BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a galvano scanning type laser marking apparatus having a function of projecting a projected image corresponding to a printing content onto a printing target by a visible light laser for guide and a projected image projecting method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A galvano scanning laser marking device (hereinafter referred to as a “laser marking device”), for example, a laser light source that emits a laser beam for marking and a light beam that is condensed at high density on an object to be printed by changing the direction of the laser light. A pair of galvanometer mirrors that irradiate the laser beam and a control device. Control data is generated based on the print contents of characters, symbols, figures, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “characters”) to be printed by this control device, and these are given to the laser light source and the galvanometer mirror for drive control. The irradiation point of the laser beam is scanned two-dimensionally on the object to be printed, so that desired print contents can be printed on the object to be printed.
[0003]
By the way, before starting printing, it is necessary to adjust the printing position on the object to be printed. Conventionally, the printing position is adjusted while actually checking the error between the result and the desired printing position by actually printing on the sample object to be printed. However, this not only consumes or consumes the laser light source and the sample print target object unnecessarily, but also requires a lot of time and labor to adjust the print position.
[0004]
Therefore, some laser marking devices have a projection image projection function. This is equipped with a visible light laser light source that emits a weak output visible light laser, and before the start of printing, the visible light laser from this visible light laser light source is scanned over the object to be printed through the galvanometer mirror. By irradiating in such a manner, a projected image of the print content to be printed is projected onto the object to be printed. With this function, the print position can be adjusted by checking the error between the position of the projected image on the object to be printed and the desired position, so that the laser light source and the sample object to be printed are wasted. This makes it possible to shorten the printing position adjustment work.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is still a strong demand for shortening the time in the printing process. Here, in the conventional laser marking apparatus having the projection image projection function described above, the galvano mirror is driven and controlled based on the print content to be printed, and the projected image as it is is projected onto the object to be printed. Therefore, it takes a projection time corresponding to the number of strokes of characters and the like of the printed contents. In particular, when printing the contents of a large number of characters, etc., the projection time from the printing start point to the printing end point becomes longer, and printing starts when the vicinity of the printing end point is projected. A problem arises that the operator cannot confirm the projected image of the entire print content at a glance, such as the projected image near the point being extinguished, making it difficult to adjust the print position.
[0006]
On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-58167, a projected image of a print area diagram in which a print area on which the print contents are printed is represented by a simple figure such as a rectangle, not a projected image of the print contents to be printed. Is projected on the object to be printed. With this configuration, the projection time can be further shortened as compared with the above-described one that projects the projected image as it is.
[0007]
However, in this configuration, it is possible to know where the overall position of the print content is on the print target object by looking at the position of the projected image of the print area diagram on the print target object. Therefore, there arises a problem that accurate print position adjustment cannot be performed in consideration of the balance of individual characters in the print contents.
[0008]
That is, for example, when printing
[0009]
Further, for example, when printing content 4 as shown in FIG. 6A is printed on a
[0010]
As described above, in the case of projecting the projected image of the print area diagram, the projection time can be shortened compared with the configuration in which the projected image of the printed content is projected as it is, but on the other hand, the individual characters in the printed content For example, there is a drawback in that it is impossible to perform accurate print position adjustment in consideration of the balance and the like.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to accurately align the print position of the print content with a desired position on the object to be printed while shortening the projection time of the visible light laser. The present invention provides a galvano scanning laser marking apparatus and a projection image projection method thereof.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a projected image projection method for a galvano scanning laser marking device according to the first aspect of the present invention provides a guide visible light laser emitted from a visible light laser light source on a print target by a galvano scanner. Projection image projection method of galvano scanning type laser marking apparatus having a function of projecting a projection image corresponding to the printing contents such as characters, symbols, figures, etc. to be printed on the object to be printed In the above, the projected image of the simplified print content in which at least some characters, symbols, figures, etc. of the print contents are replaced with simplified characters, symbols, or figures is projected onto the object to be printed. Have
[0013]
A galvano scanning type laser marking device according to a second aspect of the invention irradiates a visible light laser light onto a target object by changing the direction of the visible light laser light source that emits a visible light laser for guide and a visible light laser. A galvano scanner and a galvano scanner are driven to irradiate a laser beam to scan the object to be printed, and a projected image corresponding to the print contents of characters, symbols, figures, etc. to be printed is printed In a galvano scanning type laser marking apparatus provided with a control means for controlling to be projected onto an object, the control means is a character, symbol or figure in which at least a part of characters, symbols, figures, etc. of the printed contents are simplified. Control data generating means for generating control data of the galvano scanner so as to project the projected image of the simplified print content replaced with Having the features in place that are gills.
[0014]
The invention of
[0015]
In the present invention, “simplification” refers to a projected image of the entire printed content, such as replacing characters with a large number of strokes with characters with a small number of strokes, or replacing simple characters with kanji or complex symbols. Is replaced with a character, symbol, figure, or the like that shortens the time required to project the image onto the object to be printed.
[0016]
[Action and effect of the invention]
<Invention of
According to the configuration of
As a result, the projection time can be shortened as compared with the conventional one that projects the projected image as it is. Also, by looking at the projected image of the simplified print content, it is possible to know the balance and positional relationship between each character in the print content, so compared with the conventional one that projects the projected image of the print area diagram Accurate adjustment of the printing position can be performed.
[0017]
<Invention of
According to the configuration of the third aspect, among the print contents, a projected image as it is for a character or the like larger than a predetermined size, and a simplified projected image of a character or the like for a character or the like smaller than a predetermined size, respectively. Will be projected on top. Accordingly, a projection image that is as close as possible to the actual print content is reproduced on the object to be printed, so that the print position can be adjusted more accurately while shortening the projection time.

In the present embodiment, whether to simplify or not is determined based on whether the print size is 1 mm square or less. This is like a “point” that can hardly be recognized by human eyes when the printing position is adjusted. Therefore, it is only necessary to know that characters or the like are written at the position, and there is no problem even if it is replaced with simplified characters, symbols, and figures, and it is almost as accurate as the conventional one that projects the projected image as it is. Printing position adjustment is possible, and the projection time can be shortened more than the actual printing position.
[0027]
Second Embodiment
In the first embodiment, only the characters having a predetermined size or less are simplified among the print contents. However, in the second embodiment, complex characters such as kanji characters (for example, a predetermined number of strokes) are included in the print contents. This is a configuration that simplifies the above kanji. More specifically, it is determined whether each character constituting the
[0028]
<Third Embodiment>
In the third embodiment, characters other than the first and last characters (or graphics and symbols) in the print contents are simplified. For example, in the
[0029]
<Fourth embodiment>
In the fourth embodiment, a projection image in which the number of characters constituting the print content is equal to or greater than a predetermined number is projected. With such a configuration, as described in the conventional explanation, the projection time can be shortened by simplifying the printing contents that consist of a large number of characters and the entire projected image cannot be confirmed at one time. It becomes possible to confirm the image at a glance.
[0030]
<Fifth Embodiment>
In the present embodiment, unlike each of the above embodiments, for example, an operator can specify any character or the like in the print content using the input means 20, and only the specified character or the like in the print content to be printed. Or it is the structure which projects the projection image which simplified characters other than the designated character etc. on the to-be-printed target object W. FIG. For example, as shown in FIG. 4 above, among the print contents, a character or the like serving as a reference for alignment with respect to the object to be printed W is designated by the input means 20, and characters other than the designated character are simplified. The converted projection image is projected.
[0031]
<Other embodiments>
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the embodiments described below are also included in the technical scope of the present invention, and various other than the following can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. It can be changed and implemented.
(1) In each of the above embodiments, the
[0032]
(2) In each of the above embodiments, only the characters having a predetermined size or less are simplified. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and there may be a configuration in which all characters or the like of the print contents are simplified.
[0033]
(3) Note that the printing speed at the time of marking and the projection speed at the time of tracing work may be set separately. By doing so, it is possible to shorten the time required for the entire printing process by setting the printing speed to a level that can maintain the printing quality at the time of marking and setting the projection speed of the projected image faster than that. it can.
