【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、注射薬払出装置に関し、更に詳しくは、各種病院等に設置され、且つ主としてアンプル等の注射薬を、患者毎の処方箋等に従って適宜払い出すための注射薬払出装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種注射薬払出装置としては、例えば、特開平7−88159号公報所載のものが存在する。

即ち、上記公報所載の注射薬払出装置は、注射薬収容容器(図示せず)を収納した容器ストッカ13と、各種のアンプル等の注射薬(図示せず)をカートリッジ14aの夫々に収納すると共に、前記容器ストッカ13から取り出されて搬送コンべア(図示せず)で搬出された注射薬収容容器に、カートリッジ14a内に収納されてなる各種注射薬を適宜の取り出し機構、片寄せ機構及び垂直コンベア(図示せず)を介して一本づつ整列させて収納する機能を有した注射薬収納庫14と、注射薬が収容された注射薬収容容器に、処方箋等の内容をトレイラベル(図示せず)に印字して貼り付ける印字ユニット15と、トレイラベルが貼り付けられた注射薬収容容器を保管する保管庫16と、使用時に前記トレイラベル等の各種諸事項を監査する監査ユニット17とから構成されてなるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら、上記構成からなる注射薬払出装置に於いては、下記の様な問題点があった。
即ち、上記構成からなる注射薬払出装置は、スタート時に容器ストッカ13から注射薬収容容器を取り出し、その後搬送コンベアを介して注射薬収容容器を注射薬収納庫14まで搬送した後、該注射薬収納庫14のカートリッジ14a内に収納されてなる各種注射薬を適宜の取り出し機構、片寄せ機構及び垂直コンベアを介して一本づつ注射薬収容容器内に整列させて収納することから、注射薬収納庫14に必ず注射薬の取り出し機構、片寄せ機構及び垂直コンベアを具備させなければならず、よって注射薬収納庫14の製品コストが著しく高騰するだけでなく各種メンテナンスも煩雑なものとなる。

更に、前記各種の機構を備えるためには、各種機構の取付けスペースも必要となり、必然的にカートリッジ14a内に収納される各種注射薬の収納数が制限されることになる。
よって、各種注射薬の収納数をある程度確保しようとすれば注射薬収納庫14を大型化しなければならず、このことは各種分野の装置が近年共通の課題とする省スペース化に大きく反することになる。
従って、例えば上記注射薬払出装置に具備された注射薬の取り出し機構を除く片寄せ機構,垂直コンベア等を廃止して取り出し機構を介して取り出された注射薬を、例えば樋状の案内体上を摺動させて所定の箇所まで案内して排出すると共に、該排出された注射薬をトレイ等の収容体によって受け取る構成にすれば注射薬収納庫の製品コストを低減させつつ各種メンテナンスも極めて簡単で、しかも最少のスペースに最大数の注射薬を収納することが可能にはなるが、如何せん、樋状の案内体上を摺動させて所定の箇所まで案内して排出される注射薬は、1つの収容体に対して1個収容されるのは極めて稀で、通常は1つの収容体に大小様々な注射薬が複数本同時に収容されることから、案内体から排出された注射薬が直接収容体に衝突したり又先に収容された注射薬に後から収容されるべく排出された注射薬が衝突したりして注射薬(アンプルはガラス瓶を用いてなる)の容器にひびや割れが生じる可能性もあり、先に収容体に収容された注射薬の容器より後から収容される注射薬の容器の方が大きい場合には先に収容体に収容された注射薬の容器にひびや割れが生じる率が極めて高くなるという問題が生じていた。

更に、上記構成からなる注射薬払出装置は、容器ストッカ13、注射薬収納庫14及び保管庫16と順次並べられてなることから、前記容器ストッカ13への空の注射薬収容容器の収納(補充)作業と保管庫16からの注射薬が収容された注射薬収容容器の取り出し作業を離れた場所で行わなければならず、よって作業効率も著しく低下するという種々の極めて重大な問題をも生じていた。

然して、本発明は上記問題点を解決するものであり、注射薬収納庫の製品コストを低減させつつ各種メンテナンスも極めて簡単で、しかも最少のスペースに最大数の注射薬を収納することが出来るだけでなく、順次払い出される注射薬の破損も確実に防止することも可能で、更に収容体収納部への空の収容体の収納(補充)作業と注射薬を収容した収容体保管部からの注射薬収納済の収容体の取り出し作業に係る作業効率を確実に、且つ著しく向上させることが出来る極めて優れた注射薬払出装置を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために全く新しい注射薬払出装置を発明し、以下の手段を講じたものである。

即ち、本発明に係る注射薬払出装置1に使用するトレイは、ガラス瓶を容器とする注射薬5を滑走させて案内する案内傾斜部6aと、該案内傾斜部6aから延設され案内傾斜部6aを滑走する注射薬5を注射薬収容部6bの他端側まで一直線状に案内する複数の凹状案内路6gとを有していることから、払い出されて排出される注射薬5を案内傾斜部6aを介して確実に且つスムーズに注射薬収容部6bまで案内して収容することができ、また、凹状案内路6gによって注射薬収容部6bのうちの所定の箇所に注射薬を位置決めさせて収容することができ、注射薬5の容器の割れやかけ等の破損を確実に防止することが出来る大きな利点を有する。

更に、位置決め搬送装置3bが、トレイ6を凹状案内路6gの幅寸法と略同じ距離移動させては停止させる工程を繰り返すので、移動,停止を繰り返す位置決め搬送装置3bを介して移動するトレイ6内に、順次払い出される注射薬5を前記注射薬5の排出方向と交差する方向に整列状態で収容させることが出来、よって収容時における各注射薬5の衝突を確実に回避することが可能となって、より確実に注射薬5の容器の割れやかけ等の破損を防止することが出来る極めて大きな利点がある。

更に、処方箋等に従って順次払い出される各種注射薬5を、容器の大きいものから順にトレイ6側へと払い出す注射薬選択装置1cを備えることから、常にトレイ6内には、予め容器の大きいものから収容された後に容器の小さいものが投入されることとなり、よって先にトレイに収容された注射薬の容器より後から収容される注射薬の容器の方が大きい場合において夫々の注射薬が衝突した際に、先に収容されてなる小さい容器を有する注射薬の容器にひびや割れ等の破損を生じさせるといった不都合を確実に回避することが出来る利点を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
<第一実施形態>
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に従って説明する。図1に於いて、1は処方箋等の注射薬払い出し指示情報等にもとずいた装置駆動命令を順次発するホストコンピュータ(図示せず)に接続された注射薬払出装置を示し、1aは後述する各種の装置が一体的に設けられた注射薬払出装置本体を示すと共に、1cは該注射薬払出装置本体1c又は前記ホストコンピュータの何れかに装着され、且つ処方箋等に従って順次払い出される各種注射薬5を、容器の大きいものから順に払い出すための動作指示を後述する注射薬収納部へと発する注射薬の破損防止手段の一つとしての注射薬選択装置1cを示す。

2は前記注射薬払出装置本体1aの一部を構成すると共に、硝子瓶等に充填された各種の注射薬5をスライドキャビネット2aに収納する注射薬収納部を示し、前記注射薬5の払出機構(図示せず)を有すると共に、下部には払出機構を介して排出された注射薬5を後述する収容体収納部側へと搬送する搬送コンベア2cが設けられてなる。尚、本実施形態に係る注射薬収納部2は、小型の各種注射薬5を正面視横三列で収納した第1注射薬収納部2Aと、大型の各種注射薬5を正面視横二列で収納した第2注射薬収納部2Bとを夫々横一列で連接した構成にしてなり、しかも前記第1注射薬収納部2Aの搬送コンベア2cと第2注射薬収納部2Bの搬送コンベア2cとは夫々の装置内で一直線状に位置決めされることで第1注射薬収納部2Aから排出された注射薬5であっても夫々の搬送コンベア2cで受渡して空の収容体を収容する収容体収納部側へと搬送することが出来ることから、使用する注射薬5の使用量や種類に即時対応して注射薬収納部を簡単に増減することが出来るという極めて優れた汎用性を注射薬払出装置本体に具備させることが出来る利点を備えたものである。

3は空の収容体を重合状態で積み重ねて収納すべく前記注射薬収納部2に連接された収容体収納部を示し、且つ該収容体収納部3に収納されるトレイ(収容体)6は、図2及び図3に示す様に、平面視略矩形状で、且つ全体を船形に形成し、一端側に注射薬5の案内傾斜部6aを形成した注射薬収容部6bを有すべく樹脂材によって成形されると共に、該注射薬収容部6bの開口周縁には所定の幅を有した鍔部6dが周設されてなり、しかも注射薬収容部6bの長手方向側で対向する該注射薬収容部6bの外側部の夫々には、前記案内傾斜部6aと反対方向側に所定の寸法でオフセットされ、且つ所定の間隔を有すべく突出した逆三角形状の凸部6hが対向して夫々2個設けられ、且つ長手方向側で対向する前記鍔部6dの上面の夫々には、前記案内傾斜部6aよりにオフセットされ、且つ前記凸部6hの頂部6eの夫々が嵌入可能な間隔を有した矩形状の凹部6fが対向して夫々2個設けられ、しかも前記注射薬収容部6bの内面には、該注射薬収容部6bの一端側に設けられた注射薬5の案内傾斜部6aと、該案内傾斜部6aから延設され、且つ該案内傾斜部6aを滑走してくる注射薬5を注射薬収容部6bの他端側まで一直線状に案内するための複数の凹状案内路6gとからなる注射薬5の破損防止手段の一つが設けられてなる。

よって、注射薬収納部2から払い出されて搬送コンベア2cによって搬送され、且つ該搬送コンベア2cから排出される注射薬5をトレイ6に設けられた破損防止手段としての案内傾斜部6aと凹状案内路6gを介して確実に、且つスムーズに注射薬収容部6bまで案内してトレイ6内に収容することが可能となり、よって注射薬5を充填した硝子瓶等の割れやかけ等の破損を確実に防止することが出来る大きな利点を有する。

更に、上記構成からなるトレイ6は、図4(イ)に示す様に、各トレイ6の夫々を同方向に積み重ねた際に上方側に位置するトレイ6の注射薬収容部6bの外底部が下方側に位置するトレイ6の注射薬収容部6b内に重合状態に嵌入され、且つトレイ6の夫々を逆方向で交互に積み重ねた際には、同図(ロ)の様に、上方側に位置するトレイ6が、該トレイ6の注射薬収容部6bの外側部に突出した凸部6hの頂部6eを下方側に位置するトレイ6の鍔部6dの上面に設けられた矩形状の凹部6fに夫々嵌入させることで、下方側に位置するトレイ6の注射薬収容部6b内に所定の空間6cを有すべく位置決めされて順次載置することが出来るために、収容体収納部3に空トレイ6を最大効率となるべく最多数に収納することが出来る利点を有する。

よって、収容体収納部3への空のトレイ6の収納(補充)作業の回数を必要最小限に止めることが出来るだけでなく、注射薬収容部6bに注射薬5が収容された場合には、夫々のトレイ6を確実に位置決め載置して一度に多数のトレイ6を安全に回診ワゴン等へ載せ替えたり病室までより安全に運ぶことが出来る利点を有する。

尚、上記の如く空のトレイ6を重合状態で積み重ねて収納する収容体収納部3の下方には、図5に示す様に、最下部に位置する空のトレイ6を順次落下させて排出(矢印E)する所定の機構を有した収容体排出装置7が設けられ、且つ該収容体排出装置7には、図6(イ)に示す様に、排出される空のトレイ6を載置すると共に前記注射薬収納部2の下部に設けられた搬送コンベア2cを介して搬送されてきた注射薬5の排出部12まで移送(矢印F)するコンベアを有した注射薬の破損防止手段の一つとしての位置決め搬送装置3bが前記搬送コンベア2cと交差する方向に設けられてなり、しかも該位置決め搬送装置3bは、同図(ロ)に示す様に、トレイ6の注射薬収容部6bの案内傾斜部6aと交差する方向に位置する注射薬収容部6bの一方端側の凹状案内路6gが前記排出部12より排出される注射薬5を受けて注射薬収容部6bまで案内可能とする所定の位置までトレイ6を移送することから、注射薬収納部2から排出された注射薬5をトレイ6内の一方端側に確実に収容させるべく、極めて短時間にトレイ6を注射薬5の排出部12と対向する所定の箇所に位置決めさせることが出来る利点がある。

更に、上記の如く注射薬5の排出部12と対向すべく位置決めされた空のトレイ6には、前記搬送コンベア2cを介して搬送(矢印G)されてきた注射薬5が順次搬送コンベア2cの排出部12より排出されて収容されることになるが、この時該排出部12より排出された注射薬5は、トレイ6の注射薬収容部6bの一方端側の案内傾斜部6a上を滑動すると共に、注射薬収容部6bの一方端側の凹状案内路6gをも滑動して該凹状案内路6gに位置決め状態で載置されて注射薬収容部6bに収容されることになる。

尚、上記の如く注射薬収容部6bの一方端側の凹状案内路6gに注射薬5を載置して収容したトレイ6は、同図(ハ)に示す様に、前記注射薬5を順次収容する毎に前記位置決め搬送装置3bのコンベアが、注射薬収容部6bの凹状案内路6gの幅寸法と略同じ距離に該トレイ6を移送(矢印H)しては停止する工程を繰り返すべく駆動することで一方端側の凹状案内路6gから他方端側の凹状案内路6g)即ち注射薬5の排出方向と交差する方向に順次排出(矢印I)される注射薬5を整列状態で載置して収容することになる。

よって、搬送コンベア2cの排出部12から順次排出される注射薬5は、移動,停止を繰り返す位置決め搬送装置3bを介して移動する収容体6内に、注射薬5の排出方向と交差する方向で整列状態に収容されることとなり、よって収容時における各注射薬5の衝突を確実に回避することが可能となって、より確実に注射薬5を充填した硝子瓶等の割れやかけ等の破損を防止することが出来る極めて大きな利点がある。

4は前記収容体収納部3に連接され、且つ前記の如く所定本数の注射薬5を収容すると共に、位置決め搬送装置3bより移しかえられた注射薬収容済のトレイ6を所定の日時保管するための収容体保管部を示し、該収容体保管部4には、図7(イ)に示す様に、注射薬収容済のトレイ6を順次収容体保管部の正面(前面)側へと移送(矢印J)する取り出しコンベア4bと、該取り出しコンベア4bを介して移送(矢印K)されたトレイ6の両端側の鍔部6dの夫々を下方側より夫々保持すると共に上方へと移送するための保持体8aを所定の間隔で具備した左右一対の垂直コンベアからなる注射薬収容済収容体移送装置8が設けられてなり、しかも収容体保管部4の所定の箇所には取り出しコンベア4bを介して移送されるトレイ6内へと各種患者情報や注射薬5の払い出しの有無等の処方箋情報を印字によって表示した紙片等の表示体9aを投入する払出内容告知装置9が設けられてなる。

よって、前記の如く表示体9a及び所定本数の注射薬5を収容して注射薬収容済収容体移送装置8まで取り出しコンベア4bを介して移送されてきた注射薬収容済のトレイ6は、同図(ロ)に示す様に、注射薬収容済収容体移送装置8の駆動(矢印L)を介して移動する一対の保持体8aによって両端側の鍔部6dの夫々を下方側より夫々保持されて上方へと順次移送(矢印M)されることから、注射薬5を払い出すための処方箋等の順番と、最上部より順次取り出される注射薬収容済のトレイ6に収容された注射薬5の払い出し内容とを容易に一致させることが出来る利点を有するが。該トレイ6内には処方箋情報を印字によって表示した紙片等の表示体9aが投入されてなることから、従来の様に処方箋等の内容を印字したトレイラベル等をトレイ6に貼り付ける様な複雑な機構を全く有することなく簡単に、且つ確実にトレイ6内に投入された表示体9aを介して払い出された注射薬5等の処方箋情報の確認を行うことが出来る種々の利点を有することになり、しいては注射薬5の払い出し内容を容易に一致させてより確実な注射薬5の払い出し管理が可能になるという格別な利点がある。

更に、上記構成からなる注射薬払出装置本体1aにおいて、10は前記注射薬収納部2の上部に設けられたスライドキャビネット2aの開閉等の各種操作を行うための操作パネルを示し、11は前記空の収容体収納部3及び注射薬収容済の収容体の収容体保管部4の各種の動作不良やトレイの在庫切れ等のエラーを外部表示するエラー表示パネルを示す。尚、上記の如く連接された空の収容体収納部3及び注射薬収容済の収容体の収容体保管部4の正面(前面)側には、夫々に設けられた観音開きの開閉扉3a,4aが取り付けられた構成にしてなり、しかも前記構成からなる注射薬払出装置本体1aの下部には、前記各部に設けられた各種コンベアの作動状態や搬出される注射薬の搬送状態を随時確認することが出来る確認窓1bが夫々所定の箇所に複数設けられてなる。

本発明に係る注射薬払出装置1によれば、処方箋等に従って順次払い出される各種注射薬5を収容するための空の収容体を積み重ねて収納する収容体収納部3が、各種の注射薬5を収納する注射薬収納部2と、処方箋等に従って該注射薬収納部2より払い出された注射薬5を収容する注射薬収容済収容体を保管する収容体保管部4との間に設けられてなることから、スタート時に所定の注射薬5を注射薬収納部2から排出させ、その後排出された注射薬5を搬送コンベア2cによって搬送し、且つ該搬送コンベア2cから排出される注射薬5を待ち構えた収容体6で受けるだけで収容体6内に順次注射薬5を落とし込んで収容することが可能となり、よって注射薬収納部2の製品コストを低減させつつ各種メンテナンスも極めて簡単で、しかも最少のスペースに最大数の注射薬5を収納することが出来る大きな利点を有することが出来る。

更に、本発明の注射薬払出装置1によれば、空収容体の収容体収納部3と注射薬収容済収容体の収容体保管部4が隣合わせに位置決めされて一体的に連接されてなることから、注射薬5を受けた注射薬収納済の収容体6を即時収容体保管部4で保管することが可能となって注射薬5の払い出しから保管までのサイクルを短縮させて装置稼動率を向上させることが出来るだけでなく、空収容体の収容体収納部への空の収容体の収納(補充)作業と注射薬収容済収容体の収容体保管部からの注射薬収納済収容体の取り出し作業に係る作業効率を確実に、且つ著しく向上させることが出来る極めて優れた利点を有する。

尚、上記実施形態において、注射薬収納部は各種の注射薬を収納した第1注射薬収納部と第2注射薬収納部とが連接され、且つ注射薬は夫々のスライドキャビネットに収納されてなるが、注射薬収納部の具体的な連接数や注射薬収納構造等も決して限定されない。

更に、上記実施形態において、注射薬の収容体6にはトレイが用いられ、且つ該トレイには注射薬5の案内傾斜部6aと、該案内傾斜部6aから延設され、且つ該案内傾斜部6aを滑走してくる注射薬5を注射薬収容部6bの他端側まで一直線状に案内するための複数の凹状案内路6gとからなる注射薬5の破損防止手段の一つが設けられてなるが、トレイに設けられる注射薬5の破損防止手段が必ずしも案内傾斜部6aや凹状案内路6gである必要はなく、例えばトレイに設けられる注射薬5の破損防止手段が、図8(イ)に示す様に、凹状案内路6gが形成されたトレイの底面が案内傾斜部6aと対向する方向側に沿って先上がりの傾斜底面6hであってもよく、この場合にはトレイ内に投入された注射薬の排出時の慣性を介しての勢いを和らげてトレイ自体や先に収容された注射薬との衝突を回避することが出来る利点を有する。

更に、破損防止手段が、同図(ロ)に示す様に、案内傾斜部6aと対向する方向側に位置するトレイの壁面に設けられた緩衝体6iであってもよく、又同図(ハ)の様に、トレイの底面に展着状態で設けられた弾性樹脂材等の内面材6jであってもよく、更に同図(ニ)に示す様に、トレイの底面に所定の間隔で設けられた波状凸体6kであってもよく、上記何れの場合であってもトレイ内に投入された注射薬の排出時の慣性を介しての勢いを和らげてトレイ自体や先に収容された注射薬との衝突を回避することが出来る利点を有する。

更に、上記各実施形態において、収容体6はトレイを用いてなるが、本発明に係る注射薬払出装置に用いられる収容体6は必ずしも一端側に案内傾斜部6aを有したトレイに限定されるものではなく、例えば、図9(イ)に示す様に、収容体6が所定の材質を有した袋体で形成され、しかも該袋体の開口部6nを注射薬払出装置本体1aに内蔵され、且つ吸引ノズルを介しての吸引力によって開口部6nの対峙する端縁近傍を夫々離間する方向に開口(矢印N)する袋体開口兼位置決め装置18及びその補助具18aであってもよく、この場合であっても、注射薬5の排出部12と対向すべく位置決めされた袋体6には、排出(矢印D)される注射薬5が順次収容されることになるが、この時排出部12より排出された注射薬5は、袋体6の注射薬収容部6b内を滑動して注射薬収容部6bに収容されることになる。

よって、上記の如く注射薬収容部6b内の一方端側に注射薬5を収容する袋体6は、同図(ロ)に示す様に、前記注射薬5を順次収容する毎に前記袋体開口兼位置決め装置18が、注射薬収容部6bに収容される注射薬5の幅寸法と略同じ距離に該袋体6を移送(矢印P)しては停止する工程を繰り返すべく移動することで注射薬5の排出方向と交差する方向で袋体8の一端側から他端側へと投入される注射薬5を整列状態で収容することが出来る利点を有する。
