32d and the guide side 32e provided below the locking piece 32 are further connected to the locking hole 127a. It becomes possible to prevent the branching device 1 from slipping down from the bus duct. Therefore, as in the case where the branch device 1 is attached to the horizontally laid bus duct 10, even if the branch device 1 is heavy, if only the locking piece 32 is inserted, the subsequent attachment work can be performed with one touch. The attachment work of the branch device 1 can be greatly facilitated.
[0037]
The first embodiment of the branching device 1 of the present invention has been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the following expansion and modification can be performed.
[0038]
For example, the first embodiment is an example in which the locking member 3 is fixed in the forward direction of the bottom surface 2a of the branch device 1 and at a position protruding from the front wall 2c, but is not limited thereto. For example, depending on the width of the bus duct 10 or the like, the locking member 3 may be provided at a position protruding from the both side walls 2b and 2b as shown in FIG. 12, and as shown in FIG. It may be fixed to the side wall 2b or the like instead of the bottom surface 2a, as long as it is a position that can be visually observed during the mounting operation. In the locking member 3 in FIG. 13, a part of the upper side of the locking piece 32 is a base portion 31 ′, and the base portion 31 ′ is fixed to the side wall 2 b of the branching device 1 with a fastener or the like.
[0039]
Further, the shapes and configurations of the locking member 3 and the locking piece 32, the fixing member 4 and the fixing hook 44 thereof are not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the locking member 3 such as a locking piece 32 having a protruding locking hook portion 32a may be a locking member 3 having various shapes as illustrated in FIG. Preferably, the locking member 3 may have at least a locking hook portion 32a, a support side 32d, and a guide side 32e. Also, the shape of the fixing member 4 may be various shapes such as those illustrated in FIGS. 15 and 16, such as those in which a part of the tip of the bent piece 442 is cut out into a substantially semicircular shape or an inclined side. Preferably, a configuration in which a part of the bottom side 442f of the fixing hook 44 is provided at a position protruding downward from the bottom side 42a of the leg piece 42 may be used.
[0040]
Further, the shape and size of the branching device 1, the structure in the box 2, the structure of the bus duct 10, the structure of the bus duct unit 11 and the connection unit 12, etc. are not limited to the above embodiment, and the branching place is also implemented in the above embodiment. It is not limited to the upper part of the connection unit 12 in the example. Further, the branching device 1 does not have the connection unit 12 and can also correspond to the bus duct 10 having a configuration in which the ends of the conductors 111 and 111 of the bus duct units 11 and 11 to be connected are overlapped and connected by a fastener, In this case, the branch device 1 is attached to one or two of the bus duct units 11. Furthermore, the branching device of the present invention can be mounted and dealt with not only in the insulation-covered bus duct 10 but also in an air-insulated bus duct that is insulated by air with a certain distance between conductors.
[0041]
In the above embodiment, the locking hole 127a is provided in the connection upper and lower plates 127 of the connection unit 12 of the bus duct 10. However, when the bus duct unit 11 is branched, the locking member is connected to the first reinforcing portion 113a. It is possible to cope by opening the three locking holes.
[0042]
Further, the fixing location of the fixing member 4 is not limited to the above embodiment, and the fixing member 4 may be fixed on the connection unit 12. For example, as shown in FIG. 17, the second reinforcement formed on the bus duct side plate 113. Instead of the portion 113b, the upper fixing piece 442a and the lower fixing piece 442b of the fixing hook 44 may be contacted and fixed to the bent upper and lower edges of the connection upper and lower plates 127. Note that the fixing member 4 may be fixed to the connection unit 12, for example, when the connection unit 12 is long, when the branching device 1 is short, or when a branch is taken by the bus duct unit 11 other than the connection unit 12.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
By using the branching device of the present invention, it is possible to easily and reliably perform the attaching operation and the removing operation, and it is possible to dramatically reduce the labor required for the operation. For example, it is possible to reliably perform installation and removal work with one touch without using a tool, and it is not necessary to support the weight of the branching device at the time of installing and removing the branching device. Work can be done easily with a small number of people.
