Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an incontinence diaper used by a care recipient such as an elderly person or an adult patient.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, diapers have been mainly used for infants, but with the aging of society, demand for diapers for incontinence used by caregivers such as elderly people and adult patients who have difficulty in daily life is increasing. .
As for diapers for incontinence, as in the case of infants, disposable ones in which a highly water-absorbent resin is encapsulated between a water-resistant outer sheet and a water-permeable inner sheet made of paper are widely used. .
However, since the time required for diapers to be diapers is often long, and the cost required for diapers increases, disposable incontinence diapers have been uneconomical.
On the other hand, cloth incontinence diapers made by stitching together multiple layers of cloth can be reused by washing, but for comfort, the surface of the incontinence (skin contact surface) In addition to moistening and inducing discomfort, there was a problem that had to be resolved, such as skin irritation, bed slippage, and odor leaking due to prolonged contact between excreted urine and skin .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a diaper for incontinence that is a diaper that can be reused for washing and that improves skin comfort, prevention of skin irritation, bed slipping, odor leakage, and the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above problems, the present invention laminates a highly water-permeable and quick-drying inner sheet, a highly water-retaining sheet, and a waterproof outer sheet, and forms an inner sheet, a water retaining sheet, and an outer sheet. In the incontinence diaper integrated by sewing the peripheral portion, the water retaining sheet is formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric and a knit, and the nonwoven fabric is hard so as not to be depressed and deformed by a load. By locating , the excreted urine is immediately infiltrated and moved from the inner sheet to the water retaining sheet side, the inner sheet in contact with the skin is almost dried, ensuring a refreshing feeling of use, and causing inflammation of the skin etc. In order to prevent this, the above problem is solved.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 and 2 are views showing an incontinence diaper according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a plan view of the incontinence diaper in a developed state, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of an essential part of the AA cross section of FIG .
As shown in FIG. 1, the incontinence diaper 1 according to the present invention is formed in a generally inverted gourd shape in plan view, and after the large dimension portion located at one end is applied to the buttocks of a person requiring assistance The body 2 is a constricted portion 3 that is continuous with the back body 2, and a small dimension portion that is contiguous to the constricted portion 3 and located at the other end is the front body 4.
[0006]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the incontinence diaper 1 is formed by laminating an inner sheet 5 having high water permeability and quick drying, a water retaining sheet 6 having high water absorption, and a waterproof outer sheet 7. An edge cover 9 is placed on the peripheral edges of the inner sheet 5, the water retaining sheet 6 and the outer sheet 7, and the peripheral edges are sewn together with the edge cover 9 to be integrated.
[0007]
The inner sheet 5 is preferably formed of fibers containing an adsorbent and a photocatalyst, and the adsorbent deodorizes by chemically adsorbing chemical components that cause odors. The odor component adsorbed on the adsorbent is decomposed by an oxidation-reduction reaction by receiving ultraviolet rays emitted from a fluorescent lamp.
The high water flow and quick drying property of the inner sheet 5 is a property that allows water to pass through in a very short time compared to a normal fabric such as cotton cloth, hardly holds water in itself, and quickly dries. Due to this property, urine that has soaked into the inner sheet 5 immediately passes and is absorbed by the water-retaining sheet 6, so that the inner sheet 5 is always kept almost dry.
[0008]
The high water absorption property of the water retaining sheet 6 is a property of absorbing a very large amount of water as compared with its own weight, like the super absorbent resin used for paper diapers.
Examples of the material for the water retaining sheet 6 include non-woven fabric and knit (for example, cotton knitted fabric), and both are used in combination.
Non- woven fabrics are hard non-woven fabrics (those that are deformed to a large extent when a load is applied in the thickness direction). However, when a hard nonwoven fabric is used, even if the incontinence diaper 1 is repeatedly washed, the water-retaining sheet 6 is less damaged and contracted and has high durability.
As a combination method, for example, as shown in FIG. 2 , it is preferable to alternately laminate a water retention sheet 6a made of hard nonwoven fabric and a water retention sheet 6b made of knit to make a water retention sheet 6. It is desirable to place the water retention sheet 6a made of a hard nonwoven fabric on the inner sheet 5 side.
In addition, the number of stacked water retaining sheets 6a and 6b is not limited at all.
[0009]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, gathers 14 and 14a for preventing side leakage are formed on both end portions on the surface side of the inner sheet 5, or the outer side subjected to water repellent processing in place of the waterproof outer sheet 7 A sheet 7 may be used.
Note that the presence of the gathers 14, 14a, the type of combination of the outer sheet 7 is not particularly limited, for example, with use of the outer sheet 7 in water repellency, may be provided gathers 14, 14a, also gathers 14, 14a The outer sheet 7 may be water-repellent without being provided.
[0010]
Next, the action of the incontinence diaper of the present invention will be described.
The urine excreted by the caregiver is immediately absorbed by the water retaining sheet 6 through the inner sheet 5 because the inner sheet 5 of the incontinence diaper 1 has high water flow and quick drying, and the inner sheet 5 is always almost dry. To be kept.
[0011]
The urine absorbed and held in the water retaining sheet 6 dissipates odor components, but the water retaining sheet 6 is sewn together at the peripheral edges of the inner sheet 5, the water retaining sheet 6 and the outer sheet 7, so that the water retaining sheet 6 becomes the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet. 7 and the outer sheet 7 is waterproof, so urine and its odor components do not leak to the outer surface side of the incontinence diaper 1, and the odor components passing through the inner sheet 5 are adsorbed by the adsorbent of the inner sheet 5. Therefore, no odor leaks out of the incontinence diaper 1.
[0012]
Further, when the incontinence diaper 1 after use is washed and exposed to light from the sun or a fluorescent lamp, the odor component adsorbed on the adsorbent of the inner sheet 5 is oxidized or reduced by the photocatalyst and decomposed.
[0013]
Since the water retention sheet 6a made of hard nonwoven fabric and the water retention sheet 6b made of knit are laminated and the water retention sheet 6a made of hard nonwoven fabric is positioned on the inner sheet 5 side to form the water retention sheet 6, the urine that has passed through the inner sheet 5 firstly absorbed into hard nonwoven fabric made of water retaining sheet 6a, urine which has passed through the water retaining sheet 6a it is absorbed to knit the water retaining sheet 6b.
Incidentally, it knits the water retaining sheet 6b receives the buttocks weight of a main caregiver, although somewhat depressed deformation is partially compressed, the main caregiver depression rolling over, depression deformation portion of the water retaining sheet 6b Is naturally displaced.
At this time, when the water retaining sheet 6b is compressed at the place where it has been deformed after turning over, a part of the urine absorbed in this part moves within the water retaining sheet 6b , and part of it is pushed out of the water retaining sheet 6b . It is.
However, since the water retention sheet 6a made of hard nonwoven fabric is hardly depressed and deformed even when subjected to a load, the water absorption is not inhibited at all even under the load, and the urine pushed out from the knit water retention sheet 6b is Immediately absorbed by the water retaining sheet 6a located immediately above the sheet 6b .
Therefore, even if the person in need turns over after incontinence and the depressed deformation location of the knit water-retaining sheet 6b is displaced, the urine once absorbed by the water-retaining sheet 6 does not flow back to the inner sheet 5 side.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In short, the present invention is a laminate of an inner sheet having high water permeability and quick drying, a water retention sheet having high water absorption, and a waterproof outer sheet, and the inner sheet, the water retention sheet and the outer sheet are arranged at the periphery. In the incontinence diaper integrated by sewing, the water-retaining sheet is formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric and a knit, and the nonwoven fabric is made hard so that it does not deform by load, and is positioned on the inner sheet side. The nonwoven fabric and the knit have many voids between the fibers and are excellent in water absorption, so that the urine absorption allowance of the water retaining sheet 6 can be increased, and a person who needs assistance turns over after incontinence. Even if the water retaining sheet 6b is deformed, the urine pushed out from the water retaining sheet 6b is absorbed by the water retaining sheet 6a which is hardly depressed and deformed , and the urine can be prevented from flowing back to the inner sheet 5 side.
Therefore, the excreted urine immediately penetrates and moves from the inner sheet 5 to the water retaining sheet 6, and the inner sheet 5 can be kept almost dry, thereby preventing discomfort and skin inflammation and providing a refreshing feeling of use. I can do it.
In addition, since the water retention sheet 6a made of hard nonwoven fabric is hard and strong, and the water retention sheet 6b made of knit is soft, the durability of the entire water retention sheet 6 can be enhanced by combining the characteristics of the water retention sheets 6a and 6b. Also, you can get a soft wearing feeling.
Then, the inner sheet 5, the water retaining sheet 6 and the outer sheet 7 are integrated by sewing the peripheral edge so that the urine that has permeated and moved to the water retaining sheet 6 side is surrounded by the inner sheet 5 and the outer sheet 7, and incontinence is achieved. It is possible to obtain a comfortable feeling of using the diaper 1 without leaking the urine odor to the outside.
[0015]
Since the inner sheet 5 is formed of fibers containing an adsorbent and a photocatalyst, the above odor leakage prevention effect can be further enhanced by adsorbing odor components of urine with the adsorbent of the inner sheet 5, and further after use If the incontinence diaper 1 is washed and exposed to sunlight or the like, the photocatalyst of the inner sheet 5 decomposes the odor component adsorbed on the adsorbent of the inner sheet 5 and restores the adsorbing power of the adsorbent. No matter how many times the diaper 1 is used repeatedly, the deodorizing power of the inner sheet 5 does not decrease.
[0016]
When a person requiring assistance excretes a large amount of urine at a time, a part of the urine flows along the surface of the inner sheet 5 to the both ends before passing through the inner sheet 5. Since the gathers 14 and 14a are formed at the ends, the urine that has flowed to the ends of both sides is blocked by the gathers 14 and 14a , passed through the inner sheet 5 and absorbed by the water retaining sheet 6 to prevent side leakage. I can do it.
[0017]
If the amount of excretion of the caregiver exceeds the urine absorption allowance of the incontinence diaper 1, urine collected on the outer sheet 7 may flow backward to the inner sheet 5, and the inner sheet 5 may get wet. However, since the outer sheet 7 has been subjected to water repellency, the outer sheet 7 can be discharged from the side of the incontinence diaper 1 due to the water repellency of the outer sheet 7. If the sheet having a sheet is spread, the urine discharged to the outside of the incontinence diaper 1 is absorbed by the sheet to prevent the urine from flowing back to the inner sheet 5 and to ensure a refreshing feeling of use of the inner sheet 5. The practical effect is great.
