Description
図1において、この既設杭の引抜工法に用いられる引抜装置は、打込機1として図例ではアースオーガを使用し、このオーガ軸2に上端部が着脱可能に連結されるケーシング3と、ケーシング3の下端側に取付けた複数個のチャック爪4と、ケーシング3の上部に取付けられ、チャック爪4を操作するための油圧シリンダ5とを備える。
したがって、次の、既設杭6を引抜いた跡にできる杭穴の埋戻し工程では、同じ敷地内の他の箇所での新たな杭打ち等の掘削で生じた汚泥廃棄物をバックホー等で運んで埋戻すが、このとき、既設杭6を引抜いた跡にできた杭穴は、上記のように既設杭6の深度に近い深さを保ち、また崩れなく竪穴形状が整った状態で埋立土の投入容量をできる限り多く可能にする状態になっているので、汚泥廃棄物を大量に埋立てることができる。このため、前記汚泥廃棄物を他の場所へダンプカー等により廃棄する処理作業を省力化できる。

Claims (2)
- 既設杭の最大外径より大きい円筒状のケーシングを、このケーシングの下端の内外周辺の土砂を泥濘化剤で泥濘化しながら、前記既設杭を囲繞するよう少なくとも該既設杭の深度まで打ち込み、次いで、前記既設杭をつかんで前記ケーシングと共に引抜く時に、前記ケーシング下端への前記泥濘化の送りを止め、前記既設杭の下端と地中との間に生じる負圧空間に空気を送り込みながら前記既設杭を引抜くことを特徴とする、既設杭の引抜工法。
- 前記ケーシングに、先端にノズルを取付けた流体輸送ホースが装着され、この流体輸送ホースが前記泥濘化剤の送りと前記空気の送りに兼用されている、請求項1記載の既設杭の引抜工法。
