Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for greening a retaining wall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional technique of this type, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-6-108485, a pipe is passed through a permeable layer on the back of a retaining wall to a natural ground, and a plant root is passed through. As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-111767, the planting base material is accommodated by drilling a cylindrical hole in the retaining wall as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-111767. Some planted seeds and planted seedlings.
[0003]
However, since the method of planting the roots of the plant on the natural ground is a method of planting the plant directly on the natural ground, it is not only applicable to the existing retaining wall, but also the length of the plant stem is the retaining wall. It is necessary only for the combined thickness and permeable layer thickness, and it is not only difficult to plant plants other than vines, but also the method of sowing seeds on the surface layer of the growth base material is limited to plants that can be planted, etc. There was a problem.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to easily and quickly plant various trees and flowers regardless of existing or newly installed retaining walls. It is possible to provide a method for greening a retaining wall that can be reliably and stably grown.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The retaining wall greening method of the present invention is a method of forming a planting hole at an appropriate position of a retaining wall, inserting an auxiliary growth base material in the planting hole, and planting the plant planted on the auxiliary growth base material. In the method of greening the retaining wall, where roots are cultivated by cultivating roots on a water-permeable layer such as crushed stone on the back of the retaining wall, the planting hole is also used as a drainage hole or provided at the same position. It is characterized by. Moreover, the survival part of the said water-permeable layer is replaced with a growth base material. Furthermore, a water collecting channel is provided on the surface of the retaining wall around the planting hole. Still further, after the plant is grown in advance with the growing case filled with the auxiliary growing base material, the auxiliary growing base material is placed in the growing case or pulled out from the growing case, and the planting is completed. It is characterized by being inserted into the borehole. Further, the present invention is characterized in that a water retention means is provided in the alive portion of the water permeable layer. In addition, a growth inducing means is integrally formed on the surface of the retaining wall to induce the growth direction of the plant.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a retaining wall, 2 is a permeable layer such as crushed stone backed on its back, 3 is a natural ground such as embankment or cut, and a planting hole 4 at an appropriate position of the retaining wall 1. Is formed, and the auxiliary growth base material 5 is inserted into the planting hole 4 so that the root 6a of the plant 6 planted on the auxiliary growth base material 5 is rooted in the survival part 2a of the water-permeable layer 2. The surface of the retaining wall 1 is greened. The retaining wall 1 is, for example, a retaining wall such as a concrete retaining wall, a mortar retaining wall, or a block retaining wall that is constructed for earth retaining such as railways, roads, and residential land.
[0007]
The planting hole 4 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be formed in any shape such as an ellipse, a triangle, a quadrangle, or a polygon, or in a tapered shape. Furthermore, the direction of the planting hole 4 is not only formed horizontally, but may be inclined so as to be lowered in the direction of the water permeable layer 2, or conversely, may be inclined so as to be lowered in the surface direction of the retaining wall 1. . When the retaining wall 1 is an existing one, the drainage hole drilled in the retaining wall 1 may also be used as the planting hole 4. When the retaining wall 1 is newly installed, as shown in FIG. 2, a hole having a size larger than that of the drain hole may be formed as a planting hole 4 with the drain hole 7.
[0008]
The auxiliary growing base material 5 is an auxiliary material for growing until the root 6a of the plant 6 is rooted in the living portion 2a of the water permeable layer 2, and has high water retention such as palm dust and the like. Any material that does not flow out of the planting hole 4 may be used.
[0009]
The plant 6 is not limited as long as it is a plant that can withstand environmental conditions on the front and back sides of the retaining wall 1, and may be a shrub or a middle tree. Below, the example of the plant which can be planted by the method of this invention and is suitable for wall greening is given. Examples include Miyagi nohagi, pyracantha, honeybee, hamanus, mokkobara, honeysuckle, knotweed, carolina jasmine, tikakazura, hedera, himetsugi, yamabuki, ronisera nitida, cotoneaster, tsurumichispiso, etc. It is not a thing.
[0010]
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the activated part 2a of the water permeable layer 2. By replacing the water permeable layer 2 of the activated part 2a with a growth base material 8 such as foamed wrought stone, for example, While maintaining the strength and water permeability function as a structure equivalent to 2, the survival of the root 6a of the plant 6 is promoted. In the case where the retaining wall 1 is newly installed, when the water permeable layer 2 is installed, the growing base material 8 is installed on the survival portion 2a. In the existing retaining wall 1, the permeable layer 2 of the survival part 2 a is dug through the planting hole 4 and the growth base material 8 is packed.
[0011]
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the surface of the retaining wall 1 near the planting hole 4, and as shown in FIG. 4 (A), the surface of the retaining wall 1 where the planting hole 4 is open. A water collecting channel 9 is formed on the surface of the retaining wall 1 to collect a part of the rainwater flowing down and actively introduced into the planting hole 4. The water collecting channel 9 may be either a water collecting groove 9a as shown in FIG. 4 (B) or a water collecting protrusion 9b as shown in FIG. 4 (C). As shown in FIG. 4 (A), when the water collecting grooves 9a and the water collecting protrusions 9b are formed in the upper part of the opening of the planting hole 4, the surface side of the planting hole 4 is as shown in FIG. Even if the structure is inclined downward, rainwater can be reliably introduced. If the water collection channel 9 of the present invention is a position where rainwater can be introduced, the position of the planting hole 4 relative to the opening is not limited to that shown in the figure.
[0012]
FIG. 5 (A) shows still another embodiment in the engraftment portion 2a of the water permeable layer 2, and this energization portion 2a has a water retention function to help supply water to the root 6a of the plant 6. ing. As a specific example of providing a water retention function, as shown in FIG. 5 (B), a bottomed water retention cylinder 10 made of vinyl chloride or the like having a hole 10a in the upper portion, or FIG. ), As shown in FIG. 5D, a water retaining recess 11 formed by an impermeable sheet or the like can be considered. The water retaining means of the present invention is not limited to this, and any means may be used as long as it helps water supply to the root 6a. Moreover, as shown to FIG.5 (E), even if the planting hole 4 becomes the gradient of the front fall, the rain water etc. which flow down the water permeable layer 2 can be introduce | transduced into the planting hole 4. FIG.
[0013]
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment relating to the growth of a plant. The plant 6 to be planted is previously grown in the growth case 12, and after the plant 6 becomes large to some extent, the case 12 for growth is described above. It inserts in the planting hole 4, and makes the root 6a settle in the water-permeable layer 2 of the back part. The grown plant 6 may be taken out from the growing case 12 and inserted into the planting hole 4. The growing case 12 is preferably made of a biodegradable (naturally decomposable) material in terms of the environment. Reference numeral 13 denotes a bottom water supply tray.
[0014]
FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment of the surface of the retaining wall 1. In a vine plant 6 ′ that extends while sticking to the surface of the retaining wall 1, the growth inducing means 14 is provided on the surface of the retaining wall 1. It is designed to attract the growth direction. As the growth inducing means 14, for example, a protruding growth inducing means 14a as shown in FIG. 7B, a groove-like growth inducing means 14b as shown in FIG. By roughening the surface of the growth attracting means 14, the sticking of the vine 6 'is improved. The growth inducing means 14 formed integrally on the surface of the retaining wall 1 is unlikely to be detached from the retaining wall surface as compared with a net or the like.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
1) Regardless of existing or new retaining walls, simply planting holes in the retaining walls makes it easy to green the surface of not only vines but also concrete retaining walls such as trees and flowers.
2) Since the pore water in the permeable layer on the back of the retaining wall can be used, once roots are established, there is very little fear of dying even during drying. Therefore, irrigation work and equipment for it are not necessary.
3) The vines can be attracted without using auxiliary materials, and efficient surface greening becomes possible.
4) In the unlikely event that the plant dies, it is easy to remove and replant. Even when greening is cancelled, it can be returned to a normal concrete retaining wall or the like by filling the planting hole with concrete or the like.
