Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging material cutting cutter applied to a packaging machine such as a bag making machine, a bag making filling machine, or a horizontal pillow packaging machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a bag making machine that manufactures a bag, or a bag making and filling machine that manufactures a package by filling a bag with a product while manufacturing the bag, and a packaging machine such as a horizontal pillow packing machine, the manufactured bag Alternatively, a cutter that cuts the border between adjacent bags or packages is used to separate the packages. There are various types of cutters for cutting the packaging material, and one type of cutter is a type of cutter that cuts through the packaging material.
[0003]
FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view showing an example of a conventional vertical bag making and filling machine. In the vertical bag making and

[0005]
By the way, according to recent diversification of eating habits, packaging bodies that use raw foods and food products as packages are manufactured and sold. Such a package is packaged in a sterile environment by putting it in a sterile environment from the viewpoint of hygiene, or packaged in an oxygen-free state by containing an oxygen scavenger, but such a sterile and oxygen-free state is sufficiently long. Need to be maintained over time. In order to ensure the isolation from the outside air, the strength of the packaging material forming the bag and the strength of the seal for sealing tend to be increased.
[0006]
On the other hand, such a package with a high degree of sealing becomes more difficult to open as the degree of sealing increases, and an easy-open structure that helps open the package is required. In particular, there is a demand for easy opening even when an aging society is reached and a large opening force cannot be obtained at the hand, such as elderly people and children. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a structure in which an I notch, a V notch, a corrugated edge, or the like is formed on an edge of a bag, which is an easy-open structure for a bag package, has been proposed. However, the I-notch is less likely to give a high-class feel to the package, and the V-notch and corrugated edge are said to look better than the I-notch. You may not be able to start. Moreover, even if the tearing can be started, the tearing direction is not always constant depending on the type of the packaging material, and there is a problem that the unsealing enough to take out the package cannot be realized. In addition, since the V notch is usually formed at only one place, if the first opening fails, it is difficult to open again.
[0007]
In view of this, a film cutting blade has been proposed in which an auxiliary blade that is gently inclined is provided on the back side of each peak of a saw blade composed of continuous peaks (see Patent Document 1). FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view showing an example of the film cutting blade according to this proposal. As shown in FIG. 8, the
[0008]
Auxiliary blades formed with a gentle inclination show a sufficient sharpness at the beginning of use after loading into the machine. However, as the bag making machine and packaging machine continue to operate for a long time, the packaging material gradually There is a risk that the sharpness of cutting the cut will be reduced. In other words, the angle of the auxiliary blade portion formed by scraping the back portion of the continuous mountain forming the triangular wave-shaped edge becomes duller than the angle of the mountain. In such a structure of the auxiliary blade portion, in order to form a cut in the film, it is necessary to overcome and bend the film. However, depending on the nature of the packaging film such as a packaging film (for example, nylon) showing elasticity, the auxiliary blade When the part comes into contact, the film tends to escape and the effect of cutting cannot be obtained sufficiently. If notches are not sufficiently formed in the notches formed in the package, there is a risk that bags and packages that are difficult to open may be manufactured.

Therefore, in the packaging material cutter that cuts the packaging material in order to define the edge of the bag or bag packaging body, the V-shaped notch or the incision extending inward of the packaging material from the back of the corrugated edge is more positive. In addition, there is a problem to be solved in terms of reliable formation.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to form a bag or bag package manufactured independently or continuously when forming a V-shaped notch formed for easy opening at an edge portion adjacent to a seal portion of a bag or bag package. When cutting the edge part of a product with a corrugated cutting edge, it is possible to reliably form a notch for easy opening at the back of the V-shaped notch or corrugated cutting edge regardless of the nature of the packaging material. It is to provide a packaging material cutting cutter.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a packaging material cutting cutter according to the present invention has a cutting edge portion of a plate-shaped cutter main body having one or a plurality of corrugated blades having a ridge line blade portion that intersects at a tip portion and opens obliquely in both lateral directions. And at least one of the tip portions is formed with an incision forming auxiliary blade portion protruding from the tip portion in a direction opposite to the side on which the ridge line blade portions are opened.
[0013]
According to this packaging material cut-off cutter, the edge portion of the plate-shaped cutter body intersects with the edge portion of the blade so that the adjacent ridge line blade portion extends obliquely on both sides in the thickness direction of the blade edge portion. since the formed one or more waveforms blades comprising is formed and when cut to as possible mintues packaging material using the cutter, cut out in a wave shape to the packaging material by a sharp ridge cutting section One or more cutting edges are formed. Further, at least one tip, since the side of both ridge cutting section to open the auxiliary blade portion for cut formed in a form protruding in opposite directions are formed, the formation of the cutting edges, the waveform cutting At least one cut from the portion corresponding to the valley of the cut edge to be formed toward the packaging material is positively formed by the auxiliary blade portion . Since the auxiliary blade portion is provided to protrude, reliably cut only is formed without depending on the nature of the packaging material, such as showing elasticity. When connecting a plurality of corrugated blades, they may be provided apart from each other in the plate-like cutter body without being continuous with each other. If an auxiliary blade for forming cuts is formed at multiple tips, there are only as many places where you can try to open, and even if the opening ends unsuccessfully, It is possible to try opening at the shape cutting edge, and at that time, guidance for opening start by cutting is obtained.
[0014]
In this packaging material cutting cutter, the auxiliary blade portion is formed so as to be higher in the protruding direction of the cutter in the middle or toward the protruding tip side than the protruding source side. By configuring the auxiliary blade portion in this way , the auxiliary blade portion is in a state in which the high portion of the blade on the protruding side starts to cut through the packaging material first, and is connected to the corrugated cutting edge at the blade end on the protruding source side. , it forms a switching inclusive. In this way, since the incision for opening start guidance is formed first after the cut- off , there is no slip with respect to the packaging material of the auxiliary blade portion compared to the case of the push-cut from the corrugated cutting edge , and the formation of the incision Will be sure. The height of the edge of the auxiliary blade part may be the highest on the way to the protruding edge side, but from the viewpoint of the efficiency of the cutting and parting of the auxiliary blade part, the cutting edge should be It is preferable to form it so that it gradually increases toward the protruding tip position and becomes the highest at the highest protruding tip position.
[0015]
In this packaging material cutting cutter, adjacent ridge line blade portions of adjacent corrugated blades intersect each other to form a continuous corrugated blade over substantially the entire length of the blade edge portion of the plate-like cutter body, The mutually intersecting portions of the adjacent ridgeline blade portions can form the tip portion. By forming a continuous corrugated blade on the plate-shaped cutter body, a continuous corrugated cutting edge is formed at the edge of the bag or bag package formed by cutting the packaging material, and the bag or bag It looks good as a package. Any wave-shaped cut edge is provided with a notch that serves as a guide to start opening, so twisting the wave-shaped cut edge where the cut is found guides the start of opening and facilitates opening. .
[0016]
In the packaging material cutting cutter, the auxiliary blade portion can be formed on all the tip portions on one side or both sides of the cutter body. According to this packaging material cutting-off cutter, when auxiliary blades are formed at all the tip portions on one side of the cutter body, a notch for guiding opening start is formed at one cutting edge of the cut packaging material. Therefore, on the side where the cut is formed, the opening start is guided by the cut regardless of where the wave-shaped cut edge is opened without selecting the opening location. In addition, when the auxiliary blade part is formed on all the tip parts on both sides of the cutter body, since the cut for starting opening is formed on the cutting edges on both sides, from any wave-shaped cutting edge on either side, The opening start is guided by cutting without selecting any opening location.
[0017]
This packaging material cutting cutter is cut at the boundary portion between the continuously formed bags or between the continuously formed bag packaging bodies, and is cut at the tip portion and the ridge line blade portion. The cutting edge can be applied to a cutter for forming a wave-shaped cutting edge for easy opening. In the cutting for individually separating the bag or the bag package, by applying this packaging material cutting cutter, it is possible to form a notch for guiding opening start simultaneously with the cutting for separating the bag or the bag package.
[0018]
This packaging material cut-off cutter has a V-shape for easy opening, with a cutting edge cut at the tip portion and the ridgeline blade portion at the edge portion adjacent to the seal portion of the bag or bag package body. It can be applied to a cutter that forms a notch. When applied to the formation of a V-shaped notch for easy opening adjacent to the seal part of the bag or bag package, the bag or bag package is formed at the back of the V-shaped notch cut at the tip and the ridge line blade part. Since the notch for starting opening is formed, the notch guides the start of opening when opening from the V-shaped notch, so that the opening direction is stable and the bag package can be opened reliably.

【The invention's effect】
Since the packaging material cutting cutter according to the present invention is configured as described above, a V-shaped notch formed for easy opening is formed at the edge adjacent to the seal portion of the bag or bag package. Or, when cutting the edge of a bag or bag package manufactured independently or continuously with a corrugated cutting edge, from the back of the V-shaped notch or corrugated edge as an easy-open structure, Since the cut is formed by the auxiliary blade protruding outward from the tip, the cut is more positively and reliably formed. Therefore, in the V-shaped notch and the corrugated cutting edge as the easy-open structure, the obtuse edge is easy to wear out, but the auxiliary blade part is formed to protrude, so the notch for guiding the start of opening is surely In addition, the auxiliary blade part can maintain a good sharpness over a long period of time regardless of the nature of the packaging material such as elasticity. Furthermore, when the packaging material is torn, the tearing force is guided by the V-shaped notch or the deep part of the corrugated edge and acts on the cut, making it easy to concentrate on the packaging material and extend to the extension of the cut. The packaging material can be torn easily.
