Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilation dehumidifier you ventilation and dehumidification of the space under the floor or the like of the general home building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Bundled houses found in ancient Japanese houses are well-ventilated under the floor of the house and are suitable for extending the life of wooden houses under hot and humid weather conditions. In recent years, the floor is surrounded by a cloth foundation, so it has become a poorly ventilated house with a few ventilation openings.

【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. The same parts as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. 13 is a main body of a ventilation / dehumidification device (hereinafter simply referred to as a main body 13). Inside, a dehumidifying means 14 for dehumidifying moisture in the air, a ventilation means 15 for blowing outside air under the floor, and an outdoor temperature are detected. Outdoor temperature detection means 16 and outdoor humidity detection means 17 for detecting outdoor humidity (hereinafter simply referred to as detection means), and calculation means for determining any one operation mode of dehumidification / ventilation or stop based on information of the detection means 19 and a control means 18 for controlling each means.
[0011]
As the dehumidifying means 14, one using an adsorbent such as silica gel or zeolite, or a heat pump type using an evaporator / condenser / compressor can be used. As the ventilation means 15, a blower is used. A thermistor is used as the outdoor temperature detecting means 16 and a humidity sensor is used as the outdoor humidity detecting means 17. Further, a
[0012]
The operation of this embodiment will be described below.
[0013]
The relative humidity of the outdoor air changes as shown in FIG. In other words, during sunny weather, the daytime temperature rises and the humidity decreases, and the evening temperature decreases and the humidity increases. When it rains, the humidity is high all day, and the relative humidity does not decrease even in the daytime and remains high. In addition, it is said that if the moisture content of wood is 20% or less, the growth of decaying fungi that rot the wood will slow down. In order to maintain the moisture content of the wood at 20% or less, it is a necessary condition that the relative humidity of the air around the wood is 80% or less. Therefore, in order to make the
[0014]
Therefore, in this embodiment, the calculation means 19 has a relative humidity of 70% as a setting reference, and when the humidity of the outside air detected by the outdoor humidity detection means 17 is equal to or less than the setting reference, it is determined as clear sky. is there. That is, in this case, the operation is performed in the ventilation mode or the stop mode. That is, the ventilation means 15 is activated when the ventilation mode is under control of the control means 18. In the stop mode, the dehumidifying means 14 and the ventilation means 15 are in a standby state. When the ventilation means 15 is activated, the low-humidity outside air sucked by the ventilation means 15 from the
[0015]
If the humidity is higher than the set humidity, the calculation means 19 judges that it is raining and instructs the control means 18 to operate in the dehumidifying mode. The control means 18 drives the dehumidifying means 14 to dehumidify outdoor high-humidity air and sends it to the floor under low humidity.
[0016]
In addition, rotting fungi and molds are difficult to act under the low temperature environment in winter. For this reason, in this embodiment, the calculation means 19 has 10 ° C. as the set temperature, and when the outside temperature detected by the outdoor temperature detection means 16 is lower than the set temperature, the control means 18 operates in the stop mode. Is instructed.
[0017]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the ventilation mode operation is performed during fine weather, and the dehumidification mode operation is performed during rainy weather to dry the floor. Also, stop mode operation is performed at low temperatures such as in winter when rotting fungi and molds are difficult to activate without reducing humidity.
[0018]
At this time, it is possible to use only the outdoor temperature detecting means 16 without using the outdoor
[0019]
Further, at this time, the operation mode of the calculation means 19 can be determined as dehumidification mode operation when the outside air is equal to or higher than the set humidity, and ventilation mode operation when the outside air is lower than the set humidity. In other words, even when the outside air is less than the set humidity, when the underfloor is in a high humidity state, the underfloor can be effectively dried by executing this ventilation mode operation. Further, when the outside air is equal to or higher than the set humidity, the dehumidifying means 14 is operated as in the above-described embodiment.
[0020]
Moreover, it can also be set as the structure which uses both the outdoor temperature detection means 16 and the outdoor humidity detection means 17. FIG. In this case, since the calculating means 19 has both the set temperature and the set humidity, the high temperature / high humidity / high temperature / low humidity / low temperature / high humidity / low temperature / low humidity are determined according to the temperature and humidity conditions of the outside air. Corresponding to the case, each operation mode of dehumidification, ventilation, and stop can be selected.
[0021]
At this time, the operation mode of the calculating means 19 is determined to be the stop mode when the outside air is below the set temperature, the dehumidifying mode when the outside air is above the set temperature and above the set humidity, and the ventilation mode when above the set temperature and below the set humidity. You can also. In such a case, the operation is stopped at low temperatures such as in winter when rotting fungi and mold are difficult to operate, and when the weather is fine, low humidity outside air is blown under the floor to dry the bottom of the floor. In this case, the dehumidifying means 14 can be operated to blow dry air under the floor, so that highly efficient operation can be performed.
[0022]
The ventilation / dehumidification device used in each of the above embodiments does not need to be limited to one place and is more effective when installed at a plurality of places.
