Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cover sheet peeling method and a cover sheet peeling jig for a paste container used in screen printing for printing paste such as cream solder or conductive paste on a substrate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an electronic component mounting process, screen printing is used as a method for printing paste such as cream solder or conductive paste on a substrate. In this method, a mask plate in which pattern holes are formed according to a printing target portion is set on a substrate, and paste is printed on the substrate through the pattern holes of the mask plate by squeezing.
[0003]
As a screen printing squeezing method, a method using a sealed squeegee head is known. Unlike normal screen printing, this method uses a squeegee head in which the paste is stored, instead of supplying the paste directly onto the mask plate. In this method, the paste in the squeegee head is pressed through the paste contact surface by pressing the paste in the squeegee head with the paste contact surface provided on the lower surface of the squeegee head in contact with the mask plate. Is pushed in. Then, by sliding the squeegee head on the mask plate, each pattern hole is sequentially filled with paste.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, screen printing using the above-described conventional sealed squeegee head has the following problems. In the sealed squeegee head, the paste is supplied in a state of being stored in a dedicated container such as a cartridge in the squeegee head, unlike the conventional printing method in which the paste is directly supplied onto the mask plate. For this reason, when the paste is consumed in the process of continuing the printing operation, the paste is replenished by replacing with a new dedicated container.
[0005]
The dedicated container used for the above-mentioned conventional sealed squeegee head is a container made by molding a resin into a slender box shape, so it has a high running cost, and it remains inside and is discarded unused. Residual paste is generated, and resources are wasted. This increases the cost of screen printing. For this reason, a paste container having a simple structure capable of supplying paste at a low cost has been used. As an example of such a container, a sheet-like container is formed on a container formed of a flexible resin film. A cover may be used in some cases.
[0006]
In this method, the cover sheet is peeled off to expose the paste in use. However, in such a paste container, since the cover sheet is in a state where the inner surface is adhered to the paste, it is difficult to peel off only the cover sheet, and a large amount of paste adheres to the cover sheet and reduces the yield. There was a point.
[0007]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the cover sheet peeling method and cover sheet peeling jig | tool of the paste container for screen printing which can peel easily a cover sheet, without making paste adhere from a paste container.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
