Claims (5)
- クロール法により製造されたスポンジチタン塊を切断機により小塊に加工する粗砕工程と、粗砕により得られた小塊をスポンジチタン粒に加工する粉砕工程と、粉砕により得られたスポンジチタン粒を傾斜した多孔の振動板上に搬送すると共に、振動板の各孔から気体を上方へ吹き上げ、振動板の傾斜方向上流側で製品であるスポンジチタン粒を、下流側で前記チタン粒と比重が同じチタン異物を各回収する異物分離工程とを包含することを特徴とするスポンスポンジチタン粒の製造方法。
- 前記チタン異物は、前記チタン粒と比重が同じで形状が異なるチタン薄片である請求項1に記載のスポンジチタン粒の製造方法。
- 前記異物分離工程では、下流側で前記チタン異物と共にゴム片、木片を回収する請求項1に記載のスポンスポンジチタン粒の製造方法。
- 振動板の上方へ吹き上げる気体を、異物分離工程の環境外から導入する請求項1に記載のスポンジチタン粒の製造方法。
- 振動板の各孔を通して下方へ落下した粉粒体を別グレードのスポンジチタン製品として回収する請求項1に記載のスポンジチタン粒の製造方法。
