【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、地中に埋設された既設公共桝を補修する既設公共桝用補修カバーに関する。

【従来の技術】
公共下水道が敷設されている地域には、各家庭の排水管路1の最下流の位置に、図9に示す既設公共桝2が地中に埋設された状態で取り付けられている。

この既設公共桝2は、従来、古くから公共下水道が敷設されているところでは、主に、大型、すなわち内径寸法が450mm以上のコンクリートにて円筒状に成形され、対向する各側面に流入口3および流出口4が開口形成された桝本体5を地中に埋設した後に、この桝本体5上に上部枠体6および蓋支持体7を順次積み上げて高さ寸法を地表面に合わせ、さらに、桝本体5内にモルタルを流し込んで、桝本体5の底部に凹溝状のインバート部8を形成し、このインバート部8で流入口3と流出口4とを連通している。

このため、この既設公共桝1は、桝本体5に上部枠体6および蓋支持体7を順次積み上げたものであり、さらに、桝本体5と上部枠体6と蓋支持体7との接合には、通常、モルタルが用いられて水密に固着されている。

そして、この既設公共桝2を長期間に渡り使用した場合などには、各接合部の接合に用いられたモルタルが剥離してしまい、これら各接合部には、外部から植物の根や雨水などが侵入してきてしまう。このため、これら各接合部を補修する必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この既設公共桝2を補修するためには、この既設公共桝2および排水管路1がそれぞれ地中に埋設され、さらに、住宅事情などにより、この既設公共桝2は、狭い場所に埋設されている場合が多い。このため、特に、地表面にコンクリートが打たれている場合などには、この既設公共桝2を補修する作業が容易ではないという問題を有している。

本発明は、このような点に鑑みなされたもので、既設公共桝の補修作業が容易にできる既設公共桝用補修カバーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の既設公共桝用補修カバーは、地中に埋設され上流側の流入口、下流側の流出口およびインバート部を備えた既設の既設公共桝内に配設され、この既設公共桝を補修する既設公共桝用補修カバーであって、前記既設公共桝内に配設され、この既設公共桝のインバート部の両側部に両側先端縁を当接させてインバート部を上方から覆う略半円筒形状のカバー本体と、このカバー本体の上方に設けられ、上方に向けて開口された掃除管受口と、前記カバー本体の側方に設けられ、このカバー本体を前記既設公共桝内に配設した状態で、この既設公共桝の流入口と連通する流入口連通部と、前記カバー本体の側方に設けられ、このカバー本体を前記既設公共桝内に配設した状態で、この既設公共桝の流出口と連通する流出口連通部とを具備しているものである。

そして、この構成では、地中に埋設された既設公共桝内のインバート部の両側部に、略半円筒形状カバー本体の両側先端縁を当接させてインバート部を上方から覆うカバー本体を既設公共桝に配設することにより、カバー本体が既設公共桝のインバート部を上方から覆うとともに、流入口連通部および流出口連通部が既設公共桝の流入口および流出口とそれぞれ連通する。このため、既設公共桝内にカバー本体を配設するだけでこの既設公共桝が補修されるので、既設公共桝の補修作業が容易になる。

請求項2記載の既設公共桝用補修カバーは、請求項1記載の既設公共桝用補修カバーにおいて、既設公共桝内に配設されてカバー本体の掃除管受口に嵌合され、この掃除管受口を上方に向けて延出させる掃除管と、この掃除管の上部に嵌合されてこの掃除管を閉塞する内蓋とを具備しているものである。

以下、本発明の既設公共桝用補修カバーの第1の実施の形態の構成を図1ないし図3を参照して説明する。

また、この伸縮鍔体51の外周面の周方向に沿って離間された位置には、ボルト52のねじ部53が挿通される略円形のねじ孔54が、例えば3個開口形成されており、さらに、流入口連通部42aの外周面の周方向に沿って離間された位置、すなわち、この流入口連通部42aに伸縮鍔体51を取り付けた状態で、この伸縮鍔体51の各ねじ孔54に連通する位置には、カバー本体41aに伸縮鍔体 51 の伸縮方向に長穴状のねじ挿通孔55が、例えば3個開口形成されている。

各家庭の排水管路21に接続された既設公共桝31が、長期間に渡る使用により、ひび割れまたは各接合部の接合剤が剥離してしまい、この既設公共桝31の外部から雨水または植物の根などが侵入してしまう、または侵入してしまった場合には、まず、排水管路21内に流れ込む排水を停止させる。
