Description

【0001】
[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is for standing trees in which rainwater or corrosive bacteria are prevented from entering from a cavity (concave portion) generated in the standing trees due to corrosion or a cutting surface of branches or trunks of standing trees, and the standing trees themselves are prevented from corroding. It relates to protective materials.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when a broad-leaved tree such as sakura, vertebra, ginkgo, apple, none, thigh, etc. is pruned or cut, if the cut surface is left as it is, rainwater will infiltrate from that part and corrosive bacteria will also invade. Become. Further, if the hollow portion generated in the standing tree due to corrosion is left as it is, rainwater and corrosive bacteria enter from that portion.
[0003]
When rainwater or / and fungus invade in this way, the entire tree will corrode over time.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to prevent this, there is an example in which a cement paste, urethane, or the like is filled and applied to the entire cut portion or the hollow portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the cement paste shrinks after being hardened, it may peel off from the cut surface or the cavity over time, and a gap is formed between the hardened cement and the cut surface before peeling. This resulted in more rainwater or caustic bacteria invading. Therefore, the method of adhering the cement paste cannot completely prevent the intrusion of rainwater or the like.
[0006]
Also, since cement is alkaline, it generates heat when it is attached, and thus has a negative effect on the trees themselves.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the standing tree protective material according to the present invention (claim 1) is a mixture of baked diatomaceous earth, cement and wood powder in order to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0008]
Further, the standing tree protective material according to the present invention (Claim 2) is a mixture of baked diatomaceous earth, cement, wood powder and an antibacterial agent in order to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0009]
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the protective material for standing tree cutting portions according to the present invention will be described. Basically, the protective material is composed of baked diatomaceous earth, cement and wood powder or an antibacterial agent mixed therewith.
[0011]
Here, diatomaceous earth is a part of the strata (not sand) formed by diatoms, a kind of unicellular diatoms, deposited on the sea or lake bottom, and countless holes are formed on the surface. It is also lightweight. Further, the holes are regularly arranged with a constant interval, and the state thereof is radial or comb-like, forming a fine lace pattern.
[0012]
By burning this diatomaceous earth, combustible materials such as organic matter contained in the dried diatomaceous earth are decomposed, and the amorphous silica component of the silica shell is accelerated in crystallization, improving chemical stability. It will be done.
[0013]
The diatomaceous earth also has a very low thermal conductivity due to the large porosity provided by the pores. For example, the heat conductivity is 0.08 Kcal / m @ 2 h.degree. C., the heat conduction specific resistance is 12.0 m @ 2 h.degree. C./Kcal, and the volume specific heat is 95.6 Kcal/m@3.degree.
[0014]
On the other hand, the wood used as the raw material of the wood flour is not particularly limited, but may have a powder diameter belonging to the category of wood flour.
[0015]
When the protective material for standing trees according to the present invention configured as described above is used, the baked diatomaceous earth is 1 to 3, preferably 2, cement is 1 to 3, preferably 2, wood powder is 0.5. ~ 2.0, preferably mixed at a ratio of 1, and water added thereto, or further antibacterial agent was mixed at a ratio of 0.001 to 0.010, preferably 0.003, and water was added thereto. It is kneaded to form a paste, which is applied to the cut surface or cavity of the standing tree using a plastering iron or the like. When applied, it cured in about 24 hours.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
In the protective material for standing trees according to the present invention configured as described above, by using diatomaceous earth, moisture absorption is increased, humidity is adjusted to the standing trees, and drying of standing trees is prevented, and after hardening It is possible to prevent the shrinkage of the timber, and as a result, it is possible to achieve conformability to standing trees.
[0017]
The use of baked diatomaceous earth not only improves the chemical stability, but also prevents the conduction of heat generated by using cement and prevents the influence of heat on the standing trees.
[0018]
In addition, it is possible to promote curing even if a paste formed by using cement is applied, and to maintain the strength of the cured state by the action of wood powder in the cured state, In addition, the addition of an antibacterial agent has the effect of combating corrosive bacteria mixed in rainwater and the like.
