Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing / drying machine having a process of blowing warm air into an inner tub having a rotation center axis in a substantially vertical direction to dry laundry, and capable of performing from washing to drying consistently. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of washing and drying machine supports an inner tub having a rotation center axis in a vertical direction in an outer tub that is elastically suspended in a casing, and a stirring blade is provided at the inner bottom of the inner tub. In the washing process and rinsing process, the agitating blades are rotated to wash and rinse clothes in the inner tub. In the dehydration process, the inner tub is rotated at high speed to dehydrate and dry following the dehydration process. In the process, the air heated by the heating device is blown into the inner tank by a blower and dried.
[0003]
Briefly explaining the operation in the above configuration, with the inner tank stopped after completion of the dehydration process, the stirring blade is rotated for 1 second at a rotational speed of 130 r / min for 1 second and 0.5 seconds for OFF inversion. The cloth is peeled back and forth three times, and the clothes attached to the inner wall surface of the inner tub by centrifugal force are removed during dehydration.
[0004]
Next, the cloth enters the drying process after the peeling process. First, with the inner tub stopped, the stirring blade is repeatedly rotated in the forward direction at a rotation speed of 130 r / min for 0.5 seconds ON and 0.5 seconds OFF. The clothes are exchanged up and down, a loosening process is performed, and then the clothes are dried by supplying warm air heated by a heating device to the inner tank for several minutes while the inner tank and the stirring blade are stopped. Then, the degree of drying is determined, and if it is dry, the drying process is terminated, but if it is not dried, the above-described loosening process and drying operation are repeated again.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional washer-dryer, in the loosening process by rotating the stirring blade, the clothing moved in the outer circumferential direction by the centrifugal force of the stirring blade rotation comes into contact with the side surface of the inner tub. Therefore, there is a speed difference with the stopped inner tank . As a result, the clothes may be twisted or entangled due to friction with the inner tub, and wrinkles may become severe or dry unevenness may occur.

[0016]
【Example】
Example 1
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The casing 11 has a configuration in which an outer tub 13 is elastically suspended and supported by a plurality of suspensions 12 and vibrations during operation are absorbed by the suspensions 12. Inside the outer tub 13, an inner tub 14 having a rotation center axis in a substantially vertical direction and rotatably supporting clothes is rotatably supported, and an agitating blade 15 for stirring the garments at the inner bottom of the inner tub 14 is rotatable. Provided. The stirring blade 15 includes a rib 17 for hooking clothes on the inner side, and a tapered portion 16 is provided on the outer peripheral side to form a pan shape.
[0017]
A number of dewatering holes 18 are provided in the inner peripheral wall of the inner tank 14, and a fluid balancer 19 is provided above the dewatering holes 18. A motor 20 and driving means for transmitting the rotation of the motor 20 to the inner tank 14 and the stirring blade 15 are attached to the bottom of the outer tank 13.
[0018]
The drive means is a hollow dewatering shaft 21 connected to the inner tub 14, a washing portion in which the upper end is connected to the stirring blade 15 and the lower end is connected to the rotor 20 a of the motor 20. A clutch plate 25 that switches between transmission and non-transmission of rotation of the rotor 20a to the dehydrating shaft 21 by slidably fitting with the shaft 22, the dehydrating shaft 21, and a clutch that moves the clutch plate 25 up and down. The lever 26 and a geared motor 39 that drives the clutch lever 26 are configured.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, when the clutch plate 25 is at the lower side of the movable range, the lower teeth 25a provided on the lower side of the clutch plate 25 and the rotating teeth 20b provided on the rotor 20a are engaged with each other, whereby the rotor 20a. Is transmitted to the inner tank 14 via the dehydrating shaft 21. As shown in FIG. 2, when the clutch plate 25 is moved above the movable range by the clutch lever 26 driven by the geared motor 39, the lower teeth 25a of the clutch plate 25 and the rotating teeth 20b of the rotor 20a are disengaged. The rotation of the rotor 20a is transmitted only to the stirring blade 15 through the washing shaft 22. At this time, the upper teeth 25b provided on the upper side of the clutch plate 25 and the stationary teeth 27a provided on the stationary part 27 are not engaged with each other, and the dewatering shaft 21 is not fixed. is there. When the clutch plate 25 is further moved upward, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper teeth 25b provided on the upper side of the clutch plate 25 and the stationary teeth 27a provided on the stationary portion 27 are engaged, and the dehydrating shaft 21 is fixed. The inner tank 14 is fixed.
[0020]
The control means 38 drives the geared motor 39 and can switch the three clutch states via the clutch lever 26 as necessary.
[0021]
A passage is formed from the lower part of the outer tub 13 to a circulation duct 29 via a retractable lower bellows-like hose 28, and an outlet of the circulation duct 29 is connected to an inlet of a drying fan (blower unit) 30. The outlet of the drying blower 30 is connected to a passage 29a, a heater (heating means) 31 is provided in the passage 29a, and a telescopic upper bellows-like hose 32 is connected to the passage 29a. A jet duct 33 is connected to the tip of the upper bellows-like hose 32 and opens toward the inner tank 14. Since the inner tank 14 communicates with the outer tank 13 through the dewatering holes 18 on the inner peripheral wall, these passages constitute a circulation path.
[0022]
In addition, an openable / closable lid 35 is provided on the upper part of the outer tub 13 so that it can be opened when the user puts in and out the clothes, and when the drying operation is performed, the circulation path is sealed by closing. The cooling fan 36 is attached to the side surface of the housing 11 and is configured to cool the lower portion of the inner tank 14 and the circulation duct 29. The drain valve 37 drains the water in the outer tub 3 through the drain hose 43.
[0023]
The control means 38 controls the operation of the motor 20, the drive means, the drying fan 30, the heater 31, the cooling fan 36, the drain valve 37, etc., and controls the washing, rinsing, dehydration and drying processes.
[0024]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. First, in the washing process, the control means 38 rotates the inner tub 14 containing the clothes and washing water by driving the motor 20 with the clutch plate 25 at the lower part of the movable range as shown in FIG. At this time, the drain valve 37 is closed.
[0025]
Thereby, the outer peripheral part of the washing water in the inner tub 14 is raised by centrifugal force. Accordingly, the washing water between the inner tub 14 and the outer tub 13 rises along the inner wall of the outer tub 13, and then is sprinkled from the upper part of the inner tub 14 into the inner tub 14 and circulates. As a result, the washing water passes through the clothes in the inner tub 14 and is washed.
[0026]
Thereafter, the clothes are rinsed in the same manner as the washing process. In the dehydration process, the drain valve 37 is opened to drain the water from the drain hose 43, and then the motor 20 is driven in a clutch state as shown in FIG. The inner tub 14 containing the clothes is rotated at a high speed. Due to the centrifugal force generated by this, the clothes are pressed against the inner wall of the inner tub 14, the moisture is separated from the clothes by this centrifugal force, drains from the dewatering hole 18 to the outer tub 13, drains from the drain hose 43, and the dehydration process is performed. proceed.
[0027]
In the drying process, dry hot air is sent to the inner tank 14 through the upper bellows-like hose 32 and the ejection duct 33 by the air blown by the drying blower 30 and the heat generated by the heater 31. The warm air sent into the inner tub 14 removes moisture from the garments when passing through the gaps between these garments, and after getting out from the inner tub 14 to the inside of the outer tub 13 in a wet state, the lower bellows-like hose 28 To the circulation duct 29. When the hot air containing moisture passes through the inner wall of the outer tub 13 and the inside of the circulation duct 29, the lower part of the outer tub 13 and the outer wall of the circulation duct 29 are cooled by the cooling fan 36. The moisture of the moist air is condensed on the inner wall, and the moist warm air is dehumidified and returned to the drying fan 30. The water condensed on the inner wall of the outer tub 13 and the circulation duct 29 is discharged from the drain hose 43 by opening the drain valve 37 as necessary. Then, after the drying process is finished, the heater 31 is turned off, a blowing process for driving the drying fan 30 and the cooling fan 36 is performed, and after the dried clothes are cooled down, the process is ended. Here, the air-cooled dehumidification method using cooling air is used as means for cooling the wet warm air, but a water-cooled dehumidification method may be used.
[0028]
In the drying process, the control unit 38 controls the operations of the motor 20, the driving unit, the drying fan 30, the heater 31, and the cooling fan 36 as described below. When the washing process is finished and the drying process is started, the clothes are attached to the wall surface of the inner tub 14 at the last dehydration of the washing process. A cloth peeling process is performed to increase the contact area.
[0029]
Specifically, the geared motor 39 is driven, the clutch plate 25 is moved upward via the clutch lever 26, and the motor 20 is turned on for 0.4 seconds and 1.2 seconds in the clutch state as shown in FIG. The stirring blade 15 is reciprocated three times with the inner tank 14 being fixed in a state of being reversely rotated in the OFF time period. By doing so, the clothes attached to the wall surface of the inner tub 14 at the time of dehydration are peeled off, and the cloth area of the clothes increases to increase the contact area with the air, so that the subsequent drying progresses faster. To do.
[0030]
Next, in the clutch state as shown in FIG. 1, the motor 20 is rotated, and the tank rotation mode for drying the inner tank 14 while rotating the inner tank 14 in one direction at a rotation speed of 35 r / min is performed for 15 minutes. In the tank rotation mode, since the inner tank 14 is only slowly rotated in one direction, the clothing does not move in the inner tank 14. For this reason, there is no twisting or entanglement of the clothing at the initial stage of drying, which is easy to entangle due to the high water content, and the drying proceeds sufficiently without moving the clothing because of the high water content. .
[0031]
Next, the rotation of the inner tub 14 is stopped, the geared motor 39 is driven, and the clutch state as shown in FIG. 2 is established via the clutch lever 26, and the motor 20 is turned on for 0.5 seconds and turned off for 4.5 seconds. A tank-free stirring mode is performed for 30 seconds, which is rotated in the normal direction at a time limit and dried while being rotated in the normal direction at a rotation speed of 160 r / min in a free state where the inner tank 14 is not fixed. At this time, the clothing moves to the outer peripheral side of the stirring blade 15 by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation while being hooked on the rib 17 provided on the stirring blade 15, and receives the upward force from the tapered portion 16. The clothes are flipped up at the outer peripheral end of the stirring blade 15, and the clothes are changed up and down by repeating this. The clothing that is spun up while rotating contacts the inner wall side surface of the inner tub 14, but the inner tub 14 is in a rotation-free state, so the inner tub 14 is rotated in the same direction by friction between the clothing and the inner tub 14. To do.
[0032]
Thereby, the speed difference between clothing and the inner tub 14 can be reduced, and friction between the clothing and the inner tub 14 is suppressed thereafter. For this reason, while changing clothes up and down, the twist and entanglement of clothes can be suppressed, generation | occurrence | production of wrinkles can be suppressed, and it can dry uniformly. In addition, when the inner tank 14 is rotated, the inertial rotation of the rotation continues, but since the OFF time is as long as 4.5 seconds, the stirring blade 15 can be reversed before the inertial rotation stops. Absent. For this reason, by applying the rotational force of the counter to the clothes that rotate together with the inner tub 14, there is no occurrence of twisting or entanglement, so that generation of wrinkles can be suppressed and drying can be performed uniformly.
[0033]
Then, the tank rotation mode is performed again, and thereafter, the tank rotation mode and the tank free stirring mode are repeated sequentially. With the progress of drying, the time of the tank rotation mode is shortened, and the time of the tank free stirring mode is lengthened. We will increase the frequency of changing clothes and continue drying.
[0034]
When entering the finishing stage near the end of drying, the clutch state as shown in FIG. 3 is switched, the motor 20 is rotated in the reverse direction at the time of 0.4 seconds ON and 1.2 seconds OFF, and the inner tank 14 is fixed. In this state, the tank fixed stirring mode is performed in which the stirring blade 15 is dried while being rotated in the normal direction at a rotation speed of 160 r / min. In the tank fixed agitation mode, without changing the inertial rotation of the inner tub 14, the agitating blade 15 is frequently rotated in the normal direction to quickly change the clothes up and down. Can be finished. Then, the heater 31 is turned off, and a blowing process for driving the drying fan 30 and the cooling fan 36 is performed to cool down the clothes, and then the entire drying process is terminated.
[0035]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the control means 38 performs the tank-free stirring mode in which the inner tank 14 is not fixed in the drying process and is dried while the stirring blade 15 is rotated in the normal direction. By the rotation of the inner tub 14 when the garment bounced up in the outer circumferential direction of the stirring blade 15 comes into contact with the inner wall side surface of the inner tub 14, the difference in the rotation speed between the garment and the inner tub 14 is reduced and the friction is suppressed. Therefore, while changing the clothes up and down, it is possible to suppress twisting and entanglement, to suppress generation of wrinkles, and to dry uniformly.
[0036]
Further, the control means 38 performs drying mainly in the tank rotation mode in which the clothes are not moved at all in the initial drying stage where the moisture content is easy to see, so that the clothes can be dried without causing any twist or entanglement of the clothes. As the drying rate becomes higher and the clothes become harder to entangle, the tank-free stirring mode gradually shifts to the main process, and while changing the clothes up and down, drying and suppressing twisting and entanglement of the clothes, In the stage of drying, the rotating blades 15 are frequently rotated in the normal direction so that the tank-fixed stirring mode, which allows quick change of clothes, is shifted to the main process, so that warm air is evenly distributed. Since it is applied and dried, the generation of wrinkles can be suppressed and the film can be dried uniformly.
[0037]
Further, the control means 38 controls the ON / OFF of the motor 20 for time in the tank free stirring mode to reverse the stirring blade 15 in the normal direction, and the OFF time is sufficient to stop the inertial rotation of the inner tank 14. Since the length of time is set, the stirring blade 15 is not reversed before the inertial rotation in the same direction of the inner tank 14 generated when the stirring blade 15 is rotated is not completed. For this reason, by applying the rotational force of the counter to the clothes that rotate together with the inner tub 14, there is no occurrence of twisting or entanglement, so that generation of wrinkles can be suppressed and drying can be performed uniformly.
[0038]
In this embodiment, the driving means for directly transmitting the rotation of the rotor to the stirring blade 15 is used. However, the driving means has a reduction mechanism and transmits the rotation of the motor 20 to the stirring blade 15 at a reduced speed. It doesn't matter. Further, the control means 38 controls the motor 20 and the drive means in the drying process, and only the stirring blade 15 with the tank free mode, the tank rotation mode for drying while rotating the inner tank, and the inner tank 14 fixed. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and the tank-free stirring mode may be combined with at least one other mode.
[0039]
(Example 2)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The inner tank 14 includes a plurality of magnets 42 on the upper part of the fluid balancer 19. The inner tank rotation detecting means 40 that detects the magnetism of the magnet 42 and detects the rotation of the inner tank 14 is used as the lid 35 of the outer tank 13. It is provided in the vicinity. In addition, the inner tank 14 has a plurality of ribs 41 extending in the vertical direction on the inner wall side surface, and the height of the ribs 41 is 0 in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the stirring blade 15 and increases in a tapered shape as it goes upward. Moreover, the rib 41 at the upper end is cut at a substantially central portion of the inner tub 14, has a height of 0, and increases in a tapered shape as it goes downward. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description thereof is omitted.
[0040]
With the above configuration, the control means 38 can turn on the motor 20 after detecting that the inertial rotation of the inner tank 14 stops at the time of forward / reverse switching in the tank free stirring mode. The stirring blade 15 is not reversed before the inertial rotation due to the rotation of the inner tub 14 in the same direction that occurs when the inner tub 14 is rotated is not completed. For this reason, by applying the rotational force of the counter to the clothes that rotate together with the inner tub 14, there is no occurrence of twisting or entanglement, so that generation of wrinkles can be suppressed and drying can be performed uniformly.
[0041]
Further, since the rib 41 extending in the vertical direction is provided on the inner wall side surface of the inner tub 14, the clothes that are spun up in the outer peripheral direction of the stirring blade 15 by the centrifugal force generated by reversing the stirring blade 15 in the normal direction are contained inside. Since the rotation of the inner tub 14 when coming into contact with the inner wall side surface of the tub 14 can be surely caused, the friction between the garment and the inner tub 14 after the rotation can be surely reduced, and the twist of the garment Suppresses entanglement, suppresses generation of wrinkles, and can be dried uniformly. Further, the height of the rib 41 is 0 in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the stirring blade 15 and is increased in a tapered shape as it goes upward. Therefore, the stirring blade 15 is caused by centrifugal force generated by reversing the stirring blade 15 in the normal direction. When the clothes bounced up in the outer peripheral direction of 15 are in contact with the inner wall side surface of the inner tub 14, it is possible to stably cause the inner tub 14 to rotate without being hindered by the lower portion of the rib 41. it can. For this reason, the twist and entanglement of clothing can be suppressed, the generation of wrinkles can be suppressed, and the clothes can be dried uniformly.
[0042]
Further, since the upper end of the rib 41 is cut at a substantially central portion in the height direction of the inner tub 14, the rib 41 does not extend to the upper portion of the inner tub 14. There is no physical or psychological obstacle. Moreover, since the height of the rib 41 at the upper end is 0 and increases in a tapered shape as it goes downward, the clothes existing on the rib 41 are not damaged by being caught by the upper end of the rib 41, Further, it does not cause twisting or entanglement, suppresses the generation of wrinkles, and can be dried uniformly.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the washing / drying machine of the present invention , the clothes can be appropriately moved according to the moisture content of the clothes in the drying process, the generation of wrinkles can be suppressed, and the clothes can be dried uniformly .
