【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として野外の建設現場等で使用される可搬式エンジン作業機の盗難防止装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
エンジンと、該エンジンにより駆動される発電機、ウエルダー、コンプレッサー、油圧ユニット等の動力供給源を搭載した可搬式エンジン作業機は、エンジンより発する騒音を低減するために、防音構造のケーシングにてエンジン及び動力供給源を覆っている。この作業機は、クレーン等によって吊り上げて移動可能なように、クレーンのフックやワイヤロープ等の吊り上げ具が着脱可能に係合する作業機移動用吊り金具として、ケーシングの天板の中央部に形成した凹部の作業機のほぼ重心位置に、バー状の吊り金具を掛け渡している(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、吊り金具が作業機のほぼ重心位置に設けられているので、吊り金具にクレーンのフックやワイヤロープ等の吊り上げ具を係合させて、一本吊りによる簡単な荷吊り作業で作業機を移動できることから、小型のエンジン作業機であれば、クレーンを搭載したトラックで容易に持ち運びができ、トラックへの積載に時間がかからないため、小型のエンジン作業機を中心に盗難されるケースが増加している。また、作業機をトラック等の運搬車の荷台に固定するために、ケーシングの天板両側角部には、凹部がそれぞれ形成され、各凹部にバー状のロープ掛け金具が設けられており、これらロープ掛け金具にワイヤロープを掛けて作業機を吊り上げて移動させることも可能である。

盗難防止装置として、暗証番号等の認証システムにより正規の始動方法をとらなければエンジンが始動しないものや、警報音が鳴る等のものがあるが、エンジンを始動せずに持ち去ることに対しては効果がない。また、エンジン作業機の吊り上げ動作をロードセルやリミットスイッチ等により感知して警報音を発したり、無線等で盗難を管理者に通報するものもあるが、装置自体が高価となるだけでなく、盗難自体を防ぐことは不可能であった。

そこで本発明は、作業機を移動させる必要があるとき以外は、吊り上げ作業ができないようにした可搬式エンジン作業機の盗難防止装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に示される各実施形態例に基づいて説明する。図1乃至図7は本発明の第1実施形態例を示すもので、可搬式エンジン作業機1は、エンジン及び該エンジンにより駆動される発電機等の動力供給源をケーシング2で覆っている。該ケーシング2の天板3には、中央部に凹部4が、両側の角部にケーシング2の側板5にも開口する凹部6a,6bがそれぞれ形成され、凹部4と凹部6a,6bとは天板3a,3b及び仕切り板3c,3dで仕切られている。前記凹部4の両側壁4a,4b間には、吊り金具として水平方向のバー7が掛け渡され、前記凹部6a,6bにも両角部に、本来の吊り金具としてではないが、吊り金具として流用可能な水平方向のバー状のロープ掛け金具8がそれぞれ掛け渡されている。
