Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a cable protection member formed by connecting a large number of short cable protection frame bodies so as to be bent.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional cable protector made by connecting a large number of cable protection frames with a short length to allow the cable protection frame to bend freely. In general, the side plate ends are notched so as not to interfere with each other.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the cable protection material as described above has the side plate portion end portion of the cable protection frame notched, the notched portion of the side plate end portion outside the bent portion when the cable is inserted is expanded. There is a problem that the tip of the cable is caught and the insertion work is troublesome. In addition, the cable protector may repeatedly bend after the cable is stored, and may be rubbed into the notch at the end of the outer side plate portion to damage the cable.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is designed to connect a plurality of short cable protection frames having side plate portions standing on both sides of the bottom plate portion to one end side of each bottom plate portion. Formed in the plate part and the other end side in the connection receiving plate part provided with a slit that can be loosely fitted so that the connection insertion plate part can secure a gap vertically, and in the horizontal direction with the front and rear center One of the side plate portions is connected so that the other end side of the side plate portion of the adjacent cable protection frame body enters the one end side of the both side plate portions of each cable protection frame body while being attached to the shaft. The inner surface on the end side is formed as a concave arc surface centering on the pivoted portion of the bottom plate portion, and the outer surface on the other end side of both side plate portions is formed as a convex arc surface having substantially the same radius of curvature as the concave arc surface. It is characterized by forming.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a short U-shaped cable protection frame body having a length of about 28 mm, a height of about 22 mm, and a width of about 25 mm. A large number of bodies 1 are connected to each other with a center in the front and back of each bottom plate portion 2 in the horizontal direction. A connecting projection 4a and a connecting hole 4b are formed at the front center and the rear center of the bottom plate portion 2 of each cable protection frame body 1 so as to be pivotally connected to each other. By fitting the connecting hole 4b, the shaft is attached in the horizontal direction and connected.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the bottom plate portion 2 is formed with one end portion on the connection insertion plate portion 2a and the other end portion side with the connection insertion plate portion 2a up and down. 5 is formed in the connection receiving plate portion 2b provided with a slit 2c that can be loosely fitted so that a gap can be secured, and the connection insertion plate portion 2a is inserted into the slit 2c of the connection receiving plate portion 2b as shown in FIG. The hemispherical connection protrusions 4a and 4a projecting from the front and back surfaces of the connection insertion plate portion 2a are fitted into the connection holes 4b and 4b provided in the connection receiving plate portion 2b, and as shown in FIG. In addition to the horizontal folding, the vertical folding shown in FIG. 6 can be performed simultaneously.
[0007]
Further, the side plate portions 3 and 3 have a symmetrical shape, and the both side plate portions 3 and 3 so as to enter the other end portion side of the side plate portions 3 and 3 of the cable protection frame 1 adjacent to each other on one end side. The inner surface of one end portion of the bottom plate portion 2 is formed as a concave arcuate surface 5a with the axis of the base plate portion 2, that is, the connecting projection 4a or the connecting hole 4b, and the outer surface of the other end side is formed as the concave arc surface 5a. Are formed on the convex arc surface 5b having substantially the same radius of curvature. Further, the inner surface on the other end side is formed as a concave arc surface 6b parallel to the outer convex arc surface 5b, and the outer surface on one end side is formed as a convex arc surface 6a parallel to the inner concave arc surface 5a. Is formed.
[0008]
Further, notch portions 13 are provided on both sides of the connecting insertion plate portion 2a on one end side of the bottom plate portion 2, and notch portions 14 are provided on both sides of the connection receiving plate portion 2b. The front end surfaces are at the same level, and the inner end surfaces are in contact with each other at the time of bending so as not to bend below a certain curvature. 7 is a short columnar projection for fixing projecting at the center of both sides of the bottom plate portion 2, and the projection 7 is pivotally supported in the shaft hole 11 c of the bearing plate portion 11 b erected on the fixing plate portion 11 a of the fixture 11. It is something to be made. Reference numeral 8 denotes a locking portion for attaching a lid plate 12 formed at the center upper end of both side plate portions 3 and 3, and the lid plate 12 is provided only at the center of the side plate portions 3 and 3 so as not to be an obstacle at the time of bending. It is supposed to be covered.
[0009]
The cable protection material of the present invention configured as described above is connected by attaching a large number of short cable protection frames 1 in the horizontal direction with the front and rear centers of the bottom plate portions 2 of the cable protection frames 1. Therefore, since it can be bent in either the left or right direction, it is possible to accurately protect a cable that needs to be bent and wired. In this case, each cable protection frame 1 is provided on both sides of the bottom plate 2 and the guide side plates 3 and 3 are the other of the side plates 3 and 3 of the cable protection frame 1 adjacent to one end. The inner surface of one end portion side of both side plate portions 3 and 3 is formed as a concave arc surface 5a with the axially attached portion of the bottom plate portion 2 as the central axis, and the both side plate portions 3 and 3 Since the outer surface on the other end side is formed as a convex arc surface 5b having substantially the same radius of curvature as the concave arc surface 5a, the side plate portions 3 of adjacent cable protection frames 1 that are outside the bent portion. The side plate portion 3 and the side plate portion 3 enter the one end portion side, while the other end portion side shallows the entry state but does not spread, and the inner side plate portion 3 and the side plate portion 3 can penetrate into each other deeply and follow the curve.
[0010]
Therefore, there is no problem that the tip of the cable is caught when the cable is inserted from between the side plate portions 3 and 3 of the cable protection frame 1 on the tip side, and one of the outer sides of the bent portion is further removed. Since the entering state on the other end side entering the end side becomes shallow, the concave arc surface 5a is exposed and the cable is guided to the bending side, so that the insertion work becomes easier. In addition, since the inner surface of the other end side is also a concave arc surface 6b, the concave arc surface 6b also guides the cable to the bent side, thereby facilitating the insertion operation. In addition, by forming the end face on the other end side, whose outer surface is a convex arcuate surface 5b, in a tapered shape, the end of the cable is connected to the other end even if wiring work is performed to insert the end of the cable from the other end side. Work is easy without being caught by the end face on the end side.
[0011]
In addition, this cable protection material bends the cable when the distance becomes short so that it can cope with the place where the wiring distance fluctuates, for example, the wiring distance that fluctuates when moving between moving devices. It can be performed by fixing only the cable protection frame 1 at the distal end on the inlet side and the proximal end on the outlet side so that the cable protective material bends and expands as it extends. In this case, the notch portions 13 are provided on both sides of the connection insertion plate portion 2a on one end side of the bottom plate portion 2, and the notch portions 14 are provided on both sides of the connection receiving plate portion 2b. Optimum for fiber optic cables whose function is reduced when bent slightly, by regulating the front end faces of the same level so that the inner end faces come into contact at the time of bending and do not bend below a certain curvature It becomes.
[0012]
Further, the outer surface on one end side is formed as a convex arc surface 6a parallel to the concave arc surface 5a on the inner surface, and the inner surface on the other end side is formed as a concave arc surface 6b parallel to the convex arc surface 5b on the outer surface. In addition to facilitating the cable insertion operation as described above, there is an advantage that the thickness of the side plate portion 3 can be reduced, the weight can be reduced, and the material can be saved in addition to being easy to bend and extend.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention is clearly described in the above description. Between the side plate portions and the side plate portions of the cable protection frame adjacent to each other outside the bent portion, the other end portion side entering the one end portion side is located. The cable can be easily inserted because the concave arc surface is exposed and the concave arc surface guides the cable in a more bending direction by only shallowing the entry state.
Therefore, the present invention is a great advantage for the industry as a solution to the problems of the conventional cable protection material in which a large number of cable protection frames having a short length are connected to bend freely.
