【発明が解決しようとする課題】

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来の電気機器収納用箱体の問題点に鑑み、本発明の目的は、溶接作業に熟練の技術を必要とすることがないとともに、塗料が付着しやすくて錆びにくく、而も丈夫で外観の良好な電気機器収納用箱体を提供するもので、その構造は、少なくとも前面に開口部を備えた箱体本体と、箱体本体の上面部を形成する天井部材と、箱体本体の開口部を被覆する扉体と、扉体と箱体本体とを蝶番により蝶着して成る電気機器収納用箱体において、天井部材は箱体本体の上面部となる平板と、平板の前後左右側端部を延設した側面板で形成し、側面板の隣接する一方の端部を延設して舌片を形成し、他方の端部に舌片と略同形状の切欠を形成し、平板の側端部で側面板を折曲し、側面板の端部で舌片を折曲し、舌片を切欠に一致させた天井部材を箱体本体に嵌合させ、箱体本体に天井部材の側面板及び舌片をスポット溶接で接合したことである。

以上のように本発明に係る電気機器収納用箱体は、少なくとも前面に開口部を備えた箱体本体と、箱体本体の上面部を形成する天井部材と、箱体本体の開口部を被覆する扉体と、扉体と箱体本体とを蝶番により蝶着して成る電気機器収納用箱体において、天井部材は箱体本体の上面部となる平板と、平板の前後左右側端部を延設した側面板で形成し、側面板の隣接する一方の端部を延設して舌片を形成し、他方の端部に舌片と略同形状の切欠を形成し、平板の側端部で側面板を折曲し、側面板の端部で舌片を折曲し、舌片を切欠に一致させた天井部材を箱体本体に嵌合させ、箱体本体に天井部材の側面板及び舌片をスポット溶接で接合したことにより、溶接作業に熟練の技術を必要とすることがなく、稜を削る作業も必要としない。また、稜を折曲して形成しているために丈夫で外観が向上するとともに、塗料が付着しやすく、錆びにくくなるという効果がある。
