Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a grating.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a mounting structure of the grating, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a partition member 4 is provided in parallel with the outer frame 2 between the vertical frame members 3 and 3 constituting the grating 1, so that the mounting space 5 is provided. A bottom plate 7 having through holes 6 is formed in the mounting portion space 5 to form mounting portions 8 at the four corners of the grating 1, and mounting bolts B protruding from the bottom surface of the grating receiving frame U are formed in the through holes 6. The nut N is inserted into the mounting bolt B and fastened.
[0003]
Further, the attachment portion space 5 is closed with a clog-like cap C made of a rubber material to prevent entry of dust and rainwater into the fastening portion.
[0004]
However, in the conventional grating mounting structure, when the mounting space 5 is closed with the cap C, the cap body C1 is placed on the upper surface of the vertical frame members 3 and 3 and protrudes from the lower surface of the cap body C1 into a clog tooth shape. The fitting portion C <b> 2 is fitted between the vertical frame members 3 and 3. Therefore, since the cap main body C1 protrudes from the upper surface of the grating (vertical frame member 3), there is a safety problem that it is easy to whisper when a person walks on it.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to solve the problems of the conventional grating mounting structure, an object of the present invention is to provide a grating mounting structure that is safe on the road without a cap closing the mounting space protruding from the upper surface of the grating.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the grating mounting structure of the present invention projects a pair of receiving pieces across the inner end surface of the outer frame and the inner end surface of the partition member with a through hole in the bottom plate of the mounting portion. The height of the receiving piece is lower than that of the vertical frame member, and a step is provided on the upper surface of the vertical frame member and the upper surface of the receiving piece. And a cap sets the thickness of the main body to the same dimension as the said level | step difference. As a result, when the cap closes the mounting portion space, the upper surface of the grating and the upper surface of the cap body are flush with each other.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the mounting structure of the grating according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of one corner of a grating showing a mounting structure of the grating according to the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1 is grating. 2 is an outer frame of the grating. Reference numerals 3 and 3 denote vertical frame members arranged at equal intervals in the outer frame 2. 4 is a partition member. The partition member 4 is provided in the corner of the grating 1 between the vertical frame members 3 and 3 (in this embodiment, two vertical frame members 3 and 3 are spaced apart from each other) in parallel with the outer frame 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes an attachment space, which is formed between the inner end surfaces of the vertical frame members 3 and 3 and between the inner end surfaces of the partition member 4 and the outer frame 2. A bottom plate 7 having a through hole 6 is installed in the attachment space 5. In this embodiment, the through-hole 6 is an oval long hole. Reference numeral 8 denotes an attachment portion formed by the attachment portion space 5 and the bottom plate 7. Reference numerals 9 and 9 denote a pair of receiving pieces that protrude from the upper surface of the bottom plate 7 with the through hole 6 interposed therebetween. The width of the receiving piece 9 is the same as the depth between the outer frame 2 and the inner end face of the partition member 4. Further, the height of the receiving piece 9 is made lower than that of the vertical frame member 3. h is a step formed by the upper surface of the vertical frame member 3 and the upper surface of the receiving piece 9.
[0008]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a cap made of an elastic material such as rubber, and includes a cap main body 10a and fitting portions 10b and 10b that protrude from the lower surface of the cap main body 10a into a clog tooth shape. The cap body 10a has a shape similar to or slightly larger than the planar shape formed between the outer end surface of the outer frame 2 and the partition member 4 and between the outer end surfaces of the pair of receiving pieces 9 and 9. In this embodiment, a square shape is exhibited. Further, the thickness of the cap body 10a is the same as that of the step h. The fitting portions 10b and 10b set the outer end face interval to be the same as or slightly larger than the interval between the receiving pieces 9 and 9. You may chamfer the lower surface outer end of fitting part 10b, 10b.
[0009]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part showing another embodiment of the grating mounting structure according to the present invention. In this embodiment, both ends of the bottom plate 27 are bent at a right angle to provide a pair of receiving pieces 29, 29. The bottom plate 29 is installed in the mounting portion space by welding both side portions thereof to the inner lower end surface of the outer frame 2 and the inner lower end surface of the partition member. Compared to the previous embodiment, there is an advantage in manufacturing that the receiving piece 29 can be easily provided.
[0010]
Next, the operation and effect of the grating mounting structure according to the present invention will be described. The procedure for attaching the grating 1 to the receiving frame U is fastened to the receiving frame U as in the conventional method. After that, when the space between the outer frame 2 and the inner end surface of the partition member 4 that is the attachment portion space and the planar space formed between the inner end surfaces of the receiving pieces 9 and 9 are closed with the cap, the cap 10 is fitted. The portion 10b is pushed and fitted between the inner end surfaces of the receiving pieces 9 and 9, and the lower end surface of the cap body is brought into contact with the upper surface of the receiving pieces 9 and 9, thereby closing the planar space. As a result, the upper surface of the cap body 10a is the same as the upper surface of the grating (upper surface of the vertical frame member), and no step is generated.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the grating mounting structure of the present invention, the upper surface of the cap is flush with the upper surface of the grating, and the practically excellent effect of being able to walk safely on it is exhibited.
