Abstract

PURPOSE:To rapidly separate urine and loose feces from the skin and keep a surface sheet in the dry state by providing the surface sheet having a number of through holes and a longitudinally elastic stretching property above an absorb ing body, fixing only the longitudinal both end parts of the surface sheet to a diaper, and making the surface sheet float by its shrinking force at the time of wearing. CONSTITUTION:A surface sheet 5 having a number of through holes with a diameter 1mm or more is disposed in the lateral center on a liquid-permeating sheet 2 and extended to the longitudinal both end parts thereof. When a paper diaper is opened from the folded state and worn, the surface sheet 5 tries to form a flat face by its longitudinal shrinking force, and the sheets 1 and 2 and an absorbing body 3 are curved from the waist toward the hack, but as the absorbing body 3 is rigid and hardly affected by the shrinking force, the surface sheet 5 floats from the liquid-permeating sheet 2 to form a loose feces storing space S. When urine is exhausted, the urine is absorbed and held in the absorbing body 3 through the surface sheet 5 and the liquid-permeating sheet 3. When loose feces is exhausted, it is rapidly entered into the loose feces storing space S through the large holes of the surface sheet 5.

[Prior Art] Generally, in absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and sanitary napkins, many proposals have been made with the aim of improving absorption properties, particularly absorption speed and prevention of backflow of body fluids.

Specifically, for example, instead of using conventional materials such as absorbent paper or cotton-like pulp that have a low ability to retain body fluids, we are using a polymer absorbent material (absorbent polymer) to improve absorbency. By trying to prevent the above-mentioned backflow, and by changing the material of the liquid-permeable sheet to a hydrophobic material such as polypropylene or polyester instead of the conventionally commonly used rayon (hydrophilic), the backflow of body fluids can be prevented. There were products designed to prevent the surface of diapers from becoming sticky.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, even if the materials of the absorbent body and the liquid-permeable sheet are improved, since the liquid-permeable sheet is in close contact with the wearer's skin when wearing a diaper, the absorption properties and reversibility will be poor. There were limits to the improvement. In other words, even if the absorption properties are improved, when the wearer's pressure acts on the disposable diaper (especially the absorbent material), -
Urine that soaks back up and causes discomfort to the wearer.

Therefore, even if the backflow of urine can be prevented to some extent by improving the material of the liquid-permeable sheet, the backflow cannot be completely prevented when a strong pressure is applied to the disposable diaper by the wearer. Furthermore, although there is little problem if it is just urine, if soft stool is excreted, the soft stool cannot pass through the liquid-permeable sheet and most of the soft stool remains on top of the liquid-permeable sheet, causing discomfort and fecal irritation. This is because conventional liquid-permeable sheets were designed solely to allow urine to pass through them.

Therefore, the main purpose of the present invention is to have a structure in which the top sheet is lifted up from the liquid-transporting sheet when worn, thereby preventing the wearer from pressing against the absorbent body, thereby reliably preventing backflow, and quickly removing urine and soft stools to the surface. Transmits the sheet, regardless of the material of the absorber or liquid-permeable sheet.
To provide a paper diaper capable of quickly removing urine and loose stool from the wearer's skin and keeping a top sheet in contact with the wearer always dry.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention for solving the above problems provides a paper diaper in which an absorbent body is provided on a liquid-impermeable sheet. A top sheet having a large number of through holes with a diameter of 1 mm or more and having elastic stretchability at least in the front-back direction is provided above, and this top sheet is fixed to the diaper only at both ends in the longitudinal direction,
It is characterized in that when worn on the wearer, it is lifted from the unfolded state due to the shrinkage force of the top sheet.

[Function] In the disposable diaper of the present invention, the topsheet is fixed to the diaper body only at both ends in the longitudinal direction, so that when worn, the topsheet is separated from the absorbent body or the liquid-permeable sheet thereon. This is because the wearer's skin does not come into direct contact with the absorbent body through the absorbent body or liquid-permeable sheet when worn, and the pore diameter of the top sheet is 1 mm or more.
Not only urine but also soft stool passes through quickly, and there is no pressure on the absorbent body due to the movement of the wearer, and there is no backflow, so it is comfortable to use and prevents skin irritation due to backflow of urine. can be prevented from occurring. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent fecal rash caused by retention of loose stools.

On the other hand, the present applicant has disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 63-218026 that by providing a top sheet between barrier cuffs, the barrier cuffs can prevent loose stools from leaking sideways, and a soft stool reservoir can be created between the top sheet and the liquid-permeable sheet. We proposed a method that prevents stool rash by creating a space. However, although this is extremely effective in preventing side leakage of loose stools, the elastic stretchable member within the barrier cuffs tightens the area around the legs, which puts a heavy burden on people with sensitive skin. However, in the present invention, the elastic stretchability of the topsheet causes the topsheet to float up, and the entire topsheet hits the entire crotch of the wearer, so there is no feeling of pressure and the wearer is comfortable to wear.

In the paper diaper configured as described above, when the product is unfolded from the folded state and worn by a wearer, the topsheet 5 tends to flatten due to the shrinkage force of the paper diaper in the front-rear direction. However, sheet 1.2 and absorber 3
The absorber 3 is bent in the dorsal direction from the waist, and since the absorbent body 3 has a certain degree of rigidity and no contractile force acts on it, the top sheet 5 eventually lifts up from the liquid-permeable sheet 2, as shown in Figure 3. , and a soft stool storage space S is formed.

When urine is excreted in this state, it passes through the top sheet 5 and the liquid-permeable sheet 2, and is absorbed and retained within the absorbent body 3. In addition, when soft stool is discharged, it quickly enters the soft stool storage space S through the large holes in the top sheet 5, but only the liquid content reaches the absorbent body 3, and the solid content of the soft stool passes through the large perforations in the top sheet 5. It cannot pass through the liquid sheet 2 and accumulates in the space S. In any case, since the soft stool passes through the topsheet 5, its solid content does not remain on the topsheet, thereby preventing stool staining. In addition, the liquid content of urine or loose stool tends to migrate laterally as well, but since the thread rubber 4 fits suitably around the flap portion of the paper diaper, this acts as a dam and prevents the liquid from leaking sideways.

Furthermore, when the cover sheet 6.6 is provided, it is possible to prevent loose stool from returning or leaking between the side portion of the top sheet 5 or its side edge and the liquid-permeable sheet 2.

Moreover, when the cover sheet 6 is provided with the elastic body 7,

The surface sheet according to the present invention has a larger opening than the liquid-permeable sheet 2, and has a large number of through-holes that are large enough to allow solid pieces of soft stool to pass through. In this case, the aperture ratio of the through hole is preferably 50% or more, and the shape of the through hole may be any suitable shape such as round, triangular, square, or rhombic. 1
The diameter of each through hole is 1 mm or more, preferably 3 to 30 mm, particularly preferably 10 to 15 m+n, and the area of each opening is preferably 9 to 900 rMM2. The material is preferably a net-like material made of threads such as nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, polyurethane, polybutylene terephthalate, etc., made of flat knit, circular knit, or vertical weave, plain weave, plain weave, or basket weave.
Furthermore, in order to improve the fit of the topsheet 5 to the wearer, it is desirable that the net is stretchable at least in the longitudinal direction (front-to-back direction of the paper diaper), and more preferably in the lateral direction. This type of product is available from Azuma Shi■ etc. In addition, it is also possible to use a film or sheet in which holes are punched out to form the through holes referred to in the present invention.

If the topsheet, especially a film or sheet with punched holes, does not have elasticity in the front-back direction of the disposable diaper, as shown in FIG. A plurality of stretchable elastic bodies 10 for stretching can be provided so that the top sheet 5' is lifted from the liquid-permeable sheet 2 when worn.Stretchable elastic bodies 10
is preferably fixed to the top sheet 5',
If there is a concern that the hot melt adhesive used for fixing the adhesive may leak into the surface, it is not necessary to fix the adhesive to the top sheet 5°. However, the stretchable elastic body IO needs to be fixed to the paper diaper main body at least at the front and rear ends.
