【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、公共ドロップ桝本体内に着脱可能に取り付けて、公共ドロップ桝本体の流出側接続口部を閉塞する公共ドロップ桝用閉塞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、宅地内の排水管の末端は、公共桝本体に接続され、この公共桝本体は、宅地外の公道下に敷設した下水本管との高低差等の関係で、下方に流出口を開口形成した公共ドロップ桝本体が用いられる。

この公共ドロップ桝本体は、例えば上部に大径の流入側接続口部を形成するとともに下部に小径の流出側接続口部を縮径段部を介して形成した構造が採られている。

そして、この公共ドロップ桝本体の流出側接続口部には、取付管等を介して下水本管が接続され、宅地内からの排水は、宅地内の排水管から、立上がり管、公共ドロップ桝本体、取付管等を経て、その下水本管に流れ、最終的に下水処理場に流れ込むようになっている。

ここで、この排水系の敷設は、一般に、宅地造成時に、宅地外の公道下に下水本管を敷設し、この下水本管から取付管を分岐して、この取付管を公共ドロップ桝本体の流出側接続口部に接続する。次いで、この取付管を介して前記下水本管に連通した公共ドロップ桝本体の流入側接続口部に、立上がり管を介して開閉蓋を地表に面して設置する。そして、この立上がり管の途中に形成された接続口部に着脱可能に閉塞具を取り付けて、この閉塞具でその接続口部を閉塞した後、この立上がり管、公共ドロップ桝本体等を一旦埋め戻しておく。

宅地造成が完成し、建物が建築された後に、前記立上がり管の接続口部近傍まで掘り下げ、前記閉塞具を立上がり管の接続口部から取り外し、この接続口部に宅地内の建物からの排水を流す排水管の末端を接続することによりこの宅地内の排水管の末端と前記公共ドロップ桝本体と前記下水本管とをそれぞれ連通させて、排水系の敷設作業を完了する。

しかしながら、上記排水系において、下水本管に連通した公共ドロップ桝本体の埋設後であって下水の供用開始前に、宅地内の排水管の末端が、公共ドロップ桝本体を介して下水本管に連通された場合には、宅地内から排水が流出されたときに、この排水は宅地内の排水管から公共ドロップ桝本体等を経て、下水本管に流れ、最終的に、未だ稼働していない下水処理場に流れ込んでしまうおそれがある問題を有している。

また、下水処理場が稼働している場合でも、地方自治体等の下水道事業者に無断で宅地内の排水管の末端が、公共ドロップ桝本体を介して下水本管に連通されると、下水道施設が無断で利用される問題がある。

従来、埋設した公共ドロップ桝本体の流出側接続口部を、例えば、実公平3−32617号公報に記載の排水桝用栓体を用いて閉塞する方法が知られていた。

この排水桝用栓体は、流出側接続口部に嵌挿される挿入管部を有し、この挿入管部の外周部に弾性シール材を嵌着した環状の嵌合凹部を形成し、かつ、この挿入管部の開口部を外面に把手部を形成した閉塞底蓋部にて閉塞した構造が採られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような実公平3−32617号公報に記載の排水桝用栓体では、底蓋部の把手部を把持して、公共ドロップ桝本体の上部側へ引っ張れば、簡単に引き抜くことができるため、簡単に閉塞状態が解除される問題がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑みなされたもので、公共ドロップ桝本体の流出側接続口部の閉塞状態が簡単に解除されることを防止する公共ドロップ桝用閉塞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の公共ドロップ桝用閉塞装置は、上部に開口部が形成されかつ流出側接続口部が下部に形成された公共ドロップ桝本体内に着脱可能に取り付けられ、この公共ドロップ桝本体の前記流出側接続口部を閉塞する公共ドロップ桝用閉塞装置であって、前記公共ドロップ桝本体の前記流出側接続口部の内周面に嵌合され、この流出側接続口部を閉塞する閉塞嵌合部材と、前記公共ドロップ桝本体の前記流出側接続口部の内側に前記閉塞嵌合部材に対向して相対的に接離する方向に移動可能に配設される締付け移動部材と、この締付け移動部材と前記閉塞嵌合部材との間に配設される被締付けリング部材と、前記公共ドロップ桝本体の上部側から操作される操作部を有し、この操作部の操作に基づき前記締付け移動部材を前記閉塞嵌合部材に向って相対的に移動させ前記被締付けリング部材をこの閉塞嵌合部材と締付け移動部材とで締め付けて、この被締付けリング部材の外周面を前記公共ドロップ桝本体の前記流出側接続口部の内周面に圧接させる締付け機構とを具備したものである。

公共ドロップ桝本体の流出側接続口部を閉塞する場合、まず、被締付けリング部材を閉塞嵌合部材と締付け移動部材との間に配設させた状態で、この被締付けリング部材、閉塞嵌合部材および締付け移動部材を、公共ドロップ桝本体内に挿入し、この閉塞嵌合部材は流出側接続口部の内周面に嵌合された状態とする。

以下、本発明の公共ドロップ桝用閉塞装置の一実施の形態の構成を図1ないし図3を参照して説明する。
