Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spool stand which is used in a state of being arranged near a sewing machine and supplies a thread of a yarn spool to the sewing machine, and more particularly to an improved structure for holding a thread extending from the thread spool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a general household sewing machine, a thread spool is detachably attached to a thread spool attached to a sewing machine main body (arm part, etc.), and the thread drawn from the thread spool is used as a thread tensioner, a balance, etc. It is supplied to the sewing needle through a predetermined thread supply path. However, when sewing using a plurality of threads having different colors, thicknesses, etc., it is very inconvenient because the thread piece changing work for attaching and detaching the thread piece is frequently performed.
[0003]
On the other hand, in a sewing machine in which a guide member or the like for guiding a thread drawn from the thread spool and introducing it into the thread supply path of the sewing machine is fixedly provided, Even when sewing using a sewing machine, it is convenient to replace the thread spool once it has been installed, so it is convenient to carry it around. In addition, the thread spool support base and the guide member can be used only for a sewing machine provided with the same.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, a support member (yarn piece support base) having a plurality of spool pins, and a guide member having a plurality of guide holes for guiding the yarns drawn from the plurality of yarn spools attached to the plurality of spool pins, respectively. In addition, a spool stand that is provided with a leg portion that supports the support member and the guide member at a predetermined height position and that can be used for various sewing machines has been put to practical use.
[0005]
In the spool stand disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-33336, the leg portion has a disk-shaped base and a support column erected on the base, and a horizontally long guide member (thread guide) and support member (thread stand). And a cylindrical portion of one end in the length direction of the support member are externally fitted and screwed to the middle portion of the column, and one end in the length direction of the guide member is fixed to the upper end portion of the column. The cylindrical part of the part is externally fitted and screwed.
[0006]
A vertical wall is provided at the center in the width direction of the support member, and one end in the width direction of the yarn support plate is pivotably supported at the upper end of the vertical wall, and the other end in the width direction of the yarn support plate. A plurality of coil-shaped thread holding members that can respectively hold the threads extending from the plurality of yarn spools are attached to the portion.
[0007]
In the spool stand disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-6050, the leg portion has a disk-shaped base and a support column erected on the base, and is supported by a strip-shaped guide member (horizontal arm) that is long in the horizontal direction. The member (mounting table) is arranged substantially vertically and parallel to each other, the center portion in the length direction of the guide member is fixed to the middle portion of the column, and the center portion in the length direction of the guide member is fixed to the upper end portion of the column. The 2nd guide member is attached to the site | part between the support member and guide member of a support | pillar via an arm member.
[0008]
The second guide member is formed with a plurality of guide holes for guiding a plurality of yarns that are guided by the guide member and bend and extend substantially downward. The second guide member is attached with a thread stopper including a pair of thread stopper pieces, and a plurality of thread holding portions are respectively formed on the pair of thread stopper pieces, and a plurality of pairs of the pair of thread stopper pieces are formed. Each of the yarns extending from the plurality of yarn pieces can be held by the yarn holding portion.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the spool stand disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-33336, a thread holding member attached to a thread support plate itself holds a thread extending from a thread spool, and therefore a coil-shaped relatively long thread holding member must be provided. As for the attachment of the thread holding member to the thread support plate, the thread support plate is notched and the thread holding member is disposed, and its coiled end is pierced and fixed to the thread support plate, so that it extends from the yarn piece. The structure for holding the yarn is complicated and the manufacturing cost is also expensive.
[0010]
In addition, in this spool stand, the thread holding member is provided near the thread spool, and the thread extending from the thread spool is held directly, that is, without being threaded into the guide hole, so that the thread extending from the thread spool to be used every time the thread is changed. The thread must be threaded into the guide hole, and the guide hole must be threaded and threaded using both hands.
[0011]
In the spool stand disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-6050, a thread stopper having a pair of thread stoppers is provided, and a plurality of thread holding portions are formed on each of the pair of thread stoppers. Since a plurality of engaging claws for attachment to the second guide member and the like are formed on the stopper, the structure for holding the yarn extending from the yarn spool becomes very complicated and the manufacturing cost becomes expensive. Further, as in the above publication, the guide hole must be threaded and threaded using both hands, which is complicated. In addition, since the guide member is formed in a strip shape and has low strength, there is a problem that, for example, if the operator puts a hand near the end of the guide member set in the horizontal direction, the guide member is easily broken.
[0012]
Further, in the conventional spool stand, when removing the yarn held by the yarn holding portion, it is necessary to carry out the procedure almost in reverse with the yarn hooking, but the yarn hooking (moving) when the yarn holding portion holds the yarn is performed. Since the direction is not instructed, there are some that cannot easily remove the yarn held in the yarn holding portion. In this case, there is a possibility that the yarn is entangled in the yarn holding portion.
[0013]
It is an object of the present invention to simplify a structure for holding a thread and reduce a manufacturing cost in a spool stand, to make it possible to easily perform a thread changing operation, and to hold a predetermined thread when holding a thread on a holding portion. For example, it can be performed by a threading procedure, and the strength of the guide member can be increased.
[0014]

The yarn threading procedure can be performed, so that the yarn 9 held by the thread holding portion 30 can be easily removed by a substantially reverse procedure of threading.
[0052]
Since the guide member 3 is formed by integrally forming the guide portion 21, the thread holding portion 30, and the direction indicating portion “←” with a synthetic resin material, the guide member 3 can be easily formed by injection molding. The number of simple structures is reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Since the direction indicating portion “←” is an arrow mark, the direction of movement of the yarn 9 when holding the yarn 9 extending from the yarn spool 8 to the yarn holding portion 30 can be clearly and reliably instructed.
[0053]
Since the thick member 20 is provided on the guide member 3, the strength of the guide member 3 can be increased. For example, even if an operator puts a hand near the end of the guide member 3 set in the horizontal direction, the guide Since the member 3 is less likely to break and the middle part of the yarn 9 extending from the guide portion 21 can be pressed against the thick portion 20 with a finger, the yarn 9 extending from the yarn piece 8 is held by the yarn holding portion 30. It becomes easy to perform the work.
[0054]
Since the guide portion 21 has the yarn introduction opening 22 facing the opposite side to the thick portion 20, the guide portion 21 extends from the yarn introduction opening 22 even if the yarn 9 extending from the yarn piece 8 of the support portion 15 is held with one hand. It can be threaded very easily. Since the thread holding portion 30 has a substantially inverted T-shaped attachment portion 31, the O-ring 32 can be easily attached to the attachment portion 31.
[0055]
In addition, since the square tube member 41 of the leg portion 6 is hollow, the spool stand 1 can be further reduced in weight, and various components and members such as spare parts are accommodated in the square tube member 41. It becomes possible to do.
[0056]
A modification of the embodiment will be described.
1) Only the guide member 3 may be arranged near the sewing machine alone, that is, the support member 2 may be omitted.
2] In the guide member 3, a plurality of guide portions 21 may be omitted, and a plurality of yarn holding mechanisms 5 may be provided on the band plate member.
[0057]
3] Various ring-shaped rubber bodies can be applied in place of the O-ring 32.
4) The direction indicator may be various figures instead of the arrow mark “←”. For example, in FIG. 7, an arrow including a yarn hooking procedure described below the yarn holding mechanism 5 may be used as the direction indicating unit. In this case, the threading procedure can be understood more clearly. Further, the direction indicating portion may be provided by adhering a sticker of a graphic such as an arrow mark or a seal printed thereon.

[0064]
Claim 3 According to this spool stand, the guide member is provided with the direction indicating portion for instructing the moving direction of the yarn when the yarn extending from the yarn piece is held by the yarn holding portion, so that the yarn is held by the yarn holding portion. At this time, it can be carried out by a predetermined threading procedure, whereby the thread held in the thread holding part can be easily removed by the reverse procedure of threading. The yarn guided by the guide portion can be held by the yarn holding portion, so that it is not necessary to thread the yarn extending from the used thread piece on the guide portion every time the yarn is changed. The work can be done very easily.
[0065]
Claim 4 According to the spool stand of claim 3 The guide part, the thread holding part, and the direction indicating part are integrally formed of a synthetic resin material, so that the guide part, the thread holding part, and the direction indicating part can be easily formed by injection molding. Therefore, a simple structure with a small number of parts can be achieved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0066]
Claim 5 According to the spool stand of claim 3 Or 4 However, since the direction indicating portion is a mark such as an arrow, the moving direction of the yarn when holding the yarn extending from the yarn spool to the yarn holding portion can be easily and clearly indicated.
[0067]
Claim 6 According to the spool stand of claim 3 ~ 5 The guide part, the thread holding part, and the direction indicating part are provided on the band plate-shaped guide member, so that the guide member having the guide part, the thread holding part, and the direction indicating part is synthesized. The resin material can be integrally formed, the structure of the guide member can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0068]
Claim 7 According to the spool stand of claim 6 However, since the guide member extends in the length direction and has a thick portion between the guide portion and the thread holding portion, the strength of the guide member can be increased. Since the guide member is not easily broken even if it is placed near the end of the guide member set in the horizontal direction, and the middle part of the thread extending from the guide part can be pressed against the thick part with a finger. It becomes easy to perform work when holding the yarn extending from the piece in the yarn holding portion.
[0069]
Claim 8 According to the spool stand of claim 7 The guide part has a thread introduction opening that faces away from the thick part, so that the thread extending from the thread piece of the support part can be removed from the thread introduction opening with one hand. It can be threaded very easily.
