【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、照明制御、動力制御等の配電機器を収納する電気機器収納箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、照明制御、動力制御等の配電機器を収納する電気機器収納箱においては、一面開口の箱本体が、比較的小型のものは板金を折り曲げて、その折曲げ形成された側板同士の接合部分を溶接して形成され、また、比較的大型のものはフレーム材に金属板による側板をねじ止めして形成されていた。

上記の箱本体には、その開口部に、板金製の扉体が開閉自在に枢着され、箱本体と同様に折曲げ、溶接加工にて形成された板金製の扉枠が設けられる。そしてその内方に、内器となる上記の電気機器等を固定するフレーム材等の内器固定部材と、電気機器への接続電線を覆うとともに電気機器の前面側を露出させる中蓋とが溶接、ねじ止め等により取付部材を介して固着されていた。

上記電気機器収納箱は、建物の躯体に設置する場合、まず箱本体を固定させ、次いで、その箱本体内方に電気機器を収容させた後、中蓋を取り付けて上記扉体を有する扉枠をその箱本体に装着させて施工される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の技術においては、箱本体や扉体等が主として板金材料の折曲げ及び溶接工程を経て形成される。そのため、強度的には頑丈であるものの、重量の大きいものとなって運搬上に問題があるとともに、その製作には多くの工程を要して手間のかかるものであった。また、縦横寸法のサイズ違いへの対応にも、複雑な外形形状で寸法の異なる板金部材の製作、あるいは、板金材料を折曲させた後、防錆のための塗装を行う必要もあって手間のかかるものであった。

ところで、上記の扉体は、多くの場合、ピン部材と同ピン部材の受け部材とにより構成される蝶番を介して扉枠に固着されており、したがって、その蝶番の溶接位置の精度確保のために手間がかかるという問題があった。また、その箱体への装着に際しては、上記扉枠とともに箱体へ固着させる必要があり、重量が大きいために設置作業のし辛いものであった。

本発明は、上記事由に鑑みてなしたもので、その目的とするところは、製作時の作業性に優れ、各種設計寸法のものへの対応が容易で製造コストを低く抑えることができ、また、扉体を簡単に箱本体へ着脱可能で容易に建物の躯体に設置することのできる電気機器収納箱を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の電気機器収納箱にあっては、一縁部に底板係合溝の沿設された長尺平板材を押出成形し、所定長さに切断して左右側板及び上下側板を切り出し、底板と該左右側板及び上下側板とを前記底板係合溝にて係合させて一面開口の箱本体を構成するとともに、その開口を開閉自在となるよう、前記左右何れかの側板に扉体を枢着させてなる電気機器収納箱において、前記左右何れかの側板の他縁部に長手方向全長にわたる枢支部を沿設し、前記扉体を、その枢支部に対応する被枢支部を備えた押出成形による枠材を設けて枢着させたことを特徴としている。

なお、本発明は、建物の壁面へ取り付けられて、照明制御、動力制御等の配電機器を収納する電気機器収納箱に好適に適用することができる。また、上記長尺平板材は、アルミ材料による押出成形品により構成するのが好ましい。したがって、底板と押出成形材の左右側板及び上下側板とを底板係合溝にて係合させ構成するより、溶接作業が不要となって製作時の作業性が向上し、各種設計寸法のものへの対応が容易で製造コストを低く抑えることができる。

上記枢支部は押出成型時に同時に形成され、扉体が全長にわたってその枢支部にて枢支されて開閉されるので、蝶番を設けるときのように扉体と箱本体との間に隙間の生ずることがなく、以て、使用に際して箱本体内に塵埃等が侵入せず、また、その枢支部分が扉体の長手方向の大きさに対応させて構成され、扉体の重量変化に対応可能となる。

また、前記扉体を、少なくともパネル固着部を連設させた長尺平板材を押出成形し、所定長さに切断して左右枠材及び上下枠材を切り出し、扉パネルと該左右枠材及び上下枠材とを前記パネル固着部を介して一体化させ形成することができる。これによれば、扉体も各種設計寸法のものへの対応が容易となって、製造コストをより低く抑えることができる。

また、前記箱本体及び/又は扉体は、その4隅に前記側板及び/又は枠材の相互を固定させる隅部材を有してなることも好ましい。この場合、隅部材を介して側板又は枠材の相互が固定されるので、縦横の接合作業を容易に行うことができ、また、隅部材にて箱本体及び扉体自体の強度も向上できる。さらに、前記扉パネルの周囲の対向する2辺又は4辺に、後方へ折曲させた補強片を設け、前記パネル固着部を同補強片に係合するように形成することができる。これにより、扉パネルが補強片にて補強されることとなって、扉体と箱本体との開閉を安定に行うことができる。

また、前記側板は、箱本体内方に収納する電気機器を固定させる内器固定部材を支持する内器支持片または内器支持溝を連設させることができる。これによれば、溶接等により内器固定部材を支持するための取付部材を設ける必要が無く、また、前記側板は、前記扉体の開状態にて箱本体内方に収納された電気機器の前面側を露出させる中蓋の縁部を支持する中蓋支持片または中蓋支持溝を連設させることもでき、これによると、溶接、ねじ止め等により中蓋支持部材を設ける必要も無く、溶接、ねじ止め等の作業追加による製造コストの上昇が回避される。

また、前記中蓋は、その下辺に前記中蓋支持片または中蓋支持溝に係合し支持される下支持部及び、その上部に、上方へ付勢されて前記中蓋支持片または中蓋支持溝に係合して中蓋自体を支持及び固着させる上支持部を有することが好ましい。この場合、中蓋自体をワンタッチにて支持及び固着させ着脱することができて、収納された電気機器のメンテナンス性に優れる。

また、前記枢支部は、前記扉体が閉状態から箱本体の開口面と略垂直位置まで開閉可能で且つ同位置にて着脱自在となるよう前記被枢支部を枢着させる枢着片を有するとともに、扉体には、その被枢支部側上下に配設される隅部材に、その略垂直位置とした扉体の長手方向のスライド止め部材を配設させてなることが好ましい。これにより、枢支部の枢着片にて、扉体が略垂直位置まで開閉可能となるよう扉体が枢着され、また、扉体の長手方向の移動を止めるスライド止め部材にて止められるとともに該スライド止め部材の着脱にて箱本体から扉体が容易に着脱される。

また、前記スライド止め部材は、前記扉体を略垂直位置の開位置に位置決めする位置決め片を有し、同位置決め片を前記の上下各側板に設けられた扉止めリブに位置決めさせることも好ましい。この場合、扉体が、スライド止め部材の位置決め片にてその略垂直位置の開位置に位置決めされるので、さらに略垂直位置より以上に回動して箱本体から離脱することが無く使い勝手が良い。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1乃至図13は、本発明の請求項1乃至13全てに係る一実施の形態の電気機器収納箱1を示しており、該電気機器収納箱1は、箱本体2と、扉体6と、中蓋12とを備えている。

この電気機器収納箱1は、その一縁の端部に長手方向に延びる底板係合溝34、他縁部に長手方向全長にわたる枢支部35あるいは扉止めリブ36がそれぞれ沿設され、また中間に中蓋支持片37と内器支持溝38,38とが連設されたアルミ材料製の長尺平板材をそれぞれ押出成形し(図4参照)、所定長さに切断して左右側板31,32及び上下側板33,33を切り出し、該側板31,32、33を、平板状の底板5と組み合わせることによって一面開口の箱本体2を構成している。そして、該箱本体2の左右側板31又は32に扉体6を枢着させ、上下側板33,33に中蓋12を支持させ固着させてなるものである。

底板係合溝34は、後述する底板5の厚さ寸法より僅かに大きい隙間幅を有し、内側となる溝構成用のリブの突出寸法を大きくなるようにして各側板の一縁部に形成されている。したがって、図4に示すように、底板係合溝34に底板5を挿入させてその外側のリブを変形させ、底板5を底板係合溝34に係合させてカシメを行うときに、直角の位置決めをより確実に行って箱本体2を形成することができる。

この場合、壁面へ取り付いた状態において右側となる側板32の他縁部には、枢支部35とともに箱本体2の化粧縁となる化粧リブ39が内側に向けて延出し並設されている。この枢支部35は、その先端が開口した断面略円状の枢支片3aと、この枢支片3aと同心状となるようその基端部分から所定角度にわたって弧状に延出された枢着片3bとを有してなる。したがって、後述する扉体6の被枢支部75を枢支させて、その閉状態から箱本体2の開口面と略垂直位置まで開閉可能とさせるとともに、その略垂直位置にて着脱自在となるよう枢着させることができる。

また、壁面へ取り付いた状態において左側となる側板31、及び上下の側板33,33の他縁部には、その基端部分が箱本体2の化粧縁となるよう段差をもって、後述する扉体6を閉状態にするときにその背面側に当接させる扉止めリブ36が内側に向けて延出させ連設されており、また、この扉止めリブ36の内側には扉閉止リブ3cが並設されている。この扉閉止リブ3cは、扉体6が扉止めリブ36に閉状態にて、扉体6に設けられた扉閉止具10の扉閉止片102が回動されて当接される。したがって、扉体6を扉止めリブ36に位置決めさせて、ガタツキを少なくし、また浮き沈みの無い美観良い閉止状態とすることができる。

中蓋支持片37は、後述する中蓋12の縁部125を支持するためのもので、側板31,32,33の中間となる所定位置に突出し連設されている。この中蓋支持片37の基端には、箱本体2内方に収納される電気機器を固定させる内器固定部材(図示せず)の端部を支持するための二条の内器支持溝38,38の一方のものが設けられている。

この場合、底板5と後述する扉体6を構成する扉パネル9とは、所定色の塗料にて着色された塗装付き板金材にて形成されている。したがって、この底板5を上記底板係合溝34に係合させカシメを行ったときに、底板5周囲の破断面が覆われるため、塗装作業を行うことなく錆防止が達成されて製作時の作業性をより向上させることができる。

上記の側板31、32、33,33と底板5とを組み合わせるときには、その4隅に側板相互を固定させる隅部材4をそれぞれ設けて組み合わせ作業がなされる。この隅部材4は、合成樹脂材料やアルミニウム材料にて、図5(a)、(c)に示すように、側板31、32、33,33に設けられた各溝部分あるいはリブ間の隙間に対応するように被カシメ片41が設けられて成形されている。そして、この隅部材4を介して側板31、32、33,33の相互が、図5(b)、(d)に示すように接合された後、図6(a)、(b)に示すように、上記被カシメ片41を介して固定される。したがって、縦横の接合作業を容易に行うことができ、また、隅部材4にて箱本体2自体の強度を向上できる。

上記箱本体2には、この場合、図2に示すような扉体6が装着される。この扉体6は、左右の枠材71、72及び上下の枠材73,73と、この枠材相互を固定させる4隅の隅部材8と、扉パネル9と、この扉パネル9を箱本体2へ閉止させる扉閉止具10とを有している。そして、箱本体2に装着されて壁面へ取り付いた状態において右側となる枠材72の上縁部には、被枢支部75が形成されている。

この枠材71、72、73,73は長尺平板状で、アルミ材料にて形成されており、扉体6の化粧縁となる化粧リブ76が一端の内側に向けて延出され、この化粧リブ76とともに後述する扉パネル9の縁部を把持しカシメを行うためのカシメ片74が連設されて内側となる一面にパネル固着部を構成している。また、化粧リブ76は、外側となる他面側に向けても延出され、枠材72においては、この化粧リブ76がその一部となるよう被枢支部75が形成されている。

被枢支部75は、前記枢支片3aの略円状とその内部にて係合するよう先端が開口した断面略円状の中空状で、図9(a)に示すように、この枢支片3a及びその外側に弧状に延出された枢着片3bとに枢支されて、図9(b)に示すように、扉体6をその閉状態から箱本体2の開口面と略垂直位置まで開閉可能とさせて、図9(c)に示すように、その略垂直位置にて着脱自在となるよう枢着させる。

カシメ片74及び化粧リブ76の間となる上記のパネル固着部には、その周囲の4辺を後方へ折曲させて、所定の色の塗料にて着色された塗装付き板金材にて形成された扉パネル9の補強片91が係合される。補強片91は、このパネル固着部のカシメ片74を、図10(b),(c)に示すように内側へ向けて折曲させて枠材71、72、73,73を固着させるが、この構成により扉パネル9が補強されることとなって、扉体6と箱本体2との開閉を安定に行うことができる。また、補強片91を上記パネル固着部に係合させカシメを行ったときに周囲の破断面がほぼ覆われるため、塗装作業を行うことなく錆防止が達成され、扉体6製作時の作業性をより向上させることができる。

上記扉パネル9には、左側となる、上記被枢支部75の反対側の枠材71に近接させて、図2に示すように、扉閉止具10の取り付けられる所定形状の取付孔92が形成されている。扉閉止具10は、扉パネル9の前後方向に出没自在となるよう配設されたハンドルをもったハンドル金具101が、扉パネル9の裏面側に配設される扉閉止片102を回動させるよう上記取付孔92にねじ固定される。この扉閉止具10は、枠材71の化粧リブ76裏面を扉止めリブ36に当接させ位置決めされた扉体6を、その扉閉止片102を扉閉止リブ3cに当接させ、ガタツキを少なくして、閉止させることができて浮き沈みがなく、美観良く閉止状態とすることができる。

この扉体6も、上記の枠材71、72、73,73と扉パネル9とを組み合わせるときには、その4隅に枠材相互を固定させる被カシメ片81をもった合成樹脂材料やアルミニウム材料製の隅部材8をそれぞれ設けて組み合わせ作業がなされて固定される。したがって、縦横の接合作業を容易に行うことができ、また、この隅部材8にて補強片91同士も連結されて、扉体6自体の強度をより向上できる。

上記被枢支部75の側となる上下の隅部材8の背面には、図12(a)に示すように、略垂直位置とした扉体6の長手方向の移動を阻止させるスライド止め部材11が設けられる。このスライド止め部材11は、扉体6を略垂直位置の開位置にて、前記箱本体2の上下各側板33,33に設けられた扉止めリブ36に当接させて位置決めさせる位置決め片111を有している。

スライド止め部材11は、図12(a)、(b)に示すように、隅部材8の下方に設けられた係合孔82に、コイルスプリング83の一端を位置決めさせてコイルスプリング83とともに係合させ、容易に脱落しないようばね付勢されて、位置決め片111が枠材73側となる上又は下方向へ突出するよう装着される。そして、図13に示すように、位置決め片111の基端の上下端面が、枢支部35の両端面に当接してスライド止めとなり、また、位置決め片111を扉止めリブ36に当接させて略垂直位置の開位置に位置決めさせる。

上記箱本体2内部に設けられる中蓋12は、略平板状で、箱本体2内方に収納される漏電ブレーカあるいは分岐ブレーカ等の電気機器の前面側を露出させる所定形状の開口122、123及び、中蓋12自体を箱本体2へ固着させる上支持部127の装着される開口124の穿設された蓋パネル121と、該上支持部127とでなる。この蓋パネル121は、その4方が後側に折曲されてその縁部125が、図11に示す如く、上記中蓋支持片37に支持されるようになっている。また、この中蓋12は、箱本体2へ取付状態において下辺となる一辺の縁部125を切り欠いて、中蓋支持片37の背面側に挿入させて中蓋12を支持させる下支持部126が形成されている。

上支持部127は、ばね性を有する合成樹脂材料にて、上支持部127自体を上方へ付勢させるばね片128を一体に有して形成されている。そして、上記開口124に装着されて、上記下支持部126を中蓋支持片37の背面側に挿入させて縁部125との間に係合させ、上支持部127の上部を中蓋支持片37の背面側に挿入させて中蓋12を支持及び固着させる。

箱本体2は、図7に示す如く、まず、隅部材4,4を矢印Aに示す方向に差し込んで上下の側板33,33と隅部材4,4とを固定させる。次いで、その一方の側板33に底板5の上下何れかの一端を矢印Bに示す方向に差し込んで固定して後、その側板33に固定されている隅部材4,4に、左右の側板31,32をそれぞれ矢印Cに示す方向に差し込んで左右の側板31,32とその隅部材4,4とを固定させる。その後、上記の他方の側板33に底板5の上下何れかの一端を矢印Dに示す方向に差し込んで左右の側板31,32、及びその側板33を、その他方の側板33に固定されている隅部材4,4を介して固定させる。

こうして、上記の組立により、隅部材4、8を介して側板又は枠材の相互が固定されるので、縦横の接合作業を容易に行うことができ、また、隅部材4、8にて箱本体2及び扉体6自体の強度を向上できる。また、上記箱本体2内部には、側板33、33に連設されている内器支持溝38にて、溶接、ねじ止め等により内器固定部材を支持するための取付部材や中蓋支持部材を設けることなく、箱本体内方に収納する電気機器を固定させ、また、中蓋支持片37にその電気機器の前面側を露出させる中蓋12の縁部125を支持させることもできので、溶接、ねじ止め等の作業追加による製造コストの上昇が回避される。

また、上記電気機器収納箱1を建物の躯体に設置するときには、まず上記扉体6、中蓋12を取り外した状態で箱本体2を固定させ、次いで、箱本体2内方に電気機器を収容させた後、中蓋12を取り付けて扉体6を箱本体2の開口面と略垂直位置として被枢支部75を枢支片3aに係合させて枢着片3bに支持させ枢着させる。すなわち、枢支部35の枢着片3bにて、扉体6が略垂直位置まで開閉可能となるよう扉体6が枢着され、また、この扉体6の長手方向の移動が上記スライド止め部材11にて止められ比較的容易に扉体6が箱本体2へ着脱される。さらに、上記中蓋12は、それ自体をワンタッチにて支持及び固着させ着脱することができて、収納された電気機器のメンテナンスも容易に行うことができる。

ところで、上記構成の扉体6の枢支部分において枢支部35が押出成型時に同時に形成され、また、扉体6が全長にわたってその枢支部35にて枢支されて開閉されるので、使用に際して箱本体2内に塵埃等が侵入せず、また、その枢支部分が扉体6の長手方向の大きさに対応させて構成されて扉体6の重量変化に対応可能となるという優れた効果を奏し得る。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上述の実施態様の如く実施されて、請求項1記載の電気機器収納箱にあっては、底板と押出成形材の左右側板及び上下側板とを底板係合溝にて係合させ構成するより、溶接作業やねじ止め作業が不要となって製作時の作業性が向上し、各種設計寸法のものへの対応が容易で製造コストを低く抑えることができる。そして、蝶番を設けるときのように扉体と箱本体との間に隙間の生ずることがなく、以て、使用に際して箱本体内に塵埃等が侵入せず、また、その枢支部分が扉体の長手方向の大きさに対応させて構成され、扉体の重量変化に対応可能となる。
