本発明は合成樹脂製容器、更に詳細には手で複数の容器に切断分離可能な合成樹脂製容器に関する。

従来、プレス加工により口辺にフランジを有する複数個の容器が一体成型された合成樹脂製容器に於て、各容器毎に手で切断分離する手段としては、一般には当該各容器間に存在するフランジ部の長手方向にミシン目やハーフカット部を形設する方法が汎用されていた。

然しながら、単にミシン目を形設した場合には、手による切断分離が意外に困難なのが実状であり、一方ハーフカット部を形設した場合には、輸送中や移動作業中に於ける振動や衝撃等により自然に切離してバラバラになり易いと云う問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の如き従来の問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、手による容器毎の切断分離を極めて容易に行ない得る一方、輸送中や移動作業中にバラバラになりにくい合成樹脂製容器を提供することを目的とする。

而して、本発明者は当該目的を達成すべく、切断用切目につき種々研究を重ねた結果、線条切目に特定の長さの非切目部を特定の間隔でフランジ両端縁近傍に形設すれば、極めて良い結果が得られることを見い出し、本発明を完成した。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明は口辺にフランジを有する容器を複数個連設した状態で一体成型された合成樹脂製容器において、隣接する容器間のフランジ部の長手方向に、そのフランジ両端縁近傍にそれぞれ1〜2mmの非切目部を3〜5mmの間隔を置いて三ケ所設けた線条切目を有することを特徴とする合成樹脂製容器である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を示す図面と共に本発明を更に説明する。

図1〜3に於て、1は容器本体で、合成樹脂シートのプレス加工により複数個(本形態に於ては3個)の容器2が一体成形されているものである。

3は当該各容器2間に存在するフランジ部で、該フランジ部3には線条切目がフランジ部の外側両端縁31、32からそれぞれ順に、長さ4.3mmの4a及び5a,長さ1.2mmの非切目部6a及び7aをおいて、長さ4.3mmの4b及び5b,長さ1.2mmの非切目部6b及び7bをおいて、長さ4.3mmの4c及び5cとして直列状に対向形設されていると共に、当該最内側の線条切目4c、5c間には、長さ1.2mmの非切目部6c及び7cを介在せしめて1本の中央線条切目8が、他の線条切目及び非切目部と直列状に形設するよう構成する。

ここにフランジ部3の肉厚としては0.2〜0.5mmのものが、使用の際の切離の容易性と運搬時における切離防止の点で、特に良い結果が得られる。また容器2の形態は図1に示した四角形の外、三角形、五角形、六角形、小判形等様々の形状の容器が用いられる。

【発明の効果】
本発明合成樹脂製容器は、各容器間に存在するフランジ部の両端縁の近傍に非切目部が特定の長さと間隔を置いて直列状に形設されているため、各容器毎の複数の容器が使用に際して極めて容易に切断分離することができる一方、輸送や移動作業中の振動・衝撃等によっても自然に切離してバラバラになることがない。

而して、本発明合成樹脂製容器は、調理スパゲティや焼きそば等の食品を小量(例えば80g程度)ずつ各容器に小分け充填して市場に供される一般家庭向け冷凍食品用容器として特に好適である。
