Description
【0001】
【0066】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paperboard feeder installed in a corrugated board box making machine or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional one will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 13A is an explanatory diagram of a configuration and functions of a lead edge system which is an example of a typical paperboard feeder installed in a corrugated board making machine, and FIG. 13B is a time cycle diagram thereof. 14A is an explanatory diagram of the configuration and functions of a kicker system which is another example of the same paperboard feeder as described above, and FIG. 14B is a time cycle diagram thereof.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, a typical paperboard feeder installed in a conventional corrugated board making machine has a gap formed on the lower end of the front guide by corrugated cardboard sheets stacked on the paper feed table by the rotation of the feed roll. The leading edge lower end of the front guide by a lead edge feeder system configured to pass through and sequentially carry out one by one from the lowermost sheet, and a cardboard sheet stacked on the sheet feeding table to reciprocate at a predetermined timing This is a kicker system configured to pass through the gap formed in the first and second sheets one by one from the lowermost sheet.
[0017]
However, as a means for transporting the paperboard including the cardboard sheet sent out by the both types to the printing section in the next process, the paperboard is sandwiched and rotated by a pair of feed rolls provided above and below the sheet pass line. The method to do is taken.
[0018]
Therefore, in these conventional ones, there is a problem that the rigidity (cumulative pressure strength) of the corrugated cardboard sheet is lowered due to the structure in which the sheet is nipped and transferred while being crushed by a pair of feed rolls provided above and below the sheet pass line. For this reason, it is necessary to adopt a high quality (high strength) base paper in selecting a material for the corrugated board sheet in consideration of a decrease in rigidity.
[0019]
In addition, as an initial condition, the gap between the outer peripheral surfaces of the paired feed rolls is made narrower than the thickness of the corrugated cardboard sheet. (Vibration) occurs, and therefore, slippage due to extreme sheet crushing or insufficient conveying force occurs.
[0020]
In addition, the gap between the outer peripheral surfaces of the feed roll is set based on the standard thickness of the corrugated cardboard sheet, and the clamping force is reduced in the corrugator ruled line portion or the portion where the sheet is extremely crushed by bouncing and the thickness is reduced. For this reason, the conveyance force is insufficient.
[0021]
And these conventional type paper feeders have the disadvantages that the accumulated pressure strength is reduced due to the crushing of the paperboard, and the quality such as the displacement of the printing position is lowered in the downstream printing portion due to the slip accompanying the fluctuation of the conveying force. .
[0022]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a paper feeding device that eliminates various problems in such a conventional device and safely and reliably feeds paperboard to the downstream. Paperboard and cardboard sheet are used as different terms when understood in a narrow sense. However, in this specification, this is understood broadly, and paperboard and cardboard sheet are treated as similar, The explanation will be made on the assumption that a cardboard sheet is also included in these.
[0023]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. A paper feed unit that sequentially discharges paperboards stacked on a paper feed hopper from the lowermost layer, and a feed that is provided in the paper feed unit and contacts the paperboard at the lowest position. A pair of rolls, a pair of upstream and downstream feed rolls that are provided on the lower surface side of the paperboard following the outlet of the paper feed unit, and air suction pressure or spraying pressure on the paperboard on each of the feed rolls The paperboard comprises means for bringing the paperboard into close contact with each feed roll by applying an adhesive force of of Tip in feed direction But In the upstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact Same tip from first position But In the downstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact Provided is a paperboard feeding device in which peripheral speeds of the feed roll and the feed rolls are synchronously rotated at the same speed while being transferred to a second position, and the feed roll comes into contact with the lowermost paperboard The paperboard is supported on a pair of upstream and downstream feed rolls disposed only on the lower surface side of the paperboard that has been transported out of the paper feeding unit, and the like, such as air suction pressure or air blowing pressure By applying the adhesion force, the contact pressure (frictional force) between the paperboard and the feed roll is increased, so that the paperboard is more reliably transferred by the rotation of the feed roll, eliminating the need to install the upper and lower pair of feed rolls, and crushing the sheet This has nothing to do with the occurrence of bouncing (vibration) or the like.
Moreover, for the peripheral speed of the feed roll and each feed roll, this is the paperboard of Tip in feed direction But In the upstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact Same tip from first position But In the downstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact Since it is made to rotate synchronously at the same speed while being transferred to the second position, each feed roll and the feed roll in the paper feed section that precedes each feed roll cooperate with matching speed instead of moving independently. By doing so, the paperboard is reliably and safely transferred as a continuous action so as not to cause a paper feed error.
According to the present invention, the first position is a position where the sheet pulling output of the upstream feed roll and the sheet holding force of the feed roll are in competition with each other, and the second position is the upstream position. Provided is a paperboard feeding device in which the sheet pulling output of the side and downstream side feed rolls is always larger than the sheet holding force of the feed roll, and thus the paperboard of Tip in feed direction But For upstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact The first position hits the position where the sheet pulling power of the feed roll and the sheet holding force of the feed roll antagonize Specified , Also the paperboard of tip But On the downstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact The second position is specified so that the sheet pulling output of the feed roll always hits the position where the sheet holding force of the feed roll is always larger, and the feed roll and the feed roll are moved at the same speed while the tip of the paperboard is transported through this section. In this way, the sheet is accurately rotated to prevent sheet feeding errors from occurring.
[0024]
In the present invention, the feed roll is composed of a pair of rolls having a shape in which a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion are alternately and continuously repeated, and the other roll has a valley between the large diameter portions connected to one roll. Provided is a paperboard feeder in which large-diameter portions are fitted so that the distance between the axes of the pair of rolls is smaller than the diameter of the large-diameter portions. Thus, the large-diameter portions of the pair of feed rolls are mutually connected. By making the distance between the shafts close to each other, the curvature of the large diameter part is effectively used, the flatness between the pair of feed rolls is kept large, and bending deformation is suppressed even for a soft sheet. It ensures that it can be transported.
[0025]
According to the present invention, the means for adhering comprises at least one of a pressing means for blowing air from the upper surface of the paperboard on the feed roll and a means for sucking air from the lower surface to generate negative pressure. As a means to make sure that the paperboard that exits the paper supply unit is securely held on the feed roll, air is blown from the top surface of the paperboard and the paperboard is brought into close contact with the pressing force. Or a means for sucking air from the lower surface of the paperboard to apply a negative pressure to bring the paperboard into close contact with each other, or both means, and the paperboard onto the feed roll. Retention is ensured.
[0026]
Also, the present invention provides a paperboard feeding device in which the feed roll is composed of at least a pair of rolls and a belt is stretched between the rolls, and the flatness is more improved by the belt stretched by the pair of feed rolls. A high transfer area is formed, and the board is transferred safely and reliably.
[0028]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. That is, the portions in contact with the feed rolls 11a and 11b are changed as shown in the figure. If the vacuum pressure is the same, the smaller the diameter of the feed rolls 11a and 11b, the larger the deformation and the degree of deformation ( Naturally, the distortion is also large.
[0041]
In order to solve such a problem, the roll diameter should be as large as possible and the center distance should be small to some extent. In order to realize this, a staggered arrangement is adopted as shown in FIG. By doing so, the center distance can be shortened by the large feed roll diameter and the outer diameters are inserted into each other, and the degree of flatness formed by the feed rolls 11a and 11b can be increased.

Also, because the paperboard is not clamped, there is no bouncing (vibration) of the feed roll, and there is no extreme crushing of the sheet and insufficient conveyance force (variation). It is.
[0065]
In addition, because the paperboard to be conveyed is brought into strong contact with the feed roll using suction pressure and air pressure as a means, the sheet slip that has conventionally occurred when passing through the corrugator ruled line is eliminated, and the transfer state is stabilized, so the printing accuracy in the downstream process Equal quality could be greatly improved.
Furthermore, regarding the peripheral speed of the feed roll and the feed roll, of Tip in feed direction But In the upstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact Same tip from first position But In the downstream feed roll Beyond the engaging contact By rotating synchronously at the same speed while being transferred to the second position, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a paper feed error and execute a more appropriate transfer operation.
