Description

【0001】
【0043】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, etc., and laminated absorbent articles, and prevents leakage from the edge, particularly so-called side leakage that occurs when lying on the side. The present invention relates to an absorbent article that exhibits an excellent effect in prevention.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a crotch portion of a conventional disposable diaper 50 (conventional example (1)). The diaper is formed by sandwiching an absorbent body (absorbing material) 14 between a liquid-permeable top sheet 13 and a liquid-impervious back sheet 15, in the vicinity of the left and right side edges (near both ends in the short side direction) on the body side. A bank portion (solid gather) 19 is formed in a belt shape. The bank portion 19 is composed of a non-liquid-permeable sheet 16 sandwiching the bank rubber 17 at the top, and the bank portion 19 rises when the bank rubber 17 contracts. And urine, feces etc. are dammed up by this bank part 19, and the leak from the both-sides edge of a diaper is prevented.
[0003]
The non-liquid-permeable sheet 16 of the bank portion 19 extends further outward than the side edge of the absorbent body 14 and is overlaid on the back sheet 15 that also extends outward from the side edge of the absorbent body 14. A leg rubber 18 is provided between the overlapped non-liquid-permeable sheet 16 and the back sheet 15, and the diaper fits the leg roll by the leg rubber 18 (leg gather 12). The leg gather 12 and the bank portion 19 prevent double leakage against the flow of urine and the like.
[0004]
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a crotch portion showing a laminated disposable diaper 70 in which a combination pad (absorbent pad) 60 is provided on the body side of the disposable diaper 50 (conventional example (2)). The same components as those in FIG. 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals to avoid redundant description.
[0005]
The combination pad 60 is obtained by sandwiching an absorbent body (absorbing material) 24 between a liquid-permeable top sheet 23 and a non-liquid-permeable back sheet 25, and a rubber 27 is provided on a side edge.
[0006]
In the case of the disposable diaper 50 of the type in which the combination pad is not laminated, the entire disposable diaper 50 must be discarded even when it is soiled with a small amount of urine. If it is only, only the combination pad 60 will become dirty, and if this combination pad is removed, it can be used as an uncontaminated disposable diaper 50. Since the combined pad 60 has a simpler structure and is less expensive than the disposable diaper 50 that is a diaper body, such a stacked disposable diaper 70 can keep the cost of use low.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the diaper is worn, the shape of the crotch portion is as shown in FIG. 6 (cross-sectional view of the crotch portion showing the state of wearing the laminated disposable diaper 70 of the conventional example (2)). The leg receives a force (arrow C) from the left and right, and generally deforms into a cross-sectional shape. Moreover, the bank part 19 comes to sleep inside and approaches the body side surface of the combination pad 60.
[0008]
And, for example, when urine is released, if the flow of urine exceeds the absorption rate of the combination pad 60, the inside of the bank portion 19 (arrow B) and Urine flows to the outside (arrow A). When the urine flows inside the bank portion 19 as shown by the arrow B, it is blocked by the bank portion 19 and no side leakage occurs, but the urine flows outside the bank portion 19 as shown by the arrow A. In some cases, when the leg gathers 12 are reached through the outer surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 16 and the damming limit of the leg gathers 12 is exceeded, there is a concern that urine or the like reaches the undergarments or clothes and gets dirty. In particular, it was found that when the wearer lays down sideways, it tends to flow as indicated by the arrow A and often leaks sideways.
[0009]
In the above-mentioned example, the case of the laminated disposable diaper was shown. Similarly, in the case of the disposable diaper which is not laminated, the diaper is deformed into a cross-sectional shape and the body side surface so that the bank portion 19 lies inside. Since the top sheet 13 is approached, urine or the like often flows outside the bank portion 19.
[0010]
Then, this invention is made | formed in view of the above problem, and it aims at providing the absorbent article (for example, disposable diaper) and laminated | stacked absorbent article which can exhibit the outstanding side leakage prevention effect.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An absorbent article according to the present invention is an absorbent article that includes an absorbent material and includes a flat absorbent main body that is in contact with the crotch portion with its longitudinal direction being the front-rear direction. A leakage preventing dam part with an absorbent material built in at both ends in the short width direction is formed, and an elastic body (hereinafter sometimes referred to as an elastic body for a dam) is provided at the top of the dam part, The gist is that the upper part of the outer surface of the bank portion is made of a water-permeable sheet and the lower side is made of a water-impermeable sheet.
[0012]
Moreover, the absorbent article which concerns on this invention was equipped with the absorption main body part which contacts the crotch part by making the longitudinal direction the interior direction, and the exterior part which supports this absorption main body part integrally. An absorbent article, wherein the absorbent main body has a structure in which the absorbent material is sandwiched between a top sheet on the body side and an outer sheet on the side opposite to the body, and the exterior part is impermeable to the back sheet. Any one of the outer sheet or the back sheet on the side opposite to the body of the absorbent main body portion is provided with a non-liquid-permeable sheet, and the absorbent main body portion has both end portions in the short width direction. A water leakage preventing bank portion is formed in the absorbent material, and an elastic body (elastic body for the bank) is provided on the top of the bank portion, and the upper surface of the bank portion is formed of a water permeable sheet. And the side sealing sheet covers the lower side, The opposite body side face in the bottom portion of the absorption body of the other, is summarized in that in which the back sheet is covered.
[0013]
Since the bank portion of the absorbent article of the present invention can be absorbed from the outside, the urine or the like that has flowed to the outside of the bank portion as indicated by the arrow A can be absorbed by the bank portion. In other words, urine or the like that has flowed outside is absorbed by the bank before reaching clothes or the like.
[0014]
In addition, when the elastic body for the bank is contracted, the bank is raised firmly, and the flow of urine or the like in the lateral direction can be well blocked.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the absorbent article according to the present invention, the inside of the bank portion is preferably non-hydrophilic. As such a thing, the thing by which the non-hydrophilic sheet | seat was coat | covered inside the bank part, the thing by which the inner side of the bank part was made non-hydrophilic treatment, etc. are mentioned. And a method of applying wax.
[0016]
A large amount of urine discharged to the center of the diaper is blocked inside the bank and absorbed by the absorbent material in the center of the diaper. A large amount of urine is also absorbed by the bank, and the absorbency of the bank is saturated. Then, the urine that has flowed to the outside of the bank can no longer be absorbed, and the original function of the bank to dam the urine from the center of the diaper to the side is lost.
[0017]
In this respect, the inside of the bank is made non-hydrophilic as described above, and can prevent the urine discharged in the center of the diaper from damming and moving in the lateral direction, and can exhibit the original function of the bank. In addition, the ability to absorb urine and the like flowing into the outside of the bank is also secured.
[0018]
In addition, since it is thought that the urine etc. which flow into the outer side of a bank part are usually a small quantity, the above-mentioned absorption material of a bank part does not need to be made so thick, and from a viewpoint of a feeling of wearing, as a material for absorption of a bank part, it is relatively A thin one is recommended.
[0019]
In addition, in the case where the absorbent article is a disposable diaper, the non-liquid-permeable sheet (non-liquid-permeable side sealing sheet) covering the lower side of the outer surface of the bank portion is both ends in the short width direction of the back sheet. Thus, it is preferable that the back sheet is integrated with an elastic body (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a leg elastic body) interposed therebetween. Even if there is urine or the like that could not be absorbed by the bank portion, the leg gather 12 fits around the leg by the leg elastic body, and side leakage is prevented.
[0020]
The summary of the laminated absorbent article according to the present invention is that a removable absorbent pad is provided on the body side of the absorbent article of the present invention.
[0021]
In this way, the laminated absorbent article can be used continuously as an uncontaminated absorbent article by removing the absorbent pad contaminated with the small amount of urine when a small amount of urine is discharged. Is economical.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 is a cross-sectional view of a crotch portion of an absorbent article (disposable diaper) according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the disposable diaper as seen from the body side, and FIG. 1 corresponds to a DD cross section shown in FIG. The same components as those in FIG. 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals to avoid redundant description.
[0023]
The absorbent main body portion of the diaper 10 is obtained by sandwiching a flat absorbent body (absorbing material) 14 with a top sheet 43 on the side of the body and a liquid-permeable outer sheet 44 on the side opposite to the body. Both sides of the absorption main body in the short width direction are bent to form the bank portion 19. Hereinafter, a portion other than the bank portion 19 that becomes the bottom may be referred to as a bottom portion.
[0024]
That is, the liquid permeable outer sheet 44 covers the outer side of the bank portion 19 from the side opposite to the body of the absorber 14, and the bank rubber (bank elastic body) 17 provided at the upper end of the bank portion 19 is covered. It is folded so as to be wrapped and bonded to the top sheet 43.
[0025]
A liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric is used as the material of the top sheet 43, and a silicon-based water repellent or a hot melt adhesive is applied to the area of the bank portion 19 (the top sheet bank area 43s). (Non-hydrophilic). And the bottom region (top sheet bottom region 43b) other than the bank portion 19 is liquid permeable. In the figure, reference numeral 43t denotes a base end portion of the bank portion 19.
[0026]
In the absorber 14, the portion of the bank portion 19 (the absorber bank portion 14s) is relatively thin, and the bottom portion other than the bank portion 19 (the absorber bottom portion 14b) is relatively thick, and a large amount of urine is present. Etc. can be absorbed.
[0027]
The non-body side of the bottom portion of the absorbent main body is covered with a liquid-impermeable back sheet 15 (for example, a polyethylene film). In addition, a non-liquid-permeable side sealing sheet (non-liquid permeable sheet) 26 covers the skirt portion (lower side) excluding the upper half on the outside of the bank portion 19. The side sealing sheet 26 and the back sheet 15 extend outward from the base end of the bank portion 19 and are overlapped and integrated with a leg rubber (leg elastic body) 18 interposed therebetween. The back sheet 15 and the side sealing sheet 26 constitute an exterior part. In the figure, reference numeral 26 a denotes a bank-side end of the side sealing sheet 26.
[0028]
In the vicinity of the front and rear ends of the bank portion 19 (near the longitudinal end), the top sheet bottom region 43b and the top sheet bank region 43s are joined by the joint portion 41 (FIG. 2).
[0029]
In the drawing, 29 is an attachment member provided with a male engagement member, and 28 is a female engagement member provided on the abdominal side of the diaper 10 on the opposite side of the body. 11 is a waistline rubber.
[0030]
When the bank rubber 17 contracts, the bank part 19 rises to form a space for receiving urine or the like in the center of the diaper, and urine or the like discharged in the center of the diaper is absorbed by the absorber bottom portion 14b. At this time, urine or the like flowing in the lateral direction from the center of the diaper is blocked by the water-repellent top sheet bank region 43s.
[0031]
On the other hand, urine or the like that has flowed to the outside of the bank portion 19 (arrow A) is absorbed by the absorber bank portion 14s from the outside of the bank portion 19 (liquid permeable outer sheet 44 side). Since the bottom part (lower side) of the bank part 19 is covered with the side sealing sheet 26, urine or the like absorbed by the absorber bank part 14s does not ooze out. Moreover, since the diaper fits around the leg by the leg gather 12, side leakage is further prevented.
[0032]
In addition, as a raw material of the said back sheet | seat 15, a non-liquid permeable moisture permeable film is more preferable. Moreover, as a raw material of the side sealing sheet 26, although a non-liquid permeable moisture permeable film is more preferable, a water-repellent nonwoven fabric can also be used. In addition, examples of the material for the bank rubber 17 and the leg rubber 18 include polyurethane, natural rubber, and the like. Examples of the material of the absorbent body 14 include cotton-like pulp, polymer-absorbing material, mixed materials thereof, those obtained by coating these cotton-like pulp with tissue paper or a water-permeable nonwoven fabric, hot melt adhesives, and heat-melting materials. The thing etc. which mixed the adhesive fiber etc. are mentioned. Examples of the top sheet 43 and the liquid-permeable outer sheet 44 include a water-permeable nonwoven fabric, a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, and a perforated film.
[0033]
As a manufacturing method of the disposable diaper 10, first, the bank rubber 17 is disposed at both ends in the short width direction while sandwiching the absorber 14 between the top sheet 43 and the liquid-permeable outer sheet 44. Next, the bank base end portion 43t is folded back to the body side as a fold line, and the vicinity of the longitudinal end is joined by a hot melt adhesive, ultrasonic seal, heat seal or the like (joint portion 41) to form an absorption main body portion.
[0034]
Next, a back sheet 15 is affixed to the opposite body side surface of the bottom portion of the absorbent main body, and the side sealing sheet 26 is adhered while a side sealing sheet 26 is adhered so as to cover the bottom of the bank portion of the absorbent main body. The leg rubber 18 is sandwiched between the back sheet 15 and the outwardly extending portion of the back sheet 15.
[0035]
Next, a laminated disposable diaper will be described.
[0036]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a crotch portion showing a laminated disposable diaper according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, and shows a state in which the diaper is worn. The same components as those in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals to avoid redundant description.
[0037]
The laminated disposable diaper 20 is obtained by stacking a combination pad (absorbent pad) 60 on the body side of the disposable diaper 10.
[0038]
At the time of wearing, as shown in the figure, the diaper 20 is deformed into a cross-sectional shape by the wearer's leg, and the bank portion 19 approaches the body side surface of the combination pad 60. In particular, when the wearer is lying sideways, urine or the like easily flows outside the bank portion 19 (arrow A). This urine or the like is permeable outside the bank portion 19 as in the first embodiment. It is absorbed from the sheet 44 into the absorber dam portion 14s, and side leakage is prevented well.
[0039]
As described above, the absorbent article and the laminated absorbent article according to the present invention have been specifically described with reference to the drawings showing examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated examples, and It is also possible to carry out the invention with appropriate modifications within a range that can be adapted to the gist, and they are all included in the technical scope of the present invention.
[0040]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the absorbent material in the bottom portion (absorber bottom portion 14b) and the absorbent material in the bank portion (absorber dam portion 14s) are integrated. The absorption material and the absorption material of the bank portion may be separated.
[0041]
Further, as the top sheet 43, a sheet having a non-permeable sheet attached to the area of the bank portion 19 may be used. The top sheet 43 may itself be a water-repellent material such as a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric. In this case, the top sheet bottom region 43b may be hydrophilized with a hydrophilizing agent. Further, a continuous sheet of a liquid-permeable sheet and a non-liquid-permeable sheet is used as the top sheet, and the liquid-permeable sheet is arranged in the top sheet bottom area 43b and the liquid-impermeable sheet is arranged in the sheet bank area 43s. May be.
[0042]
In addition, the absorbent body 14 and the non-liquid permeable back sheet 15 may be directly laminated without providing the liquid permeable outer sheet 44 at the bottom of the absorbent main body portion of the diaper. Further, a non-liquid permeable sheet may be used for the bottom portion of the absorption main body portion of the outer sheet 44. In this case, a liquid permeable sheet may be used as the back sheet 15.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
The absorbent article and the laminated absorbent article according to the present invention can absorb urine and the like flowing into the outside of the bank portion, and are excellent in leakage prevention effect.
