Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper piece peeling device, and more particularly, to a paper piece peeling device that favorably peels and collects a paper piece such as a slip attached to a cargo such as a large capacity product.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Paste slips, instructions, and other paper pieces on the cargo or other cargo that is being transported or stored in such a way that it can be peeled off at a part of the center, etc., and peels it off and collects and discards it when receiving and collecting cargo. This is a common practice.
However, the separation and collection of these sticky paper pieces must also be complicated when a large number of objects are processed continuously. Smooth processing is required for collection and delivery.
[0003]
For example, when canned beverages are shipped, a predetermined number of beverage cans are shrunk in parallel, stacked in multiple layers and fastened with a tightening band such as polypropylene, and a slip is attached to the surface of the tightening band. Yes.
In consideration of the convenience of separation and collection at the time of receipt of these slips, only the substantially central part is stuck with hot melt so that the separation is possible. However, it is not always easy to orderly separate, collect, and discard slips while securing a quick and smooth work process in handling a large amount of continuously collected products.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When looking at this type of work in the past, slips that were peeled off from the tightening band and slip pieces that had failed to peel off dissipated, creating a great burden of collection and disposal, and they were further left behind in the resin tightening band. Separation and disposal of slip pieces and tightening bands is practically impossible, leading to undesirable results in terms of environmental conservation.
[0005]
In this respect, the efficiency of the peeling work itself has been considered conventionally, and the adhesive surface of the gum tape, which is superior to hot melt in terms of adhesive strength, is pressed against the slip surface attached to the tightening band and peeled off. There is also a method of winding and collecting.
However, in this method, the gummed tape that has been peeled off and collected is inevitably large, and the workability is poor and the subsequent processing load is increased. In addition, a method of cutting the tightening band with the slips attached is proposed, but this method only has the meaning of skipping the slip peeling during the receiving operation and postponing the subsequent work. In addition, it is extremely difficult to separate and collect the slips from the tightening band pieces that are left in large quantities in a mixed state, compared to the slip peeling at the time of receiving work placed in a peelable state, I have to say that it is virtually impossible.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to remove a piece of paper that regularly removes and collects a piece of paper such as a slip attached to a large capacity product or cargo so as to be peeled off. The device is on offer.
[0007]

In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, the present invention is configured as follows. The invention according to claim 1 is a paper piece peeling device for peeling off a piece of paper, a part of which is affixed to the cargo and the peripheral edge of which is a free end. An apparatus main body driven by the apparatus, an adsorption mechanism provided on the apparatus main body for adsorbing and drawing the free end of the paper piece, and holding the free end of the paper piece adsorbed and drawn by the adsorption mechanism A holding mechanism provided in the apparatus main body, and the suction mechanism includes a suction portion that sucks the free end portion of the paper piece and a negative pressure source that sucks the free end portion through the suction portion. A negative pressure mechanism; and a drive mechanism for retracting and retracting the suction portion with respect to the free end portion direction of the paper piece. The holding mechanism includes a plate projecting from the apparatus main body in the paper piece direction, and a base end portion of the plate. It is supported by the plate so that it can rotate freely. Plate to close-pressed against, also characterized in that it comprises a gripping rod which is driven to displace in the direction away from the plate. By configuring in this way, the free end of the piece of paper affixed in part is adsorbed and drawn in the adhering state by the adsorbing mechanism, and this is stably held by the holding mechanism, and then the apparatus body is By driving in the retracting direction, it is possible to perform a peeling operation of pulling a piece of paper sandwiched and peeling it off at the sticking portion. Also, the suction mechanism for the paper piece is composed of a negative pressure mechanism and a drive mechanism so that the free end of the paper piece is smoothly suctioned and pulled, and the holding mechanism is driven to hold the plate against the plate. The holding is made stable by being constituted by the scissors. According to a second aspect of the present invention, the apparatus main body can be advanced, retracted and moved in the horizontal direction with respect to the cargo, and the peeled piece of paper is dropped below the movement trajectory of the suction mechanism and the holding mechanism. -It is characterized in that a collecting unit for collecting is provided. This facilitates the implementation of the apparatus according to the work environment and work procedure, and at the same time, collects the peeled pieces of paper to a desired collection unit.

On the other hand, the cargo to be processed is a large-capacity integrated product W packed and fastened to both ends with polypropylene tightening bands X, and a slip P is placed on the upper surface on the front side of one tightening band X. It is hot-melted at the center sticking part P1 and stuck so as to be peelable.
The stacked product W is continuously transported by a transport roller R in a state of being mounted on a transport pallet (not shown), and is set to stop at a predetermined position on a regular basis, and is supported by an air cylinder D. The device is installed so as to face the slip P attached to the tightening band X at the stop position of the stacked product W.
[0014]
The peeling operation of the apparatus in the above installation example is as shown in FIGS. 4 to 9 and will be described below.
The device attached and fixed to the gantry 5 is in a state of being supported by the air cylinder D and waiting at a position at a certain distance from the conveyance path R that conveys the stacked product W. (Fig. 4)
Next, the gantry 5 is advanced to the planned stop position of the product W by the air cylinder D, the vacuum pad 3 is retracted, and the arrival of the transported product W is awaited with the gripper 4 opened. (Fig. 5)
After the stacked product W is transported to a predetermined position and stopped, the slip P attached to the tightening band X of the product W and the device face each other, the frame is advanced in the product W direction by the air cylinder A, and the air cylinder The vacuum pad 3 is advanced forward by B and is brought into contact with the slip P at the free end portions on both sides sandwiching the central sticking portion P1 and sucked. (Fig. 6)
Here, if the vacuum pad 3 is retracted by the air cylinder B, the slip P is pulled by the adsorbed free ends, and the left and right plate surfaces of the plate 2 with the central sticking part P1 in the sticking state as the folding part. Pulled back in the direction. (FIG. 7) Further, the grip rod 4 is closed by the air cylinder C, and the free end portion of the slip P that has been drawn is pressed and held on the left and right plate surfaces of the plate 2 in a half-folded state. (Fig. 8)
After pressing and holding the slip P in a half-folded state, if the frame 1 is moved backward by the air cylinder A, the center sticking part P1 is peeled off and the peeling is completed, and the base 5 is moved backward by the air cylinder D. To the standby position. (Fig. 9)
[0015]
In order to perform the peeling in such an operation, first, the slip P attracted and attracted by the free end portions on both sides of the center sticking portion P1 is pressed on the left and right plate surfaces of the plate 2 and stably in a half-folded state. Retained. Secondly, as a result of this stable pressing and holding, the peeling force with respect to the center sticking part P1 of the slip P forming the folded portion is applied evenly from both the left and right directions, and the tightening that stuck the slip P is applied. Good and reliable peeling from the band X is possible.
[0016]
Next, the collecting operation and the collecting example of the slip P peeled off as described above are as shown in FIGS.
That is, the apparatus that has completed peeling is retracted by the air cylinder D to the upper position of the shooter S (not shown in FIG. 10), which is a collection unit, and the gripper 4 is opened by the air cylinder C and dropped into the lower shooter S. And collect.

Further, the guide rail 7 is supported by the air cylinder D, and can advance and retreat in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 7 in the same manner as the gantry 5 in the embodiment.
The integrated product W to be processed is attached to a conveyance pallet (not shown) by sticking the slip P hot-melted at the center sticking portion P1 to the surface of the polypropylene fastening band X as in the above embodiment. It is set to stop at a predetermined position at a predetermined position facing the paper piece peeling device installed on the guide rail 7 and conveyed by the conveyance roller R.
[0020]
Since the paper piece peeling device according to the present embodiment is configured as described above, the guide rail 7 is advanced and retracted by the air cylinder D (FIG. 12) in the same manner as the gantry 5 in the above-described embodiment (FIG. 12). In the same manner as in FIG. 9, by operating the vacuum pads 3, 3 and the gripping rods 4, 4, the slip P attached to the tightening band X of the integrated product W can be removed in an orderly manner.
[0021]
Further, unlike the above embodiment, the apparatus in the present embodiment can be moved not only in the direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the stacked product W but also in the parallel direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13, a shooter S is provided at a desired position in the traveling range of the apparatus according to the situation and work procedure of the cargo receiving work area, and the slip P after separation is collected by moving the apparatus to that position. it can.
Furthermore, since the apparatus of the present embodiment can travel in parallel with the transported integrated product W, the travel of the integrated product can be performed by adjusting and setting both the travel speed and the length of the guide rail 7. It is also possible to perform the work of stripping and collecting the paper pieces by running the apparatus side by side without stopping.
[0022]
In each of the above embodiments, only the horizontal movement mechanism called the air cylinder D and the guide rail 7 is cited as the movement mechanism for supporting and moving the apparatus. Of course, it is also possible to support this in addition to this.
