Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding floor heating panel in which a hot water tube (pipe) is provided in a panel plate and an aluminum sheet is bonded to the upper surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 shows a conventional folding floor heating panel. In the case of the floor heating panel 100 having such a configuration, since it is normally produced in a factory, in consideration of transportability and storage to the construction site, it is usually a foldable type in which several panel plates 100a are combined. It has become. For this reason, when the panel board 100a is folded as it is in the so-called transboundary portion 103 where the hot water tube 101 straddles the adjacent panel board side, the hot water tube 101 also expands in a 180 ° U shape together as shown in FIG. Will do. As a result, since the hot water tube 101 is broken or crushed at the expanding portion 101a, various ideas that do not force the folding are made.
FIG. 7 shows an example of such a device. When the number of the hot water tubes 101 is four, the middle of each two is formed as a folded portion between the panel plates 100a, and the hot water tubes 101 cross the border in this folded portion. In FIG. 7, the number of the upper and lower portions is divided into two, and the hot water tube 101 is configured so as to be inclined from the linear direction only in the cross-border portion 103.
[0003]
When configured in this way, when the panel plate 100a is folded, the cross-border portion 103 of the hot water tube 101 is also U-shaped at the end of the panel plate 100a as shown in FIG. The bent portion 101a of the hot water tube 101 is exposed. As a result, the spreading portion 101a may be damaged during transportation or construction.
FIG. 9 shows another contrivance. The U-turn portion of the hot water tube 101 at both ends of the panel plate 100a is formed as a separate plate 100b, and the separate plate 100b is configured to be detachable and folded. In some cases, as shown in FIG. 10, by removing the separate plate 100b, as shown in FIG. 11, a degree of freedom is imparted to the expanding portion 101a of the hot water tube 101 so as not to be forced.
[0004]
However, each of the conventional examples described above has the following problems.
1. When part of the panel plate or hot water tube is removed and folded, it takes time and labor to pipe the tube at the site or to re-install the heat dissipation sheet.
2. Further, since the tube is exposed and packed and transported, there is a risk of damaging the tube not only during transportation but also when the package is opened and stored before construction on site.
3. In the type in which only the tube of one R portion is connected, the tube may be damaged due to the load of the folded portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is to improve the drawbacks of the conventional folding hot water panel having these drawbacks, and its purpose is to allow the hot water tube to be bent smoothly at the folding portion and to warm water from the outside of the panel plate. It is to provide a hot water panel devised so as not to expose the circular portion of the tube.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention according to claim 1, in the foldable floor heating panel, a plurality of panel plates are joined, and the panel plates are expanded by 180 ° and folded along the joints. In the foldable floor heating panel that can be formed, a hot water tube housing groove is formed in an oblique direction on the surface of the panel plate, the housing groove is linearly continuous with a housing groove of an adjacent panel plate, In the hot water tube housing groove of the panel plate, a tube reversal housing main groove branched from the straight hot water tube housing groove via a circular portion at the boundary with the adjacent panel plate is formed for each panel plate. Further, in the adjacent panel plate, a tube reversal accommodation sub-groove is formed in the opposite direction to the tube reversal accommodation main groove. It is.
[0007]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in claim 1, the inclination angle of the hot water tube housing groove is set to 20 ° to 40 ° with respect to the longitudinal direction of the panel plate. It is.
If the inclination angle of the hot water tube housing groove is out of the range of 20 ° to 40 °, it is impossible unless the length of the panel plate in the longitudinal direction is limited, and it cannot be applied except for a special shape.
[0008]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in claim 1, the circular portions of the tube reversal containing main groove and the containing sub groove are set within a range of R30 to 70. is there.
If the range of R30 to 70 is exceeded, it is impossible unless the width of the panel plate is controlled, and applications other than those with special shapes cannot be applied.
[0009]
Further, in the invention described in claim 4, in claim 1, 2 or 3, the piping layout of the hot water tube in one panel plate is inclined at the center portion, and the U-turn portions at both ends are the panels. The center portion of the plate is line-symmetric and R is formed with the same span.
[0010]
[Example 1]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a floor heating panel embodying the present invention, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of a folding part of a panel board, where a hot water tube crosses over, and FIG. 3 shows hot water when the panel board is folded. Explanatory drawing of the state where the tube was settled in the tube reversal accommodation groove. 4 is a front view when FIG. 3 is viewed from the direction of arrow a, and FIG. 5 is an explanatory view of the tube accommodation groove and the tube reversal accommodation groove.
1 to 5, reference numeral 1 denotes a floor heating panel body. The panel body 1 is composed of four panel plates 2, 3, 4, and 5. As shown in FIG. 1, the hot water tubes 6, 7, 8, 9 are connected to the intermediate portions 2 a, 3 a of the panel plates 2, 3, 4, 5. 4a and 5a are obliquely laid out, and the U-turn portions 2b, 3b, 4b and 5b at both ends are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the panel plates 2, 3, 4 and 5, and The R portion is line symmetric in the central portion x of the panel plates 3, 4, 5 except for the header 14 portion of the panel plate 2.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 10 denotes a hot water tube housing groove for housing the hot water tubes 6, 7, 8, 9, and is linear at the folded portions (side edges) of the panel plates 2, 3, 4, 5. A tube reversal accommodation main groove 11 which is separated from the tube accommodation groove 10 and is circular is formed with a certain length. Similarly, on the adjacent panel plate 3 side, a tube reversal accommodation subgroove having the same shape as the tube reversal accommodation main groove 11 is formed. This pattern is the same between the panel plates 3, 4, 4 and 5.
[0011]
The tube reversal accommodation main groove 11 and the sub-groove 12 are set to R45 when the inclination angle of the hot water tube accommodation groove 10 is 25 ° with respect to the longitudinal direction of the panel plate 2, as shown in FIG. However, when the inclination of the tube is 25 ° to 40 °, the range of 30 to 70 is practical for this R, but the inclination angle and R of the hot water tube housing groove 10 are within a range where practical use is possible. Is optional.
FIG. 2 shows a state of the hot water tube 6 when the panel plates 2 and 3 are unfolded, and the hot water tube 6 at this time is straight at the border 15, but when the panel plates 2 and 3 are folded, As shown in FIG. 3, the tube 6 is reversed to the tube reversal accommodation main groove 11 side so that about half of the diameter is accommodated, and the other half is accommodated in the tube reversal accommodation sub-groove 12 on the other panel plate 3 side. . FIG. 4 shows the inverted portion of the panel plates 2 and 3 and the hot water tube 6 when folded, and the hot water tube 6 is a tube receiving groove opened at the boundary end of the two panel plates 2 and 3. 10, but is not exposed from the end faces of the panel plates 2, 3.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention pipes (lays out) the hot water tube so as to be inclined with respect to the panel, and the inclined hot water tube is bent into the tube receiving groove at the portion where it crosses the adjacent panel plate side. When the panel plate is folded, the inverted portion of the hot water tube is along the recess formed by the main housing groove and the sub-groove when the sub-groove is provided on the side of the panel plate adjacent to the tube reversing main housing groove. Because it is circular and fits, the reversal angle of the hot water tube is gentle and is not exposed from the edge of the panel board.
As a result, the following effects are obtained.
1. There is no risk of damage during transportation or construction.
2. Panels and tubes are integrated, so there is no need to rework piping and heat dissipation sheets on site.
3. By storing and protecting the tube of the folded portion in the panel, it is possible to prevent the tube from being damaged.
4). By having the folded portion in the straight portion, the folded portion and the tube can be crossed at a natural angle at a long distance.
5). Since the load at the folded part does not concentrate on the tube, the risk of tube breakage is low.
6). Diagonal piping increases the density of the central portion of the piping pattern, increases the thermal efficiency of the central portion that is frequently used, and improves usability.
7). The reversal of the hot water tube is performed smoothly, and since this reversal portion is still in the groove, the reversal portion does not force the hot water tube.
