【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a locking structure for a lid for an underground structure, and more particularly to a locking structure for a lid for an underground structure that enables locking of a lid body and a receiving frame supporting the lid body.
In this specification, the term “cover for underground structure” refers to a large iron cover, a manhole cover, a sewage basin cover, an electric power Open / close joints for underground facilities, underground cables for water supply and gas pipes, and auxiliary equipment for underground facilities and their auxiliary equipment to protect underground facility equipment and underground cables in communications. A fire hydrant cover, a water control valve cover, a partition valve cover, an air valve cover, a gas pipe cover, a water meter cover, and the like having a function as an opening / closing door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The lid for various underground structures includes a receiving frame installed at the upper end of the underground structure and opening to the ground such as a road surface, and a lid body that covers the opening by taper fitting or the like to the receiving frame. It is generally mounted on a receiving frame by a structure, so that when the lid is opened, the receiving frame can be turned in a horizontal plane or turned over to the ground side, and further provided with a locking structure for locking the lid body and the receiving frame. is there.
[0003]
As a locking structure for locking the receiving frame and the lid main body, for example, there is one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-15391. This locking structure prevents the locking hook having a threaded rod penetrating through the lid body in a lid for an underground structure in which a locking hook that engages with the receiving frame and locks is rotatably supported on the back surface of the lid body. The device is mounted, and the screw is formed with screws at the upper and lower ends of the screw to be screwed to the lid body, and the lower side of the screw is brought into contact with the locking hook when locking, and the locking hook swings by the swing prevention device. The locking state is reliably maintained so that the lid body is not unlocked by turbulent lifting pressure inside the underground structure, and the lid body is prevented from scattering.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described locking structure, the swing preventing device reliably prevents the locking hook from swinging to prevent the lid main body from scattering. However, if the lid needs to be opened, first swing the locking hook. After releasing the contact between the movement prevention device and the locking hook, the crowbar of the lid opening jig is inserted into the crowbar hole to press the crowbar pressure receiving portion of the locking hook to unlock, and the biting force between the lid body and the receiving frame. Must be opened to open the cover, and the operation of opening the cover is troublesome. Furthermore, when it is necessary to open the lids for underground structures such as fire hydrant lids, power distribution lids, gas pipe iron lids, etc. in an emergency, it takes time to open the lid and can respond quickly. There is no problem.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and does not unlock due to turbulent lifting pressure inside an underground structure, and when it is necessary to open the lid, an unlocking operation different from the opening operation is required. It is an object of the present invention to provide a locking structure for a lid for an underground structure, which can be opened without requiring a cover.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a locking structure for a lid for an underground structure, wherein a locking means is provided on the back surface of the lid main body, and a locking frame for supporting the lid main body is provided with locking means for engaging with the locking means. A recess provided on the inner surface of the receiving frame, a locking portion protruding from the upper portion of the recess, and a shelf protruding from the lower portion of the recess to the inside of the receiving frame, wherein the locking means comprises: It consists of a support shaft horizontally fixed facing the recess on a bracket vertically provided on the back surface of the lid body, and a locking hook through which the support shaft is inserted, and the locking hook is inserted through the support shaft. A sliding groove that can be moved up and down in the vertical direction, and an engaging claw that is housed in the concave portion when placed on the shelf, and is engaged with the locking portion and locked when the lid body is lifted by lift or the like. And a position above the support shaft when a locking hook is placed on the shelf in a closed state. A tilting portion formed at least in the middle of a slide groove for taking in the support shaft and tilting the locking hook around the support shaft at the time of opening and closing the lid body, and the tilting portion making the locking hook incapable of tilting around the support shaft. And a non-tiltable portion formed in a slide groove excluding the above, and an abutment portion which is in contact with an inner surface of the receiving frame during the lid opening operation and serves as a tilting fulcrum of the locking hook is provided.
[0007]
With such a configuration, in the closed state, the locking hook does not tilt even by the turbulent lifting pressure inside the underground structure, and when the lid body supported by the receiving frame is pushed up directly, The support shaft moves upward in the slide groove of the locking hook together with the lid body, and contacts the upper end of the sliding groove to lift the locking hook directly upward. Since the locking hook does not tilt when the support shaft is located at a non-tiltable portion except for the tilting portion formed in the slide groove, the engaging claw stored in the concave portion is engaged with the locking portion. As a result, the lid body is locked to the receiving frame and is prevented from scattering.
[0008]
When the lid body is lifted obliquely upward by the lid opening operation, the support shaft moves up in the slide groove of the locking hook and enters the tilting portion, and the contact portion contacts the inner surface of the receiving frame to act as a tilting fulcrum. The lower portion of the locking hook is tilted around the support shaft so as to move toward the center of the receiving frame, and the engaging claw is disengaged from the engaging portion and unlocked. This allows the lid body to be opened.
[0009]
At the time of the lid closing operation, the support shaft is inserted into the tilting portion of the locking hook, the locking hook is tilted around the support shaft, and the engaging claw is lowered so as to contact the inner surface of the receiving frame. Get over the part and lower it. When the lid main body is placed on the receiving frame, the locking hook is placed and supported on the shelf, and the engaging claw is housed in the recess and is opposed to the engaging portion so as to be engageable.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the tilting portion forms a first tilting portion that takes in the support shaft during the lid opening operation in the middle of the slide groove, and forms a second tilting portion that takes in the support shaft during the lid closing operation at the lower end, In the closed state, the support shaft is located at a non-tiltable portion between the first tilting portion and the second tilting portion. With such a configuration, the locking hook in the closed state is prevented from tilting, and at the time of the closing operation, the locking hook is placed on the upper edge of the receiving frame and the lid body is dropped obliquely downward into the receiving frame. Then, since the support shaft is taken into the second tilting portion and the locking hook is tilted, the locking hook is dropped into the receiving frame and the lid can be easily closed.
[0011]
In the present invention, the support shaft is a rectangle having a sectional shape slightly narrower than the slide groove.
By making the cross section of the support shaft rectangular, it moves up and down along the slide groove of the locking hook, thereby preventing the locking hook from tilting. Preferably, by making the cross-sectional shape of the support shaft a vertically long rectangle along the longitudinal direction of the slide groove, the tilting of the locking hook can be favorably prevented.
[0012]
Further, in the present invention, the abutment portion of the locking hook is formed at substantially the same height position or a slightly lower position as the tilting portion formed in the middle of the slide groove.
By providing the contact portion at such a position, when the cover comes into contact with the inner surface of the receiving frame and acts as a tilting fulcrum of the locking hook, the locking hook can be easily tilted. Further, in the present invention, the tilting portion has a configuration in which the inner surface of the slide groove on the engaging claw side is cut out in a substantially circular arc shape, or a corner portion of the support shaft that contacts the inner surface of the tilting portion is a curved surface. With this configuration, the locking hook can be easily tilted about the support axis during the opening and closing operations.
[0013]
In addition, the inner surface of the tilting portion is formed in a substantially arc shape, and the corner portion of the support shaft abutting on the inner surface is formed as a curved surface, so that both can smoothly slide, and the locking hook can be more easily tilted about the support shaft. It becomes.
(Example)
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a locking structure of a lid for an underground structure according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the lid 1 for an underground structure has a circular shape in a plan view constituted by a receiving frame 2 and a lid main body 3, and an upper surface thereof is installed flush with a ground surface (GL). The receiving frame 2 forms a fitting surface 2a with a lid main body 3 having an inner peripheral upper surface tapered, and the lid main body 3 reduces the outer peripheral surface of the rim winding 3a to a tapered shape to form a fitting surface 2a. Abutted. The lid body 3 is connected to the receiving frame 2 so as to be openable and closable by a hinge structure (not shown). The cover can be opened. A locking structure 4 is provided between the receiving frame 2 and the lid main body 3. The locking structure 4 includes a locking means 5 provided on the receiving frame 2 at a position opposite to the hinge structure and a locking means 6 provided on the lid main body 3. Is provided.
[0014]
The above-described hinge structure is, for example, an underground structure having a structure in which an annular hinge seat is provided protruding from the inner periphery of the receiving frame 2 and a hinge hardware swingably attached to the back surface of the lid body 3 is inserted therein. Well-known lids can be used. This hinge structure has a certain degree of freedom in the front-rear direction with respect to the hinge seat in a state where the hinge hardware is inserted into the hinge seat.In the present embodiment, by providing such a hinge structure, At the time of opening the lid, the lid main body 3 can be pulled up obliquely upward to the front side. Further, the lid body 3 is pushed straight up by the length of the hinge structure when subjected to turbulent lifting pressure inside the underground structure.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the receiving frame 2 has a fitting surface 2a for fitting and supporting the lid body 3 on an inner peripheral upper surface thereof, and a slightly smaller diameter than the fitting surface 2a at a lower portion via a step 2c. Of the inner peripheral surface 2b. The locking means 5 includes a concave portion 7 formed on the inner peripheral surface 2 b, a shelf 8 projecting substantially inward from the lower end of the concave portion 7 toward the inside of the receiving frame 2, A locking portion 9 is provided at the upper end of the opening along the circumferential direction. The shelf 8 has a length that does not hinder the worker from entering or leaving the receiving frame 2.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the lid body 3 is provided with a burr hole 3c which bulges downward in a bag-like shape at a position corresponding to the locking means 5 of the receiving frame 2 at a peripheral edge of the upper surface 3b. A pair of brackets 11, 11 are vertically provided on the back surface of the lid main body 3 at the left and right sides of the bag portion 3d forming the burl hole 3c and slightly inside the rim winding 3a. As shown in FIG. 1, in a closed state in which the lid main body 3 is fitted and supported in the receiving frame 2, these brackets 11 are spaced apart from the concave portion 7, and the lower ends thereof are slightly separated from the shelf 8. A polygonal, for example, rectangular square hole 11a whose height is slightly longer than its width is formed in the lower part of each bracket 11 so as to face each other.
[0017]
A support shaft 12 which is inserted into a slide groove 17 of a locking hook 15 described later is provided horizontally in the square hole 11a. The support shaft 12 forms a rectangular prism having a rectangular cross section that fits and penetrates into the square hole 11a of the bracket 11, and forms a shaft portion 12a that is set to the same length as the outer dimensions of the brackets 11, 11. A head 12b is formed at one end, and a screw portion 12c is formed at the other end. A corner formed by the upper surface of the shaft portion 12a and the outer surface facing the outside of the lid body 3 is chamfered over the entire length to form a curved surface 12d.
[0018]
The locking hook 15 can be stored between the brackets 11 on both sides, and the side portions 15b, 15b are raised on both upper sides of the hook body 15a, and a storage space 15c is provided in the middle. The storage space 15c stores a bag portion 3d that forms a burl hole 3c that is a bag hole when the lid body 3 is closed as described later. The width of the locking hook 15 is set to be slightly shorter than the opening width of the concave portion 7, the substantially L-shaped engaging claw portion 16 protrudes forward at the lower portion of the front surface, and the locking portion 9 is provided in the concave portion 7. It can be stored facing.
[0019]
The locking hook 15 is provided with a vertically extending slide groove 17 in the hook body 15a and the side portions 15b, 15b rising upward. The slide groove 17 is slightly wider than the width of the vertical cross-sectional shape of the support shaft 12, and the support shaft 12 can move up and down with a slight gap. On the inner surface 17a of the slide groove 17 on the locking claw portion 16 side (front side), a first tilting portion 18 is cut out at an upper portion and a second tilting portion 19 is cut at a lower end in a substantially arc shape. The first tilting portion 18 can take in the support shaft 12 when the lid is opened, and the second tilting portion 19 can tilt the locking hook 15 around the support shaft 12 when the lid is closed. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the first tilting portion 18 has an arc-shaped upper surface 18a at an upper portion and an inclined surface 18b at a lower portion. Further, the second tilting portion 19 has a fan shape in which the upper surface 19a has an arc shape.
[0020]
Further, an upper non-tiltable portion 17b is formed at the upper end of the slide groove 17, and a lower non-tiltable portion 17c is formed between the first tiltable portion 18 and the second tiltable portion 19 of the slide groove 17, and the upper and lower tiltable portions are formed. When the support shaft 12 is located at the impossible portions 17b and 17c, the locking hook 15 is prevented from tilting around the support shaft 12.
At upper front portions of both side portions 15b, 15b of the locking hook 15, contact portions 15d, 15d are formed to bulge forward at a height position substantially corresponding to the first tilting portion 18. These contact portions 15d, 15d are formed such that the support shaft 12 is taken into the first tilting portion 18 of the locking hook 15 during the opening operation, and the locking portion 9 formed at the upper end of the opening of the concave portion 7 formed in the receiving frame 2 and The locking hook 15 is a tilting fulcrum when the locking hook 15 tilts around the support shaft 12 by successively abutting and sliding on the fitting surface 2a.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the locking hook 15 is disposed between the brackets 11, 11 such that the locking claw 16 is housed in the recess 7, and the shaft 12 a of the support shaft 12 is provided. Is inserted through the square hole 11a of the bracket 11 on one side, the slide groove 17 of the locking hook 15, and the square hole 11a of the bracket 11 on the other side, and the nut 14 is screwed into the screw portion 12c via the washer 13, so that the head It is fixed by the part 12b and the nut 14.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the support shaft 12 can enter the second tilting portion 19 at a position abutting on the lower end surface of the slide groove 17 as shown by a two-dot chain line 12 ′. The shaft 12 can enter the first tilting portion 18 along the inclined surface 18b at the lower end position of the first tilting portion 18. The locking hook 15 can be tilted (rotated) with respect to the support shaft 12 when the support shaft 12 enters the first tilt portion 18 or the second tilt portion 19, and is shown at other positions, that is, indicated by solid lines. When the support shaft 12 is located at the lower tiltable portion 17c formed substantially in the middle of the slide groove 17, as shown by the two-dot chain line 12 ", the upper tiltable portion 17b formed at the upper end of the slide groove 17 is formed. When it is located at, it cannot be tilted.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1, the locking structure 4 of the lid 1 for an underground structure has a structure in which the locking hook 15 hangs down by its own weight when the lid body 3 is supported and fitted in the receiving frame 2 and the lid is closed. , And the engaging claw portion 16 enters the concave portion 7 and is located below the locking portion 9 so as to be able to engage with the locking portion 9. Further, the contact portion 15 d of the locking hook 15 slightly contacts the end face of the locking portion 9. The contact portion 15d does not need to be in contact with the end face of the locking portion 9, and may be slightly separated. In such a closed state, the support shaft 12 is located in the downwardly tiltable portion 17 c so as to have a gap between the support shaft 12 and the lower end of the slide groove 17 formed in the locking hook 15. A gap between the support shaft 12 and the lower end of the slide groove 17 is larger than the gap between the support shaft 12 and the lower end of the slide groove 17.
[0024]
Next, the operation of the locking structure 4 will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the locking operation of the locking structure 4 when the turbulent lift generated inside the underground structure acts on the lid body 3 to push it up will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6A shows a state in which the lid main body 3 is fitted and supported on the receiving frame 2. The locking hook 15 is placed on the shelf 8 by its own weight, the engaging claw 16 enters the recess 7, and faces the locking portion 9 below the locking portion 9. In this state, the lower surface of the support shaft 12 is located slightly above the lower end surface of the slide groove 17 of the locking hook 8, and the upper portion of the support shaft 12 is located at the downwardly tiltable portion 17 c. The tilt of the hook 15 is prevented.
[0025]
In this state, when turbulent lifting pressure acts on the back surface of the lid body 3, the locking hook 15 is not only less likely to be lifted by the shelf portion 8, but also the support shaft 12 is located at the downwardly tiltable portion 17 c. Therefore, when the lid body 3 is pushed up just above as shown by the arrow A in the figure (b) and floats up in the immobile state, the support shaft 12 moves in the slide groove 17 accordingly. When the lid body 3 is further pushed up and lifted off the receiving frame 2 as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the support shaft 12 comes into contact with the upwardly tiltable portion 17b formed at the upper end of the slide groove 17.
[0026]
When the lid main body 3 is further pushed up, the support shaft 12 pulls the locking hook 15 right above as shown in FIGS. At this time, the locking hook 15 is pulled up while maintaining the substantially upright state while preventing the tilting because the support shaft 12 is located in the upward tilting impossible portion 17b. Move up. Then, when the engaging claw 16 of the locking hook 15 engages with the locking portion 9 as shown in FIG. 5 (f), the locking hook 15 is locked to prevent the lid body 3 from floating, and the underground structure The scattering of the lid body 3 due to the internal turbulent lifting pressure is prevented.
[0027]
Next, the unlocking operation of the locking structure 4 when the lid main body 3 is opened will be described with reference to FIGS.
In FIG. 1, the worker inserts the tip of a dedicated bar (not shown) into the burl hole 3 c of the lid body 3 to release the bite between the receiving frame 2 and the lid body 3, and the arrow B in FIG. When the lid body 3 is pulled up diagonally upward while being pulled toward the near side as described above, the support shaft 12 moves inside the slide groove 17 of the locking hook 15 as the lid body 3 is pulled up diagonally upward. It moves upward while sliding on 17 a, and slides on the inclined surface 18 b of the first tilting portion 18 to enter into the first tilting portion 18. On the other hand, the locking hook 15 is still mounted on the shelf 8, the engaging claw 16 is opposed to the locking portion 9, and the contact portion 15d is in contact with the end face of the locking portion 9.
[0028]
When the lid body 3 is further pulled up obliquely upward, the arc-shaped upper surface 18a formed on the first tilting portion 18 slides on the curved surface 12d formed on the support shaft 12 to support as shown in FIG. The shaft 12 starts lifting the locking hook 15. At this time, the locking hook 15 receives the force of turning in the counterclockwise direction in the drawing with the first tilting portion 18 as the point of force and the contact surface 15d contacting the end surface of the locking portion 9 as the tilting fulcrum, and the front lower end edge Tilts rearward (counterclockwise) while sliding on the shelf 8. When the lid main body 3 is further pulled up obliquely upward, the locking hook 15 further tilts as shown in FIG. 4C, and the engaging claw 16 comes out of the concave portion 7 to disable the engagement with the locking portion 9. Is done. At this time, the front upper edge of the locking hook 15 abuts on the fitting surface 2a, and the tilting of the locking hook 15 is stably held.
[0029]
With the locking hook 15, as the lid body 3 is pulled up obliquely upward, as shown in (d), the abutting portion 15 d abuts on the fitting surface 2 a from the end surface of the locking portion 9, and the fitting surface 2 a It is pulled up while maintaining the tilting state while sliding. Then, the engagement claw portion 16 passes through the inside of the locking portion 9 (inward of the receiving frame 2) with a slight gap from the locking portion 9.
[0030]
When the lid main body 3 is further pulled obliquely upward and the contact portion 15d of the locking hook 15 is disengaged from the fitting surface 2a of the receiving frame 2 as shown in FIG. It is pulled up while abutting, and is placed on the upper end of the receiving frame 2 as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the lid body 3 is opened by horizontal turning or inversion by a normal opening operation.
[0031]
The burl hole 3c of the lid body 3 is formed in a bag shape, so that the locking hook 15 cannot be directly operated with a burl at the time of opening the lid. Unless the lid operation is performed, the locking structure 4 cannot be unlocked and the lid cannot be opened. That is, even if a person who is not a person skilled in the art, such as a maintenance manager of the underground structure, tries to lift the lid main body 3 directly above, the lid is locked and cannot be opened as shown in FIG. However, those skilled in the art, when it is necessary to open the lid, perform a series of opening operations as described above, that is, open and release easily without requiring an unlocking operation separate from the opening operation. You can cover it.
[0032]
Next, the locking operation of the locking structure 4 when closing the lid will be described with reference to FIGS.
When closing the lid body 3, first, the operator lifts the lid body 3 and places the locking hook 15 upright on the upper end of the receiving frame 2 as shown in FIG. In this state, the upper end surface of the locking hook 15 is slightly separated from the back surface of the lid main body 3, and the support shaft 12 is disengaged from the downwardly tiltable portion 17 c and the lower surface contacts the lower end surface of the sliding groove 17 of the locking hook 15. The locking hook 15 can be tilted by being able to enter the second tilting portion 19.
[0033]
Next, the operator drops the lid body 3 obliquely downward into the receiving frame 2 as shown by the arrow C in FIG. The locking hook 15 slides on the upper end surface of the receiving frame 2 as the lid main body 3 is pressed, and when the lower surface comes off the upper end surface as shown in FIG. The lower end edge is tilted clockwise (rearward) in the drawing with the tilting fulcrum as the tilting fulcrum. As the lid body 3 is dropped obliquely downward (c) and (d), the locking hook 15 descends while the engaging claw 16 slides on the fitting surface 2a of the receiving frame 2 as shown in FIGS. e) The rear lower edge of the locking hook 15 contacts the shelf 8 as shown in the figure.
[0034]
Then, as shown in (f), when the lid body 3 is fitted into the receiving frame 2 and the lid is closed, the locking hook 15 has a shape in which the engaging claw portion 16 opens upward in a substantially L-shape. As a result, it easily gets over without engaging with the locking portion 9, rotates in the counterclockwise direction (front side) in the drawing, and the lower surface thereof comes into contact with the shelf 8 and is supported vertically. Then, the engaging claw portion 16 of the locking hook 15 is housed in the concave portion 7, is positioned below the locking portion 9, and is locked so as to be engageable with the locking portion 9. In this manner, the worker does not fit the receiving frame 2 while supporting the lid body 3 at the time of closing the lid, but instead places the locking hook 15 on the upper end of the receiving frame 2 in an upright state. Can be locked at the same time by a series of operations of closing the lid so as to slide it into the receiving frame 2 (drop it obliquely downward).
[0035]
In addition, although the 2nd tilting part 19 was provided in the lower end of the slide groove 17 of the locking hook 15 as a tilting part so that a lid closing operation becomes easy, only the first tilting part 18 may be used as a tilting part. In this case, the lid closing operation is performed by slightly lifting the lid main body 3 from the state where the locking hook 15 is placed on the upper end of the receiving frame 2 to position the support shaft 12 on the first tilting portion 18 and tilting the locking hook 15 by hand. Then, the locking hook 15 is slid on the inner peripheral surface 2a of the receiving frame to close the lid.
[0036]
In the above-described embodiment, the burl hole 3c of the lid body 3 is a bag-shaped burr hole, but is not limited to this, and may be an open burl hole that has been conventionally generally used. However, a bag-shaped burl hole as in the embodiment is preferable in that it can prevent the lid from being opened by a third party other than those skilled in the art and can prevent intrusion of rainwater and the like.
[0037]
Further, in the above embodiment, the support shaft 12 is capable of moving the locking hook 15 in the vertical direction, and is tilted at the lower tiltable portion 17c formed at an intermediate position of the slide groove 17 and the upper tiltable portion 17b formed at the upper end. In order to make it impossible, the shaft portion 12a is a prism having a rectangular shape whose cross-sectional shape is vertically long along the longitudinal direction of the slide groove 17, but is not limited thereto. The groove 17 may have an oval shape that is long in the longitudinal direction.
[0038]
Further, in the embodiment, the lid body 3 and the receiving frame 2 are connected by a hinge structure, and the locking structure 4 is provided on the opposite side. However, the locking structure 4 may be provided instead of the hinge structure.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
In the locking structure of the lid for an underground structure according to the present invention, the lid body is provided outside the receiving frame by having the tilting portion provided in the middle of the slide groove and the abutting portion which comes into contact with the inner surface of the receiving frame during the opening operation. When it is lifted in the direction, the support shaft inserted in the slide groove is taken into the tilting part, and the contact part comes into contact with the inner surface of the receiving frame, unlocking by tilting the locking hook, and performing a series of operations of opening the lid. The lid can be easily opened. In addition, since the locking hook has a non-tiltable portion that cannot tilt around the support shaft in the slide groove except for the tilting portion, when the lid body floats due to the lifting pressure in the underground structure, the support shaft is at the upper end of the slide groove. Since it is located, the locking hook is not unlocked, and the cover main body is locked to the receiving frame 2 so that scattering can be reliably prevented.
[0040]
Further, the support shaft is located at a non-tilt portion formed below the tilt portion formed in the middle of the slide groove in a state where the locking hook is placed on the shelf, so that the locking shaft is locked in the closed state. Since the hook is prevented from tilting, the locking hook is stably held in a lockable state.
In addition, by having the second tilting portion at the lower end of the slide groove, the lid is not supported by the receiving frame while supporting the lid body when the lid is closed, but the locking hook is placed upright on the upper end of the receiving frame. By simply sliding (dropping) the lid body inside the receiving frame as it is, the support shaft is taken into the second tilting portion, and the locking hook is tilted, so that the lid can be easily closed and locked simultaneously. be able to.
[0041]
Further, by making the cross-sectional shape of the support shaft a rectangle slightly narrower than the slide groove, it is possible to securely and easily support the locking hook with a simple structure so as not to tilt.
Further, by forming the abutting portion of the locking hook at substantially the same height position or a slightly lower position as the tilting portion formed in the middle of the slide groove, the locking hook can be easily tilted around the support axis.
[0042]
Further, the tilting portion may have a configuration in which the inner surface of the slide groove on the engaging claw side is cut out in a substantially arc shape, or the corner portion of the support shaft that contacts the inner surface of the tilting portion may have a curved surface, so that the tilting portion of the locking hook is , The tilting around the support shaft becomes smooth, and the unlocking operation at the time of opening the lid and the locking operation at the time of closing the lid are reliably performed.
