BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shampoo composition. More specifically, the shampoo composition imparts a smooth touch feeling from the time of washing to the time of rinsing, gives a good texture to the hair when finished, and is excellent in safety for fingers. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in addition to changing the hair style by permanent wave or the like, the color tone of hair has been frequently changed by hair color or hair bleach. The imparting of such an aesthetic effect is basically a hair change caused by chemical treatment, and the damage given to the hair is considerable. Also, today, with a strong sense of cleanliness, there are many hair washings, and the hair, scalp, and even the fingers are easily damaged or damaged. For this reason, it not only has a moderate cleaning effect, but also provides a smooth feeling of fingering from the time of shampooing to the time of rinsing, and at the same time it can prevent damage to the hair, especially peeling of the cuticle due to friction, and to fingers A shampoo composition with less irritation is desired. Another function required for the shampoo composition is a moist feeling after washing and a good texture, and good styling after washing the hair is also an important factor.
Therefore, conventionally, a method of improving the conditioning effect of the shampoo composition by adding a film-forming hair protecting agent such as cationized cellulose to the shampoo composition has been taken, and separately from consideration for the irritation to the scalp. Are used for amino acid-based or amphoteric cleaning bases with weak degreasing power.
[0003]
However, when cationized cellulose is added to the shampoo composition, the effect of suppressing the squeaky feeling of the hair during rinsing is excellent, but the residual feeling on the hair is strong, and the texture after washing becomes heavy. On the other hand, a method of improving conditioning by adding a copolymer of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylic acid (MERQUAT280) that gives a good texture after washing to a shampoo composition has been proposed. Since it is not improved, a sufficient effect cannot be expected.
Although the individual conditioning components exemplified above can naturally be expected to have a combined effect, it is actually difficult to obtain a comprehensive effect due to the combined use, and overall, the persistence to the hair is increased, and it is individually included. The function is negated.
Furthermore, in recent years, the frequency of shampooing has increased, and in occupations where hair is forced to be washed many times on days such as hairdressers, it is also important to ensure the safety of fingers, and it is a problem to avoid rough hands due to continuous use as much as possible. .
In this way, a shampoo composition having a comprehensive conditioning effect has not yet been obtained from the time of shampooing through the time of rinsing to the finish, improving this point and combining it with less irritation to fingers It has been desired to develop a shampoo composition having an excellent conditioning effect.
[0004]

The shampoo composition of this invention can be manufactured in accordance with a conventional method. For example, components other than water may be heated and mixed, and water heated to the same degree may be gradually added to be uniform, and cooled to room temperature.
The shampoo composition of the present invention is also preferably transparent, and in a denaturation test using chicken egg white, the degree of denaturation is 50 or less with the color difference measured by the L * A * B * method as the degree of denaturation. It is an excellent one.
[0017]
【Example】
Hereinafter, examples will be given to describe the present invention in detail, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5]
Each shampoo composition was prepared according to the composition (unit:% by weight) shown in Table 1 and Table 2 below.
The shampoo composition of each example was subjected to the following three tests. The test procedure and evaluation method are as follows.
1) Sensory test at the time of use and after use The subject's hair was divided in half, and the half head method using separate samples on the left and right sides was used. That is, the shampoo composition of Comparative Example 1 shown in Table 2 as a standard sample is used on one side, and the shampoo compositions of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 2 to 5 shown in Table 1 and Table 2 are used as test samples on the other side. Used as. About 3 ml of each sample was applied and washed. At that time, sensory evaluation was performed according to the following scoring scores for the feeling of fingering at the time of shampooing and rinsing in the left and right hairs, and the texture after shampooing. The determination was made based on the total score of 10 subjects, and it was determined that the effect of the invention was achieved if the score was 15 points or more.
3 points: The test sample is considerably superior. 2 points: The test sample is superior.
1 point: The test sample is slightly better. 0 points: Equivalent.
-1 point: The standard sample is slightly better. -2 points: The standard sample is superior.
[0018]
2) Safety test for fingers 1% aqueous solutions of the shampoo compositions of Examples and Comparative Examples based on the compositions of Tables 1 and 2 were prepared and heated to 40 ° C. The tip was completely immersed in this solution from the wrist for 5 minutes, then rinsed with warm water and lightly removed with a towel or the like. This operation was repeated 5 times (once every 30 minutes), allowed to stand for 30 minutes after completion of the 5th time, and after it was completely dried, the state of the fingers was visually observed and evaluated according to the following scores.
Subject: Performed by 5 persons, judged by average, and judged to be less irritating if 2 or more.
3 points: No change. 2 points: Slightly gritty. 1 point: It is quite gritty.
Separately, the back of the hand was used as a test site, and the amount of keratin moisture reflecting the rough skin state was measured using SKICON 200 (IBS) before the start of the test and after the end of the test.
In addition, the amount of keratin moisture was evaluated by a numerical value of (after test / before test start) × 100.
[0019]
3) Denaturation test on chicken egg white Egg white was collected from commercially available egg and immediately sieved with 30 mesh. 0.1 g of each shampoo composition was added to 20 g of egg white that had been sieved, and the mixture was stirred for 2 minutes. The standard sample was egg white that had been sieved previously, and the color difference (ΔE) of the test sample with respect to the standard sample was measured using a color difference meter (manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd .; SZ-Σ90), and L * A * B * Measured by the method. The color difference obtained here was defined as the degree of modification. Three measurements were taken per sample. The average was evaluated. Those having a degree of modification of 50 or less were judged to be highly safe.
The results of each test are shown in Table 3 below.
[0020]
[Table 1]
[0021]
[Table 2]
[0022]
In the shampoo compositions shown in the examples and comparative examples, components 1 to 4, 7, and 8 were uniformly mixed at 70 ° C., and 5 and 6 dissolved in a part of 9 were added thereto. After cooling to 0C, the remaining 9 was added and cooled to room temperature.
In both cases, a transparent shampoo composition was obtained.
[0023]
[Table 3]
[0024]
As is clear from the results shown in Table 3, all of the examples according to the present invention obtained better numerical values than the comparative examples. That is, the feeling of fingering from the time of shampooing to the time of rinsing and the texture after shampooing are relatively excellent, and a comprehensive conditioning effect can be obtained. In addition, it was found that there was little irritation to the fingers, and the low degree of egg white denaturation suggested that the degree of protein denaturation was low, thus indicating a highly safe shampoo composition.
[0025]
Preparation method: Components 2 to 4, 7 to 10 and 14 were uniformly stirred and mixed at 70 ° C., and 5 and 6 dissolved in a part of 15 were added thereto. Thereafter, 12 and the remaining 15 were added to make it uniform, and cooled to 50 ° C. Finally, 13 was added and the mixture was subsequently cooled to around room temperature.
[0026]
Example 6
A pearl shampoo (shampoo with a pearly luster in appearance) was prepared with the following composition (unit: wt%).
Preparation method: Components 1 to 4, 7 to 10 and 13 were uniformly mixed at 70 ° C., and 5 and 6 dissolved in a part of 15 were added thereto. Thereafter, 11, 12 and the remaining 15 were added to make it uniform and cooled to 50 ° C. Finally, 14 was added and the mixture was subsequently cooled to around room temperature.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides a shampoo composition that imparts a smooth finger touch from the time of shampooing to the time of rinsing, gives the hair a good texture when finished, and has a low degree of protein denaturation and excellent skin safety. it can.
