Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter provided outside an opening, such as a window in a house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The applicant of the present invention mounts a lock operation plate having a length substantially covering the entire width of the opening to which the shutter is attached so as to be rotatable around an axis set in the longitudinal direction of the slat, and rotates the lock operation plate. Has proposed a shutter (JP-A-11-152975) provided with a locking device that can operate locking members provided at both ends of a slat from a locked state to an unlocked state. According to this locking device, the unlocking operation can be performed only by slightly opening one of the left and right windows, and the mounting of the locking device can be made at any position in the vertical direction of the shutter. It has the advantage that an unlocking operation can be performed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, recently, there has been an increasing number of forcible crimes such as prying the shutter open from the outside and invading the same, and there is an increasing demand for security performance of this type of shutter. Accordingly, the present invention provides a locking device that cannot easily be opened even if a thief or the like tries to open the locking device from outside for the purpose of intrusion by guarding the locking member and the periphery of the locked member to which the locking member is locked as much as possible. We decided to develop a shutter fitted with.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Under the above problems, the present invention is a shutter according to claim 1, wherein the shutter is configured to accommodate both side ends of a shutter panel in which a number of slats are vertically connected and accommodate the left and right guide rails to move up and down while restraining longitudinal movement, In the guide rail, a locking projection consisting of a hypotenuse that protrudes downward from the rear wall and a horizontal part below it is provided, and attached to the back of the locking slat that replaces one of the slats in the left and right direction By providing a locking portion that rotates with the rotation shaft portion provided as an axis, when the shutter panel is lowered, the rotation shaft portion rotates and gets over the oblique side of the locking projection. , After that, with a locking device that is moved back and locked to the horizontal part and the rise is regulated,
The rotating shaft portion is held by a shaft attaching member attached to the locking slat and accommodated in the guide rail, and when the locking member is locked, between the side end of the locking slat and the locking projection. An inner cover that is disposed and has a front-rear thickness to close between the front wall and the rear wall of the guide rail and covers the inner surface of the locking portion; a locking protrusion and the guide rail protruding outward from the inner cover; And a front cover that is disposed between the front wall and the front surface of the locking portion,
In the guide rail, the above-described locking projection, a front movement restricting piece that covers the front surface of the front cover when locking, a lower barrier that covers the lower surface of the locking portion, and a space between the rear wall and the front cover of the guide rail. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shutter provided with a regulating member integrally formed with a lateral barrier for closing.
[0005]
By taking the above-described means, the inner surface of the locking portion having a front-rear thickness disposed between the side end of the locking slat and the locking projection and closing the front and rear walls of the guide rail. The gap between the guide rail opening and the front surface of the locking slat is closed by the inside of the locking part due to the presence of the inner cover that covers the inside of the guide rail. Make it impossible to do. Even if the front wall of the guide rail is deformed to create a gap between the inner cover and the front wall of the guide rail, it is disposed between the locking projection and the front wall of the guide rail and locked. Due to the presence of the front cover covering the front of the part, the locking part cannot be operated.
[0006]
In addition, in the guide rail, the above-described locking projection, a front movement restricting piece that covers the front surface of the front cover when locking, a lower barrier that covers the lower surface of the locking portion, a rear wall and a front cover of the guide rail. Since a regulating member integrally formed with a horizontal barrier that blocks the space between the guide rails is provided, even if a situation occurs in which the front wall of the guide rail is forcibly expanded, it is still in front of the locking portion. Since the forward movement restricting wall exists, the locking portion cannot be operated. Further, even if the user attaches the locking member to which the locking member is attached and pulls the locking member forward to remove the locking member from the locking protrusion, the locking member cannot move forward due to the presence of the front movement restricting piece. Further, the presence of the lower barrier can prevent the intrusion of a driver or the like from below the gap by pushing up the front wall of the guide rail. In addition, the presence of the lateral barrier further covers the inside of the engaging portion and the lower portion in addition to the inner cover. Since these members are formed integrally with the regulating member, they can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, by providing this regulating member, the height of the inner cover and the front cover of the shaft-attaching member or the height of the regulating member can be reduced, and the cost can be suppressed. In addition, when the lock slat is wound on the drum, It prevents protrusion outside the winding radius and prevents the lock slats wound on the drum from being caught by the guide rail introduction port when pulled into the guide rails.
[0007]
Further, according to the present invention, when the shutter panel descends to the upper end of the lateral barrier described in claim 2, the engaging portion that has moved back over the engaging protrusion fits into the upper end of the horizontal barrier to lower the engaging portion. Means are provided for forming an acceptable recess. As described above, the smaller the gap between the upper end of the horizontal barrier and the locking portion at the time of locking, the higher the security effect is as described above. By the way, when the shutter panel is lowered, whether or not the locking portion has climbed over the locking projection can be detected by the feel or sound of the hand. At this point, the lowering operation is stopped by releasing the hand. However, the locking portion immediately returns when it gets over the locking projection. In this case, since the shutter panel is further lowered slightly due to inertia, if the gap is too small, the locking portion may be moved. A loud sound is generated or deformed by colliding with the upper end of the lateral barrier. Therefore, by forming a concave portion into which the locking portion is fitted at the upper end of the lateral barrier where the locking portion is located, the inertial movement can be absorbed.
[0008]
Furthermore, as described in claim 3, when an inner movement restricting member for restricting a certain amount or more of inward movement of the shaft mounting member is provided at a position inside the shaft mounting member, the shaft mounting member can be used. Even if the locking portion is removed from the locking projection by being pulled inward, the inner movement restricting member hinders the movement and the locking portion can be prevented from coming off the locking member. Further, a guide member is provided at a side end of the slat connected above the locking slat, which comes into contact with the side wall of the guide rail when the slat is shifted left and right, and covers the upper side of the locking portion. And the locking slats are properly held in the left and right positions to ensure that the locking portions are locked to the locking projections. And no intrusion of a driver or the like from a position above the gap can be prevented. Further, when one or both of the upper end and the lower end of the inner cover according to claim 5 is brought into contact with the side end surface of the slat connected to one or both of the upper and lower portions of the lock slat, the shaft attaching member can move upward or downward. Since it does not shift with respect to the lower slat, there is no need for separate processing for restricting left and right movement at the pivot between the lock slat and the upper and lower slats.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of a shutter lock device, FIG. 2 is a rear view of the shutter, FIG. 3 is an enlarged rear view of a main part, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line CC, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along the line DD. As for the shutter, a shutter panel 10 (hereinafter, referred to as a panel) in which a number of slats 20 made of a thin metal plate are connected is hung around an upper drum 11, and right and left ends thereof are fixed to guide rails 12 fixed to left and right side edges of an opening. It inserts and guides up and down. Although not shown, a spring is incorporated in the drum 11, and the weight of the panel 10 is balanced so that the panel 10 can be moved up and down manually.
[0010]
The guide rail 12 is formed of an extruded product of aluminum or the like and has a considerable strength. The guide rail 12 is formed in a U-shaped cross section in which an inner end side is opened by a rear wall 13, a side wall 14, and a front wall 15. The two ends of the panel 10 are accommodated between the rear wall 13 and the front wall 15 and are moved up and down while restraining the longitudinal movement within a small range. The locking device applied to the present invention includes a locking projection 30 protruding forward from the rear wall 13 in the guide rail 12 and left and right ends of a locking slat 40 provided instead of one of the slats 20. And a locking body 60 which is pivotally attached to the rear side of the locking slat 40 by a pivoting member 50 and which engages with and disengages from the locking projection 30 by performing a specific movement. It is provided with an operation plate 70 for unlocking the body 60 by cooperating, and further, a regulating member 80 having a function of improving the security performance of the locking device is mounted in the guide rail 12.
[0011]
In this case, the slats 20 have hook-shaped connecting portions 21 formed at the upper end and the lower end, respectively, over the entire left and right widths, and the connecting portions 21 of the slats 20 are flexibly fitted to connect the slats 20 to each other. Is what you do. And, in order to have a structure which does not come off to the left and right, a retaining portion 22 is formed at both ends of the connecting portion 21. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, both left and right ends of the lower connecting portion 21 are located in cutout holes provided at both ends of the upper connecting portion 21. Is crushed after connecting the slats to each other.
[0012]
The lock slats 40 are also formed with hook-shaped connecting portions 41 at the upper end and the lower end, respectively, and are connected to the connecting portions 21 of the upper and lower slats 20 so as to be bendable with each other. In this case, the vertical length and thickness of the locking slat 40 are set to be substantially the same as those of the slat 20. The locking slats 40 are often inserted at the upper and lower intermediate positions of the panel 10 and are therefore naturally wound around the drum 11. This is because the winding at this time is the same as that of the slats 20. Since the tablet slats 40 need to be stronger in function than the normal slats 20 and have a complicated cross-sectional shape, an aluminum extruded product or the like is preferable.
[0013]
The locking projection 30 has a triangular shape in a side view including a downhill slope 31 and a horizontal section 32 extending therebelow, and is fixed in the guide rail 12 by rivets or welding. In the example, it is provided integrally with the regulating member 80 to save the time and effort for mounting. The locking body 60 is a crank rod in which an upper locking portion 62 is provided outside the rotation shaft portion 61 and a lower engagement portion 63 is provided inside and extending in a crank shape inside the rotation shaft portion 61. Are pivotally mounted by a shaft mounting member 50 in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the locking portion 62 extends into the guide rail 12 and has a positional relationship to overlap with the locking projection 30.
[0014]
Further, a coil-shaped spring 64 is hung between the locking portion 62 and the shaft attachment member 50, and the locking portion 62 is rotated by the spring 64 in a direction in which the locking portion 62 is always locked to the locking projection 30. Being energized. However, the position where the engaging portion 63 of the locking body 60 abuts on the operation plate 70 is the rotation limit point, and the position of the locking portion 62 at this time is locked to the locking projection 30 with a sufficient depth. It is set to be able to.
[0015]
The operation plate 70 is provided between the left and right locking members 60, and a shaft formed at the upper end of the operation plate 70 is provided on a bearing portion 42 integrally provided below the connecting portion 41 at the upper end of the lock slat 40. The part 71 is fitted and rotatably mounted. At the lower end of the operation plate 70, a finger-holding portion 72 having a cylindrical cross section is formed so as to protrude to the rear surface side, and the engagement portion 63 of the locking body 60 is inserted from the side into the inside thereof so as to be in contact with the operation plate 70. And the locking body 60 is rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the operation plate 70.
[0016]
The shaft attaching member 50 has a structure in which an inner cover 52 and a front cover 53 are integrally provided outward from a mounting base 51 attached to the back surface side of the locking slat 40 in order, and has a strength that is not deformed or damaged by a driver or the like. It is made of molded products such as resin and aluminum. The mounting base 51 is provided with a left-right groove into which one end of the rotation shaft 61 of the locking body 60 and one end of the spring 64 fits, and a through hole is provided at a position corresponding to the hole provided in the lock slat 40. Here, it is fixed to the lock slat 40 through rivets or screws. Alternatively, if the shaft attachment member 50 is a molded product such as aluminum, it can be fixed to the lock slat 40 by welding or the like. At this time, the upper edge and the lower edge of the mounting base portion 51 are held by the bearing portion 42 of the locking slat 40 and the holding portion 43 provided in an upward groove shape below the locking slat 40. To obtain the mounting strength.
[0017]
The inner cover 52 has a thickness in the front-rear direction for closing the space between the front wall 15 and the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12, and is provided so as to protrude in a flange shape on the side end surface of the locking slat 40. Is provided to protrude outward from the front edge of the inner cover 52 in a wall shape. At the center of the inner cover 52, there is a through hole in the left-right direction, and the turning shaft 61 of the locking body 60 is made to penetrate outside. On the outer side of the inner cover 52, a locking portion 62 rises in a crank shape at the tip of the rotating shaft portion 61, the inner side surface is covered by the inner cover 52, and the front surface is covered by the front cover 53. As shown in FIG. 6, a recess 58 is provided on the rear surface of the front cover 53 to allow the locking portion 62 to escape when the locking portion 62 rotates in the unlocking direction, thereby ensuring a rotation stroke. The rising portion of the locking portion 62 is accommodated in a concave portion 57 provided on the outer surface of the inner cover 52, and the upper and lower surfaces of the rising portion are covered by the inner cover 52. The inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 prevent a driver or the like from intruding from the inside or the front to prevent the unlocking operation. The inside cover 52 also has the function of preventing the slats 20 from swinging back and forth in the guide rails 12, so that the locked state is reliably maintained.
[0018]
In this case, as the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 are longer vertically, the function as a barrier of the locking portion 62 is enhanced. However, the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 do not protrude at the time of being wound on the drum 11 or are not held at the time of being pulled into the guide rail 12. Must be set to length. Further, it is advantageous to extend the portion of the inner cover 52 covering the upper and lower portions of the locking portion 62 except for the concave portion 57 outward as much as possible, so that the vertical length of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 can be set small. To prevent collision with the stop projection 30, a certain gap is required between the projection and the stop projection 30.
[0019]
A space is provided around the through hole of the inner cover 52 for accommodating the coil portion of the spring 64 that is externally inserted into the rotation shaft 61 of the locking body 60. The slats 20 connected to the upper part or the lower part are extended to a position where they come into contact with the side end surfaces of the connecting parts 21, and are formed as retaining parts 56 for preventing the locking slats 40 from being left and right with respect to the slats 20. Another processing by crushing necessary for the retaining portion 22 is unnecessary in the portion of the slat 40 for the lock, so that productivity is enhanced.
[0020]
Further, on the inner surface of the inner cover 52, there is provided an inner movement restricting member 55 which partially protrudes from the rear surface side of the locking slat 40. When the shaft attaching member 50 laterally shifts inward, the inner movement restricting member 55 collides and an inner movement restricting step 16 for restricting further inward movement is provided. Together with the regulating step 16, an inner movement regulating means 54 is provided. In this example, a protruding piece for attaching a mohair 17 (see FIG. 7) extending vertically to the inner edge of the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12 is used as the inner movement regulating step 16.
[0021]
The regulating member 80 is fixedly provided in the guide rail 12 and protects the periphery of the locking projection 30 and the locking portion 62 at the time of locking. The restricting member 80 has a flat forward movement restricting piece 81 disposed along the rear surface of the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12. In this example, the outer end edge of the forward movement restricting piece 81 is In addition to being bent rearward and extending as a side portion 83, the rear side edge of the side portion 83 is further bent inward to extend as a fixing portion 82, and the fixing portion 82 is attached to the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12. They are attached with rivets or the like. Alternatively, the side portion 83 of the regulating member 80 may be attached to the side wall 14 of the guide rail 12. Further, the locking projection 30 is provided integrally by bending and raising the upper portion of the fixing portion 82 forward, but it is naturally possible to provide the locking projection 30 separately.
[0022]
Further, a lower barrier 84 is provided at a position below the locking projection 30 so as to be cut and raised forward from the fixing portion 82. This is to cover the lower surface of the locking portion 62 of the locking body 60 at the time of locking to prevent entry of a driver or the like from this direction, thereby preventing unlocking. At this time, a space is secured between the front end of the lower barrier 84 and the front movement restricting piece 81 so that the front cover 53 of the shaft attaching member 50 can enter. Even when the lower barrier 84 is not provided, the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 serve as barriers to make it difficult to insert a driver or the like from below. Become. Therefore, there is an advantage that the protection effect can be maintained even if the amount of extension of the shaft attachment member 50 below the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 is reduced. However, it is preferable that the lower ends of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 be located below the lower barrier 84 because no gap is generated.
[0023]
Further, at the inner end position below the locking projection 30, a horizontal barrier 85 that blocks a space between the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attaching member 50 is formed by moving the inner edge of the fixing portion 82 forward. It is bent and extended. This is to prevent a driver or the like from directly contacting the locking portion 62 from below with respect to the gap between the lower barrier 84 and the inner cover 52 on the rear surface of the front cover 53. The locking member 60 serves as a barrier below the locking portion 62 to prevent unlocking. At this time, a space is secured between the front end of the lateral barrier 85 and the front movement restricting piece 81 so that the front cover 53 of the shaft attachment member 50 can enter. Also, a gap is provided below the horizontal portion 32 of the locking projection 30 between the upper end of the horizontal barrier 85 and the locking portion 62 of the locking body 60. The smaller the gap, the higher the function as a barrier. However, when the panel 10 is pulled down, the locking portion 62 may ride over the locking protrusion 30 and may further lower due to inertia. A concave portion 86 is formed to prevent deformation and breakage due to collision. Also, when lowering the panel 10 by putting a hand near one end in the left-right direction of the panel 10 and pulling it down, the panel 10 may be inclined obliquely with a slight delay on the opposite side. In this case, if the panel 10 is not pulled down excessively, there may be a one-sided effect of the locking device in which the locking portion 62 on the opposite side cannot be locked to the locking projection 30. It is preferable to have sufficient margin.
[0024]
The restricting member 80 may be provided with a forward movement restricting piece 81 having a predetermined strength. For example, the lower end of the forward movement restricting piece 81 may be bent backward without providing the side portion 83 to extend the lower barrier 84. It is also conceivable to extend the fixing portion 82 by further bending the lower portion 84 upward. In addition, the lower barrier 84 can be provided by being cut or raised or bent from the side part 83 or the side barrier 85, and various forms of the side barrier 85 can be considered. It can also be provided. Further, each of the barriers 84 and 85 may be provided at a position functioning as a barrier with a necessary strength. In addition, the inside movement restricting means 54 of the shaft attachment member 50 is also provided with a bent piece toward the back side at the inner edge of the front movement regulating piece 81 of the regulating member 80, and the outside surface side thereof is moved inward. The front side of the front cover 53 facing the outside may be provided with an inward movement restricting member facing inward. The above-described restricting member 80 is generally made of metal or resin having a strength and a thickness that prevents deformation and breakage even by a driver or the like.
[0025]
The left and right ends of the slat 20 connected to the upper part of the locking slat 40 have a function of abutting against the side wall 14 of the guide rail 12 when the slat 20 is shifted to the right and left so as to properly maintain the left and right position of the locking slat 40. A guide member 90 is provided to protrude outward, and a contact portion 91 serving as a contact surface with the side wall 14 is formed at the tip. The guide member 90 also has a role as a barrier that protects a locked portion composed of the locking projection 30 and the locking portion 62 against entry of a driver or the like from above, but the upper surface side of the locking portion 62 Since the locking projection 30 covers and the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 of the shaft attaching member 50 also extend slightly above the locking portion 62, it is necessary to completely cover the upper surface with the guide member 90. There is no. If the guide member 90 is provided, the protection effect can be maintained even if the upper ends of the inner cover 52 and the front cover 53 are set low.
[0026]
With the above configuration, when the panel 10 is pulled down and the locking slats 40 pass through the guide rail 12 where the locking projections 30 are present, the locking portions 62 of the locking bodies 60 hit the oblique sides 31 of the locking projections 30. Since the locking portion 62 can rotate about the rotation shaft portion 61, the locking portion 62 rotates to the top of the hypotenuse portion 31 against the force of the spring 64 with the lowering of the panel 10, Get over this. At this time, since the engaging portion 63 of the locking body 60 is set to rotate within the cylindrical space of the finger hook 72 of the operation plate 70 as the rotation range, the operation plate 70 does not rotate. Then, when the locking portion 62 gets over the oblique portion 31, the spring 64 moves under the horizontal portion 32 to be in a locked state, and the panel 10 is not pulled up.
[0027]
On the other hand, when unlocking the lock device and pulling up the panel 10, when the operation plate 70 is rotated upward around the shaft 71 with the finger hook 72 of the operation plate 70, the locking portion 62 is The panel 10 is pivoted in the dodging direction, so that the panel 10 is pulled upward as long as this state is maintained. In this state, the operation plate 70 comes into contact with the opening edge of the bearing portion 42 so that the rotation of the operation plate 70 is restricted. The lock 10 can be unlocked and lifted by a so-called one action, which is lifted upward.
[0028]
As described above, the present invention is to prevent the locking device in the locked state from being forcibly unlocked (opened) from the outdoor side. Let's sort out the defense mechanism. The mode of the tablet breaking can be roughly classified into a method of directly operating the locking portion 62 to remove it from the locking projection 30 and a method of moving the shaft attaching member 50 holding the locking portion 62 itself. Is removed from the locking projection 30. The most common of the former methods is a method of directly operating the locking portion 62 by inserting something like a screwdriver through a gap between the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12 and the locking slat 40. However, in contrast, the inner cover 52 is present inside the locking projection 30 so as to close the space between the front wall 15 and the rear wall 13 of the guide rail 12, so that the intrusion can be prevented. Further, in the case of obliquely inserting from above or below the gap as described above, the locking projection 30 and the guide member 90 are provided from above, and the front cover 53 and the lower barrier 84 and the side are provided from below. Something like a barrier 85 gets in the way.
[0029]
As a more aggressive method, there is a method of forcibly expanding the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12 by using a bar or the like and expanding the gap to insert a driver or the like. However, even in this case, even if a driver or the like passes over the inner cover 52, the front cover 53 covering the front of the locking portion 62 is provided on the outer side even if the driver or the like passes over the inner cover 52. , The contact with the locking portion 62 is disabled. In addition, since the forward movement restricting pieces 81 are also provided in front of the front cover 53, they act as double barriers to further prevent intrusion. Further, as for those from above and below, the presence of the above-mentioned locking projections 30 and lower barriers 84 hinder them.
[0030]
On the other hand, if the shaft attaching member 50 itself holding the locking portion 62 is pulled out inward or forward, the locking portion 62 comes off the locking projection 30. In this case, when the lock slat 40 is pulled inward or pushed inward, the lock slat 40 is bent or broken, and the lock slat 40 is pulled out. The inner side is provided with an inner movement restricting member 55 that restricts the movement of the inner side by a certain amount or more. In this case, sufficient securing of the locking portion between the locking portion 62 and the locking projection 30 completes this effect.
[0031]
The pulling out of the shaft mounting member 50 forward involves the expansion of the front wall 15 of the guide rail 12 at this time, but even if the front wall 15 is expanded until the shaft mounting member 50 can be pulled out forward. Since the forward movement restricting piece 81 exists in front of it, it cannot be pulled out. At this time, if the forward movement restricting piece 81 is made independent of the front wall 15, the forward movement restricting piece 81 is not affected at all by the spreading of the front wall 15, so that the restricting effect is completed. Also, extending the forward movement restricting piece 81 sufficiently inward to allow a large overlap margin with the front cover 52 has a great effect in preventing the tablet from breaking. Further, at this time, in the drawing inward, the restriction effect of the inner movement restricting means 54 is maintained by the presence of the forward movement restricting piece 81, and the inner movement restricting means 54 is also made independent of the front wall 15. In addition, since the inner movement restricting means 54 is not affected at all by the spread of the front wall 15, the restricting effect is completed.
[0032]
In other aspects, for example, the pulling of the shaft attaching member 50 to the outside and the pushing to the rear are in a direction in which the locking portion 62 does not come off from the locking projection 30, and from the above various members and the outdoor side. This does not cause much problem because the part of the guide rail 12 that does not touch becomes a barrier and cannot do so. Needless to say, since the above lock devices are provided on both sides of the lock slat 40, even if one of the lock devices is broken, the other lock device is broken. The device is still functioning properly and the shutter cannot be lifted upwards. In this respect, it can be said that this locking device is inherently higher in security than a device in which the lower end of the shutter or the like is locked at only one place. Further, the cylindrical space of the operation plate 70 is narrowed so as to move integrally with the engaging portion 63, and a latch or the like is applied to the operation plate 70 (the latches are provided at both ends of the slat 20; It is preferable to be able to be engaged and disengaged at each location in conjunction with each other.) Locking the locking portion 63 also prevents breakage.
[0033]
The position at which the lock slats 40 are provided can be set arbitrarily in the up-down direction, and may be set so that the most comfortable operation posture can be taken. Generally, it is most comfortable to provide the locking slats 40 in the upper and lower middle positions of the panel 10 which can be reached without bending or stretching. Therefore, it is preferable to set the shutter at an optimum position in accordance with the height position and the vertical dimension of the opening for mounting the shutter.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the locking projection controlling the locking and unlocking of the locking device and the periphery of the locking portion at the time of locking are guarded by various members including the inner cover and the front cover. Prevents drivers and others from intruding. Also, a sufficient blocking force can be exerted against the push-out of the front wall of the guide rail and the withdrawal of the locking slat from the guide rail, that is, the removal of the locking portion from the locking projection. As a result, a shutter with a very high security effect can be provided.
