BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing tank that distributes a liquid such as an adhesive injected into one place from a plurality of outlets to the same amount by using centrifugal force.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 7, the conventional liquid dispensing tank 1 has a
For example, in order to dispense the adhesive into a plurality of locations using the liquid dispensing tank 1 having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 8, a work ( In this state, the tank 1 is attached to the upper center of the
[0003]
Note that, due to the force relationship between the gravity acting on the adhesive and the centrifugal force, the liquid level of the adhesive accumulated on the inner peripheral surface of the tank 1 gradually changes upward from the
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the resistance on the downstream side of the outflow port differs for each outflow port, the magnitude of the outflow resistance acting on the adhesive to flow out from the outflow port actually differs.
That is, since the distance from the outlet to the bonded part is not necessarily the same, there is a difference in the magnitude of the centrifugal force acting on the adhesive in each tube, and the penetration when the adhesive enters the bonded part There is also a difference in resistance. Furthermore, there is a difference in flow resistance depending on how the tube bends and dirt in the tube. Therefore, there is a difference in the magnitude of the outflow resistance acting on the adhesive flowing out from the outflow port due to the various factors described above.
[0005]
It is also considered that there is a difference in flow resistance when the adhesive injected into the center of the bottom surface in the tank diffuses by centrifugal force and flows to each outlet.
In other words, the adhesive eventually accumulates on the inner peripheral surface of the tank by centrifugal force, but the inner peripheral surface of the tank while the adhesive injected into the center of the bottom surface in the tank diffuses on the bottom surface of the tank by centrifugal force. When observing the process up to reaching the outlet, the adhesive smoothly flows out in the vicinity of the outlet with a large amount of outflow and there is little stagnation. On the other hand, the adhesive accumulated in the vicinity of the outflow port is unlikely to act as a resistance, so that the flow resistance is reduced and it is easy to flow toward the outflow port. On the other hand, since the adhesive is stagnant in the vicinity of the outflow port where the outflow amount is small, the adhesive collected in the vicinity of the outflow port is different from the adhesive flowing on the bottom surface from the center toward the vicinity of the outflow port. It becomes an obstruction (resistance) and it becomes difficult to flow toward the vicinity of the outlet. For this reason, even if the adhesive is injected into the center of the tank, a large amount of adhesive tends to flow toward the vicinity of the outlet with a large amount of outflow, while the adhesive flowing toward the vicinity of the outlet with a small amount of the outflow. The amount is reduced.
[0006]
Thus, in the conventional dispensing tank, when the outflow resistance acting on each outlet is different, the magnitude of this outflow resistance directly affects the outflow amount from each outlet, and the magnitude of the outflow resistance is also small. Also acts on the adhesive accumulated on the inner peripheral surface of the tank, and thus affects the amount of adhesive that diffuses and flows from the center of the bottom toward the inner peripheral surface of the tank. Therefore, a large amount of adhesive flows out from the outlet with low outflow resistance, and less adhesive flows out from the outflow outlet with high outflow resistance, so that the same amount of adhesive can be supplied to all the bonded portions. Can not.
For this reason, the adhesive is insufficient or excessive depending on the bonded portion. In either case, there is a high possibility of poor adhesion, which is not preferable for stabilizing the quality of the product.
[0007]
The present invention was developed to eliminate the above disadvantages, and its purpose is to distribute the injected liquid into a plurality of high accuracy without being affected by the magnitude of the outflow resistance acting on each outflow port. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid diversion tank capable of aligning the amount of liquid flowing out from each outlet with high accuracy.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been proposed in order to achieve the above object, and according to the first aspect of the present invention, the side wall is erected from the bottom, a plurality of outlets are provided in the side wall, and the centrifugal force when rotated is rotated. In the liquid dispensing tank that discharges the internal liquid from each outlet by
Inside the tank partitioned by the partition wall, with the side wall part standing upright from the outer edge part of the bottom part and a plurality of partition walls extending from the side wall part to the center front of the tank. The liquid storage chambers are used as the liquid storage chambers, and the edge of the partition wall on the center side in the tank is used as a liquid separation part. These liquid separation parts are arranged at the same intervals in the circumferential direction around the rotation center of the tank. The outlets are arranged on the outermost side, and one half of these outlets projects in the horizontal direction toward one side and the other half toward the opposite side,
In addition to providing an opening in the center of the ceiling surface, in the center of the bottom, provide a hill whose upper surface is a plane perpendicular to the center of rotation of the tank,
The height of this hill is set higher than each outlet,
Liquid is injected into the upper surface of the hill from the above opening, the injected liquid is scattered from the upper surface of the hill by centrifugal force, distributed to each liquid storage chamber by the liquid separation section, and the liquid in each liquid storage chamber flows out from the outlet The liquid dispensing tank is characterized in that the liquid dispensing tank is characterized.
The rotation center of the tank is a position that becomes the center when the tank is rotated in use. The portion around the center of rotation is the center in the tank.
[0009]
In the liquid dispensing tank having such a configuration, when the liquid is ejected in the lateral direction from the injection nozzle inserted inside, the liquid is distributed by the liquid separation unit rotating in the horizontal direction, and each liquid is dispensed. Stored in the storage chamber. In this case, since the intervals between the liquid separation portions are arranged at the same interval in the circumferential direction, the amount of liquid distributed into each liquid storage chamber is basically the same. Then, the liquid stored in the liquid storage chamber flows out from the outlet by centrifugal force.
[0010]
Even if the outflow resistance acts on the outflow port and the outflow amount per unit time of the liquid flowing out from the liquid storage chamber varies from one liquid storage chamber to another, the amount of liquid distributed to the liquid storage chamber is the amount ejected from the nozzle. If the amount is stable, it is basically determined by the interval between the liquid separation portions, and is not affected by the amount of liquid accumulated in the liquid storage chamber.
Therefore, even if there is a difference in the time required to flow out from the liquid storage chamber, the amount of liquid flowing out from each outlet can be made uniform with high accuracy.
[0012]
Further, when the liquid is injected into the upper surface of the hill from the opening of the ceiling surface, the liquid is vigorously dispersed toward the outer peripheral edge of the hill top centrifugally scattered airborne radially from the outer peripheral edge The liquid is distributed by the liquid separation unit and stored in each liquid storage chamber. In this case, since the liquid splashed from the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the hill cannot be affected by the liquid accumulated in the liquid storage chamber at all, the distribution destination is determined only by the interval between the liquid separation portions. Therefore, the amount of liquid distributed to each liquid storage chamber is made uniform with higher accuracy. For this reason, the amount of liquid flowing out from each outlet can be made uniform with higher accuracy.
And as for the above-mentioned hill, it is desirable to set the height higher than each outflow port.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has the following effects.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the side wall portion is erected while being inclined slightly inward from the outer edge portion of the bottom portion, and a plurality of partition walls extending from the side wall portion to the center front of the tank are erected on the bottom portion. The space in the tank partitioned by the partition wall is used as a liquid storage chamber, the edge of the partition wall on the center side in the tank is used as a liquid separation part, and these liquid separation parts are the same in the circumferential direction around the center of rotation of the tank. The outlets are arranged at intervals, and the outlets are arranged on the outermost sides of the respective liquid storage chambers. One half of these outlets faces one side, and the other half projects in the horizontal direction on the opposite side. An opening is provided at the center, and a hill is provided at the center of the bottom so that the upper surface is a plane perpendicular to the center of rotation of the tank. Liquid is injected from the opening to the upper surface of the hill, and the injected liquid is It is scattered by the centrifugal force from the upper surface of the Since the liquid is distributed to the storage chamber and the liquid in each liquid storage chamber flows out from the outlet, the liquid injected into the upper surface of the hill can be vigorously dispersed toward the outer edge by the centrifugal force on the upper surface. The air can be scattered in the horizontal direction over the entire 360 degrees from the outer edge. And the distribution precision to each liquid storage chamber can be improved by distribution of the liquid which scattered in the air by a liquid separation part. Therefore, it is possible to distribute the injected liquid and the liquid stored in the liquid storage chamber in a state where the edges are cut off, and the same amount is applied to all the liquid storage chambers regardless of the outflow resistance of the outlet. Even if the outflow resistance is uneven and the required outflow time is different, the same amount of liquid can be reliably delivered from each outflow port. For this reason, it is possible to reduce manufacturing defects due to the amount of supplied liquid, such as excess or shortage of adhesive, and to stabilize the quality of products.
According to the present invention, the height of the hill is set to be higher than that of each outflow port, so that the liquid that scatters horizontally from the liquid receiving surface is unlikely to form a series with the liquid in the liquid storage chamber. In other words, the edge between the scattered liquid and the liquid stored in the liquid storage chamber is easily cut off, and the influence of the outflow resistance and back pressure of the liquid flowing out from the outlet is difficult to affect the scattered liquid.
