Description

The present invention relates to a floor heating panel that is provided in a state in which a plurality of rectangular or substantially rectangular panel unit bodies arranged in a buried state with heat medium flow pipes arranged in two rows and is foldable. .

Such floor heating panels can be made compact by folding a plurality of panel units when stored after production or transported to a construction site, and when constructed, a plurality of panel units in a folded state are used. The body is spread and laid on the floor to be heated.

And such a floor heating panel isolate | separates the edge part which adjoins two rows of panel rows, except for the bendable connection part in the panel unit body located in the end of a row direction, and two rows of panel rows Is folded at the connection portion in a state where the panel unit body other than the panel unit body positioned at one end in the column direction is overlapped with the panel unit body positioned at one end in the column direction. In general, the connecting portion is configured to be foldable into a valley fold.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a floor heating panel in which the connecting portion is configured to be freely bent into a valley fold.
In the conventional floor heating panel disclosed in Patent Document 1, a plurality of panel unit bodies in each panel row are fold-folded and valley-folded in the row direction in order from the side of the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction. Are connected to each other so that a plurality of panel unit bodies in each panel row can be connected to a panel other than the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction on the back surface of the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction. In the form of overlapping unit bodies, it is configured to be foldable in a so-called accordion shape.

In the following description, a pair of panel unit bodies that are located at one end in the column direction in each panel row and are connected to each other at a valley-foldable connecting portion may be referred to as a panel unit body for connection. .

In other words, the conventional floor heating panel is a state in which a plurality of panel units in each row are folded in an accordion form in such a manner that panel units other than the panel unit for connection are stacked on the back side of the panel unit for connection. The two panel rows are configured to be foldable at the connecting portion in a valley folded state, that is, in a state in which the surface of the connecting panel unit is on the inside.

Registered Utility Model No. 2520952

Since the conventional floor heating panel was configured to be folded in the above-described form, as described below, it is difficult to perform the work of spreading and laying the folded floor heating panel on the floor to be laid. It was.
That is, in the state where the floor heating panel is folded, the innermost panel unit for connection of the two panel rows overlaps with the surfaces facing each other, and the two connection panels that overlap in such a manner Since panel units other than the unit unit for connection are overlapped in the folded state on the outside of each unit body, that is, the back surface, when expanding the folded floor heating panel, do as follows. Will spread.
Each of the two folded panel rows is placed on the floor in a valley-folded state at the connection, and when the upper panel row is unfolded, the upper panel row spreads over, so that Flip the panel line up in the inverted state with the connection part as a fulcrum and turn it upside down.
Next, the other folded panel row is turned upside down on the surface of the panel unit for connection of the panel row that has been expanded face up as described above with the connection portion as a fulcrum, and the turned up panel row is expanded. As it goes upside down, the entire floor heating panel can be expanded by turning it upside down with the connection section as a fulcrum.
In other words, as described above, conventionally, when the folded floor heating panel is expanded, a large amount of work is required, and it is also necessary to turn over the entire panel row that is large and difficult to handle in the expanded state. Therefore, it was difficult to install floor heating panels.

By the way, when laying such a floor heating panel on the floor made of slab, it is necessary to apply an adhesive to the back of each panel unit and stick it to the floor. In a state where it is spread and temporarily placed on the floor and aligned, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of each panel unit and is attached to the floor.

And in the conventional floor heating panel, it will stick to a floor with an adhesive agent as follows, and it became difficult to perform the operation | work.
That is, the connecting panel unit and the panel unit adjacent to the connecting panel unit can be folded in a mountain-folded state, and as described above, in the state where the entire floor heating panel is laid out on the floor and temporarily placed, The panel unit adjacent to the panel unit cannot be folded with respect to the panel unit for connection. In addition, it is necessary to turn the entire panel row that has been opened upside down and turn it face down, apply adhesive to the back of each panel unit, and then turn the whole panel row that has been spread out again to turn it upside down. Therefore, it is difficult to turn over or turn over the entire panel row having a large plane area in such a widened state.

Therefore, conventionally, when the floor heating panel is attached to the floor with an adhesive, the floor heating panel is more difficult to install.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a floor heating panel capable of facilitating laying.

The floor heating panel of the present invention is provided with a plurality of rectangular or substantially rectangular panel unit bodies arranged in an embedded state in a row, and is configured to be foldable. And
In the first characteristic configuration, adjacent edge portions between the two panel rows are separated except for a valley-foldable connecting portion on one end side in the row direction in the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction,
Each of the two rows of panel rows is located at one end in the row direction on the surface side portion of the surface of the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction, excluding the portion corresponding to the connecting portion in the row direction. In a state in which the panel unit bodies other than the panel unit bodies to be folded can be folded, the panel unit bodies adjacent to each other in the column direction are connected in a foldable manner,
In each of the two rows of panel rows, at least one of the pair of panel unit bodies located at one end in the row direction, a portion corresponding to the connecting portion and the other panel unit body are folded in the row direction. In a state corresponding to the overlapping portion in the state, a cut is formed in the direction away from the other panel row from the edge adjacent to the other panel row,
In the state in which the two panel rows are folded in such a manner that a panel unit body other than the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction is overlaid on the surface side of the panel unit body located at one end in the row direction, Thus, the connecting portion is configured to be foldable in a state where the connecting portion is in a valley folded state.

When the floor heating panel is folded, for example, it is performed as follows.
That is, in a state where a plurality of two-row panel unit bodies are spread with the surface facing upward, each of the two rows of panel units is arranged at one end in the row direction (hereinafter referred to as a connection unit). The panel unit body other than the panel unit body for the connection is folded on the surface side portion excluding the portion corresponding to the connecting portion in the column direction in the surface of the panel surface (which may be referred to as a panel unit body). In a state where the two panel rows are folded in a form in which a panel unit other than the connecting panel unit is overlapped on the surface side of the connecting panel unit, the connecting portion is in a valley folded state by the interchange of the cuts. It will be folded in the state to do.

That is, the adjacent edge portions of the two panel rows are separated except for the valley-foldable connection portion on one end side in the row direction in the panel unit for connection, and each of the two row rows is connected. In a state in which the panel unit body other than the connection panel unit body can be folded on the surface side portion excluding the portion corresponding to the connection portion in the column direction among the surface of the panel unit body for the column, The panel unit bodies adjacent to each other in the direction are foldably connected to each other, and the connection in the column direction to at least one panel unit body of the pair of connection panel unit bodies in each of the two panel rows. Is located at a position corresponding to the portion where the other panel unit is overlapped in the folded state and cut away from the edge adjacent to the other panel row in the direction away from the other panel row. In the state where two panel rows are folded in a form in which panel units other than the panel unit for connection are stacked on the surface side of the panel unit for connection, due to the interchange of the cuts, It is possible to fold in the valley folded state at the connecting portion so that the folded panel unit body is inside, that is, the back surface of the connecting panel unit body is outside.

When the floor heating panel folded as described above is spread on the floor, for example, it is performed as follows.
That is, the two panel rows, each of which is folded, are valley-folded at the connection part, and the back surface of one connection panel unit body is positioned on the floor in a state of facing the floor to be laid.
In such a state in which the two panel rows that are valley-folded at the connection portion are positioned on the floor, one of the pair of connection panel units is most in the state that the back surface is facing upward. It is located in the upper part, and the other is located in the lowermost part with the back surface facing the floor.

And in the state where the two panel rows in the state where the valley is folded at the connecting portion is positioned on the floor, the upper panel row is folded, and the connecting portion is used as a fulcrum to stand up to the opposite side. When defeated, each of the two panel rows has a panel unit for connection positioned at the bottom and the panel unit other than the panel unit for connection on the surface of the panel unit for connection. Is in a state of being overlapped in the folded state, so that the panel unit for connection at the bottom is stationary, and in the form of unfolding other panel units in the folded state overlapping the surface, When panel rows are expanded, each panel row is expanded face up.

In other words, when the folded floor heating panel is expanded, the number of steps is reduced, and even if the panel row is turned upside down, it can be turned upside down with a small flat area and easy handling. Laying can be facilitated.

In addition, when the floor heating panel is attached to the floor with an adhesive and laid, for example, it is performed as follows.
That is, as described above, the floor heating panel is once folded as described above in a state where the entire floor heating panel is spread and aligned on the floor and temporarily placed. In such a folded state, as described above, one of the pair of connection panel units is positioned at the top with the back surface facing upward, and the other has the back surface of the floor unit. It is located in the lowest part in the state which faces.

And when applying the adhesive to the back of one panel unit for connection that is located on the uppermost part with the back side facing upward, when the upper panel row is folded and turned over with the connection part as a fulcrum, The panel unit for connection having an adhesive applied to the back surface is attached to the set position on the floor, with the back surface facing the floor and positioned at a set position on the floor.
Next, in that state, the panel row on which the panel unit for connection is not affixed to the floor is folded into a standing posture with the connection portion as a fulcrum, or the other panel is turned upside down as it is. A panel for connection with adhesive applied to the back side when the panel row is positioned on the floor after the adhesive is applied to the back side of the panel unit for connecting the panel row in a folded state on the row. The unit body is affixed to the set position on the floor, with the back surface facing the floor and positioned at the set position on the floor.
Subsequently, each panel row in the folded state is developed while applying an adhesive to the back surface of each panel unit body, and all the panel unit bodies are attached to the floor.

In other words, when the floor heating panel is affixed to the floor with an adhesive, it is possible to perform the work of turning the panel row upside down in a folded state where the flat area is small and easy to handle. easy.
Therefore, even when the floor heating panel is attached to the floor with an adhesive and laid, the operation can be facilitated.
In short, it has become possible to provide a floor heating panel capable of facilitating laying.

In addition to the first feature configuration, the second feature configuration is
The cut line is formed in each of the pair of panel unit bodies positioned at one end in the column direction in each of the two panel columns.

That is, since a cut is formed in each of the pair of connection panel units, the panel unit is folded in such a manner that two panel rows in a folded state are overlapped on the surface side of the panel unit for connection. When folding in a valley fold at the connection so that the body is on the inside, the part of the panel unit for each connection is separated from the part where the other panel unit in the folded state is overlapped by the cut (hereinafter referred to as the separation part) ), The folded panel unit body can be folded inside, so that the amount of bending at the separation portion is reduced and each panel row is prevented from shifting from each other. It becomes possible.

By the way, when forming a cut in only one of the pair of connection panel units, two rows in which the panel unit folded on the surface side of the connection panel unit is inside and each is folded. When the panel row is folded, the detachable separating portion is present only in one of the pair of connecting panel units, so that the amount of bending of the separating portion increases, and the panel rows slightly deviate from each other. It will be.
Accordingly, it is possible to provide a suitable means for enabling the floor heating panel to be folded more compactly while reducing the bending of the panel unit.

In addition to the first or second feature configuration, the third feature configuration is
A plurality of panel unit bodies in each of the two rows of panels are connected to each other adjacent to each other in the row direction so as to be valley-foldable.

That is, since a plurality of panel unit bodies in each of the two panel rows are connected so that the adjacent ones in the row direction can be freely folded, when the panel rows are folded, what is the panel unit for connection? By performing valley folds in order from the panel unit at the opposite end, the panel unit at the end opposite to the connecting panel unit is folded into a roll-like configuration with the innermost side.

And each panel row | line | column is made to fold in the form of the roll shape in which the panel unit body of the edge part on the opposite side to the panel unit body for a connection becomes the innermost side, Each panel row | line | column is the lowest part. With the panel unit body left, the panel unit body (or the group of folded panel unit bodies) folded on the surface of the lowermost panel unit body is in a standing posture with the valley-folded folding part as a fulcrum. By repeating the work of tilting to the opposite side, it becomes possible to expand the work, and the work becomes easier.

By the way, a plurality of panel units in each panel row are connected so that valley folds and mountain folds can be alternately arranged in the column direction in order from the side of the connecting panel unit body. It is conceivable to connect the panel units so that they can be folded into an accordion shape.
However, the operation of expanding the panel row folded in an accordion shape on the surface of the connecting panel unit body requires lifting and expanding a plurality of panel unit bodies, which is difficult to perform and facilitates the laying operation. A slight disadvantage on the above.

When the floor heating panel is attached to the floor with an adhesive by laying each panel row in a roll-like form as described above, a plurality of panels are used as described below. Since it is possible to carry out while attaching the unit bodies in units of one sheet, the laying work is further facilitated.
That is, the panel unit body to be attached to the floor is always located at the top of the folded panel unit body group with its back surface facing upward, so that the back surface faces upward. The panel unit body (or the panel unit body in the folded state) is applied to the back side of the exposed panel unit body and is folded on the front side of the panel unit body previously attached to the floor. By repeating the work of placing the group) in a standing position with the valley-folded fold as a fulcrum and tilting it to the opposite side, a plurality of panel units are attached in units of one sheet, and the panel row is expanded and attached to the floor be able to.

By the way, when each panel row is folded in an accordion shape, it is folded with the back surfaces of adjacent panel unit bodies inside, so to apply an adhesive to the back surface of each panel unit body, for example, It is necessary to perform two folded panel units as one unit, or turn the entire panel unit other than the connecting panel unit upside down on the surface of the connecting panel unit, and apply adhesive. The work is difficult to perform and is somewhat disadvantageous in facilitating the laying work.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a preferable means for further facilitating laying.

In addition to any of the first to third feature configurations described above, the fourth feature configuration is
A panel unit body on one end side in the column direction of one of the two panel columns is provided with a header for supplying a heat medium circulation, and the column including the header as the heat medium circulation pipe A header-side heat medium circulation pipe arranged to circulate and supply the heat medium along the pipe, and a pipe portion piped through the connection portion, so as to circulate and supply the heat medium along the other panel rows And a non-header-side heat medium flow pipe disposed in the.

That is, the heat medium supplied to the header for circulating the heat medium flows through both the header-side heat medium circulation pipe and the non-header-side heat medium circulation pipe, returns to the header, and is discharged from the header.
That is, by providing the header-side heat medium flow pipe and the non-header-side heat medium flow pipe as described above as the heat medium flow pipe, a single header is used over substantially the entire area of each of the two rows of panel rows. It becomes possible to circulate the heat medium.
And since the supply of the heat medium to the floor heating panel and the discharge of the heat medium from the floor heating panel are performed using one header, the heat medium supply path for supplying the heat medium to the floor heating panel, and The piping operation of the heat medium discharge path for discharging the heat medium from the floor heating panel can be simplified.
Therefore, since the piping work of the heat medium supply path and the heat medium discharge path can be simplified, it is possible to further facilitate the installation of the floor heating panel.

In addition to the fourth feature configuration, the fifth feature configuration includes:
A pipe portion that is piped through the connection portion in the non-header-side heat transfer medium pipe is provided with a portion that extends along a bent line in the connection portion, and a portion that extends in a curved state from the portion. It is characterized by that.

That is, when the two panel rows are folded in a valley fold at the connection portion, the portion along the bent line in the connection portion of the pipe portion piped through the connection portion in the non-header-side heat transfer medium circulation pipe is twisted. Become.
In other words, when two rows of panels are folded into a valley fold at the connecting portion, the stress generated in the pipe portion that is piped through the connecting portion in the non-header side heat transfer medium pipe due to the bending is connected to the connecting portion in the pipe portion. Since the portion along the bent line is twisted and absorbed, when two panel rows are folded into a valley fold at the connection portion, a pipe that is piped through the connection portion in the non-header side heat transfer medium circulation pipe Generation | occurrence | production of the malfunction that a part bends can be prevented.
By the way, if the pipe part that is piped through the connection part in the non-header side heat transfer medium pipe is bent and buckled, even if the floor heating panel is expanded, the flow path of the buckled part remains narrow. There is a risk that the medium will be difficult to flow.
Therefore, while allowing the two panel rows, each of which is folded, to be folded in a valley shape at the connection portion, the heat medium is properly passed through the heat medium flow pipe in the state where the two rows of panel rows are widened. Can be made to flow.

In addition to any of the first to fifth feature configurations described above, the sixth feature configuration is
A sheet-like body for heat dissipation is provided over the surface side of the plurality of panel unit bodies,
Among the plurality of panel unit bodies, adjacent panel unit bodies that are valley-folded are configured to be valley-foldable in a form in which the sheet-like body is a connecting body for bending.

That is, adjacent panel unit bodies are valley-folded in such a manner that a heat-dissipating sheet-like body provided over the surface side becomes a connecting body for bending that acts like a so-called hinge.
That is, in such a floor heating panel, in order to equalize and dissipate the heat of the heat medium flowing through the heat medium flow pipe over a wide range of the panel surface, the surface side of a plurality of panel units is usually used. A heat-dissipating sheet-like body formed of a material having good thermal conductivity is provided, and the heat-dissipating sheet-like body is bent when the adjacent panel unit is folded in a valley. It is designed to be used as both.
Accordingly, there is no need to provide a dedicated connecting body for bending to connect adjacent panel units so that they can be freely folded, so that the configuration can be simplified and the floor heating panel can be made inexpensive. It becomes possible.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the floor heating panel is provided with a plurality of rectangular panel unit bodies 2 in which the heat medium flow pipes 1 are embedded and arranged in two rows, and is configured to be foldable. It is. Incidentally, the heat medium flow pipe 1 is made of a resin such as cross-linked polyethylene and polybutene and has flexibility, and the panel unit 2 is made of a foamed resin such as foamed polystyrene having low thermal conductivity and has heat insulation properties. At the same time, the weight can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the present invention, the panel unit 2 located at one end (left end in FIG. 1) of adjacent edges of the two panel rows, that is, a panel unit for connection. Body 2 (hereinafter referred to by the symbol “2” when referring to the entire panel unit body of the panel row, and by the symbol “2c” when distinguished from other panel unit bodies as the panel unit body for connection. 2), except for the connection part 3 that can be folded at one end in the column direction, and connecting each of the two panel columns in the column direction among the surfaces of the panel unit 2c for connection. The panel unit bodies 2 adjacent to each other in the column direction can be folded in a form in which the panel unit bodies 2 other than the panel unit body 2c for connection are overlapped on the surface side portion excluding the portion corresponding to the portion 3. A foldable connection is configured and a pair of Each of the panel units 2c for connection is positioned at a position corresponding to a portion between the portion corresponding to the connecting portion 3 in the row direction and the portion where the other panel unit 2 overlaps in the folded state, A cut 4 is formed from the edge adjacent to the row in a direction away from the other panel row, and the two panel rows are connected to a panel unit 2 other than the connecting panel unit 2c. In the folded state in the form of being overlapped on the surface side of the body 2c, the connecting portion 3 is configured to be foldable in a state where the connecting portion 3 is in a valley folded state by the interchange of the cut line 4.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, two panel rows are stacked in such a manner that a panel unit body group other than the connection panel unit body 2 c is overlaid on the surface side of the connection panel unit body 2 c. In the folded state, the connection part 3 can be folded in a valley folded state by the interchange of the cut line 4.

In this embodiment, a plurality of panel unit bodies 2 in each of the two rows of panels are connected so that those adjacent in the row direction can be folded along two bent lines L1 and L2. That is, in this embodiment, each panel row is composed of three panel units 2.

Further, a header 5 for supplying heat medium circulation is provided in the panel unit body 2c for connection in one of the two panel lines, and the header 5 is provided as the heat medium flow pipe 1. A header-side heat medium circulation pipe 1a arranged so as to circulate and supply the heat medium along the row, and a pipe portion piped through the connecting portion 3 so as to circulate and supply along the other panel rows. And a non-header-side heat medium flow pipe 1b.

Then, a heating medium supply path (not shown) for supplying a heating medium such as hot water to the floor heating panel is connected to a heating medium inlet (not shown) of the header 5 and the heating medium is discharged from the floor heating panel. By connecting a discharge path (not shown) to a heat medium outlet (not shown) of the header 5 and supplying a heat medium through the heat medium supply path, the heat medium is supplied to the header-side heat medium flow pipe 1a and the header 5a. The heating medium is circulated over substantially the entire area of each of the two rows of panels through the non-header-side heating medium circulation pipe 1b to perform floor heating.

Hereinafter, each part of the floor heating panel will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the three panel units 2 in each panel row have a length in the direction along the row direction that decreases in order from one end side to the other end side in the row direction. The panel unit body 2 having the longest length in the direction along the column direction located at one end in the column direction is configured as a panel unit body 2c for connection.

Then, the long side small joist portion 6a and the short side small joist portion 6b having a shorter length than the both end edges in the column direction in each of the plurality of panel unit bodies 2 arranged in two rows are arranged. Are provided with small joists 6 arranged in the width direction of the panel row (in a direction perpendicular to the row direction) with a tube passage gap 7 through which the heat medium flow tube 1 passes.
The connecting panel unit 2c located at one end in the row direction is provided with five small joists 6 arranged in the row direction at a predetermined pitch (for example, 303 mm pitch), and the connecting panel unit 2c. A panel unit 2 adjacent to each other (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a second panel unit 2) is provided with four small joists 6 arranged in the row direction at the pitch between the small joists, and a connection panel One small joist 6 is provided on the panel unit body 2 at the end opposite to the unit body 2c (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the third panel unit body 2).

In providing the small joists 6 for each of the plurality of panel units 2, in the state where the plural panel units 2 are arranged in two rows, the plurality of small joists 6 are in the same phase in each panel row. In this state, the entire panel row is arranged in the row direction with the small joist pitch.
Further, each of the pair of small joists 6 adjacent between the panel unit bodies 2 adjacent to each other in the column direction is half the pitch between the small joists from the edge on the panel unit body 2 side adjacent to each panel unit body 2. Each panel row is formed by a plurality of panel unit bodies 2 that are separated at the approximate center of two pairs of small joists 6 that are adjacent to each other in the row direction.

Further, as the small joist 6, the long small joist portion 6 a is located on the side of the panel row adjacent to the other panel row (hereinafter sometimes referred to as an inner edge portion), and the tube passage gap 7. Are formed close to the outer edge side of the panel row opposite to the inner edge portion, and the small joist 6 for forming the outer side of the tube passage gap and the long side joist portion 6a are formed on the outer edge side of the panel row. There is a small joist 6 for forming the tube passage gap 7 closer to the inner edge side of the panel row.
Each panel row is provided with a plurality of small joists 6 that are formed near the outside of the tube passage gap and those that are formed near the inside of the tube passage gap are alternately arranged in the row direction.
Incidentally, in each connecting panel unit 2c, a small joist 6 for forming the outer side of the tube passing gap is provided on the outer end side in the column direction (left end side in FIG. 1).

The long side radish portion 6a and the short side radish portion 6b are made of wood that can be nailed freely, and are prismatic shapes having the same width and the same thickness. The thickness of the small joist portion 6 b is the same as that of the panel unit body 2.
Then, the plate-like panel forming material forming the panel unit body 2 is recessed inwardly from the inner edge or the outer edge toward the inner side of the panel, and is approximately the same length and the same width as the long side joist portion 6a. The side small joist part insertion recessed portion 2a is formed, and the short side small, substantially the same length and the same width as the short side joist part 6b, is formed so as to be recessed from the inner edge or the outer edge toward the inside of the panel. A joist part 2b for inserting a joist part is formed, and a longer joist part 6a and a shorter joist part 6b are inserted into the longer joist part 2a and the shorter joisting part 2b, respectively. And fixed with adhesive.

However, in each connecting panel unit 2c, when the long side joist portion 6a is inserted into the recess portion 2a for inserting the long side joist portion on the outermost side in the row direction, the row of the long side joist portions 6a is inserted. The adhesive is not provided from the end corresponding to the inner edge of the panel unit body 2 to the front side of the end corresponding to the outer edge of the panel unit 2 on the outer side surface in the direction. Thus, a non-adhesive portion is provided in which the outer side surface in the column direction of the long side joist portion 6a is separated from the inner surface of the concave portion 2a for inserting the long side joist portion facing it.
That is, when the panel unit body 2 other than the connection panel unit body 2c is folded on the surface of the connection panel unit body 2c, the panel unit bodies 2 other than the connection panel unit body 2c are connected. Since the surface of the panel unit body 2c overlaps the innermost part in the row direction with respect to the small joist 6 on the outermost side in the row direction, by providing the non-adhesive portion as described above, The bonding portion is configured to function as the cut line 4.

The panel unit 2 will be further described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6 show details of the portion indicated by A in FIG. 1, that is, the details of the periphery of the connecting portion 3. FIG. 5 is a plan view in a state where a sheet-like body 8 to be described later is not provided, FIG. These are longitudinal cross-sectional views which show the state in the middle of bending the panel row of 2 rows in the valley part shape in the connection part 3. FIG. 7 and 8 show the details of the portion indicated by B in FIG. 1, FIG. 7 is a plan view without the sheet-like body 8, and FIG. 8 shows adjacent panel unit bodies 2 together. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the state in the middle of bending in a valley fold shape.

On each surface side of the plurality of panel unit bodies 2, recessed groove portions 2 m for accommodating the heat medium flow pipe 1 in an embedded state are formed. The groove 2m is formed so as to correspond to the arrangement pattern of the heat medium flow pipe 1 described later in detail.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 6 and 8, the plurality of panel units 2 constituting the floor heating panel are brought into close contact with each other and arranged in two rows as described above, and the heat medium flow pipe 1 is accommodated in the groove 2m. In this state, the sheet-like body 8 for heat dissipation formed of a material having high thermal conductivity such as aluminum foil is provided so as to cover the entire surface of the plurality of panel unit bodies 2 arranged in two rows as described above. The sheet-like body 8 is attached so that the heat of the heat medium flowing through the heat medium flow pipe 1 is equalized and dissipated over substantially the entire surface of the panel.

The sheet-like body 8 is adjacent to each other in two rows of panels in a state where a portion corresponding to the connecting portion 3 on one end side in the row direction in the panel unit for connection 2c located at one end in the row direction is left. Cut along the edge.
In other words, the connecting portion 3 is configured such that the sheet-like body 8 can be folded as a bending connecting body 9 that acts like a hinge.
Further, the panel unit bodies 2 adjacent to each other in the row direction in each panel row can be foldable by causing the sheet-like body 8 to act like a hinge, that is, a plurality of panel unit bodies in each of the two rows of panel rows. 2 are connected to each other adjacent to each other in the column direction so that the sheet-like body 8 acts as a connecting body 9 for bending that acts like a hinge, and can be folded at bending lines L1 and L2.

The sheet-like body 8 is cut along a corner of the long side joist portion 6a corresponding to the non-bonded portion, and the cut portion of the sheet-like body 8 and the non-bonded portion A cut 4 is formed.
By the way, the cut 4 is provided in a range extending approximately 2/3 from the inner edge in the width direction of the panel unit 2c for connection, and two panel rows are connected at one end in the column direction. When the panel unit body 2 other than the unit body 2c is folded in a state of being overlapped on the surface side of the connecting panel unit body 2c, it is more sufficient when the connection part 3 is folded in a valley folded state. It is configured so that flexible accommodation works.

Next, the heat medium flow pipe 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
The header 5 is provided at a corner portion that becomes one of the four corners of the floor heating panel in one of the pair of connection panel units 2c.
As described above, the heat medium flow pipe 1 includes the header side heat medium flow pipe 1a and the non-header side heat medium flow pipe 1b, and the header side heat medium flow pipe 1a and the non-header side heat medium. Two circulation pipes 1b are provided.

The two header-side heat medium flow pipes 1a exit from the header 5 and return to the header 5 by going back and forth in a meandering manner while passing through the tube passage gaps 7 through the panel rows provided with the header 5. They are arranged in such an arrangement pattern.
Further, the two non-header side heat medium flow pipes 1b come out of the header 5, pass through the connecting portion 3, and pass through the other panel rows through the pipe passage gaps 7 in a meandering manner. They are arranged in such an arrangement pattern that they reciprocate and pass through the connecting portion 3 again and return to the header 5.

Tube portions passing through the tube passage gap 7 in each of the header-side heat medium flow tube 1a and the non-header-side heat medium flow tube 1b are a long side small joist portion 6a and a short side small joist portion 6b. It arrange | positions along the longitudinal direction of this, ie, the direction orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the said width direction.
That is, the range in the direction along the width direction in the arrangement region in which the header-side heat medium circulation pipe 1a and the non-header-side heat medium circulation pipe 1b are arranged through the pipe passage gap 7 can be made as small as possible. Thus, the width of the tube passage gap 7 can be made as narrow as possible.
And it becomes possible to make the width | variety of the gap | interval 7 for pipe passage as narrow as possible, and the long side small joist portion 6a and the short side small joist portion 6b of each small joist 6 are made to be as much as possible in the said width direction in the panel unit body 2. Since it can be provided over a wide range, when the panel unit body 2 is fixed to the floor by driving nails into the long side joist portion 6a and the short side joist portion 6b, the width of the panel unit 2 in the width direction is as much as possible. It becomes possible to drive nails over a wide range, and the panel unit 2 can be appropriately fixed to the floor so that its floating and warping can be sufficiently suppressed.

As shown in FIG.1 and FIG.5, the pipe | tube part piped through the said connection part 3 in the said non-header side heat-medium distribution pipe | tube 1b is provided with the part in alignment with the bending line in the connection part 3, and curves from the part. It arrange | positions with the form provided with the part extended in a state.
That is, when the two panel rows are folded in a valley shape at the connection portion 3, the stress generated in the pipe portion that is piped through the connection portion 3 in the non-header side heat medium circulation pipe 1b due to the bending is reduced. Since the portion along the bent line of the connecting portion 3 is absorbed by being twisted, it is possible to prevent the pipe portion piped through the connecting portion 3 in the non-header side heat medium circulation pipe 1b from being bent.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the pipe portion that is piped over the panel unit bodies 2 adjacent in the column direction in the header-side heat medium flow pipe 1a and the non-header-side heat medium flow pipe 1b, The adjacent panel unit 2 is provided with a portion along the bent lines L1 and L2 where the panel unit body 2 is bent, and a portion extending in a curved state from the portion.
That is, when the panel unit bodies 2 adjacent to each other in the column direction are folded, the pipe portions that are piped through the bent portions of the adjacent panel unit bodies 2 in the header-side heat medium flow pipe 1a and the non-header-side heat medium flow pipe 1b due to the bending. Is absorbed by twisting portions along the bent lines L1 and L2 in the tube portion, so that adjacent panel units in the header-side heat medium flow tube 1a and the non-header-side heat medium flow tube 1b are absorbed. It is possible to prevent the pipe portion piped through the bent portion of the body 2 from being bent.

Next, based on FIG. 9, how to fold the floor heating panel configured as described above will be described.
As shown in (a) and (b) of FIG. 9, the connection of one end in the column direction of each panel row in a state where the plurality of panel unit bodies 2 constituting the floor heating panel are spread with the surface on the upper side. The panel unit body 2 other than the panel unit body 2c is folded into a valley fold in order from the panel unit body 2 on the side opposite to the connecting panel unit body 2c, and the folded panel unit body group is As shown in (c) of FIG. 9, the surface of the connection panel unit 2 c is overlapped with the surface side portion excluding the portion corresponding to the connection portion 3 in the column direction.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9D, two panel rows are overlapped with a panel unit body group in a folded state other than the connection panel unit 2c on the surface side of the connection panel unit 2c. In the folded state, the connecting part 3 is folded in a valley folded state by the interchange of the cuts 4.

Next, a procedure when the floor heating panel folded as described above is spread and laid on the floor will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 10 (a), the back surface of one of the connecting panel unit bodies 2c is placed on the floor to be laid in a state where the two panel rows, each folded, are folded at the connection portion 3. Place it on the floor in a face-to-face position.

Then, when the upper panel row is folded and placed in a standing posture with the connecting portion 3 as a fulcrum, it is tilted to the opposite side, as shown in FIG. The connecting panel unit 2c is positioned face up, and the panel unit 2 other than the connecting panel unit 2c is overlapped with the surface of the connecting panel unit 2c in a folded state.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10C, the panel unit body 2 (or the folded panel) folded on the surface of the lowermost panel unit body 2 with the lowermost panel unit body 2 left. By repeating the operation of bringing the unit body group) into a standing posture with the valley-folded folding part as a fulcrum and tilting it to the opposite side, each panel row is expanded face up as shown in FIG.

When laying a floor heating panel on a floor that can be nailed or screwed in, such as a plywood panel, align it in the expanded state as described above and drive nails into each small joist 6 To fix to the floor.

When the floor heating panel is attached to the floor with an adhesive, it is laid out as follows.
As shown in FIG. 10, the floor heating panel is temporarily folded as shown in FIG. 9 after being positioned and temporarily placed in a state where the entire floor heating panel is spread on the floor.

Then, as shown in FIG. 10A, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of one connection panel unit 2c located on the uppermost portion with the back surface facing upward, and the upper panel row is formed. When the connection unit 3 is turned over with the connection part 3 as a fulcrum in the folded state, the panel unit 2c for connection is attached to the set position on the floor.
Next, in that state, the panel row on which the panel unit for connection 2c is not attached to the floor is folded and placed in a standing posture with the connection portion 3 as a fulcrum, or is turned over as it is and When the panel row is positioned on the floor after the adhesive is applied to the back surface of the panel unit body 2c for connecting the panel row, the panel unit body 2c for connection is connected. Is pasted to the set position on the floor.

In this state, the second panel unit that is attached to the floor adjacent to the connecting panel unit body 2c is placed on the top of the folded panel unit body group on the surface side of the connecting panel unit body 2c. The body 2 is positioned with its back surface exposed upward (see (b) in FIG. 10).
Then, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the second panel unit body 2 exposed so as to face upward, and the panel unit body group in a folded state on the front side of the panel unit body 2c for connection is formed. When the fold-shaped folded portion is used as a fulcrum and the posture is lowered, the second panel unit 2 is attached to the floor adjacent to the connecting panel unit 2c.
Further, the third panel unit 2 is exposed on the front side of the second panel unit 2 affixed to the floor following the connecting panel unit 2c with the back side facing up. Since it is folded, the adhesive is applied to the back surface of the third panel unit body 2, and the third panel unit body 2 is placed in a standing posture with the valley-folded fold as a fulcrum. When tilted to the side, the third panel unit 2 is attached to the floor adjacent to the second panel unit 2 previously attached to the floor.

[Another embodiment]
Next, another embodiment will be described.
(A) In the above embodiment, the plurality of panel unit bodies 2 in each of the two rows of panels are exemplified for the case where the adjacent ones in the row direction are connected so as to be valley-foldable. As shown in FIG. 11, by connecting the panel unit body 2c for connection having the connecting portion 3 in order so that valley folds and mountain folds can be alternately performed in the column direction, A plurality of panel unit bodies 2 may be configured to be foldable in a so-called accordion shape.
As a configuration for connecting the panel unit bodies 2 adjacent to each other in the row direction so as to be foldable, the back side of the panel unit bodies 2 adjacent to each other in the row direction is on the back side of the panel unit bodies 2 on both sides. The sheet-like body 11 is affixed, and the front-side sheet-like body 8 is cut along a folding line of the mountain fold so that the back-side sheet-like body 11 acts like a hinge.
In this case, the plurality of panel unit bodies 2 other than the connecting panel unit body 2c can have the same length in the direction along the column direction. It becomes possible to fold more compactly than in.

(B) The number of the panel unit bodies 2 constituting each panel row is not limited to the three illustrated in the above embodiment, but may be two or four or more.

(C) In the above embodiment, the case where the cut 4 is formed in each of the pair of connection panel unit bodies 2c located at one end in the column direction in each of the two panel columns is illustrated. The cut 4 may be formed in only one of the pair of connection panel units 2c.

(D) The procedure for spreading the folded floor heating panel and laying it on the floor is not limited to the procedure described in the above embodiment.
For example, in the above embodiment, after both the pair of connection panel unit bodies 2c are attached to the floor, the panel unit body 2 folded on the surface side of each connection panel unit body 2c is expanded. Although it was affixed on the floor, one of the pair of connection panel units 2c is affixed to the floor, and the panel unit 2 is folded on the surface side of the affixed connection panel unit 2c. Then, the other connecting panel unit 2c is pasted on the floor, and the panel unit 2 folded on the surface side of the pasted connecting panel unit 2c is attached to the floor. It may be spread and pasted on the floor.

(E) In the above embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a floor heating panel in which the panel unit 2 is provided with the small joists 6 is illustrated. It is also applicable to floor heating panels that are not provided.
