Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter provided outside an opening, such as a window of a house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present applicant attaches a lock operation plate having a length over almost the entire width of the opening to which the shutter is attached to be rotatable about an axis set in the longitudinal direction of the slat, and rotates the lock operation plate. Proposed a shutter (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-152975) to which a locking device capable of operating the locking members provided at both ends of the slat from the locked state to the unlocked state is attached. According to this locking device, the unlocking operation can be performed by opening the left or right window slightly, and the locking device can be mounted in any position in the vertical direction of the shutter. It has the advantage that an unlocking operation can be performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Recently, however, there has been an increase in the number of aggressive crimes such as opening the shutter from the outside and entering, and there is a growing demand for crime prevention performance even with this type of shutter. Therefore, the present invention guards as much as possible around the locking member and the locked member to which the locking member is locked, so that even if a thief or the like tries to open the locking device from the outside for the purpose of entering, the locking device cannot be easily opened. It was decided to develop a shutter equipped with.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Under the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a shutter that moves up and down while restraining forward and backward movement by accommodating both side ends of a shutter panel, in which a large number of slats are vertically connected, in left and right guide rails. The guide rail is provided with a locking projection consisting of a hypotenuse that protrudes downward from the rear wall of the guide rail and a horizontal portion that continues below it, and is attached to the back of a locking slat that replaces one of the slats. When the shutter panel is lowered by providing a latching portion that pivots about the pivot shaft portion that is provided, when the shutter panel is lowered, the pivot shaft portion rotates to get over the oblique side portion of the latching projection. After that, it moves backward and is locked to the horizontal part to prevent the rise. The locking part is rotated in the direction to dodge the locking projection in conjunction with the upward rotation of the operation plate that is rotatably provided on the back surface of the locking slat. Locked In those equipped with a locking device,
The rotating shaft portion is held by a shaft attachment member that is attached to the lock slat and accommodated in the guide rail, and the shaft attachment member is provided between the side end of the lock slat and the locking projection when locked. An inner cover that covers the inner surface of the locking portion and has a front-rear thickness that closes the space between the front wall and the rear wall of the guide rail, and protrudes outward from the inner cover. The locking protrusion and the guide rail And a front cover disposed between the front wall and covering the front surface of the locking portion,
In the guide rail, between the above-mentioned locking projection, the front movement restricting piece that covers the front surface of the front cover when locked, the lower barrier that covers the lower surface of the locking portion, and the rear wall of the guide rail and the front cover It is an object of the present invention to provide a shutter characterized in that a regulating member integrally formed with a lateral barrier to be closed is provided.
[0005]
By taking the above means, the inner surface of the locking portion is arranged between the side end of the locking slat and the locking projection and has a front-rear thickness that closes between the front wall and the rear wall of the guide rail. Because of the inner cover that covers the gap, the gap between the opening of the guide rail and the front surface of the locking slat is blocked by the inside of the locking part, so that a foreign object such as a screwdriver can be inserted deeply into this gap to operate the locking part. Make it impossible to do. Even if the front wall of the guide rail is deformed to create a gap between the inner cover and the front wall of the guide rail, the guide rail is disposed between the locking protrusion and the front wall of the guide rail. Due to the presence of the front cover that covers the front surface of the part, the locking part cannot be operated.
[0006]
In addition, in the guide rail, the above-described locking projection, the front movement restriction piece that covers the front surface of the front cover when locked, the lower barrier that covers the lower surface of the locking portion, the rear wall and the front cover of the guide rail, Since the restriction member that integrally forms the horizontal barrier that closes the gap is provided, even if a situation occurs where the front wall of the guide rail is forcibly expanded, it still remains in front of the locking part. Since the forward movement restricting wall exists, the locking portion cannot be operated. Further, even if the shaft-attaching member to which the locking portion is attached is pulled forward and the locking portion is removed from the locking projection, the shaft-attaching member cannot move forward due to the presence of the forward movement restricting piece. Furthermore, since the lower barrier exists, the front wall of the guide rail can be expanded to prevent a driver or the like from entering from the lower position of the gap. In addition, the presence of the lateral barrier further covers the lower side inward of the locking portion in addition to the inner cover. Since each of these members is formed integrally with the regulating member, it can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, the provision of the regulating member can reduce the vertical height of the inner cover and the front cover of the pivoting member or the regulating member, thereby reducing the cost, and when winding the locking slat around the drum. Protrusion to the outside of the winding radius is prevented, and the locking slat wound around the drum is not caught by the guide rail inlet when it is drawn into the guide rail.
[0007]
Further, according to the present invention, when the shutter panel descends to the upper end of the above-mentioned lateral barrier according to claim 2, the latching portion that has moved back over the latching projection is fitted and the latching portion is lowered. Means for forming an acceptable recess is provided. As described above, the smaller the gap between the upper end of the horizontal barrier and the locking portion at the time of locking, the higher the crime prevention effect. By the way, when the shutter panel is lowered, it can be known from the touch and sound of the hand whether or not the locking portion has climbed over the locking protrusion, and at this point, the lowering operation is stopped by releasing the hand. However, when the locking part gets over the locking projection, it immediately returns, and in this case, the shutter panel further descends due to inertia, so if this gap is too small, It collides with the top of the horizontal barrier and makes a loud noise or deforms. Thus, if a concave portion into which the locking portion is fitted is formed at the upper end of the lateral barrier where the locking portion is located, this inertial movement can be absorbed.
[0008]
Furthermore, as described in claim 3, if an inner movement restricting member for restricting a certain amount or more of movement toward the inner side of the axial member is provided at an inner position of the axial member, the axial member is Even if the inner portion is pulled out inward to remove the locking portion from the locking protrusion, the inner movement restricting member prevents the movement and prevents the locking portion from coming off the locking member. Further, a guide member that abuts against the side wall of the guide rail when the slat is shifted to the left and right and covers the upper portion of the locking portion is provided at the side end of the slat connected to the upper side of the locking slat. And the right and left positions of the locking slats are properly held to ensure that the locking portion is locked to the locking projection, and the locking member is shifted left and right within the guide rail so that the locking portion is locked. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the driver from entering from above the gap. Further, when one or both of the upper end and the lower end of the inner cover are brought into contact with the side end surface of the slat connected to one or both of the upper and lower sides of the locking slat, Since it does not shift with respect to the lower slats, separate processing for restricting the right and left movement at the pivotal attachment portion between the locking slats and the upper and lower slats becomes unnecessary.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of a shutter locking device, FIG. 2 is a rear view of the shutter, FIG. 3 is an enlarged rear view of a main part, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line CC, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along the line DD. The shutter is a guide rail 12 in which a shutter panel 10 (hereinafter referred to as a panel) in which a large number of slats 20 made of thin metal plates are connected is wound around an upper drum 11 and both left and right ends thereof are fixed to the left and right side edges of the opening. It is inserted and guided for raising and lowering. Although not shown, a spring is incorporated in the drum 11, and the weight of the panel 10 is balanced so that the panel 10 can be moved up and down manually.
[0010]
The guide rail 12 is made of an aluminum extruded product or the like and has a considerable strength. The guide rail 12 is formed in a U-shaped cross section having an inner end opened by the rear wall 13, the side wall 14, and the front wall 15. Both ends of the panel 10 are accommodated between the rear wall 13 and the front wall 15 and are moved up and down while restraining the back and forth movement within a slight range. The locking device applied to the present invention includes a locking projection 30 protruding forward from the rear wall 13 in the guide rail 12 and left and right ends of a locking slat 40 provided in place of one of the slats 20. In addition to a locking body 60 that is pivotally mounted on the rear surface side by a shaft mounting member 50 and engages and disengages from the locking projection 30 by a specific movement, it is also attached to the rear surface side of the locking slat 40 and is locked. An operation plate 70 for unlocking the body 60 by cooperating is provided, and a regulating member 80 having a function of improving the security performance of the locking device is attached in the guide rail 12.
[0011]
In this case, the slats 20 are formed with hook-like connecting portions 21 at the upper and lower ends, extending over the entire left and right sides, and the connecting portions 21 of the slats 20 are fitted together so that they can be bent. To do. And in order to make it the structure which does not come out from right and left mutually, the securing part 22 is formed in the both ends of the connection part 21. FIG. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the left and right ends of the lower connecting portion 21 are positioned in the cutout holes provided at both ends of the upper connecting portion 21, and the cutout holes are provided. The outer portion of the slat is crushed after connecting the slats.
[0012]
Similarly, the locking slat 40 is formed with hook-like connecting portions 41 at the upper end and the lower end, respectively, and is connected to the connecting portions 21 of the upper and lower slats 20 so as to be able to bend each other. In this case, the vertical height and thickness of the locking slat 40 are set to be substantially the same as those of the slat 20. Since the locking slat 40 is often inserted at the upper and lower intermediate positions of the panel 10, the locking slat 40 is naturally wound around the drum 11, so that the winding at this time is the same as that of the slat 20. The lock slat 40 is required to be stronger than the normal slat 20 in terms of its function and has a complicated cross-sectional shape, and therefore, an aluminum extruded product or the like is preferable.
[0013]
The locking projection 30 has a triangular shape in a side view composed of an inclined side portion 31 with a downward slope and a horizontal portion 32 continuous therebelow, and is fixed in the guide rail 12 by rivets, welding or the like. In the example, it is provided integrally with the regulating member 80, and the labor of attachment is omitted. The locking body 60 is a crank rod in which an upper locking portion 62 on the outer side of the rotating shaft portion 61 and a lower engaging portion 63 on the inner side are extended in a crank shape, and the rotating shaft portion 61 is connected to the locking slat 40. It is axially attached by a shaft attachment member 50 so as to be rotatable in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the locking portion 62 has a positional relationship that extends into the guide rail 12 and overlaps with the locking protrusion 30.
[0014]
Further, a coil-shaped spring 64 is hung between the locking portion 62 and the shaft attachment member 50, and the locking portion 62 is always rotated in a direction to be locked to the locking projection 30 by the spring 64. It is energized. However, the position where the engaging portion 63 of the locking body 60 contacts the operation plate 70 is the rotation limit point, and the position of the locking portion 62 at this time is locked to the locking protrusion 30 with a sufficient depth. It is set to be possible.
[0015]
The operation plate 70 is provided between the left and right locking bodies 60, and a shaft formed at the upper end of the operation plate 70 on the bearing portion 42 provided integrally below the connecting portion 41 at the upper end of the locking slat 40. The part 71 is inserted and attached so that rotation is possible. A finger hooking portion 72 having a cylindrical cross section is formed on the lower end of the operation plate 70 so as to protrude rearward. A hooking portion 63 of the locking body 60 is inserted into the inside of the operation plate 70 from the side to be in contact with the operation plate 70. Therefore, the locking body 60 is rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the operation plate 70.
[0016]
The shaft attachment member 50 has a structure in which an inner cover 52 and a front cover 53 are integrally provided outward in order from an attachment base 51 attached to the back side of the lock slat 40, and has a strength that prevents deformation and breakage by a screwdriver or the like. It consists of molded products such as resin and aluminum. The mounting base 51 is provided with a horizontal groove in which one end of the rotation shaft 61 of the locking body 60 and the spring 64 is fitted, and a through hole is provided at a position corresponding to the hole provided in the locking slat 40. Here, it is fixed to the locking slat 40 through rivets and screws. Alternatively, if the pivot member 50 is a molded product such as aluminum, it can be fixed to the locking slat 40 by welding or the like. At this time, the upper edge and the lower edge of the mounting base 51 are held by the bearing portion 42 of the locking slat 40 and a holding portion 43 provided in an upward groove shape below the bearing portion 42, which is required with a small number of fixing points. The mounting strength of can be obtained.
[0017]
The inner cover 52 has a front-rear thickness that closes the space between the front wall 15 and the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12, and is provided so as to project in a hook shape on the side end surface of the locking slat 40. Is provided so as to protrude outward from the front edge of the inner cover 52 in a wall shape. There is a through hole in the left-right direction at the center of the inner cover 52, and the rotation shaft portion 61 of the locking body 60 is penetrated outward. On the outside of the inner cover 52, a locking portion 62 rises in a crank shape at the tip of the rotating shaft portion 61, the inner side surface is covered by the inner cover 52, and the front surface is covered by the front cover 53. As shown in FIG. 6, the rear surface of the front cover 53 is provided with a recessed portion 58 that serves as a relief when the locking portion 62 is rotated in the unlocking direction to ensure a rotation stroke. The rising portion of the locking portion 62 is accommodated in a recess 57 provided on the outer surface of the inner cover 52, and the upper and lower surfaces of the rising portion are covered with the inner cover 52. The inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 described above prevent a driver or the like from entering from the inner direction or the front direction so that the unlocking operation cannot be performed. Note that the inner cover 52 has an effect of preventing the slat 20 from swinging back and forth within the guide rail 12, so that the locked state is reliably maintained.
[0018]
In this case, the longer the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 are, the higher the function as a barrier of the locking portion 62 is. However, the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 do not stick out when being wound around the drum 11 or pulled into the guide rail 12. Must be set to length. Further, the portion excluding the concave portion 57 of the inner cover 52 that covers the upper and lower sides of the locking portion 62 has an advantage that the upper and lower lengths of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 can be set small if extended outward as much as possible. A certain amount of clearance is required between the stopper protrusion 30 and the stopper protrusion 30 so as not to collide with the stopper protrusion 30.
[0019]
Around the through hole of the inner cover 52, there is provided a space for storing the coil portion of the spring 64 that is externally attached to the rotation shaft portion 61 of the locking body 60, and the upper and lower ends of the inner cover 52 are connected to the The slat 20 connected to the upper part or the lower part extends to a position where it abuts on the side end surface of the connecting part 21, and is used as a retaining part 56 for preventing the locking slat 40 from coming out to the left and right. Productivity is enhanced by eliminating the need for another processing by crushing the retaining portion 22 in the portion of the locking slat 40.
[0020]
Further, an inner movement restricting member 55 that partially protrudes to the rear surface side of the locking slat 40 is provided on the inner surface of the inner cover 52, and the rear wall 13 of the opening end portion of the guide rail 12 facing the inner side thereof An inner movement restricting step 16 is provided to restrict the inward movement when the inner member 50 collides with the inner movement restricting member 55 when the pivoting member 50 is laterally displaced inward. The restriction step portion 16 serves as the inner movement restriction means 54. In this example, a projecting piece for attaching a mohair 17 (see FIG. 7) extending in the vertical direction to the inner edge of the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12 is used as the inner movement restricting step portion 16.
[0021]
The restricting member 80 is fixedly provided in the guide rail 12 and protects the periphery of the locking protrusion 30 and the locking portion 62 at the time of locking. This restricting member 80 has a flat front movement restricting piece 81 arranged along the rear surface of the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12. In this example, the outer end edge of the front move restricting piece 81 is used as the restricting member 80. In addition to being bent backward and extending as a side portion 83, the rear edge of the side portion 83 is bent inward to extend as a fixing portion 82, and this fixing portion 82 is extended to the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12. They are attached with rivets. Instead of this, the side portion 83 of the regulating member 80 may be attached to the side wall 14 of the guide rail 12. Moreover, although the upper part of the fixing | fixed part 82 is bent and raised ahead and the latching protrusion 30 is provided integrally, naturally, it is also possible to provide separately.
[0022]
Further, a lower barrier 84 is provided at a position below the locking projection 30 by cutting it forward from the fixing portion 82. This covers the lower surface of the locking portion 62 of the locking body 60 at the time of locking to prevent entry of a driver or the like from this direction, thereby preventing unlocking. At this time, a space is secured between the front end of the lower barrier 84 and the front movement restricting piece 81 so that the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 can enter. Even when the lower barrier 84 is not provided, the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 are used as a barrier to make it difficult to insert a screwdriver or the like from the lower side. Become. Therefore, there is an advantage that the protective effect can be maintained even if the amount of downward extension of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 is set. However, it is preferable that the lower ends of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 are positioned below the lower barrier 84 because no gap is generated.
[0023]
Further, a lateral barrier 85 that closes the space between the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 is disposed at the inner end position below the locking projection 30 with the inner end edge of the fixing portion 82 facing forward. It is bent and extended. A direct contact with the locking portion 62 by a screwdriver or the like from below is prevented against the gap between the lower barrier 84 and the inner cover 52 on the rear surface of the front cover 53. It serves as a barrier below the locking portion 62 of the locking body 60 to prevent unlocking. At this time, a space is secured between the front end of the lateral barrier 85 and the front movement restricting piece 81 so that the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 can enter. Further, a clearance is provided below the horizontal portion 32 of the locking projection 30 so that the locking portion 62 of the locking body 60 enters and exits from the upper end of the lateral barrier 85. The smaller the gap, the higher the function as a barrier. However, when the panel 10 is pulled down, the locking portion 62 gets over the locking protrusion 30 and may be lowered due to inertia, so that the width of the locking portion 62 that has been moved backward is fitted to the upper end of the lateral barrier 85. The concave portion 86 is formed so as not to be deformed or damaged by collision. Further, when the panel 10 is lowered, if the hand is pulled near one end in the left-right direction of the panel 10 and the panel 10 is pulled down, the opposite side may be somewhat delayed and the panel 10 may be lowered obliquely. In this case, if the panel 10 is not pulled down excessively, there is a possibility that the one-side effect of the locking device in which the locking portion 62 on the opposite side cannot be locked to the locking projection 30 may occur. It is preferable to leave a sufficient margin.
[0024]
The restriction member 80 only needs to be provided with the front movement restriction piece 81 having a predetermined strength. For example, the lower barrier 84 is extended by bending the lower end of the front movement restriction piece 81 rearward without providing the side portion 83. It is also conceivable to extend the fixing portion 82 by bending it further upward from the lower barrier 84. In addition, the lower barrier 84 can be provided by being cut and raised from the side portion 83 or the lateral barrier 85 or bent, and the lateral barrier 85 may have various forms. Of course, the lower barrier 84 is separated from the regulating member 80. It can also be provided. Furthermore, each of the barriers 84 and 85 only needs to be provided with a necessary strength at a position that functions as a barrier. Further, the inner movement restricting means 54 of the shaft attachment member 50 is also provided with, for example, a bent piece toward the back surface at the inner end edge of the front movement restricting piece 81 of the restricting member 80, and the outer face side is set as the inner movement restricting step portion. In addition, an inner movement restricting member facing inward may be provided on the front surface of the front cover 53 facing the outside. The above regulating member 80 is usually composed of a metal or resin having a strength and a thickness that prevent deformation and breakage even by a driver or the like.
[0025]
At the left and right ends of the slat 20 connected to the upper part of the locking slat 40, when the slat 20 is shifted to the left and right, the right and left positions of the locking slat 40 are properly held by contacting the side wall 14 of the guide rail 12. A guide member 90 having a projecting outward is provided, and a contact portion 91 serving as a contact surface with respect to the side wall 14 is formed at the tip. The guide member 90 also has a role as a barrier that protects the locking portion composed of the locking projection 30 and the locking portion 62 against the intrusion of a driver or the like from above, but the upper surface side of the locking portion 62 is Since the locking protrusion 30 covers the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 and extends somewhat higher than the locking portion 62, the guide member 90 must completely cover the upper surface. There is no. If the guide member 90 is provided, the protective effect can be maintained even if the upper ends of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 are set low.
[0026]
With the above configuration, when the panel 10 is pulled down and the locking slat 40 passes through the portion where the locking projection 30 of the guide rail 12 exists, the locking portion 62 of the locking body 60 hits the oblique side portion 31 of the locking projection 30. Since the locking portion 62 can rotate around the rotation shaft portion 61, the locking portion 62 rotates to the top side of the oblique side portion 31 against the force of the spring 64 as the panel 10 descends, Get over this. At this time, since the engaging portion 63 of the locking body 60 is set to rotate within the cylindrical space of the finger hanging portion 72 of the operation plate 70 as a rotation range, the operation plate 70 does not rotate. And when the latching | locking part 62 gets over the hypotenuse part 31, it will turn into the downward direction of the horizontal part 32 with the force of the spring 64, will be in a locked state, and the panel 10 will not be pulled up upwards.
[0027]
On the other hand, when unlocking the locking device and pulling up the panel 10, when the operation plate 70 is rotated upward around the shaft portion 71 by holding the finger-hook portion 72 of the operation plate 70, the locking portion 62 is locked. Since it rotates in the direction dodging 30, the panel 10 is pulled upward as long as this state is maintained. In this state, the operation plate 70 comes into contact with the opening edge of the bearing portion 42 and the rotation of the operation plate 70 is restricted. 10 is pulled upward, so that it can be unlocked and pulled up by so-called one action.
[0028]
The present invention, as described above, prevents the locking device in the locked state from being forcibly unlocked (unlocked) from the outdoor side. Let's organize the defense mechanism. This mode of breaking can be roughly divided into a method of directly operating the locking portion 62 to remove it from the locking projection 30, and a movement of the pivoting member 50 itself holding the locking portion 62 to lock the locking portion 62. There is a method of removing from the locking projection 30. The most frequent method of the former method is to directly operate the locking portion 62 by inserting a screwdriver or the like through the gap between the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12 and the locking slat 40. However, since the inner cover 52 exists so as to block the space between the front wall 15 and the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12 on the inner side of the locking projection 30, the intrusion can be prevented. Further, with respect to the method of inserting obliquely from above or below the gap, the locking projection 30 and the guide member 90 are provided from above, and the front cover 53, the lower barrier 84 and the side are provided from below. Things like barrier 85 get in the way.
[0029]
Further, as a forcible method, there is a method in which a front wall 15 of the guide rail 12 is forcibly expanded using a bar or the like, and the driver is inserted by expanding the gap. However, even in this case, for the insertion from the side, even if the driver or the like exceeds the inner cover 52, the front cover 53 that covers the front of the locking portion 62 is provided on the outer side. Therefore, contact with the locking portion 62 is disabled. Further, since the forward movement restricting piece 81 is also present in front of the front cover 53, these serve as a double barrier and further strengthen the intrusion prevention. Further, for the thing from the upper side and the lower side, the presence of the above-described locking projections 30 and the lower barrier 84 disturbs it.
[0030]
On the other hand, if the axial member 50 itself holding the locking portion 62 is pulled out inward or forward, the locking portion 62 is detached from the locking protrusion 30. In this case, the inward drawing is performed by pulling the locking slat 40 toward the front or pushing the locking slat 40 toward the front so that the lock slat 40 is bent or broken. Since the inner side movement restricting member 55 for restricting the movement beyond a certain level is provided on the inner side, it cannot be pulled out. In this case, sufficiently securing the locking margin between the locking portion 62 and the locking projection 30 makes this effect perfect.
[0031]
At this time, the pull-out of the pivot member 50 is accompanied by the expansion of the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12. However, even if the front wall 15 is expanded until the pivot member 50 can be pulled forward. Since there is a forward movement restricting piece 81 in front of it, it cannot be pulled out. At this time, if the front movement restricting piece 81 is made independent of the front wall 15, the front movement restricting piece 81 is not affected at all by the spread of the front wall 15, so that the restricting effect is perfect. Further, extending the forward movement restricting piece 81 sufficiently inwardly to allow a large allowance for polymerization with the front cover 52 is also very effective in preventing tablet breakage. Further, in this case, the inner side movement regulating means 54 is kept independent of the front wall 15 because the inner side movement regulating means 54 is maintained by the presence of the forward movement regulating piece 81. Then, the inner movement restricting means 54 is not affected at all by the expansion of the front wall 15, so that the restricting effect is perfect.
[0032]
Other aspects, for example, the outward pulling of the shaft attachment member 50 and the backward pushing thereof are directions in which the locking portion 62 does not come off from the locking protrusion 30, and from the various members and the outdoor side described above. Since the part of the guide rail 12 that is not touched becomes a barrier and cannot do so, it is not a problem. Needless to say, since the above locking devices are provided on both sides of the locking slat 40, even if the locking device on one side is broken, the other locking device is also provided. The device is still functioning normally and the shutter cannot be lifted up. In this respect, it can be said that this locking device is inherently higher in security than a device that locks only one lower end of the shutter. Further, the cylindrical space of the operation plate 70 is narrowed so as to move integrally with the latching portion 63, and a latch or the like is hung on the operation plate 70 (the latch is provided at both ends of the slat 20, and both latches are attached. It is preferable that the engaging portion 63 be interlocked so that it can be engaged and disengaged at each place.
[0033]
The position where the locking slat 40 is provided can be arbitrarily set in the vertical direction, and may be set so that the most comfortable operation posture can be taken. In general, it is possible to operate the lock slats 40 in the most comfortable posture by providing the upper and lower intermediate positions of the panel 10 that can be reached without bending or stretching. Therefore, it is preferable to set an optimum position according to the height position and vertical dimension of the opening to which the shutter is attached.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the locking projection for controlling locking / unlocking of the locking device and the periphery when locking the locking portion are guarded by various members such as the inner cover and the front cover. To prevent drivers from entering. In addition, a sufficient blocking force can be exerted against the expansion of the front wall of the guide rail and the extraction of the locking slat from the guide rail, that is, the extraction of the locking portion from the locking projection. As a result, a shutter having a very high crime prevention effect can be provided.
