Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicular air conditioner capable of automatically controlling the air conditioning capacity such as the air volume and temperature of air conditioned air blown into a vehicle interior, and more particularly to an antifogging control for antifogging a vehicle window.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an air conditioner for a vehicle is operated by controlling the volume and temperature of the air-conditioning air to be blown out to make the passenger compartment a comfortable environment and prevent fogging of the window or removing fogging of the window. The purpose is to secure the field of view and enable safe and comfortable driving.
[0003]
Here, in the description of Japanese Patent Registration No. 2933675, as a defroster device for preventing fogging of a window, the defroster capability is controlled by combining dew detection means with an automotive air conditioner.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method using the dew condensation detection means for controlling the defroster capacity as described above has a problem that the cost becomes very high. Further, when the defroster capacity is increased by simply increasing the amount of air blown from the defroster outlet as a process in the control, there is another problem that the occupant's face ignites.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle air conditioner capable of ensuring the anti-fogging performance of the window while suppressing the burning of the face without increasing the cost. Is to provide.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
[0007]
In the first aspect of the invention, the air conditioning control means (10) performs air conditioning to the window as anti-fogging control of the vehicle window when the rate of outside air introduction in the inside / outside air blowing means (3, 4) becomes a predetermined value or less. The amount of wind blown out or the speed of wind blown out or the distribution ratio is increased to a predetermined value or predetermined ratio with time.
[0008]
As a result, the risk of window fogging in the inside air mode can be avoided by increasing the anti-fogging capability of the air-conditioning wind to the window over time without increasing the cost, and the hot flash of the face can be minimized. .
[0009]
In the second aspect of the invention, the air conditioning control means (10) is an air cooling means (fogging control for the vehicle window) when the rate of outside air introduction in the inside / outside air blowing means (3, 4) is below a predetermined value. The air cooling temperature according to 41) is lowered to a predetermined value or a predetermined temperature difference with time.
[0010]
Accordingly, the risk of window fogging in the inside air mode can be avoided by increasing the dehumidifying capacity of the air cooling means (41) with time without increasing the cost, and the face does not burn.
[0011]
In the third aspect of the present invention, the air conditioning control means (10) includes the window heating means (43) as the antifogging control of the window when the outside air introduction rate in the inside / outside air blowing means (3, 4) becomes a predetermined value or less. ) Is increased to a predetermined value with time.
[0012]
Thereby, the risk of window fogging in the inside air mode can be avoided by increasing the heating capability of the window heating means (43) with time without increasing the cost, and the hot flash of the face does not occur.
[0013]
In the invention according to claim 4, the air-conditioning control means (10) provides the inside / outside air blowing means as anti-fogging control for the vehicle window when the outside air introduction rate in the inside / outside air blowing means (3, 4) becomes a predetermined value or less. The outside air introduction rate in (3, 4) is increased to a predetermined value with time.
[0014]
This increases the outside air introduction rate with time and increases the ventilation capacity without increasing the cost, thereby suppressing the increase in humidity due to the breathing of the occupant and avoiding the risk of window fogging in the in-air mode, and burning the face It does n’t happen either.
[0015]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the air flow rate adjusting means (24, 26, 34, 36) is provided with a blow mode display means (52) for displaying the blow mode being executed. Anti-fogging control is executed when the rate of outside air introduction in the air blowing means (3, 4) becomes a predetermined value or less, and the amount of air conditioned air blown into the window, the blown air speed or the distribution ratio, or the air cooling means (41 ) When the air cooling temperature or the operating rate of the window heating means (43) or the outside air introduction rate in the inside / outside air blowing means (3, 4) reaches a predetermined value, the display on the blowing mode display means (52) Is a FOOT / DEF mode.
[0016]
Thereby, it is possible to eliminate the uncomfortable feeling of the occupant by combining the blowing state and the blowing mode display in which the blowing amount or blowing speed or the distribution ratio of the conditioned air to the window is large. Even in the case of anti-fogging control by varying the air cooling temperature by the air cooling means (41), the operating rate of the window heating means (43), or the outside air introduction rate by the inside and outside air blowing means (3, 4). It can be shown that the defroster function is also executed.
[0017]
In the invention described in
[0018]
This makes it possible to use anti-fogging control with reduced fog clearing capability when the window is difficult to fog up. It is possible to achieve energy-saving control that suppresses the operating rate of the heating means.
[0019]
In the invention according to
[0020]
Thus, in the automatic air outlet control mode, the risk of window fogging in the inside air mode is avoided by the antifogging control according to
[0021]
The invention according to
[0022]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the air-conditioning control means (10) is provided with an air cleaning means (44) for purifying the vehicle interior air, and the air-conditioning control means (10) has a rate of outside air introduction in the inside / outside air blowing means (3, 4) of a predetermined value or less. At this time, the anti-fogging control for increasing the outside air introduction rate with time is executed, and the capability of the air cleaning means (44) is increased to a predetermined value with time.
[0023]
Accordingly, it is possible to ensure the comfort of the occupant by simultaneously increasing the air cleaning ability against the risk of intrusion of the outside air odor caused by increasing the outside air introduction rate.
[0024]
In the invention described in
[0025]
This makes it possible to ensure the comfort of the passenger by making it difficult for the outside air odor to be felt by directing the blowing direction of the conditioned air toward the outside of the passenger against the danger of intrusion of the outside air odor caused by increasing the outside air introduction rate. Incidentally, the reference numerals in parentheses of each means described above are an example showing the correspondence with the specific means described in the embodiments described later.
[0026]

FIG. 11 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and is a flowchart showing control related to anti-fogging control. First, when the routine of FIG. 11 is activated, it is determined in step S71 whether or not the suction port mode is the inside air mode. Next, in step S72, it is determined whether or not the outlet mode is the FOOT mode. Then, in step S73, it is determined whether or not the outside air temperature TAM is lower than 0 ° C. If the determination result in any of these steps is NO, the process returns and repeats the determinations in steps S71 to S73.
[0091]
When the outside air temperature TAM is lower than 0 ° C. in the FOOT mode in the inside air mode, the process proceeds to step S74, and it is further determined whether or not the outside air temperature TAM is lower than −5 ° C. If the determination result is YES and the ambient temperature TAM is lower than −5 ° C. and the window is easily cloudy, the process proceeds to step S75, and steps S23, S33, S43, and S53 in the first to fourth embodiments described above. Implement anti-fogging control.
[0092]
If the determination result is NO, and the so-called outside temperature TAM is in the range of 0 to -5 ° C and the environmental condition is that the degree of fogging of the window is low, the process proceeds to step S76, and the clouding clearing ability is reduced (comfort is given priority). To carry out weak anti-fogging control. (A)-(d) of FIG. 12 is a characteristic diagram which shows the example of the control which lowered the fog clearing ability.
