Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a thread stand device for placing a plurality of spools each wound with a colored thread in a multi-head embroidery machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When embroidering many colors on the fabric, different colored yarns are used. In the multi-head embroidery sewing machine, necessary color yarns corresponding to the embroidery pattern are prepared in advance above the head. The spool is made up of spools of colored yarns necessary for a number of spool pins. This spool is made of iron and is screwed to the cradle.
[0003]
The above is characterized in that since the threaded rod is not bent during the replacement work of the spool wound with colored yarn because it is screwed to the cradle.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this conventional multi-head embroidery machine, the thread stand is made of iron and screwed, so it was relatively heavy, so when carrying it from the manufacturer to the installation site, the case holder was accidentally dropped. There was a problem to break.
The packaged thread stand unit was about 16 kg in the conventional type (seven needles in each head, conventional product for 20 heads). The packaging cardboard case for this purpose is 44 cm long, 28 cm wide, and 260 cm long. For elderly people around 60 years old, carrying a packaged thread stand unit is harsh labor. This is because the cardboard case is bulky and must be carried with the hand from below. For this reason, even a weight of about 16 kg may be dropped. This fall caused an accident that the thread stand unit itself was damaged.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems (technical problems) of the prior art, and by making it easy to mount a resin-made thread stand bar on the cradle, the thread stand device is slightly changed. However, it is intended to provide a thread stand device for a multi-head embroidery machine that is light and has good transportability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The thread stand device of the multi-head embroidery machine according to the present invention includes a pedestal (1) for receiving a number of spools and a base (10) for the pedestal (1). In the thread stand device of the multi-head embroidery machine comprising the thread stand bar (2),
The flat base (10) in the cradle (1) is provided with a large number of through holes (12), while the numerous through holes (12) are made of a resin thread stand (2). Each of these spool pins (2) includes a rod-like main body (16) for maintaining the spool and a fastening portion (17) provided at the lower part of the main body (16). In the fastening portion (17), a positioning piece (18) projecting to the side larger than the hole edge of the through hole (12) is provided on the upper side, and an intermediate elastic member is provided on the lower side. Provided with two engagement elements (19) projecting downward from the lower end of the main body (16) with a distance (21) for enabling easy reduction, the engagement element (19) Are provided with a claw (20) projecting laterally larger than the hole edge of the through-hole (12) and tapered downward, and the engaging element (19) A contact surface (22) slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole (12) is formed between the claw (20) and the positioning piece (18), and the above-described thread pins (2) are fastened. In a state where the portion (17) is inserted into the respective through holes (12) with the intermediate distance (21) between the two engaging elements (19) being reduced, the main body portion (16) with respect to the through holes (12). The positioning piece (18), the claw (20), and the contact surface (22) are positioned so that the positioning piece (18) is in contact with the upper side of the hole edge of each through hole (12). Then, the contact surface (22) is positioned inside the through hole (12), and the claw (20) is in contact with the lower side of the hole edge of each through hole (12) so that the positioning piece (18) and The base portion (10) is sandwiched between the main portions (16) of the multiple spool pins (2) and the base portion (1) of the cradle (1). ) Is obtained by setting the positional relation as respectively free-standing with respect to just above the respective through holes (12) provided in the.
[0007]
[Action]
A large number of spool pins attached to the cradle are provided with resin-made yarn stand rods having a small specific gravity, and the overall weight of the yarn stand apparatus is reduced.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, drawings showing examples of the present application will be described. 1 to 7, reference numeral 1 denotes a cradle. As is well known, this cradle 1 is arranged at the top of each head in a multi-head embroidery machine, and is used as a pedestal for placing a spool wound with a large number of colored yarns. It is known by Kaihei 2-38489. It is a plate-like product of hot extrusion of aluminum, and has reinforcing portions 11 that are bent at both ends of the base portion 10 thereof. Reference numeral 12 denotes a large number of through holes provided in the base 10. As an example, an embroidery machine with 20 needles with 7 needles in each head is divided into two parts for convenience of packing and transportation because of its large size, and one length is about 2.5m. is there. Through holes 12 are opened in the base 10 in accordance with the interval between the heads of the sewing machine. As is well known, the number of the through holes 12 is 7 or more, and preferably 10 through holes are formed in the case where the number of needles per head is seven.
Reference numeral 2 denotes a thread stand, which is made of resin, for example, nylon resin, and has a specific gravity of about 1.14. The material of the spool 2 may be an engineer plastic such as polyarylate (PAR). In the thread spool 2, reference numeral 16 denotes a main body, and the cross-sectional shape is circular (a polygon such as a quadrangle or a hexagon may be used). The height of the main body portion 16 is determined in accordance with the height of the spool wound with the colored yarn, and is approximately 2/3 (80 mm) of the spool height.
[0009]
The fastening portion 17 provided at the lower portion of the main body portion 16 is a portion for fixing to the through hole 12 of the cradle 1. In this fastening portion 17, 18 is a positioning piece, which is below the main body portion 16 and protrudes laterally from the hole diameter of the through hole as shown in the figure, and has a shape inclined downward.
Reference numeral 19 denotes two engaging elements projecting downward from the lower end of the main body 16 as shown in FIG. 3, each having a claw 20 facing outward. The protruding state of the claw 20 protrudes in the radial direction from the hole edge of the through hole as shown in the figure. There is elasticity between the claws 20. A space 21 is provided between the two engagement elements 19. The interval 21 is such that the outer shape of the claw 20 is smaller than the through hole 12 when the spool 2 is removed from the through hole 12 of the cradle 1 as shown in FIG. Further, when the engagement element 19 is inserted into the through-hole 12 as shown in FIG. 3 and pushed, the claw 20 protrudes from the lower surface of the base 10 as shown in FIG. The inner diameter of the through hole 12 is slightly larger (about 0.1 to 0.5 mm) than the outer diameter of the contact surface 22. In the state where the thread stand 2 is attached to the cradle 1 (see FIG. 2.5), the claw 20 and the positioning piece 18 are in contact with the cradle 1 and are clamped in close contact with each other. As shown in FIG. 4, the base 10 is independent from each other while maintaining a vertical position directly above the through hole 12 provided in the base 10.
[0010]
By the way, the multi-head embroidery machine has various numbers of needles and heads. For example, the number of needles varies from 1 to 12 and the number of heads varies from 2 to 30 for one head. Accordingly, the thread stand unit is manufactured. The length of the cradle 1 varies depending on the number of heads of the multi-head embroidery machine, the distance between the heads, etc., and varies from 0 to 5 m to 6 m. From the upper surface of the cradle 1, the operator puts the engaging element 19 into the through hole 12 as shown in FIG. 3. Next, the main body portion 16 is held with a fingertip and pushed in the direction of the arrow. Under this state, as shown in FIG. 4, the engagement element 19 receives force from the outer peripheral surface of the outer diameter of the through hole 12 and contracts. Furthermore, it pushes in until the nail | claw 20 protrudes in the lower surface of the base 10 like FIG. Then, even if there is no screw, the thread stand 2 can be attached to the cradle 1 instantaneously. Then, it is assembled together with other members as a thread stand unit 30 and packed in a cardboard case 31 as shown in FIG.
[0011]
In the present application, since the spool is made of resin, it can be reduced by about 20 g per one compared to the conventional product. The weight of the thread stand unit 30 itself can be reduced by about 2 kg, and can be about 14 kg as compared with the above. Therefore, when carrying the yarn stand unit 30 placed in the cardboard case, it is hardly dropped. Therefore, the accident which damages the thread stand unit 30 itself can be almost eliminated. The packed thread stand unit 30 is attached to the embroidery machine or shipped to the user separately from the embroidery machine. Then, the cardboard case 31 is opened at the user's factory, and the thread stand unit 30 is fixed at a predetermined position on the upper part of the embroidery machine. Subsequently, the spool is set up on the thread stand 2 and the embroidery machine is used.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, since a large number of spool pins 2 are made of resin, they are extremely lighter than conventional steel ones, and even elderly workers can engage in transportation work. There is usefulness to be able to do. In addition, even if a large number of spool pins 2 are made of resin, the structure of the mounting portion thereof is configured so that it can be fixed in a state of being inserted into the through-hole 12 provided in the base 10 of the cradle. Even if another package is used to make the main body portion light, there is an effect that a large number of spool pins 2 can be easily and quickly attached to the base portion 10 without a tool on site.
In particular, the two engaging elements 19 protruded downward are in a state in which the lower ends of the long and thin rod-shaped main body parts 16 are protruded downward as is apparent from FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. Therefore, the mounting operation on the base 10 is performed by holding the rod-shaped main body portion 16 with the fingertips, allowing the end of the engagement element 19 to pass through the through-hole 12, and thereafter holding the main body portion 16 upright. In addition, the operation of applying a slight fingertip force to the bottom of the head can be used to enable an extremely fast wearing operation even for elderly workers.
Further, the mounting state is such that the positioning piece 18 is positioned in contact with the upper side of the hole edge of the through-hole 12, and the claws 19 and 19 are positioned in contact with the lower side of the hole edge of the through-hole 12 to be in a firmly fixed state. There are also advantages. Furthermore, the replacement of the broken thread pin can also be easily performed by using the interval 21 formed between the claws 19, 19.
