第1シヤッター板の下部両端部に直立状態で支軸を固定し、該支軸に各半遮蔽板における収納箱の側面側の端縁部を遊合状態で支持して、
第1シヤッター板の待機状態で各半遮蔽板を収納箱の側面側へ回動させることにより、第1シヤッター板の遮蔽位置で第2シヤッター板の各半遮蔽板を自動的に下向位置として第2シヤッター板を開口状態とするとともに、
