Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an emergency water stop seal device for a shield machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a shield machine that digs underground, a tunnel is constructed by assembling segments in the trunk. At this time, there is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the segment (tunnel) and the inner peripheral surface of the rear trunk, and this clearance is called tail clearance. Groundwater and earth and sand enter the shield machine from this tail clearance. In order to prevent this, a tail seal device is provided on the rear trunk of the shield machine.
[0003]
However, the tail brush of the tail seal device installed in the rear trunk is damaged when excavated for a long distance, and the water stop function is lowered. For this reason, if the tail brush is left as it is without being replaced, groundwater or earth and sand will enter the machine, and the segments cannot be assembled safely. In addition, when the water stop function of the tail brush is lowered, ground water and earth and sand enter from the tail clearance, so that the tail brush replacement operation itself cannot be performed safely.
[0004]
As an apparatus for solving this problem, for example, there is an emergency water stop seal apparatus shown in FIG. Hereinafter, the structure of the conventional emergency water stop sealing apparatus is demonstrated based on FIG. FIG. 8 shows a part of the rear trunk portion of the shield machine in a cross section along its axis. 40 is an outer shell of the rear trunk portion, and 41 is an emergency water stop seal installed on the inner surface of the

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since an emergency water-stop seal needs to exhibit a water-stop function reliably and promptly in an emergency, a rubber-like packing having higher water-stop performance than a wire brush generally used as a tail brush is used. However, the rubber packing is strongly affected by friction caused by sliding and has low durability, so that when it is slid for a long time, the water-stopping function is deteriorated immediately.
However, the conventional emergency water stop sealing device described above is a structure that only pushes inward, and because it has a self-sealing effect due to external pressure, once it functions, it will continue to slide without leaving the segment outer surface, It wears out quickly and does not perform its sealing function. For this reason, the conventional emergency water stop seal device can be used only for one tail brush replacement in practice.
[0008]
Further, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-146776 discloses a multi-shield shield machine that widens the main body of the shield machine when it is desired to change the cross section of a part of the tunnel during the excavation.
10 and 11 schematically show the structure of the tail portion of the shield machine disclosed in the publication, FIG. 10 is a front view of the rear end portion, and FIG. 11 is an operation explanatory view.

[0010]
However, the conventional emergency water stop sealing device shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 does not assume the case where the rear trunk portion of the shield machine is widened and cannot be applied to the wide type shield machine. .
[0011]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and firstly, an object thereof is to obtain an emergency water stop seal device that can be used repeatedly over and over. A second object of the present invention is to obtain an emergency water stop sealing device that can be applied to a widening type shield machine.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The emergency water stop sealing device according to the present invention is configured such that the proximal end side is installed on the inner surface of the rear trunk portion of the shield machine, the distal end side is configured to be rotatable about the proximal end side, and pressure liquid can be injected. It consists of a seal packing with a pressure fluid injection part,
By rotating the pressure liquid injecting liquid into the pressure liquid injection part, it can be rotated to secure a gap between the segments, and by discharging the pressure liquid from the pressure liquid injection part, it is in the opposite direction to that during the pressure injection It is configured to be able to rotate and seal the gap with the segment.
