図1は、この発明の一実施例に係るCNC(Computerized Numerical Control)三次元測定システムの構成を示すブロック図である。
【0020】
G=|TPn−TC|/n*t
【0021】
【0022】
ΔT=|TC−T1|
【0023】
【0024】
ΔH=HC−H1
【0025】
【0033】
VX=(ΔT・α・L1)+(ΔT・β・LX)−[ΔT・γ・(L1+LX)]
【0034】
【0035】
α=23.4×10-6/℃
β= 8.0×10-6/℃
γ= 8.0×10-6/℃
【0036】
【0038】
VY=(ΔT・β・LY)−(ΔT・γ・LY)
【0039】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a displacement measurement system, such as a coordinate measuring machine, in particular relates to a three-dimensional measuring Stop stem to set the measurement coordinate system based on the placed reference position on the measurement coordinate space.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a three-dimensional measuring machine, measurement is performed using various measuring elements in a scale coordinate system based on a scale arranged along each axis constituting a three-dimensional measurement space. In this type of coordinate measuring machine, a machine coordinate system is constructed in the scale coordinate system so as not to cause a measurement error due to a deviation amount between the measurement elements before and after the exchange of the measurement elements. FIG. 11 is a diagram showing this state. A master ball 100 is arranged in the measuring machine coordinate system Xs, Ys, Zs of the three-dimensional measuring machine, and the center position of the tip sphere of the master ball 100 is set as a reference origin Om of the machine coordinate system Xm, Ym, Zm. Defined. Prior to measurement by each measuring element, the master ball 100 is measured by the measuring element to determine its center coordinate Om. Then, the offset amount Vsm (vector) between the origin Os of the measuring machine coordinate system and the origin Om of the machine coordinate system is stored, and the offset amount is corrected from the read coordinate value of the scale before and after the replacement of the probe. Remove measurement error due to deviation.
[0003]
In actual measurement, the object coordinate system Xw, Yw, Zw is constructed in the machine coordinate system Xm, Ym, Zm in correspondence with the design drawing information of the object to be measured (work 101). Hereinafter, the machine coordinate system and the measurement object coordinate system are collectively referred to as a “measurement coordinate system”. By constructing the measurement object coordinate system, the offset amount Vmw (vector) between the origin Om of the machine coordinate system and the origin Ow of the measurement object coordinate system is also corrected, and a measurement value based on the measurement object coordinate system is obtained. Now, the coordinates Vwp (vector) of the measurement point P obtained with reference to the measured object coordinate system (Xw, Yw, Zw) in FIG. 11 can be expressed as the following equation (1).

[0005]
In a conventional coordinate measuring machine, in order to enable precise three-dimensional measurement, it is common to perform measurement work in a measurement chamber accurately controlled at, for example, 20 ° C. The measurement using the system and the measured object coordinate system is based on the assumption that there is no temperature change.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in recent years, in order to enable higher-precision processing, the so-called in-line type, in which products processed in the production line are sequentially measured and the measured values are fed back to the correction values for the processing conditions. Measurement systems and the like have been adopted, and measurement under ideal temperature conditions as in the past is becoming difficult. For this reason, a temperature change in the measurement environment causes a measurement error that cannot be ignored in high-accuracy measurement, leading to a problem that the measurement accuracy is lowered.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a displacement measuring Stop stem can be performed always highly accurate measurement even if changes in the ambient temperature environment.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the first displacement measurement system according to the present invention, a three-dimensional measurement space including an X axis, a Y axis, and a Z axis orthogonal to each other is set, and the base surface coincides with a horizontal plane parallel to the X axis and the Y axis. A surface plate on which a measurement object is placed, a beam extending in the X-axis direction with respect to the surface plate, and a Y-axis drive mechanism that moves the beam relative to the surface plate in the Y-axis direction. A column that is supported by the beam and moves in the X-axis direction, a spindle that is supported by the column and moves in the Z-axis direction, and a probe that is attached to the spindle and indicates the measurement location of the measurement object; An X-axis scale that is attached to the beam so that only a part thereof is fixed along the X-axis direction and detects a displacement of the column with respect to the beam in the X-axis direction, and the surface plate along the Y-axis direction. Only a part is fixed A Y-axis scale that detects the displacement of the beam in the Y-axis direction with respect to the surface plate, and is attached to the column or spindle so that only a part is fixed along the Z-axis. A displacement measuring device having a Z-axis scale for detecting the displacement of the spindle in the Z-axis direction with respect to the temperature, temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the measurement environment of the displacement measuring device, and setting in the measurement space of the displacement measuring device The measured coordinate system is set based on the scale reading value of the reference position by reading the displacement of the reference position by the X-axis scale, the Y-axis scale, and the Z-axis scale, and temperature detection by the temperature detecting means is performed. the results are monitored, and control means for resetting said measurement coordinate system when a predetermined temperature change was observed, the relative temperature changes previously obtained Axis scale, and means for correcting the measured value of the displacement measuring machine based on the relationship of the change in the Y-axis scale and indication accuracy of Z-axis scale, the X-axis scale, Y axis scale and Z-axis scale, heat It is characterized in that it is fixed at a specific portion where the correction value considering the dimensional change in each axial direction at the measurement location due to expansion is minimized .
[0010]
According to this invention, the temperature of the measurement environment of the displacement measuring machine is monitored by the temperature detection means, and the measurement coordinate system is reconstructed when a predetermined temperature change is detected. Even if the temperature fluctuates, the fluctuation is absorbed by the reconstruction of the measurement coordinate system after fluctuation, and a highly accurate measurement result can always be obtained.
[0011]
In the second displacement measurement system according to the present invention, a three-dimensional measurement space composed of an X axis, a Y axis, and a Z axis orthogonal to each other is set, and the base surface coincides with a horizontal plane parallel to the X axis and the Y axis. Only a part is fixed A Y-axis scale that detects the displacement of the beam in the Y-axis direction with respect to the surface plate, and the column or spindle is attached so that only a part of the column or spindle is fixed along the Z-axis. a displacement measuring machine having a Z-axis scale for detecting the Z-axis direction of displacement of the spindle relative to the temperature detection means for detecting a temperature of the measurement environment of the displacement measurement unit, set in the measurement space of the displacement measuring An operation means for setting a measurement coordinate system on the basis of the scale reading value of the reference position by reading the displacement of the reference position measured with the X-axis scale, the Y-axis scale and the Z-axis scale, and the temperature detection Warning means for monitoring a temperature detection result by the means and issuing a warning for resetting the measurement coordinate system when a predetermined temperature change is observed; The X-axis scale for the temperature change that is, a means for correcting the measured value of the displacement measuring machine based on the relationship of the change in the Y-axis scale and indication accuracy of Z-axis scale, the X-axis scale, Y axis scale The Z-axis scale is fixed at a specific portion where the correction value considering the dimensional change in each axial direction at the measurement location due to thermal expansion is minimized .
[0012]
According to this invention, the temperature of the measurement environment of the displacement measuring machine is monitored by the temperature detecting means, and a warning for reconstructing the measurement coordinate system is generated when a predetermined temperature change is detected. Therefore, based on this, the operator can reconstruct the measurement coordinate system. Thereby, even if the temperature in the measurement environment varies, the variation is absorbed by the reconstruction of the measurement coordinate system after the variation, and a highly accurate measurement result can always be obtained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

First, prior to measurement, a machine coordinate system setting process is executed (S1). The machine coordinate system is set by measuring the ball of the
[0018]
Subsequently, measurement is started. Every time the measurement command corresponding to one line of the part program is executed (S4), the end of measurement is checked (S5). If the measurement is not finished, the coordinate system setting flag is checked (S6). If the coordinate system setting flag is not 1, the next measurement command is executed. The coordinate system setting flag is set by an interrupt process described later when there is a temperature change. Therefore, if this coordinate system setting flag is 1, in order to reset the measurement coordinate system, the
[0019]
Next, the coordinate system setting flag setting process, which is an interrupt task, will be described with reference to FIG. First, the temperature measurement value from the
[0020]

Next, a temperature change ΔT is obtained as follows from the current temperature TC and the temperature T1 when the previous coordinate system was changed (S22).
[0022]
[Equation 3]
ΔT = | TC−T1 |
[0023]
Further, the time lapse ΔH is obtained as follows from the current time HC and the time H1 when the previous coordinate system was changed (S23).
[0024]
[Expression 4]
ΔH = HC-H1
[0025]
For example, if the temperature gradient is less than 3 ° C./h (0.05 ° C./m), “low temperature change” is set, and otherwise “high temperature change” is set (S24). If any temperature change is small, the temperature change ΔT of the previous coordinate system changes, for example if 0.1 ° C. or higher, it is assumed that the temperature is changed (S25). Further, when the temperature change large, the time lapse ΔH between the previous coordinate system changed, and "coordinate system needs to be changed" if the elapsed example more than 5 minutes (S26). As described above, when the condition with temperature change is satisfied, it is determined whether the coordinate system setting flag is 0 (S27). If the coordinate system setting flag is 1, the interrupt process is terminated because the coordinate system is being set, but if the coordinate system setting flag is 0, the coordinate system setting flag is set to 1 (S28).
[0026]
According to the coordinate system resetting process by the interrupt task described above, the specified temperature change (eg, 0.1 ° C change) is observed when the temperature gradient being monitored is gentle, for example, less than 3 ° C / h. When it is done, the interrupt coordinate system resetting process is performed. When the temperature gradient is steep, for example, 3 ° C./h or more, the interrupt coordinate system is reset after waiting for a specified interval (for example, 5 minutes). Accordingly, when the temperature gradient is gentle, the measurement coordinate system is reset when a predetermined temperature change is observed. When the temperature gradient is severe, the coordinate system setting flag is set to 1 every 5 minutes. Thus, the measurement coordinate system is reset.
[0027]
According to the above system, when the temperature change occurs in the measurement environment, the measurement coordinate system is reset. Therefore, the influence of the temperature change is only the thermal dimensional change of the

As the temperature to be monitored, the most effective temperature is determined in advance, such as the temperature at an arbitrary position in the measurement space, the average value of the temperature at 10 to 20 positions in the measurement space, the temperature of the machine, the temperature of the measurement object, etc. Just keep it.
[0030]
Note that the measurement coordinate system resetting process is not limited to the measurement coordinate value resetting process based on the actual measurement including the measurement with respect to the

Focusing on Q, a minimum value of -ΔT · α · LS is obtained when LZ = 0, and a maximum value ΔT · (α-β) · LS is obtained when LZ = LS. Therefore, when the range that Q can take is obtained in the same manner as described above,

Focusing on R1, when LZ = 0, the minimum value of R1 −ΔT · α · LS + ΔT · β · LS / 2 is obtained, and when LZ = LS / 2, the maximum value −ΔT · (α−β) is obtained. -LS / 2 is obtained. As with the above, when the range that R1 can take is calculated,

[0053]
Therefore, the following

Here, L5 = 695mm, L6 = 400mm , LS = 400mm, L7 = 190mm, as α = 23.4 × 10 -6 /℃,δ=11.0×10 -6 / ℃, when obtaining the W,

[0058]
P, Q, and R at the time of numerical substitution are shown in FIG. The LZ at the intersection point in the figure is βLS / α≈137 (mm), which is about 3 of LS, and in this case, the bottom fixing is the most advantageous. By the way, comparing P and Q,

If α> 2β, P <Q (lower fixed advantage) in most of LZ.
If β <α <2β, P ≧ Q (upper fixed advantage) in most of LZ.
・ If α ≦ β, always P ≧ Q (upper fixed advantage).
[0061]
In general, the following can be said.
・ If α> 2β, bottom fixing is advantageous.
・ If α ≦ 2β, top fixing is advantageous.
[0062]
Therefore, if α = β, it is advantageous that the Z-

Since ΔT · α · LZ in the third term on the right side of the above equation changes from 0 to ΔT · α · LS when LZ changes from 0 to LS, the sum of the first term and the second term is expressed as −ΔT. • α · LS / 2 is advantageous when the entire range of the Z-axis is used. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the temperature of the measurement environment of the displacement measuring machine is monitored by the temperature detecting means, and the measurement coordinate system is reconstructed when a predetermined temperature change is detected. Because

(2) The complicated temperature correction process for the coordinate system has been replaced with the reset process for the interrupt coordinate system, which simplifies the process.
(3) High-precision measurement is possible even in an actual measurement environment where the temperature change is large during measurement.
There is an effect.
