Description

The present invention relates to a connecting mechanism for connecting ceiling plate suspension rods for suspending a ceiling plate in a T-shape.

As shown in FIG. 11, the ceiling plate suspension rod f has a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and the lower horizontal portion is supported by the locking edge portions g and g that support the end portion of the ceiling plate p. It is said. On the other hand, the wide part at the upper end is a locking ridge i to which the hanger j is fixed. The ceiling plate suspension rods f are assembled in a lattice shape, and a large number of ceiling plates p are supported in an array to constitute an indoor ceiling.

。   By the way, as described above, when assembling the ceiling plate suspension rods in a lattice shape, the end of the other ceiling plate suspension rod is brought into contact with the side surface of one ceiling plate suspension rod, In some cases, the ceiling board suspension rods are connected in a T-shape. Therefore, as this connecting mechanism, an L-shaped connecting projection is formed at the end of the ceiling plate suspension rod, and the L-shaped coupling projection can be press-fitted into the side surface of the other ceiling plate suspension rod. An engagement protrusion is formed along the side surface, and an engagement hole is formed in the connection protrusion, and the engagement protrusion is inserted into the engagement hole in the vicinity of the outlet side of the insertion groove. The structure which formed the part is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication 2-99113

Here, in the conventional configuration shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, when connecting, in order to insert the L-shaped connecting protrusion into the fitting insertion groove in the horizontal direction, the connecting protrusion is suspended. It was necessary to slide the scissors along the main plate portion surface of the suspension scissors on the insertion groove side. Since this is done by the operation of driving the suspension rod on the connecting projection side in the lateral direction, a certain amount of work space is required around the connecting portion. Furthermore, in the process of sliding the suspension rod on the connecting projection side, the locking edge of the suspension rod on the fitting insertion groove side and the lower end of the suspension rod on the coupling projection side come into contact with each other. There was a problem that the paint applied to the surface of the edge peeled off and the designability was remarkably impaired. In addition, the connecting projection extending from the end of the ceiling plate suspension rod, which is different from the above-described conventional configuration, is press-fitted into a vertically long insertion hole formed in the main plate portion of the other suspension rod. In the structure to be connected, there is a problem that once they are connected, it becomes impossible to detach them and cannot be rearranged later.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a coupling mechanism for a ceiling plate suspension rod that can reduce the work space, protect the design of the suspension rod, and can be easily detached.

The present invention relates to a ceiling plate suspension rod having a T-shaped connection between the ceiling plate suspension rods each having a locking edge portion that supports the end portion of the ceiling plate at the lower end of the main plate portion. An insertion groove formed in the longitudinal direction along the plate surface and an engagement protrusion formed in the vicinity of the outlet side of the insertion groove are provided at approximately the center position of the main plate portion, respectively, and the other ceiling plate The connecting insertion portion protrudes at a right angle from the end of the suspension rod for use, the height of the right bent base of the connecting insertion portion is the groove width of the fitting insertion groove, and the upper edge is inclined downward. A fitting groove hole that fits with the engagement protrusion in a state of being inserted into the fitting insertion groove is formed at the tip, and the other lifting rod is on the opposite side to the protruding direction of the connecting insertion part. The lower end of the locking edge is brought into contact with the lower end of the center position of one of the suspension rods, the connecting insertion portion is brought into surface contact with the main plate portion near the entrance side of the insertion groove, and the The other By rotating and lifting the suspension rod around the contact point at the lower end of the center position, the coupling insertion portion is inserted into the fitting insertion groove of the main plate portion, and the fitting groove hole of the coupling insertion portion is formed on the main plate portion. It is a connection mechanism of the ceiling board suspension rod characterized by being fitted to the engagement protrusion.

In such a configuration, in order to assemble the suspension rod, the lower ends of the locking edges may be brought into contact with each other in advance, and the other suspension rod may be rotated around the contact point. The work space is reduced as compared with the conventional configuration that requires a sliding operation. In addition, when inserting the connection insertion portion, the other suspension rod does not slide while contacting the engagement edge portion of one suspension rod, so that the paint on the engagement edge portion peels off and the design property There will be no problem of damage. In addition, by making the upper edge of a connection insertion part into a downward inclined edge, it prevents that the front-end | tip of a connection insertion part is hooked in the slot of a fitting insertion groove, and becomes impossible to insert. In addition, by making the height dimension of the right-angled bent base portion of the connecting insertion portion the groove width of the fitting insertion groove, it is possible to prevent the connecting insertion portion from moving up and down in the groove and rattling. By forming the fitting groove to be fitted, horizontal blurring is eliminated, and the connection insertion portion is prevented from falling out of the fitting insertion groove.

Moreover, the structure by which the reinforcement swelling part along an insertion direction is formed in a connection insertion part is proposed.

With this configuration, the rigidity of the connection insertion portion is further improved, and the safety of the connection mechanism as a whole is increased.

The ceiling plate suspension hook connecting mechanism according to the present invention has one ceiling plate suspension hook provided with an insertion groove and an engagement protrusion, and the other ceiling plate suspension hook projects the connection insertion portion. The other suspension rod is tilted to the opposite side of the connecting insertion portion in the protruding direction, and the lower end of the suspension rod is brought into contact with the lower end of the central position of one suspension rod, Since the connecting insertion portion is inserted into the fitting insertion groove of the main plate portion by standing, and the fitting groove hole of the connecting insertion portion is fitted to the engaging protrusion of the main plate portion, the other suspension rod is The working space can be reduced as compared with the conventional configuration that is slid horizontally and assembled. In addition, when inserting the connection insertion portion, the locking edge portions of the respective suspension rods do not rub against each other in the horizontal direction, so that the paint applied to the engagement edge portions does not peel off, There is an excellent effect that can protect the design. Moreover, it becomes possible to easily detach the suspension rods from each other by tilting the other suspension rod by rotating in the direction opposite to the rotation direction.

Moreover, when the reinforcement bulging part is formed in a connection insertion part, the rigidity of a connection insertion part improves further, and it can suppress that a connection insertion part deform | transforms with respect to shaking, such as an earthquake. Therefore, there is an effect that the reliability with respect to the safety of the coupling mechanism is improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows ceiling plate suspension rods 1a and 1b connected to each other by the coupling mechanism of the present invention, and one ceiling plate suspension rod 1a (hereinafter referred to as first suspension rod 1a). The end of the other ceiling plate suspension rod 1b (hereinafter referred to as the second suspension rod 1b) is brought into contact with the center position of the ceiling plate to connect the ceiling plate suspension rods in a T-shape.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first suspension rod 1a has a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and the lower horizontal portion is used as locking edges 3a and 3a. The locking edge 3a supports the end of the ceiling board p (see FIG. 11). Further, both the locking edges 3a, 3a are bent so that the end portions of the metal plate material constituting the first lifting rod 1a are wound inwardly and bent inward. The lowermost end portion is the first locking edge lower end 12a, 12a.

On the other hand, the wide portion at the upper end of the main plate portion 4a of the first suspension rod 1a is defined as a locking ridge 2a. A hanger j (see FIG. 11) is fixed to the locking ridge 2a.

Furthermore, as FIG. 1-3 shows, the insertion groove | channel 10a is formed in the longitudinal direction along the board surface in the approximate center position of the main board part 4a of the 1st suspension rod 1a. Specifically, the main plate portion 4a is partially cut and raised to one side to form the bulging portion 10, and the space portion on the back side thereof is used as an insertion groove 10a. At this time, the height of the bulging portion 10 from the surface of the main plate portion 4a is such that the connecting insertion member 24 having a predetermined thickness can be inserted into the fitting insertion groove 10a. The connecting insertion member 24 will be described later. In addition, manufacturing efficiency can be improved by forming the bulging part 10 integrally with the main-plate part 4a in this way. Further, in the fitting insertion groove 10a, the groove opening on the central position side of the first suspension rod 1a is used as the inlet 101 of the fitting insertion groove 10a, and the groove opening on the other side is used as the outlet 102. In addition, as the insertion groove | channel 10a, the structure formed by welding a groove wall separately can be proposed.

Further, an engagement protrusion 11 cut and raised from the surface of the main plate portion 4a is formed in the vicinity of the outlet 102 side of the insertion groove 10a. The engaging protrusion 11 is to be fitted into a fitting groove 20 described later.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a lower end insertion port 15 having an open side surface and a lower surface is formed in the locking edge portion 3a at the approximate center of the first suspension rod 1a. The lower end insertion port 15 is for inserting second locking edge lower ends 12b, 12b of a second suspension rod 1b described later when connected. Here, the tip of the second locking edge lower end 12b facing the lower end insertion port 15 is processed in a substantially triangular shape as shown in FIG. 9 so that the acute angle of the tip is about 45 °. ing.

In addition, the said insertion groove 10a and the engagement protrusion 11 are provided symmetrically also on the other side (back surface side) of the main plate part 4a.

Next, the second suspension rod 1b will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the second suspension rod 1b also has a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and includes a main plate portion 4b, locking edges 3b and 3b, and a locking ridge 2b. . Moreover, the 2nd latching edge part lower end 12b, 12b is formed in the lowest end of the latching edge part 3b. Here, as shown in FIG. 5 or FIG. 9, the tip ends of the second locking edge lower ends 12b, 12b are processed in a substantially triangular shape so that the acute angle of the tip is approximately 45 °. ing.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the second suspension rod 1 b, the connecting insertion portion 5 protrudes from the end portion on one side at a right angle. Specifically, the connection insertion portion 5 is formed by crimping a connection insertion member 24 having an L-shaped cross section formed by bending a plate material at one end of the second suspension rod 1b. It is configured by fixing. That is, the connecting insertion member 24 and the second suspension rod 1b are coupled to each other by the caulking portion 6.

More specifically, the connecting insertion portion 5 can be inserted into the above-described fitting insertion groove 10a, and in order to prevent rattling after the insertion, the bending base height of the right-angled bending base portion 23 bent at a right angle. The dimension h2 is the groove width h1 of the fitting insertion groove 10a.

Further, the upper edge 22 of the connecting insertion portion 5 from the right-angled bent base portion 23 to the distal end portion 26 is a lower inclined edge that is inclined downward toward the distal end. In the present embodiment, the upper edge on the right bent base 23 side is an arc, and the upper edge on the tip 26 side is a straight line. On the other hand, the lower edge 25 of the connection insertion part 5 is comprised by the linear horizontal edge and the linear upper edge.

Further, a rectangular fitting slot 20 is formed at the distal end portion 26 of the connecting insertion portion 5. The fitting groove 20 is formed by punching, and is engaged with the engaging protrusion 11 of the first hanging rod 1a described above when both the hanging rods 1a and 1b are connected.

A reinforcing rib 21 is formed at the central position of the connecting insertion member 24 along the protruding direction (insertion direction). The reinforcing rib 21 is formed by bulging the plate surface of the connecting insertion member 24. The reinforcing rib 21 constitutes a reinforcing bulge according to the present invention.

A connection operation for connecting the first suspension rod 1a and the second suspension rod 1b in a T shape in the above configuration will be described.
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 6A, first, the second suspension rod 1b is tilted to the opposite side to the protruding direction of the connecting insertion portion 5 and the second (left side in the figure) second side. The locking edge portion lower end 12b is inserted into the lower end insertion port 15 of the first suspension rod 1a, and the lower end of the center position of the first suspension rod 1a, that is, the first engagement edge portion lower end 12a facing the lower end insertion port 15; 12a abuts on the lower end 12a of the first locking edge on the outside (left side in the figure).

In addition, at the contact point X where the both locking edge lower ends 12a and 12b abut, the oblique edges of the both locking edge lower ends 12a and 12b are in point contact with each other in an intersecting manner. On the other hand, in this state, the outer side surface of the connecting insertion portion 5 comes into surface contact with the surface of the main plate portion 4a on the side of the inlet 101 of the fitting insertion groove 10a.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6 Loha, the second suspension rod 1b is rotated around the contact point X while being in contact with the first suspension rod 1a. In this process, the connecting insertion portion 5 is inserted from the inlet 101 into the fitting insertion groove 10a while rotating in an arc shape.

Here, as described above, since the upper edge 22 of the connecting insertion portion 5 is a downward inclined edge, the distal end portion 26 of the connecting insertion portion 5 does not hit the groove wall of the fitting insertion groove 10a and cannot be inserted. In this embodiment, in order to enable the connecting insertion portion 5 to be smoothly inserted into the fitting insertion groove 10a, the protruding length of the connecting insertion portion 5 is inclined about 30 degrees with respect to the second suspension rod 1b. In this case, the distal end portion 26 of the connecting insertion portion 5 is set so as to be positioned at the inlet 101 of the fitting insertion groove 10a.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6D, the second suspension rod 1b is finally raised, and the connecting insertion portion 5 is completely moved until the right-angled bent base portion 23 comes into contact with the edge of the bulging portion 10. insert. At this time, the engagement protrusion 11 of the first suspension rod 1a and the fitting groove 20 of the second suspension rod 1b are fitted, and both suspension rods 1a, 1b are securely connected (FIG. 7, 8).

In such a configuration, since the height dimension h2 of the right-angled bent base portion 23 of the connecting insertion portion 5 is set to the groove width h1 of the fitting insertion groove 10a, vertical movement can be prevented. Further, by forming the engagement protrusion 11 and the engagement groove hole 20, horizontal blurring or falling off is prevented.

In addition, when both suspension rods 1a and 1b are connected, as shown in FIG. 9, the slanted edges of the respective locking edge lower ends 12a and 12b are in close contact with the respective locking edge lower ends 12a and 12b. As a result, a uniform T-shaped connecting portion is formed.

Here, another exemplary embodiment is proposed.
As shown in FIG. 10, in the connecting insertion portion 5, the fitting slot 20 may be a fitting slot 20 a that is partially opened outward. The fitting slot 20a is cut in a substantially rectangular shape downward from the upper edge 22 of the distal end portion 26 of the connecting insertion portion 5, and when the second suspension rod 1b 'is raised, the first suspension It is fitted with the engaging protrusion 11 of the holding rod 1a. Thus, the fitting slot according to the present invention includes a configuration provided with a partially cutout portion.

In addition, this invention does not exclude the structure which integrally forms the connection insertion part 5 with 2nd lifting rod 1b, 1b '.
