Description

【0001】

[0004]
The end seal / cutting means 54 further includes a cutter blade 56 for cutting the tubular packaging material 61 in a manner to break through between the two end sealers. The cutter blade is attached to one seal cut block 54a between the upper end sealer portion and the lower end sealer portion, and the other seal cut block 54b is attached to both seal cut blocks. A groove 57 into which the cutter blade 56 enters when the 54a and 54b approach each other is formed. When the two seal / cut blocks 54a and 54b approach each other, the upper and lower end sealers sandwich the packaging material to weld the cylindrical packaging material 61 to form an end seal portion, and at the same time, the cutter blade 56 forms the cylindrical packaging material. 61 is cut through.

By the way, in accordance with the recent diversification of eating habits, packages having raw food materials and foodstuffs as packages have been manufactured and sold. Such a package is packaged in a sterile environment from a sanitary point of view to be aseptic or packed in an oxygen-free state by enclosing a deoxidizer, but such a sterile and anoxic state is sufficiently long. It needs to be maintained over time. There is a tendency that the strength of the packaging material forming the bag and the strength of the seal to be sealed are increased in order to ensure the shielding from the outside air.
[0006]
On the other hand, the higher the degree of sealing, the more difficult it is to open such a package with a high degree of sealing, and an easy-to-open structure that helps opening of the package is required. In particular, in an aging society, there is a demand for easy opening even when a large opening force cannot be obtained at the hands, such as the elderly and children. 2. Description of the Related Art Hitherto, there has been proposed a structure in which an I-notch, a V-notch, and a wavy edge are formed at an edge of a bag as an easily opening structure of the bag package. However, it is said that the I-notch is less likely to give a sense of quality of the package, and the V-notch and the wavy edge are better in appearance than the I-notch, but the sharpness of the valley, which is a trigger for opening, is hard to appear, and tearing is difficult. May not be able to start. Further, even if the tearing can be started, there is a problem that the tearing direction is not always constant depending on the type of the packaging material, and the package cannot be sufficiently opened to be taken out. In addition, since the V-notch is usually formed at only one place, if the first opening fails, it becomes difficult to open again.
[0007]
In view of this, a film cutting blade has been proposed in which a gently inclined auxiliary blade is provided on the back side of each peak of a saw blade composed of continuous peaks (see Patent Document 1). FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view showing an example of the film cutting blade according to this proposal. As shown in FIG. 8, the film cutting blade 70 has a blade portion formed at the tip of a main body 71 having a continuous mountain. Both outer surfaces near the apex 72 are removed to form a gently inclined blade portion 74 connecting the inclined blade portion 73 and the vertex 72. Further, an auxiliary blade portion 75 is formed at the back of the mountain that continues to the vertex 72. As a result, blades extending in three directions around the vertex 72 are formed. The apex 72 first hits the film, and then the film is cut in the direction of both blades 74, 74 and in the direction of the auxiliary blade 75. When the cutting of the film along the two blades 74 progresses to the intersection 78, the portion torn by the adjacent blades 73, 73 continues, and the film is cut in the horizontal direction. Further, the auxiliary blade portion 75 forms the cut by pressing the film. When the film is torn by the auxiliary blade portion 75, when the film reaches the front end 76, it becomes the back portion 76 where the blade is not formed, and therefore does not proceed further. As described above, the cutting blade 70 cuts the edge of the end seal portion into a triangular wave shape, and the auxiliary blade portion 75 forms a notch extending inward in each V-shaped deep portion forming the triangular wave. When tearing the film, by tearing the edges of the triangular wave of the end seal part and tearing in the opposite direction, regardless of the material of the film, the tearing of the film is guided by the slit and extends from the slit to its extension Then, the package is opened.
[0008]
The auxiliary blade formed with a gentle slope shows sufficient sharpness at the beginning when loaded into the machine and started to be used, but as the bag making machine or packaging machine continues to operate for a long time, the packaging material gradually becomes There is a possibility that the sharpness of cutting the cut may decrease. That is, the angle of the auxiliary blade formed by shaving off the back of the continuous mountain that forms the triangular-wave-shaped edge has a smaller inclination angle than the angle of the mountain. In such a structure of the auxiliary blade portion, it is necessary to overcome the bending of the film and push it off in order to form a cut in the film. However, depending on the properties of the packaging film such as a packaging film (for example, nylon) showing elasticity, the auxiliary blade is required. When the portions come into contact with each other, the film escapes and the cutting effect tends to be insufficient. If notches are not sufficiently formed in the notch formed in the package, a bag or a package that is difficult to open may be manufactured.

[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in the packaging cutter for cutting the packaging material to determine the edge of the bag or the bag package, the V-shaped notch or the notch extending inward of the packaging material from the back of the corrugated edge is more positively applied. In addition, there is a problem to be solved in terms of reliable formation.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to form a V-shaped notch formed for easy opening at an edge portion adjacent to a seal portion of a bag or a bag package, or a bag or a bag package manufactured alone or continuously. When cutting the edge of a wavy cut edge, it is possible to reliably form a notch for easy opening at the back of the V-shaped notch or the wavy cut edge, regardless of the nature of the packaging material. The object of the present invention is to provide a cutter for cutting off a packaging material.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a cutter for cutting off a packaging material according to the present invention has a blade edge portion of a plate-shaped cutter body in which one or a plurality of corrugated blades having a ridge line blade portion that intersects at a tip and opens obliquely in both lateral directions are provided. And at least one of the distal end portions is formed with an auxiliary blade portion for forming a cut protruding from the distal end portion in a direction opposite to a side where the both ridgeline blade portions open.
[0013]
According to this cutter for cutting off packaging material, since one or a plurality of corrugated blades are formed at the blade edge of the plate-shaped cutter body, it has a ridgeline blade portion that intersects at the tip and opens obliquely in both lateral directions. With the corrugated blade, the packaging material is formed with one or more cutting edges cut inwardly in a wavy shape. In addition, since the auxiliary blade portion for notch formation is formed at at least one end portion in a form protruding in a direction opposite to the side on which the ridge line blade portion opens, the auxiliary blade portion protruding when forming the cutting edge. At least one inward cut is positively formed independently of the cutting edge formed by the corrugated blade. Since the auxiliary blade portion is provided so as to protrude, the cut is reliably formed regardless of the properties of the packaging material such as exhibiting elasticity. When a plurality of corrugated blades are connected, they may be provided apart from each other in the plate-shaped cutter body without being continuous. If the auxiliary blades for notch formation are formed at a plurality of tips, there are only as many places that can be tried for opening, and even if opening is unsuccessful, another wave Opening can be tried at the shape cutting edge, and at that time, guidance of opening start by cutting is obtained.
[0014]
In this cutter for cutting off a packaging material, it is preferable that the auxiliary blade portion is formed to be higher in the projecting direction of the cutter at a position toward the projecting side than the projecting side or at the most protruding position. Since the blade is formed higher in the middle of the projecting side than the projecting side or at the most protruding position, the auxiliary blade portion starts to cut off the packaging material from the blade-high portion on the projecting side, A notch is formed in a state where it is connected to the corrugated cutting edge at the cutting edge. In this way, the notch for guiding the opening of the opening is not pushed off from the corrugated cutting edge, but is formed first from a parting-off for only the notching, and is then formed by cutting with a corrugated blade. Since it is connected to the edge, the formation of the cut is assured. The height of the cutting edge of the auxiliary blade may be the highest on the way to the projecting side, but from the viewpoint of the efficiency of the processing and cutting off of the auxiliary blade, the cutting edge should be the highest from the blade end of the projecting side. It is preferable that the height is gradually increased toward the protruding position and the height of the blade is highest at the most protruding position.
[0015]
In this cutter for cutting off the packaging material, the adjacent ridgeline blade portions of the adjacent corrugated blades cross each other to form a continuous corrugated blade over substantially the entire length of the blade edge portion of the plate-shaped cutter body, Intersecting portions of the adjacent ridge line blades can form the tip. By forming a continuous corrugated blade on the plate-shaped cutter body, a continuous corrugated cutting edge is formed at an edge portion of a bag or a bag package formed by cutting the packaging material, and the bag or the bag is formed. It looks better as a package. A cut is formed on any of the wavy cutting edges to guide the start of opening, so the twisting of the wavy cutting edge where the cut is found will guide the start of opening, facilitating opening. .
[0016]
In this cutter for cutting off packaging material, the auxiliary blades can be formed at all of the distal ends on one side or both sides of the cutter body. According to this packaging material cutting-off cutter, when the auxiliary blades are formed at all the distal ends on one side of the cutter body, a cut is formed at one cutting edge of the cut packaging material to guide the start of opening. Therefore, on the side where the cut is formed, the start of the opening is guided by the cut, regardless of where the wave-shaped cutting edge is opened without selecting the opening position. In addition, when the auxiliary blades are formed at all the distal ends on both sides of the cutter body, a cut for starting opening is formed on the cutting edges on both sides, so even from any wavy cutting edge on either side, The opening start is guided by the cut without selecting any opening position.
[0017]
The cutter for cutting off the packaging material is cut at the boundary between the bags formed continuously or at the boundary between the bag packages formed continuously, and cut at the front end and the ridgeline blade. The cutting edge can be applied to a cutter for forming a wave-shaped cutting edge for easy opening. By applying the cutter for cutting off the packaging material in the cutting for separating the bag or the bag package individually, it is possible to form the cut for guiding the opening start simultaneously with the cutting for separating the bag or the bag package.
[0018]
This cutter for cutting off a packaging material has a V-shaped cutting edge at the edge portion adjacent to the seal portion of the bag or the bag package, where the cutting edge cut by the tip portion and the ridgeline blade portion is V-shaped. It can be applied to cutters that form notches. When applied to the formation of a V-shaped notch for easy opening adjacent to the seal portion of a bag or bag package, the bag or bag package has a V-shaped notch cut at the tip and a ridgeline blade. Since a notch for starting opening is formed, the notch guides the start of opening when opening from the V-shaped notch, so that the opening direction is stable and the bag package can be reliably opened.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cutter for cutting off a packaging material according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a cutter for cutting a packaging material according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing an enlarged cutting edge of the cutter for cutting a packaging material shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. Is a front view showing a part of the cutting edge portion shown in FIG. 4, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a part of the cutting edge portion in an enlarged manner. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a part of a bag package cut by the cutter for cutting off packaging material according to the present invention.
[0020]
A cutter 1 for cutting out packaging material shown in FIG. 1 (hereinafter, abbreviated as “cutter 1”) includes a plate-shaped cutter body 2 having a blade edge portion 3, and a base end portion 4 opposite to the blade edge portion 3 includes: It is attached to an actuator of a seal cutter device (not shown). In the illustrated example, in the cutting edge portion 3, a number of corrugated blades 5 are connected to each other and are continuously arranged over substantially the entire width of the cutter body 2, thereby forming a continuous corrugated blade. The continuous waveform blade has a continuous waveform in the plan view shown in FIG. 1 and the front view shown in FIG. A cutter 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a cutter for cutting a bag or a bag package continuously manufactured by a bag making machine or a packaging machine at an adjacent boundary portion.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in the cutting edge portion 3 of the cutter 1, each wavy blade 5 has a ridgeline blade portion 11, 11 and has a three-dimensional triangular mountain shape. Adjacent ridge line blades 11, 11 intersect at one end of the cutter body 2 at a tip 10a that is sharp in the thickness direction of the cutting edge 3, and at the other side, intersect at a tip 10b that is sharp in the thickness of the cutting edge 3. are doing. The tip portions 10a and 10b occupy positions deviated in the plate thickness direction, that is, the D direction or the E direction, respectively, in the drawing from the plate thickness center line 8 of the cutting edge portion 3. Since each ridge line blade 11 has its blade edge 3 cut off obliquely, it extends in the lateral direction (the direction C shown in FIG. 3) from the tips 10a and 10b and extends in the blade thickness direction of the cutter 1. 2 and 3, it is inclined not only in the direction of the cutting edge of the cutter 1 (the direction of B and A in FIG. 2) but also in the direction of the cutting edge of the cutter 1, and has a structure suitable for parting off. Further, each ridgeline blade portion 11 is provided with a blade edge 14 formed as an edge of the blade surface 12 on the front surface 6 side and a blade edge surface 15 extending from the blade edge 14 to the blade surface 13 on the front surface 7 side.
[0022]
When cutting off a packaging material, cutting may be difficult if the cutting edge hits the packaging material at once. The wrapping material is inclined in a triangular mountain shape by the corrugated blade 5, and starts to be cut off at the highest end portion 10a. After that, as the cutter 1 advances, each ridge line blade portion 11 causes the cutting edge 14 to move. The wrapping material is gradually pushed down, and the cut portion spreads out on both sides from the parting-off portion. When the cut-off by each ridgeline blade 11 reaches the tip 10b (specifically, the intersection 16 of the blade edges 14, 14), the cut portions are connected to cut the packaging material. The cutting edge shape of the packaging material is a continuous triangular cutting edge corresponding to the continuous triangular wavy blade 5, that is, a continuous wavy cutting edge is formed, and the bag or bag packaging has a good appearance and a high-quality appearance. The body is manufactured (see FIG. 5).
[0023]
In each of the tip portions 10a and 10b, the auxiliary blade portion 20a for forming a cut is formed in a direction (a direction D and a direction E) opposite to the side in which the ridgeline blade portions 11 and 11 open in a triangular mountain shape from the tip portions 10a and 10b. , 20b are formed to protrude. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when the blade edge portion 3 is viewed from the front, the auxiliary blade portions 20 a and 20 b are formed at the apexes of the triangular ridges defined by the extension lines of the blade edges 14 and 14 of the ridgeline blade portions 11. It is formed to protrude in the region of the vertical angle θ. The auxiliary blade portions 20a and 20b are formed in a shape similar to a sword tip. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the cutting edges 21 of the auxiliary blade portions 20 a and 20 b are gradually made higher toward the projecting side than the projecting portion 22, and are formed to be the highest at the most projecting portion 23. With such a cutting edge shape, the auxiliary blade portions 20a and 20b start cutting off the packaging material from the highest protruding portion 23 having the highest blade, and cut 36 so as to be connected to the corrugated cutting edge at the protruding portion 22. (See FIG. 5A) is formed.
[0024]
The notch that guides the start of opening is not formed by pushing from the corrugated cutting edge, but is formed before the cut-off for cutting only, and is connected to the corrugated cutting edge later, so that the formation of the notch 36 is extremely reliable. become. The height of the cutting edges of the auxiliary blades 20a and 20b may be the highest on the way to the protruding side, but from the viewpoint of processing and cutting off the auxiliary blades, as shown in this embodiment. It is preferable that the most protruding portion 23 is formed with the highest blade. Since the auxiliary blades 20a and 20b are provided at the distal ends 10a and 10b, as shown in FIG. 5A, a continuous wavy shape outside the end seal portion 32 at both ends of the bag or the bag package 30. A cutting edge 33 is formed to separate the bags or bag packages individually. Moreover, at the same time as the formation of the wave-shaped cutting edges 33, cuts 36 for opening start guidance extending inward are formed in all the deep portions 35 of the respective wave-shaped cutting edges 34. When the auxiliary blades 20a, 20b are formed at all the distal ends 10a, 10b on both sides of the plate-shaped cutter body 2 as in the present embodiment, all of the corrugated cutting edges at both ends of the bag or the bag package. The opening 36 is formed in the opening 36, so that the opening 36 is guided by the notch 36 from any corrugated cutting edge on any side without selecting any opening position. Further, since the auxiliary blade portions 20a and 20b are provided so as to protrude, the cuts 36 are surely formed regardless of the properties of the packaging material, and the sharpness is not dulled.
[0025]
Various combinations are possible for the number and direction of the triangular wavy blades 5 formed on the blade tip 3 of the plate-shaped cutter body 2 and the selection of the wavy blades 5 provided with the auxiliary blade portions 20a and 20b. That is, even when a plurality of corrugated blades 5 are provided, they may be provided discretely instead of continuously. At that time, the tip 10a (10b) may be located only on one side. The corrugated blades 5 may be provided continuously, or may not be continuous over the entire width of the cutter 1, but may be partially continuous. Also in this case, it is not necessary to provide the auxiliary blade portions 20a, 20b on all the corrugated blades 5, and the auxiliary blade portions 20a, 20b can be provided on only some of the corrugated blades 5. In the bag package 37 shown in FIG. 5B, the corrugated cutting edges 38, 38 are formed partially continuously, but the cuts 36, 36 are formed in a part of each corrugated cutting edge 38. Only is formed. When the auxiliary blades 20a (20b) for forming the cuts are formed at the plurality of tips 10a (10b) on one side of the cutter body 2, there is a place in the bag or the bag package 30 where the opening can be tried. Even if the opening is unsuccessful, the opening can be tried again at another wave-shaped cutting edge 33, 38, and even at that time, guidance of opening start by the cut 36 is also provided. Is obtained. On one side of the cutter body 2, the auxiliary blades 20a, 20b may be formed at all the distal ends 10a (10b). In this case, since the cut 36 for guiding the start of opening is formed on all of the cut edges on one side of the cut packaging material, no wave-shaped cut edge is opened on that side without selecting an open position. Even so, the opening 36 informs the start of opening.
[0026]
The illustrated embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to a cutter for cutting a boundary portion between end seals of a package or a bag manufactured continuously, but various changes other than this embodiment are also possible. It is possible. The cutter for cutting off the packaging material may be a dedicated cutter for forming a V notch. That is, a V-notch may be formed adjacent to an end seal, a side seal, or a center seal formed on a package or a bag. Can also be applied. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an example in which the cutter for cutting off a packaging material according to the present invention is applied to the formation of a V-shaped notch. At an edge portion 49 adjacent to the seal portion 31 (32) of the bag or the bag package, the vicinity of both sides of the V-shaped notch forming portion of the packaging material is pressed and held by pressing members 47a, 47b and 48a, 48b. As shown by the arrow, the V-shaped notch forming cutter 42 cuts the packaging material at a right angle at the portion between the pressers, so that the V-shaped notch 41a for easy opening and the cut 36 for opening start are formed. The V-shaped notch forming cutter 42 is a single triangular blade having one tip 43 and ridge lines 44 extending obliquely on both sides thereof. An auxiliary blade portion 45 is formed to protrude from the distal end portion 43, and the auxiliary blade portion 45 forms a cut 36 by cutting through the packaging material. FIG. 5C shows a bag package 40 in which a V-shaped notch 41 is formed in the center seal portion 31. The V-shaped notch 41 can be formed by applying a V-shaped notch forming cutter 42 shown in FIG. Since the notch 36 guides the start of opening when opening from the V-shaped notch 41, the opening direction is stabilized, and the bag package 40 can be opened reliably.
[0027]
This cutter for cutting off a packaging material is disposed at the final stage of a vertical bag making and filling machine or a horizontal pillow packaging machine that packs and packs a package in a cylindrical packaging material or a folded packaging material. It is also applicable as a cutter. It can be installed not only in the packaging machine but also in the final stage of the bag making machine that produces only bags without filling the package. Further, the present invention can also be applied as a cutter of a cutter device that performs only a cutter operation. Further, a seal cutter mechanism such as a reciprocating type seal cutter or a box motion type seal cutter for applying an end seal in a transverse direction to a cylindrical packaging material and cutting the cylindrical packaging material between the end seals. The present invention can also be applied to a cutter part of a type to be incorporated into a cutter. Furthermore, the corrugated blade formed on the blade tip 3 is triangular in the above embodiment, but may be a saw blade or a U-shaped blade.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
Since the cutter for cutting out packaging material according to the present invention is configured as described above, a case where a V-shaped notch formed for easy opening is formed at an edge portion adjacent to a seal portion of a bag or a bag package. , Or when cutting the edge of a bag or bag package that is manufactured alone or continuously with a wavy cutting edge, the V-shaped notch as an easy-open structure or the back of the wavy edge, Since the cut is formed to extend by the auxiliary blade portion protruding outward from the tip portion, the cut is formed more positively and reliably. Therefore, in the V-shaped notch or the corrugated cutting edge as the easy-opening structure, the obtuse edge is easily worn out, whereas the auxiliary blade portion is formed so as to protrude, so that the incision for guiding the start of opening is surely made. It is possible to maintain good sharpness over a long period of time, irrespective of the properties of the packaging material, such as cutting, and the elasticity of the auxiliary blade portion.
