【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、事務所等の室内に配置した家具と机天板との案内連結装置に係り、より詳しくは、家具と机天板とを連結した状態で、両者が相対的に水平移動できる構成にに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、この種の家具と机天板との案内連結装置として、例えば、実開平3−49545号公報では、キャビネットと、机(テーブル)とを連結すると共に、両者の配置位置を変更できるようにする構成として、キャビネットの上方を覆うことができる机天板の一側にはキャビネットの高さより高い脚部を設ける一方、前記キャビネットの上面一端部に支柱を突設し、該支柱に前記机天板の他側を旋回可能に連結したものや、前記支柱を中空状に形成し、机天板の下面から下向きに突出させた内筒を前記支柱内に水平旋回可能に嵌挿した構成が開示されている。

また、実開平3−16426号公報では、天板の両端部に脚部を垂設し、天板の一側部から案内ピンを上向きに突設したベース机と、天板の一側に脚部を垂設した移動机とからなり、移動机における天板の下面には直線状等の摺動案内溝を設け、該摺動案内溝に前記案内ピンを嵌合させて、この案内ピンと摺動案内溝との位置関係を変更するように移動机をずらせて、前記ベース机に対して移動机の配置位置を任意に変更できるようにしたものが開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、床面に凹凸があるとき、前記前者の先行技術では、移動する側の机の脚部を前記床面に沿って移動させようとしても、支柱の軸線に対して内筒の軸線を傾けることができず、円滑に机を移動させることができない。また、前記後者の先行技術では、机天板を傾けて移動可能であるが、使用中に当該机天板の水平を保持することが困難であるという問題があった。

本発明は、前記従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、脚体付きの机天板と家具との連結を保持し、且つ両者の相対的な位置を変更可能にしつつ、その相対移動の途中及び移動後においても両者を安定した姿勢に保持でき、さらに、机天板の高さを調節した場合にもこれに追従できる机天板の案内・連結装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明は、平面視で略半円状であり、外周縁が平面視略円弧状の机天板を脚体に支持させた机と、前記机天板の外周縁より外側に配置される家具とを、机天板の外周縁に略沿うように平面視略円弧状に相対的に移動可能に案内・連結するための机天板の案内・連結装置であって、前記机天板の下面には、その外周縁寄り部位に平面視円弧状のガイド手段を設け、前記家具の前部に設けた上下移動可能な支持体には前記ガイド手段に連結して相対的に水平方向に移動可能とする第1回転コロを備え、且つ前記支持体は、上向きに付勢されていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明を具体化した実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明を適用する家具としてのサービスコア及び机の斜視図、図2はサービスコア及び机の側面図、図3はサービスコア及び机の平面図、図4は支柱の拡大断面図、図5はビーム体の斜視図、図6は蓋体の下面図、図7(a)〜図7(f)はビーム体の平面図及びその所定箇所の断面図、図8は本発明に係る案内連結装置の要部拡大断面図である。

図1〜図3に示すように、本発明の机1は、平面視略半円状の机天板2が左右両側の脚体4に支持されており、机天板2の外周側に隣接して1乃至複数の家具としてのサービスコア3が配置されている。図3に示すように、平面視において、机天板2の外周縁2aは回転中心となる中心Oから半径R1の略半円周であり、机天板2の内周縁のうち中央部は半径R2の略半円周の凹縁部2bに形成され、前記中心Oの近傍位置に作業者(人H0)の身体が配置されるとき、前記凹縁部2bは身体の外周に当たらないように形成されている。実施形態では、机天板2の外周縁2aの半径R1は略600mm〜800mm程度であり、好ましくは750mmである。凹縁部2bの半径R2は350mm程度に設定されている。

机天板2は左右一対の高さ調節可能な脚体4、4に支持されたものであり、後述するように、脚体4は、机天板2の下面に取付けられた上支柱81と、これに対して昇降調節可能な下脚柱4aと、平面視バナナ状(略円弧状)の水平足4bとからなる。即ち、合成樹脂製の上案内部材83の上端鍔部83bに穿設したガイド孔に対して予め前記上支柱81を摺動可能に嵌挿させておく。この上案内部材83における下向きの外取付け片83aは下脚柱4aの上端部の外面に溶接固定した板片85にボルト86締着する一方、前記上支柱81の外面と下脚柱4aの内面との間に介在させた板状のスペーサ87の上端の水平部87aは前記上案内部材83の上端鍔部83bの下面と下脚柱4aの上端縁との間に脱落不能に支持され、前記ボルト86にてスペーサ87を上支柱81に押圧する。該上支柱81に上下に適宜間隔で穿設された調節孔88に対して係合ピン89を水平方向に嵌挿し(図11及び図12参照)、この係合ピン89が上支柱81から突出した前後部位は、上案内部材83の上端鍔部83bに凹み形成された載置部90にセットされる。載置部90の一方に設けた突起91により、前記係合ピン89の頭部89aが当接することにより、前記抜き差し可能な係合ピン89が抜け落ちるのを防止している。

他方、前記水平足4bは、平面視において、前記机天板2の外周縁の内径側で略沿うように配置され、各水平足4bの下面には複数のキャスタ5が取付けられて、平面視において前記中心Oのまわりに回動可能に構成されている。

他方、前記各脚体4における断面楕円筒状の下脚柱4aに対して、机天板2の下面にブラケット84を固定し、このブラケット84から下向きに突出する角筒状の上支柱81を上下調節可能に嵌挿している。そのため、上支柱81の下端に固定した合成樹脂製の下案内部材82を下脚柱4a内に摺動自在に嵌挿する。

また、机天板2の外周寄りの下面には平面視円弧状で下向きに開口した断面下向きコ字状のガイドレール6を埋め込む等して固定し、このガイドレール6は後述するように、前記サービスコア3と連結された状態で、机天板2が水平に回動するときのガイド手段の一部を構成することになる。また、図3及び図9に示すように、机天板2の下面のうち、前記凹縁部2bに近い側の左右両側には、曲率半径略110mm程度の凹み部90aを有する平面視略円形(直径略110mm程度)の把手部90、90が埋め込まれている。これにより、前記中心Oの近傍位置の椅子11に座った作業者(人H0)がその両手を前記一対の把手部90に手を掛けて机天板2を左右方向に回動させることが容易になる。この把手部90の形態は机天板2の下面から下向きに若干突出するものであっても良い。

サービスコア3は、アルミ押出材等の金属製または合成樹脂製からなる支柱7と、床面に当接する水平足体9とより独立的に自立できるものであり、円弧状の水平足体9の長手方向略中央部に前記支柱7の下端を図示しないボルト等にて連結固定する。なお、前記水平足体9から机天板2の下方の内周方向に延びる補助水平足10にて自立の安定性を向上させている(図2及び図3参照)。この補助水平足10の上面は、机天板2の凹縁部2bに対峙して、椅子11に座る人H0の足載せ部を兼用している。また、物品収納箱12aを有するワゴン装置12は机天板2の下方に対しても移動可能に構成されている(図1、図3参照)。

サービスコア3には、図1、図2に等に示すように、平面視で略円弧状で中空状のビーム体16とその上面開放部を覆うための蓋体17とからなる物品収納・支持装置13、その前側に支持される液晶表示機器等の物品26を載置するための板状の支持部材14a、平面視略円弧状の偏平な棚板14b、書類等の物品を収納する上部収納体15、照明器具18、コンピュータ等の本体等のOA機器載置台20、コンセントボックス23、モジュラージャックボックス24等のサービス手段は、取付け部材、ブラケット等の取付け手段を介して支柱7の第1〜第3作業部に装着でき、且つこの各作業部に沿って電力用コード21や通信用コード22を配線することができるように構成されている。

次に、図4〜図10を参照しながら、支柱7の構造及び前記物品収納・支持装置13の取付け手段の構成について詳述する。図4は支柱7の断面図を示し、この断面の中央側に位置する芯材71の内部は略小鼓状の中空部72が形成されており、該中空部72の四隅には、略円形の挿通溝72aが形成されている。

芯材71の半径外側には、当該芯材71の中心を挟んで相対向するように、図4において、X軸方向の一対の第1側面板73a,73aと、Y軸方向の一対の第2側面板73b,73bとが、各々複数の連結片74a、74b,74cを介して一体的に連接されている。実施形態ではX軸方向の一対の第1側面板73a,73aとY軸方向の一対の第2側面板73b,73bとで囲まれた形状が略楕円である。従って、第1側面板73a,73a側が長径側に位置し、第2側面板73b,73bが短径側に位置することになる。

そして、前記一対の第1側面板73a,73aには、幅寸法W1の狭幅の第1開口溝76a,76aが支柱7の中心軸線と平行状に支柱7の長手方向に沿うように形成されている。前記各第1側面板73a側に設けられる第1作業溝は、前記各第1開口溝76aと、これに連通し、前記芯材71寄り部位で広幅となる第1挿通溝76bとにより構成されている。従って、前記一対の第1作業溝としての第1開口溝76a,76aは、X軸方向において、互いに反対方向に開口することになる。なお、前記各第1挿通溝76bの底部には、第1開口溝76aの幅寸法よりやや狭い間隔の一対のレール部が、支柱7の中心軸線と平行状に支柱7の長手方向に沿うように形成されている。

第2作業溝は、前記第2側面板73b側に支柱7の長手方向に沿うように設けられた幅寸法W2の狭幅の第2開口溝78aと、これに連通して前記芯材71寄り部位で広幅となる第2挿通溝78bとにより構成されている。従って、前記一対の第2作業溝としての第2開口溝78a,78aはY軸方向において、互いに反対方向に開口することになる。

さらに、前記第1側面板73aと第2側面板73bと間には、第3作業溝79を設ける。従って、第3作業溝79は、前記第1作業溝と第2作業溝とに挟まれて4箇所に形成されることになる。

前記ビーム体16を支柱7に着脱自在装着するには、図4、図5及び、図7(a)に示すように、取付け手段としての断面コ字状のブラケット30をビーム体16の左右中央の背面にネジ28にて固定する。このブラケット30の左右両側に後向下向きの係合爪31、31を設ける。そして、支柱7における左右一対の第3作業溝79、79には、縦長の係止板32、32を、支柱7の上端から落とし込み挿入する。この各係止板32には、上下方向に所定の間隔にて係止溝孔(33が穿設されており、前記ブラケット30の基端左右両側に設けた下向き係合爪31、31を、前記係止溝孔33に挿入して係止する。

そして、該ブラケット30が支柱7に対して横ずれ等をしないように強固に固定するには、ブラケット30の表面側のハンドル34にて回動する係合ブロック35とブラケット30との間隔を狭めて、ブラケット30の装着姿勢を固定するのである。

次に、図5、図6及び図7(a)〜図7(f)を参照しながら、物品収納・支持装置13としてのビーム体16や蓋体17の構成について詳述する。ビーム体16は左右に長く平面視で略バナナ状(略円弧状)に湾曲した上面開放状の箱体であって、底板16aには、その長手方向に沿って適宜間隔にて上下に挿通する孔を備えた複数の支持筒部36を上向きに突設し、メモボード19の取付け部材(支柱)43の基端を支持筒部36に差し込んで立設する一方、左右一対の下向き開口状の筒部37、37には、その筒内にその天板から下向きに突出させたボルト111を介して支持体45における丸棒状の縦支持軸110の上端部に締着する(図8参照)。各支持体45は、前記縦支持軸110と、これに対して上下動可能に被嵌させた外筒体112と付勢バネ114とからなり、外筒体72の上端に固着した案内筒113にて前記縦支持軸110を上下に摺動自在に案内している。そして、縦支持軸110の下端に固定したワッシャ115に前記コイル状の付勢バネ114の下端を支持させる一方、該付勢バネ114の上端は前記案内筒113の下面に押圧付勢させる。外筒体112の一側に縦方向に穿設されたガイド溝116に対して摺動可能に挿通させたガイドピン117は縦支持軸110の下部寄り側面に螺着されている。外筒体112の下端は、栓体120にて封止されている。外筒体112の外面に横向きに固定した横支持部材118には、垂直軸回りに回転する第1回転コロ46aと水平軸回りに回転する第2回転コロ46bとを備え、第1回転コロ46aは机天板2の下面の外周寄り部位に設けた平面視円弧状で、断面下向きコ字状のガイドレール6に嵌合させ、第2回転コロ46bは机天板2の下面に回転自在に当接させる。これにより、机1が前述のようにサービスコア3に沿って円弧状に回転できるようにしている。また、前述したように、左右一対の脚体4、4の高さ調節時に、机天板2の高さ位置が変更されると、当該机天板2の下面に当接した第1回転コロ46a及び第2回転コロ46bは、前記付勢バネ114の付勢力に抗して常時上向き付勢されて昇降可能な外筒体112に支持されているので、机天板2の任意の高さ調節に対して追従できるのである。

なお、ビーム体16における前記底板16aに平坦な支持部38を設ける一方、ビーム体16の前面に前記各支持部38の上面に連通する偏平な貫通孔39を穿設し、この両貫通孔39に、段付き状の支持ブラケット40の基部側を挿入して支持部38にネジ止めし、一対の支持ブラケット40の先端間に、前記液晶表示機器等の物品26を載置するための板状の支持部材14aを取り付けるのである。

また、ビーム体16の底板16aには、コネクタ、モジュラージャックボックスなどの電気(電子)機器を装着固定するための上向き開放状の取付け部41が複数箇所に設けられている(図7(a)及び図7(f)参照)。さらに、ビーム体16の側面や底板16aに複数箇所に配線用の通孔42が穿設されており(図5、図7(a)参照)、前記支柱7から配線された電力用コード21や通信用コード22を通孔42を介してビーム体16内に導いて、これらのコードの余長部をビーム体16内の空間(配線処理用収納空間)に収納できる。

前記ビーム体16の上面を覆う着脱自在な蓋体17は、図6に示すように、その外周縁の嵌合溝17aをビーム体16の外周上端縁に嵌め入れて位置ずれしないように構成されており、この蓋体17には、前記支持筒部36から上向きに突設する取付け部材43を通し、また、電力用コード21や通信用コード22を外に導くための切欠き溝44が複数箇所に形成されている。なお、ビーム体16の外周の上端にも切欠き溝47を設けるようにしても良い(図5参照)。このようにして、液晶表示装置等のモニター、電話機、プリンタ等の各種電気製品の電力用コード21や通信用コード22の余長部は前記ビーム体16の内部空間に納めることができる。

なお、前記支持筒部36には、物品載置用の台板27やメモボード19等を支持するためのアーム43の基部を上から嵌め入れてアーム43が回動可能となるように構成して良い。また、図5に示すように、小型のコンピュータ本体100を載置するための支持台101をアーム102に支持させ、アーム102下端に突出させたピン103を前記支持筒部36に 嵌め入れて、支持台101を水平回動可能とする。この場合、支持台101からコンピュータ本体100が落下しないように、左右両側に保護枠104、104を立設しておけば把手の機能をも果たすことができる。また、両保護枠104、104または支持台101とコンピュータ本体100の上面にかけてベルト等の緊迫体にて縛ることにより、コンピュータ本体100が脱落、ずれ移動を完全に防止できる。

前記支柱7の上部側に配置された上部収納体(アッパーキャビネット)15は、図1及び図2に示すように、側面視略三角形状で正面視略横長矩形状の収納箱91と、該収納箱91の開放面を開閉可能に覆う開閉蓋92とから構成されている。収納箱91は水平な底板91aの左右両側から立設する側面視略三角形状の側板91b,91bと該側板91b,91b及び底板91aの後端を連結する垂直状の背板91cとからなり、この背板91cの背面側には、支柱7の上端に上向きに取付けられた照明器具18が配置されている。なお、前記左右両側板91b,91bより外側には、CD等の記録媒体やその他の小さな物品を収納するための小物入れ部91d,91dが前方開放状にて設けられている。

前記収納箱91の開放面(前面)を覆う開閉蓋92は収納箱91の左右両側板91b,91bの外面に枢支部93を介して回動可能に装着され、開閉蓋92を前向きに回動下状態では、収納箱91の開口面を覆い(図13の二点鎖線状態参照)、底板91aに対してロックできる。また、前記枢支部93は開閉蓋92の前後中途位置のうち若干後寄りに偏位しているので、開閉蓋92を後上方に大きく(略90度)回動したときには、当該開閉蓋92の内径部に前記照明器具18が位置し、開閉蓋92の前縁が収納箱91の開口部の上方に位置して、収納箱91の開口部を大きく開放できて、内部の物品の出し入れが容易になるように構成されている。この水平蓋92を半透明の合成樹脂材等にて形成しておけば、開閉蓋92が照明器具18に対する笠の機能を有することになる。即ち、開閉蓋92を前述のように大きく開いた状態では照明器具18の光が開閉蓋92の内面に反射し、収納箱91の後側から上部に回り込み、開閉蓋92の全体が明るく光るような間接照明効果を与えることができる。さらに、図13に示すように照明器具18が電球のような光源18aの上端側を開放した笠18bにて構成されていると、光源18aからの光が開いた開閉蓋92の内面頂部に強く当り、開閉蓋92の内面全体に光が拡散し、前記の間接照明効果が一層良く発揮される。

【発明の効果】
以上に詳述したように、請求項1に記載の発明は、平面視で略半円状であり、外周縁が平面視略円弧状の机天板を脚体に支持させた机と、前記机天板の外周縁より外側に配置される家具とを、机天板の外周縁に略沿うように平面視略円弧状に相対的に移動可能に案内・連結するための机天板の案内・連結装置であって、前記机天板の下面には、その外周縁寄り部位に平面視円弧状のガイド手段を設け、前記家具の前部に設けた上下移動可能な支持体には前記ガイド手段に連結して相対的に水平方向に移動可能とする第1回転コロを備え、且つ前記支持体は、上向きに付勢されていることを特徴とするものである。

従って、家具の前面に机天板の平面視略円弧状の外周縁が接近するように隣接配置し、家具の前面に設けた支持体における第1回転コロを、前記机天板の下面の外周縁寄り部位に設けられたガイド手段に連結すると、第1回転コロとガイド手段とは、当該ガイド手段の平面視円弧状に沿って相対的に水平方向に移動可能となり、家具と机とは、互いに離れることなく、机天板の外周縁に略沿うように平面視略円弧状に相対的に移動可能に案内できるのである。そして、支持体が上下移動可能で、且つ上向き付勢されているので、前記家具と机との相対移動の際に、例えば床面に凹凸があっても、第1回転コロがガイド手段から離れず追従でき、また、上下方向の外力を吸収できるという効果を奏する。

また、請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の机天板の案内・連結装置において、前記脚体は机天板の高さを調節可能になるように構成されているものである。このように脚体により机天板の高さを調節した場合にも、支持体が上下移動可能であって、且つ上向き付勢されているので、第1回転コロがガイド手段から離れず追従できるという効果を奏する。

そして、請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載の机天板の案内・連結装置において、前記ガイド手段は断面下向きコ字状のガイドレールであり、前記第1回転コロは、ガイドレールに嵌まって回転可能に構成されているものである。従って、前記ガイドレールに第1回転コロを嵌め入れるには、前記支持体を一旦大きく下方向に下げた状態にして、第1回転コロがガイドレールに嵌まり得る位置で手を離せば、第1回転コロとガイドレールとが自動的に連結状態となるから、家具と机との連結作業が容易になるという効果を奏する。

さらに、請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の机天板の案内・連結装置において、前記家具は、支柱と該支柱を床面に対して支持する水平足体と、前記支柱に固定され、前記机天板の外周縁に略沿う形状のビーム体にて構成され、前記ビーム体に複数の前記支持体を下向きに突設されているものである。従って、前記ビーム体と机天板の外周縁とを平面視で略沿わせた状態に配置し、前記ビーム体に設けた複数の支持体における各第1回転コロをガイド手段(ガイドレール)に連結することにより、ビーム体の個所と机天板とが連結され状態で、相対的に水平移動可能に案内できるという効果を奏する。

請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の机天板の案内・連結装置において、前記家具及び机の脚体にはそれぞれキャスタを備えているものであるから、家具と机との相対的な水平移動が至極容易になるという効果を奏する。
