Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure in which an eaves rod is suspended and supported by an eaves rod suspension attached to an eaves tip.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 14 (see, for example, Patent Document 1) or FIG. 15 as a structure that makes it difficult for the eaves to come off by an upward external force when the eaves is supported by an eaves hanger attached to the eaves. There is what is shown (for example, refer to Patent Document 2).
[0003]
The configuration shown in FIG. 14 is configured as follows. The eaves hanger 1 is attached by fixing a mounting plate 3 to the eaves edge 2 of the building, and a front holding portion 4 ′ having a substantially L shape is provided at the front end of the eaves eaves hanger 1. A substantially U-shaped rear holding portion 5 is provided at the rear portion of the tool 1. A front ear portion 7 ′ is provided at the upper end of the front wall 6 a of the eaves basket 6 so as to protrude forward, and a fitting groove a is provided in the front ear portion 7 ′. A rear ear 8 is provided at the upper end of 6b. When the eaves cage 6 is suspended and supported by the eaves rod suspension 1, the front holding portion 4 ′ of the eaves rod suspension 1 is inserted into the fitting groove a of the front ear portion 7 ′ and is fitted. The eaves bowl 6 was supported by rotating the eaves bowl 6 and fitting the rear ear portion 8 into the rear holding portion 5. In the front ear portion 7 ', the lower surface b of the front ear portion 7' is positioned below the front holding portion 4 ', so that the front ear portion 7' remains in front even if a force is applied to the front ear portion 7 '. There will be no detachment from the holding part 4 '.
[0004]
The configuration shown in FIG. 15 is configured as follows. The eaves hanger 1 is attached by fixing a mounting plate 3 to the eaves 2 of the building, and a front holding portion 4 'is provided at the upper end of the rising piece c raised upward from the front end of the eaves hanger 1. In addition, a rear holding portion 5 having a substantially U-shape is provided at the rear portion of the eaves hanger 1. A hanging piece d is hung downward from the front end of the eaves hanger 1, and a locking protrusion e is projected from the hanging piece d. At the upper end of the front wall 6a of the eaves basket 6 is provided a continuous piece 9 that continues toward the rear, and a front ear portion 7 'is provided at the tip of the continuous piece 9, and the front ear portion 7' A fitting groove f is provided between the front wall 6a and the upper end of the front wall 6a, and a rear ear portion 8 is provided at the upper end of the rear wall 6b of the eaves cage 6. When the eaves cage 6 is supported by the eaves rod suspension 1, the front holding portion 4 ′ of the eave rod suspension 1 is fitted into the fitting groove f of the eave cage 6, and the eave rod 1 is rotated in this state. The eaves bowl 6 was supported by fitting the rear ear 8 to the rear holding part 5. At this time, the hanging piece 1 is provided with the hanging piece d, and the lower end of the hanging piece d is positioned above the bottom wall 6c of the eaves bowl 6, so that the eaves bowl 6 is lifted upward so that the front ear portion 7 ' It does not come off from the front holding part 4 '. Further, when the eaves rod 6 is attached, the front ear portion 7 ′ is prevented from being detached from the front holding portion 4 ′ even when the locking projection e is locked to the locked projection g of the eaves rod 6.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 14, since the front ear portion 7 'is provided at the upper end of the front wall 6a of the eaves 6 so as to protrude forward, which is the outer surface side, an upward force is applied to the front ear portion 7'. Even if the lower surface b of the front ear portion 7 'is positioned below the front holding portion 4', the front ear portion 7 'does not come off from the front holding portion 4'. There is a problem that a design in which 'is projected forward, which is the outer surface side, and the front ear portion 7' is not projected to the outer surface side cannot be handled by the above structure.
[0007]
Further, in the case shown in FIG. 15, the front ear portion 7 ′ is held in front by locking the locking protrusion e with the locked protrusion g or by hanging the hanging piece d downward from the front end of the eaves hook 1. Even if the design is such that the front ear portion 7 ′ does not protrude from the outer surface side when the front ear portion 7 ′ is forced upwardly, the front ear portion 7 ′ is separated from the front holding portion 4 ′. There is the following problem though it is not coming off. In the case where the locking projection e is locked to the locked projection g, the locked projection g needs to be provided on the inner surface of the front wall 6a of the eaves rod 6 in the longitudinal direction. There is a problem that it becomes complicated in terms of molding, and a joint that is a member for connecting the eaves rod 6 also needs to have a shape corresponding thereto, and there is also a problem with respect to water leakage. In addition, in order to prevent the front ear portion 7 'from being detached from the front holding portion 4' by hanging the hanging piece d, when the size of the eaves rod 6 changes, the eaves rod suspension 1 is prepared in accordance with it. There is a problem that it is necessary and disadvantageous in terms of investment cost.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and even if the front ear portion does not protrude forward from the front wall of the eaves, the front ear portion of the eaves is held in front of the eaves hanger. It is an object of the present invention to provide an eaves-supporting structure that can be reliably supported so as not to be detached from the portion.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the eaves rod support structure of the present invention is a front half of the front wall 6a of the eaves 6 that protrudes rearward from the upper end of the front wall 6a and has a semicircular cross section inside. provided ears 7 so on becomes flat portion 10, the upper Symbol before the upper is provided at the tip of the eaves gutter hangers 1 with a fixed base in the opening to a substantially semicircular front holding recess 4 in the eaves Engaging and storing the ear part 7 and engaging the locking piece 11 protruding forward from the upper end of the rear part of the front holding recess 4 to the flat part 10 of the front ear part 7 , The front ear 7 is formed in a polygonal shape inscribed in the inner surface of the front holding recess 4 having a substantially semicircular cross section . By configuring as described above, the front ear portion 7 of the eaves cage 6 is inserted from the opening 14 between the front end of the front holding recess 4 and the tip of the locking piece 11, and the front ear portion is rotated by the rotation of the eave cage 6. By fitting the whole 7 so as to fit in the front holding recess 4, the flat portion 10 of the front ear portion 7 is locked to the locking piece 11 so that the front ear portion 7 does not come off due to an upward external force. It is attached. By attaching the front ear portion 7 so that it does not come off with an external force upward in this way, even if the front ear portion 7 does not protrude forward, it can be attached so that the front ear portion 7 does not come off upward. In addition, it is not necessary to provide a locking means for preventing the eaves rod 6 from coming off, so that the molding of the eaves rod 6 and the joint is not complicated, and water leakage of the connecting portion can be prevented. Even if changes, it can be supported by the same eaves hanger 1. In addition , since the front ear portion 7 having a substantially semicircular cross section is formed in a polygonal shape inscribed in the inner surface of the front holding recess 4 having a substantially semicircular cross section, the eaves 6 is formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate. The dimensional stability of the front ear portion 7 is improved.
[0010]
In addition, the flat surface portion 10 on the front ear portion 7 having a substantially semicircular cross section is formed on the inclined surface so that the rear side is slightly lowered with respect to the horizontal surface in a state where the eave rod 6 is supported by the eaves rod suspension 1. It is also preferable to characterize. The locking piece 11 parallel to the flat surface portion 10 is locked to the flat surface portion 10 inclined with respect to the horizontal surface so that the rear side is lowered. The ear part 7 becomes difficult to come off, and the front ear part 7 becomes more difficult to come off.
[0012]
It is also preferable that the front end of the locking piece 11 and the flat portion 10 of the front ear portion 7 are engaged by engagement of the engagement protrusion 12 and the engagement recess 13. In addition to the locking of the locking piece 11 to the flat portion 10 of the front ear 7, the locking piece 11 is fixed by locking the locking projection 12 and the locking recess 13 so that the front ear 7 is more difficult to come off. .
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the eaves 6 is composed of a front wall 6a, a rear wall 6b, and a bottom wall 6c, and a continuous piece 9 is continuously extended from the upper end of the front wall 6a toward the rear. The front ear portion 7 is integrally provided at the tip of the continuous piece 9, and the rear ear portion 8 having a rectangular cross section is integrally provided at the upper end of the rear wall 6b. The front ear portion 7 is formed in a substantially semicircular cross section with a hollow inside, and the upper portion is a flat portion 10.
[0014]
The eaves hanger 1 is provided with a mounting plate 3 for attachment to the eaves tip at the rear end, which is the base, and the front holding recess 4 is integrally provided at the front end of the eaves eaves hanger 1. A rear holding portion 5 having a substantially U-shape is provided at the rear end of 1. The front holding recess 4 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape whose upper surface is opened, and a locking piece 11 is projected from the upper end of the rear end of the front holding recess 4 to the front. The locking piece 11 protrudes so that the front end of the locking piece 11 is located at the center position of the semicircle of the front holding recess 4. An opening 14 is provided between the upper end of the front end of the front holding recess 4 and the tip of the locking piece 11. Radius R 1 of the substantially semicircular front ears 7, when the radius of the semicircular front holding recess 4 was R 2, are set to be in the relation of R 1 ≦ R 2.
[0015]
The mounting plate 3 of the eaves hook 1 is fixed to the eaves edge, and the eaves 6 is attached to the eaves hook 1 as follows. The front ear 7 is inserted from the opening 14 with the eaves 6 oriented so that the bottom wall 6c of the eaves 6 faces in the vertical direction, and as shown in FIG. Half is inserted into the front holding recess 4, and the front ear 7 is held in front as shown in FIGS. 2 (b) and 2 (c) by rotating it so that the bottom wall 6 c of the eaves 6 is horizontal from this state. It fits so that it may fit in the recessed part 4. FIG. At this time, the rear ear portion 8 of the eaves cage 6 is fitted into the rear holding portion 5 and the rear ear portion 8 is held. When the front ear portion 7 is accommodated in the front holding recess 4 as shown in FIG. 2C, the locking piece 11 is locked to the flat portion 10 of the front ear portion 7, and upward force is applied to the front ear portion 7. There is no possibility that the front ear portion 7 will come off even if it is applied.
[0016]
Further, even if a force that deforms the eaves rod 6 is applied to the eaves rod 6 and a force that rotates the front ear portion 7 is applied, it does not come off. That is, if the front ear portion 7 does not rotate from the state of FIG. 3A to the state of FIG. 3C through the state of FIG. There is no possibility that 7 will come off. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3 (d), when the flat portion 10 and the locking piece 11 of the front ear portion 7 are inclined with respect to the horizontal plane so as to be lowered backward (an angle indicated by the symbol α), the front ear portion The angle of the direction in which 7 is removed becomes even larger than that in FIG. 3C, and there is no possibility that the front ear portion 7 is further removed.
[0017]
The front ear portion 7 has a substantially semicircular shape, but as an example of the embodiment of the present invention, it has a polygonal shape approximating a semicircle as shown in FIG. For example, a regular hexagon or regular octagon may be divided in half. Thus, even if the front ear portion 7 is formed in a polygon inscribed in the front holding recess 4, an effect equivalent to that of a semicircular shape can be obtained. If it does in this way, at the time of manufacture (especially what makes a metal plate like a steel plate bend | bends etc.), a corner | angular part has a straight shape and a dimension tends to be stabilized.
[0018]
The important parts of the shape of the front ear portion 7 are the point A, the B shape, and the flat surface portion 10 shown in FIG. 5, but the surface indicated by reference character C hardly plays a role in preventing the eaves 6 from coming off. Accordingly, the surface indicated by the symbol C may have the shape of FIG. 6A or FIG. 6B. Even in this case, as shown in FIG. 6C, the front ear portion 7 can be inserted into the front holding recess 4 and the front ear portion 7 can be fitted into the front holding recess 4 and attached.
[0019]
Although the eaves 6 can be attached to the eaves hanger 1 as described above, the shape of the other parts of the eaves 6 changes if the shape and position of the front ear 7 and the rear ear 8 are not changed. Even so, it is possible to cope with one type of eaves hanger 1, and one type of eaves hanger 1 can correspond to eaves hanger 6 with a wide variety of designs. For example, even if the front wall 6a of the eaves 6 has a shape indicated by reference sign D, a shape indicated by reference sign E, and a shape indicated by reference sign F in FIG. FIG. 7 shows a specific attachment state of the eaves 6 of the above example.
[0020]
FIG. 8 shows a more specific example of attaching the front ear portion 7. The front ear portion 7 is inserted into the front holding recess 4 from the opening 14 as shown in FIG. 8 (a), and the front ear portion 7 is rotated as shown in FIGS. 8 (b), (c) and (d), As shown in FIG. 8 (d), the front ear portion 7 is fitted so as to completely fit in the front holding recess 4, and the flat portion 10 of the front ear portion 7 is locked to the locking piece 11. When the front ear portion 7 is fitted and attached to the front holding recess 4, the flat portion 10 and the locking piece 11 are inclined so as to be lowered toward the rear portion, so that the eaves 6 is deformed and the front ear portion 7 rotates. Even so, it is possible to reliably prevent the front ear portion 7 from coming off.
[0021]
FIG. 9 shows a specific example in which the front ear portion 7 is polygonal. Also in this case, the front ear portion 7 is inserted from the opening 14 into the front holding recess 4 as shown in FIG. 9A, and the front ear portion 7 is inserted as shown in FIGS. 9B, 9C, and 9D. As shown in FIG. 9D, the front ear 7 is fitted so that it completely fits in the front holding recess 4 as shown in FIG. 9D, and the flat portion 10 of the front ear 7 is locked to the locking piece 11. It is done. 10 shows a specific attachment state of the eaves ridge 6 in the above example, and FIG. 11 shows a specific shape of the eaves suspender 1.
[0022]
FIG. 12 shows another specific example of attaching the front ear portion 7. In the case of this example, a locking projection 12 having a substantially right triangle shape is provided at the tip of the locking piece 11, and a locking recess 13 that can be locked to the locking projection 12 is provided in the flat portion 10. Also in this case, the front ear portion 7 is inserted from the opening 14 into the front holding recess 4 as shown in FIG. 12 (a), and the front ear portion is shown in FIGS. 12 (b), (c), (d), and (e). The portion 7 is rotated, and the front ear portion 7 is fitted so as to completely fit in the front holding recess 4 as shown in FIG. 12 (e), and the flat portion 10 of the front ear portion 7 is engaged with the locking piece 11. Be locked. At this time, the engaging protrusion 12 is engaged with the engaging recess 13. At this time, in addition to the locking of the flat portion 10 to the locking piece 11, the front ear 7 is engaged in the front holding recess 4 by the engagement of the engagement protrusion 12 to the engagement recess 13, thereby the front ear. It fixes so that the part 7 may not remove | deviate further.
[0023]
In the above example, the case where the right-angled triangular engaging protrusion 12 is engaged with the right-angled triangular engaging recess 13 is described. However, the hook-shaped engaging protrusion 12 as shown in FIG. Even if it has a structure that engages so as to be hooked by 13 or a structure that engages so that the dovetail-like engaging protrusion 12 is caught by the engaging recess 13 as shown in FIG. It is also possible to engage with other shapes.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the front ear portion having a hollow interior and a substantially semicircular cross section is formed on the projecting piece projecting rearward from the upper end of the front wall of the eaves so that the top portion is a flat portion. to provided, before holding recess with housing fitted over SL front ears over that provided at the tip of the eaves gutter hangers fixing the base to the opening to substantially semicircular section before holding the recess in the eaves Since the locking piece protruding forward from the upper end of the rear part is locked to the flat part of the front ear part, the front ear part of the eaves ridge is opened between the front end of the front holding recess and the front end of the locking piece. And the front ear part is locked to the locking piece so that the entire front ear part fits in the front holding recess by rotation of the eaves bowl, and the front ear part is moved upward. It is attached so that it does not come off by external force, and the front ear part does not protrude forward by attaching the front ear part so that it does not come off by external force upward in this way. Even with the heel design, it can be attached so that the front ear part does not come out upward, and it is not necessary to provide a locking means to prevent the detachment of the eaves ridge, and the eave ridge and joint molding are complicated In addition to preventing the leakage of water at the connecting portion, it can be supported by the same eaves hanging tool even if the size of the eaves changes. In addition, since the front ear portion having a substantially semicircular cross section is formed in a polygonal shape inscribed in the inner surface of the front holding recess having a substantially semicircular cross section, the front ear portion is formed in the case of an eaves for bending a metal plate such as a steel plate. Dimensional stability is improved.
[0025]
Further, the invention of claim 2 is the invention of claim 2, in which the flat part on the front ear part having a substantially semicircular cross section is slightly behind the horizontal surface in a state where the eaves is supported by the eaves hook suspension. Since it is formed on the surface inclined so as to be lowered, the locking piece parallel to the flat surface portion is locked to the flat portion inclined with respect to the horizontal surface so that the rear side is lowered, and the front ear is deformed by the deformation of the eaves Even if the part rotates, the front ear part becomes difficult to come off, and the front ear part becomes more difficult to come off.
[0027]
The invention of claim 3 of the present invention, engaged in any one of claims 1 or claim 2, and a flat portion of the tip and the front ear portion of the locking piece in fastening the engaging projection and the engaged recess Since it is attached, in addition to locking the locking piece to the flat part of the front ear part, it is fixed by engagement of the engaging protrusion and the engaging concave part, and is fixed so that the front ear part is more difficult to come off. It is.
