Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a tray for storing frozen food in small portions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a tray for storing frozen food in small portions, a plurality of storage recesses for storing frozen foods are connected via a connecting portion interposed between the upper edges of the side walls of adjacent storage recesses. Is formed with a cut-out line for separating the storage recess (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-50714).
[0003]
The tray for frozen food as described above is usually provided as a compressed air or vacuum molded product of a synthetic resin sheet, and it is general that pillow food is applied after storing the frozen food in each storage recess. . In addition, in order to facilitate the separation of the storage recesses and at the same time prevent inadvertent separation, the cut lines have different lengths that leave a plurality of dotted portions in the vicinity of the tray edge and in the vicinity of the intersection of the cut lines. It is formed by a slit.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, frozen food trays provided as a compressed air or vacuum molded product of a synthetic resin sheet are inherently relatively flexible, so that they are further deformed when cut lines (intermittent slits) are provided for separation. There is a problem that it becomes easy to cause inadvertent deformation, which makes it difficult to cover the pillow packaging, or that the frozen food is easily removed when the tray is taken out and held in the hand. In addition, since the cut line is composed of slits with different lengths with interspersed portions, the timing at which resistance is applied at the time of separation is irregular, and the cutting direction shifts due to excessive force or popping of frozen food There is also a problem that is likely to occur.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and a first object thereof is to suppress inadvertent deformation of a frozen food tray with a cut line. The second object of the present invention is to enable smooth separation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to achieve the first object, a plurality of storage recesses for storing frozen foods are connected via a connecting portion interposed between the upper edges of the side wall portions of adjacent storage recesses. In the frozen food tray in which a cut line for separating the storage recess is formed, a step is formed in the connecting part, and the dotted part of the cut line is located on the step surface of the step. A tray for a frozen food is provided.
[0007]
In addition, in order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides a frozen food tray in which the length of the dotted portion is set to 0.2 to 0.6 mm, and the cutting line around the step is provided. A slit having a length of 2 to 6 mm and a dotted portion having a length of 0.2 to 0.6 mm are alternately arranged in series at substantially the same pitch, and both end edges of the slit are triangular. It also provides that the end of the tear line is a slit opened by cutting off the edge of the tray.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An example of the frozen food tray according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, the tray is a compressed air or vacuum molded product of a synthetic resin sheet (eg, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), and a plurality of storage recesses 1 are interposed between the upper edges of the side walls of adjacent storage recesses 1. Are connected via the connecting part 2. The storage recess 1 is for storing the frozen food in small quantities in an easy-to-use quantity or a fixed number of units.
[0010]
The connecting portion 2 is interposed in a cross shape at the center of the tray, and a cut line 3 is formed along the connecting portion 2 in the cross direction. Further, the central portion (near the cross intersection) of the connecting portion 2 is one step lower, and a step 4 is formed.
[0011]
The cut line 3 is composed of a slit 5 and a dotted portion 6 as shown in an enlarged manner in FIGS. 2 and 3. The dotted portion 6 is shown as a black circle in FIG. 1 for convenience of illustration, but is an uncut portion left between the slits 5 as is apparent from FIGS. 2 and 3. When the cut lines 3 intersect as in the present example, it is preferable that the dotted portions 6 are not located at the intersecting positions but are intersected by the slits 5 as shown in FIG. When the dotted portion 6 is located at the intersection position, the cutting direction is easily shifted left and right when the dotted portion 6 is cut.
[0012]
A step 4 is formed in the connecting portion 2, and a dotted portion 6 is located on a step surface 7 of the step 4 (a surface connecting the high portion and the low portion of the step 4). As long as the step 4 is on the cut line 3 of the tray, the step 4 may be provided at the center or at the end of the tray. The number of steps 4 can be appropriately set according to the material of the tray. When there is no step 4 like this, the tray is easily bent and deformed in the direction having the cut line 3 as the rotation axis. However, when the step 4 is provided and the dotted portion 6 is positioned on the step surface 7, this portion is displaced from the rotation shaft, and the rotation shafts are twisted to each other so that they do not form a straight line. The shape-maintaining strength is improved, and deformation is difficult. The illustrated step 4 is formed by providing a concave portion on the surface of the connecting portion 2, but may be formed by providing a convex portion on the surface of the connecting portion 2. Further, a W-shaped step 4 can be formed by providing a convex portion lower than the height of the concave portion on the bottom surface of the step 4 due to the concave portion, or an M-shaped step 4 can be provided by providing a concave portion at the top of the step 4 due to the convex portion.
[0013]
Since the length of the slit 5 sandwiching the dotted portion 6 of the stepped surface 7 can be widened, the dotted portion 6 positioned on the stepped surface 7 may be one place as shown in FIG. Depending on the height h of the surface 7, a plurality of positions can be provided. The higher the height h of the stepped surface 7, the easier it is to increase the shape maintenance strength. However, if the height h is excessively high, the strength of the tray may be impaired. Therefore, it is preferably about 1 to 5 mm. Further, the angle θ of the stepped surface 7 is preferably 90 to 120 degrees so that the shape maintaining strength can be effectively increased by shifting the position of the rotation axis as much as possible. Further, the shape maintaining strength can be further increased by rounding the corners of the stepped surface 7.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable that the slits 5 and the dotted portions 6 constituting the cut line 3 are alternately formed at an equal pitch as shown in FIG. If it does in this way, since resistance at the time of cutting along cut line 3 will occur regularly, it will be easy to prevent excessive force. Therefore, it is easy to prevent the deviation of the cutting direction and the jumping out of the frozen food due to the inadvertent application of excessive force.
[0015]
The length a of the slit 5 may be set to 2 to 6 mm at least in the periphery of the step 4, and may be set as appropriate depending on the size of the tray in the other flat connecting portion 2. Preferably it is 2-6 mm. The length b of the dotted portion 6 may be 0.2 to 0.6 mm at least in the periphery of the step 4 and may be set as appropriate depending on the size of the tray in other portions. It is preferably 0.6 mm. Here, the peripheral portion refers to a portion within 1 cm from the end of the stepped surface 7. If the length “a” of the slit 5 is too small or the length “b” of the dotted portion 6 is too large, the resistance at the time of separation increases, and smooth separation becomes difficult. If the length a of the slit 5 is too large, the resistance intermittently generated at the time of separation becomes large, and it becomes difficult to prevent excessive application of force. Moreover, when the length b of the dotted part 6 is too small, it will become easy to produce inadvertent cutting.
[0016]
As clearly shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable that both ends of the slit 5 have a triangular shape. If it does in this way, at the time of isolation | separation, since it tears and propagates from the top part of a triangle, it is easy to maintain a cutting direction in a fixed direction. The slits 5 whose both edges are triangular can be easily obtained by forming the slits 5 with a double-edged sword-like blade.
[0017]
A flange portion 8 projects outward from the outer peripheral edge of the tray. The intersection of the tray edge and the cut line 3 is preferably a slit 5 that is opened by separating the tray edge that has become the flange portion 8. If it does in this way, it will be easy to concentrate force with respect to the first dotted part 6 at the time of the separation start along the cut line 3, and separation can be started without applying a strong force.
[0018]
A partially arc-shaped depression 9 is formed on the upper edge (flange 8) of the outer periphery of the tray. The recess 9 is formed at the upper edge of the tray in the longitudinal direction, and improves the deformation resistance in this direction. The recess 9 is also for facilitating the inflow of cold air into each storage recess 1.
[0019]
FIG. 4 shows another example of the frozen food tray according to the present invention, which is basically the same as that described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, except that the tear line 3 is provided at a position that bisects the tray. It has been. That is, in the tray shown in FIG. 1, the cut line 3 is provided so that it can be separated for each storage recess 1, but in the tray of this example, the cut is made so that it can be separated for each of a plurality of predetermined storage recesses 1. Line 3 is provided. Whether to separate individually as shown in FIG. 1 or to separate multiple units as shown in FIG. 4 may be selected according to the type of frozen food to be stored.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above, and by positioning the dotted portion 6 on the step surface 7 of the step 4, it is possible to prevent inadvertent deformation due to the provision of the cut line 3, so that frozen food When the stored tray is put on pillow packaging or the like, it can be deformed carelessly and cause trouble, or frozen food can be prevented from being removed due to careless deformation when holding the tray. In addition, since the tray of the present invention can be separated smoothly, it is possible to prevent the cutting direction from deviating or the frozen food from popping out at the time of separation.
