Abstract
The invention provides a wire fixing device, which comprises: the base is provided with a first limiting part at a first end, a second limiting part at a second end opposite to the first end of the base, and a wiring part is arranged between the first limiting part and the second limiting part; the first end of the wire fixing clamp is connected to the first limiting part, and the second end of the wire fixing clamp is provided with a wire clamping position clamped on the second limiting part and a separation position far away from the second limiting part. Patent document CN205245393U discloses a wire clamp, but this wire clamp needs to be fixed with screws, and has the following drawbacks:

The invention mainly aims to provide a wire fixing device which is used for solving the problems of inconvenient wire clamping mode, unreliable structure and low operation efficiency of a wire fixing clamp in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wire fixing device comprising: the base is provided with a first limiting part at a first end, a second limiting part at a second end opposite to the first end of the base, and a wiring part is arranged between the first limiting part and the second limiting part; the first end of the wire fixing clamp is connected to the first limiting part, and the second end of the wire fixing clamp is provided with a wire clamping position clamped on the second limiting part and a separation position far away from the second limiting part.

The first end of the base 10 is provided with a first limiting part 11, the second end of the base 10 opposite to the first end is provided with a second limiting part 12, and a wiring part 13 is arranged between the first limiting part 11 and the second limiting part 12; the first end of the wire fixing clip 20 is fixed on the first limiting part 11, and the second end of the wire fixing clip 20 is provided with a wire clamping position clamped on the second limiting part 12 and a separation position far away from the second limiting part 12.
In the practical use process, the second end of the wire fixing clamp 20 is first far away from the second limiting part 12 and is located at a separation position, then the power wire is placed into the wiring part 13 on the base 10, and then the second end of the wire fixing clamp 20 is clamped on the second limiting part 12 to enable the wire fixing clamp 20 to be located at a wire clamping position, so that the power wire to be fixed is clamped, and compared with the structure of the wire fixing clamp fixed by screws in the prior art, the wire fixing device in the embodiment does not need to use screws, is high in installation efficiency and saves cost. The wire fixing device in the embodiment can adapt to power wires with various specifications and is not easy to loosen.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 and fig. 10 to 13, the first limiting portion 11 in the present embodiment is a limiting chute, and the length direction of the limiting chute extends along the direction from the first end to the second end of the base 10, so as to limit the first end of the wire fixing clip 20.
Preferably, a plurality of limiting protrusions 111 are disposed in the length direction of the limiting chute in the present embodiment, and when the wire fixing clip 20 moves along the limiting chute, the limiting chute is conveniently limited by the effect of the limiting protrusions 111. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the limiting protrusion 111 may be configured as other structures having a limiting function, such as a buckle, and any other modifications within the scope of the present invention are possible.
The base 10 in this embodiment includes a bottom plate 16, two sides of a first end of the bottom plate 16 are provided with first positioning blocks 14, two limiting sliding grooves are disposed on the two first positioning blocks 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a first end of a wire fixing clip 20 is provided with a first limiting column 21 located in the limiting sliding grooves. In actual use, the power cord is placed in the wiring portion 13, then the second end of the wire fixing clip 20 is pressed, and the wire fixing clip 20 is pushed, so that the wire fixing clip 20 moves along the limiting chute and is limited by the limiting protrusion 111, and then is limited by the second limiting portion 12.
The second locating blocks 15 are arranged on two sides of the second end of the base 10, the second limiting parts 12 are clamping grooves formed in the side surfaces, close to the two second locating blocks 15, of the base 10, the clamping grooves extend in the direction from the second end to the first end of the base 10, and second limiting columns 23 matched with the clamping grooves are arranged at the second end of the wire fixing clamp 20.
After the power line is placed in the wiring portion 13, two ends of the second limiting post 23 are respectively clamped into the clamping grooves, then the wire fixing clamp 20 is pressed, the second limiting post 23 slides along the clamping grooves and is fixed through the limiting protrusions 111, and the power line is further fixed in the wiring portion 13.
Preferably, the distance from the clamping groove to the bottom plate 16 gradually increases along the direction from the first end to the second end of the base 10, when the wire fixing clamp 20 is pressed, the first limiting column 21 at the first end of the wire fixing clamp 20 slides along the limiting sliding groove and is limited by the limiting protrusion 111, the second limiting column 23 at the second end of the wire fixing clamp 20 slides downwards along the clamping groove, and then the power wire is pressed and fixed in the wiring part 13, so that falling off is not easy to appear, and the structure is simple and convenient to operate.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13 again, the grooves between the first positioning block 14 and the second positioning block 15 in the present embodiment form the wiring portion 13, facilitating the fixation and installation of the power cord.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the power cord, the second limiting portion 12 in this embodiment is provided with an anti-slip portion 131. Preferably, the anti-sliding part 131 is an anti-sliding groove, the wire fixing clamp 20 is provided with an anti-sliding protrusion 22 matched with the anti-sliding groove, and the power wire is conveniently and stably fixed in the wiring part 13 through the functions of the anti-sliding groove and the anti-sliding protrusion 22, so that the anti-sliding wire fixing clamp is simple in structure and convenient to realize.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the first end of the base 10 is provided with a mounting guide 30. The bottom surface of the second end of base 10 is provided with buckle 40, and installation guide table 30 is used for on the one hand to the mounted position direction of solidus device, and on the other hand is used for making up sheet metal component mounting hole machining error, makes base 10 can tightly fix on the sheet metal component, combines buckle 40 of opposite side, can realize the effect of screw installation is exempted from to the overall process.
The base 10 and the wire fixing clip 20 in this embodiment are made of insulating materials, so as to prevent the power wire fixed by the wire fixing device from generating electric leakage.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the wire fixing device of the present invention is mainly composed of two parts, namely, the base 10 and the wire fixing clip 20.
The base 10 is provided with a first limiting part 11 with a limiting function, a second limiting part 12, an anti-skid part 131, a mounting guide table 30 and a buckle 40. The anti-slip protrusion 22, the first limiting column 21 and the second limiting column 23 are arranged on the wire fixing clamp 20, and the first limiting column 21 and the second limiting column 23 at two ends of the wire fixing clamp 20 are uniform in size and do not need to be in positive and negative directions.

The anti-slip part 131 and the anti-slip protrusions 22 on the wire clamp 20 and the base 10 can avoid the occurrence of false clamping caused by large plane contact between the wire clamp 20 and the power line, and the installation guide table 30 is used for guiding the installation position on one hand and compensating the machining error of the installation hole of the sheet metal part on the other hand when the base 10 is assembled on the sheet metal part, so that the base 10 can be tightly fixed on the sheet metal part, and the effect of screw-free installation in the whole process can be realized by combining the buckle 40 on the other side.
